"Where does this thing go?" Weiss asked, holding up a golden colored metal player piece, "And what even is this? It looks like some kind of deranged animal or something."

"It's a dog!" Ruby answered, snatching it from her hand, "It goes on the start square, in the corner, where everyone starts. See, it says 'GO', and there's a hand pointing to the way everyone's suppose to go." She placed the dog piece on the start square and smiled at it.

"Hey, it looks like Zwei," Weiss said, suddenly seeing the similarities between the piece and Ruby's corgi, "Could I use that one?"

"No," her leader replied shortly, "I already chose that one."

"Welp," said Sun from halfway across them room, "I guess I'll choose the money bag, since lien isn't something I'm too familiar with." He chuckled and stood up to place his piece on the board.

The conference room was very long, and the smooth, dark oak table that centered it was almost just as long. The game board was somehow the same length, and everyone wondered if this Miles Luna guy had purposely tailored it to fit the table for their sake. Kali Belladonna had chosen this game, which was called "Monopoly", saying that it had been her favorite childhood game to play with her family.

Together, Ruby had managed to collect about 24 people to play with her, some of which she didn't know, and the ones she did know, she joyfully greeted. Of the ones she did know, there were Blake, Weiss, Yang, Nora, Jaune, Ren, Oscar, Qrow, Kali, Ghira, Sun, Neptune, Sage, Scarlet, Tai, Velvet, Coco, Penny, Emerald, Mercury, and with much convincing, Trifa.

The rest that she didn't know much were some Faunus girl named Ilia, a butler named Klein, Whitley, and the girl with the rainbow and the cat tail from team FNKI. Most of them had willingly joined after hearing about this game, and one or two just seemed to be looking for the others who were playing. Boredom really made some people different.

And now most of them had joined up in the designated conference room, choosing their pieces for the game and talking amongst themselves.

"I'll take the Ursa!" Yang said, digging her hand in the large box of gold colored pieces and pulling an Ursa one out. She slammed it on the start square and took her place on the far end of the table.

"The cat," Neon said pulling it lightly from the top and skating with remarkable ease to the start square, placing it down. This start square was huge, the largest square in the game.

"Anyone see a 'bowl of noodles' piece?"
