Let the Battle Commence

Rayna had just got done hiding Ava in a closet by the time Debbie pushed the door open. She let Levi and Oracle enter before she slithered in.

The main five just stared at their new guests.

Debbie looked around. "Hmm, nothing interesting..." she said. "Levi, there's nothing here."

Levi wheeled over. "There's an older Kirby, a toaster, a radio, a lamp," he said. He pointed his prongs at each appliance. "An ugly table lamp." Plugsy gave him the evil eye. "A way out of date computer." Digit scowled. "Another desk lamp." His gaze darted to Blanky. "And an electric blanket."

Debbie slithered over. "We haven't looked in the whole apartment. Why don't we look around a little more?"

"Good idea!" Oracle said. Levi and Oracle moved down the hall, Debbie following them.

Ava sat in the closet, shivering. She peeked out of the door. Debbie and her colleagues were headed towards the bathroom. Ava abruptly closed the door.

"Did you hear something?" Oracle asked. She pointed in the direction of the closet door.

Levi looked in that direction. "Probably a draft." They wheeled towards the bathroom.

Kirby wheeled toward the closet door, guarding it with his body. He tapped the door. "Stay in there. Don't let them know you're in there." He whispered.

Ava nodded.

The trio of killers left the bathroom. "There's a shaver in there," Levi said. "Guess we'll look in the bathroom."

Debbie nodded. "There has to be something juicy in there."

Debbie and crew made their way back to the living room. "Let's see," Debbie thought. "The best bet for us is to go for the..." she pointed her cord at Blanky. "Blanket?"

Radio jumped on top of Blanky, pinning him to the chair. "You're going to have to pry him from my cold dead prongs!"

Ava peeked out of the closet door. "It's me you want!" she said.

Levi turned in her direction.

"Sorry to do this, my good sir," he said. "But this one's ours."
