hello there welcome to chapter three, sorry to make you guys wait so much longer than the gap between chapter 1 and 2. if someone could please review that would be appreciated I have No Idea how People feel about this story.

Obi-Wan's Pov

He had tried so many things to get the sith talk and still hadn't learned anything. This Zabrack was very stubborn. he couldn't even get him to say his name.

"Having trouble again Obi-Wan?" it was master Nu the head librarian

"yes, can you tell me where can I find information on Dathomirian Zabracks?"

"Dathomirian you say. I believe Dathomeir is where rancors are originally from. in any case, it's home to the Nightsisters a band of witches that use the dark side. I believe the Zabracks are the male counterpart they mate with. what do you need to know about them?" she asked

"I'm afraid that's classified the council wants as few people to know as possible."

"I understand. I was once on the council myself, you can find information about Dathomireans in the planetary biology sector."

"thank you for your time master Nu." he bowed and walked away

so he's from a clan that uses the dark side. hm, I may have to pay a visit to this Dathomeir, it may prove useful if this goes on much longer, He thought.

Zabrak (Dathomeirian) aka Nightbrothers

all receive full-body tattoos similar to sith tattoos considered to be the mark of a warrior

their skin comes in several colors as opposed to the grey of Iodierans, ranging between orange, green, yellow, and rarely red.

they descended from Zabrak slaves taken from Iodiria, who mated with human Nightsisters to create the hybrid species of Dathomeirians.

Zabraks generally do not use the force unless trained, and unlike their female counterparts, they do not use dark side Majick

they work for the Night sisters and are lead by one male. they refer to each other as a brother when speaking formally.

Maul's Pov

it was entertaining to see the newly knighted Jedi known as Obi-Wan Kenobi to get him to talk.

man, it was boring in here. he craved a good fight but he couldn't have one. hopefully, his master would come for him, though he doubted it.

where was Kenobi anyway? he was certainly taking his time today.

Maul had taken the liberty of smashing all the ceramics in the room and spreading them over the floor. the pain he hoped would help connect him to the dark side. .. it was also fun seeing Kenobi's reaction when he did it. that Jedi would be the first to fall when he got out of here. he had costed him his legs after all. ah yes, his robotic legs, he hated them but there was nothing he could do, it's not like he could grow new limbs. that was reserved for aquatic species.

he decided to practice his katas using a rod used to hold up a curtain in the refresher. he needed to be in shape if he escaped

Palpatine's Pov

Maul was alive, Plaugueus was dead. the chosen one had been found. his plan had begun but he hadn't expected maul to be captured. he had hoped the boy would take himself out. what to do, he couldn't ask for the Jedi to release him, that would be too obvious. he couldn't just kill him either because he was being held in the temple. he knew he had to get maul out of the picture.

skywalker was a whole other matter entirely. if he could get him to turn to the dark side he would probably become the most powerful sith in history. the problem was he was with that blasted Qui-Gon Gin, who was surrounded by the light side. but he had another 17 years worth of time to turn the boy so he wasn't too worried.

if he could get him out of custody maul could lead the droid army against the clones. but since he didn't yet have a way to turn Yan Dooku he didn't have a political figure to lead yet. project Grevuius hadn't been completed either.

the door opened he had to get back to work

Obi-Wan's pov

he opened the door to the Zabrack's cell and was greeted by a flying pole whacking him in the face.

of course, his response was igniting his lightsaber

"Whoa, point that somewhere else." the Sith said

"What are you doing!" Obi-Wan demanded

"I'm just practicing my Katas, It's not my fault you opened the door when you did." the Sith responded

"well stop spinning the shower rod around or it will be taken."

"what do you expect me to do here? I'm not exactly active."

"well, I thought you would do something like try to escape."

"You think I haven't thought about that one Sith against 10000 Jedi is hardly a fair fight. what interrogation method will you be using today Kenobi?"

Obi-Wan thought for a second and decided to just have a conversation. how hard could it be? he might learn something

"So you're from Dathomier? I wonder what it's like there, probably not too hospitable." Obi-Wan hoped this would work

"Well I wouldn't know, I haven't been there since I was a newborn."

since he was a newborn? now that was a surprise he had thought Sith chose the dark side.

"How come you haven't been there?" Obi-Wan asked

"I was given to my master as a gift from the Nightsitsters. I was forbidden from returning."

"It sounds like you were raised a Sith in the same way Jedi are raised. only you well... you're a Sith"

"I guess so. so where are you from Kenobi?"

Obi-Wan wondered if he should tell him but ultimately decided it couldn't hurt

"StewJon, it's in the Mandalore system but it's very remote. all I know is there's a lot of farmers there. I was taken to the Jedi temple when I was 1 month old."

"hm Mandalore. makes sense" the sith whispered

"ever think about going there?" the Sith asked, "to Stewjon I mean."

"I guess but I never really planned on it. maybe someday."

"Darth Maul. my name is Darth Maul."

End Of Chapter, yes I know it's been a while sorry it's not easy writing and balancing online school. as a side note, it's only my headcanon that Stewjon is in the Mandalore system because there are only two known inhabitants in all of star wars. one being obi-wan who never goes there and the other being a background rebel who dies. again reviews are appreciated and I will see you all in chapter four.
