The next day our heroes woke up in the morning. They started talking about what happened in the past few days. Merlin, Zedd, Nicci, and Shota combined their powers, moved Cenred's kingdom near Camelot. Richard passed nearby and saw Nicci. After they finished the moving, Richard wanted to resurrect Leo Dane.

"Nicci," said Richard, "can you resurrect Leo Dane?"

"That guy who died when jumped in front of my lightning to save Kahlan?"

"Yes, that one."

"I can try."

"You'd better resurrect Darken Rahl too," said Cara. "He is a better warrior and can help us. Also, know more than us about Jagang return."

"Are you all right, Cara?" said Gwaine. "What happened?"

"Nothing. I am fine."

"Don't lie to me. I know you better than that."

"Fine, they want to resurrect an old friend that I loved, but I love both of you and can't choose."

"You like him more than me? I know if you love him more, then I am nothing. I want to see you happy."

"But..."

"Ssh."

Cara went into her room and Gwen followed her to be sure Cara was okay.

"Are you okay?" asked Gwen.

"Fine. I am upset."

"Why?"

"Boys. Some time ago, Richard discovered his magic. Sisters of the Light took him to the Palace of the Prophets to learn how to use his power. He tried escaping and gave his Han to Sister Nicci. Richard walked into a trap and almost died. While he was at the Palace of Prophets, Shota found a new Seeker to replace Richard for a while. His name was Leo Dane."

"What happened to him?"

"He died in a fight while he protected Kahlan. I love Gwaine and Leo. I can't choose..."

"I know how you feel. Some years ago I had the same problem."

"And how did you resolve it? Can you tell me the story please?"

"Ten years ago I was the serving girl of Lady Morgana. Arthur loved me and I loved him, but he always makes his queen because he must marry an ally of Camelot. Our love was secret. One day someone came to Camelot and we loved each other. Camelot exiled him because he wasn't a nobleman and Merlin helped him."

"So sad. Who was that person? Did you meet him again?"

"He was Lancelot. He had big problems after he had left Camelot, but we saved him. He left a second time because I loved Arthur and didn't want to destroy our relationship."

"He died? The same thing that happened to Elyan?"

"When the veil between our land and the world of Cailich broken, all Dorochas were free and killed people. Arthur wanted to repair the veil sacrificing. Lancelot does it because I tell him to protect him with his life. Elyan died when he saved me from the Dark Tower."

"Sad. But what should I do?"

"Break up both relationships and let your heart choose."

"Thanks."

After this conversation, Cara went to Richard to talk with him, but saw Leo Dane and Darken Rahl alive. Rahl told them how Jagang spies turned his forces against him. This culminated with the discovery and later his removal from the rule. When found his body, he attempted to run and warn them about Jagang's return. Later, Cara took Gwaine and Leo aside and told them she would break up both and let her heart choose one. Leo and Rahl joined our heroes to find the compass. They went to Camlann and looked for the cemetery. They did not find it. They camped and the next day started the search again. Morgana sent spies after them. The spies did not come alone. When they found them, they ambushed our heroes and the battle began. They defeated the spies and the enemies. After the fight, Verna, Nicci, and Annalina cast a spell of light to find the entrance.

"The entrance was right under our nose and we didn't find it," said Verna.

"What do we do now?" said Leo.

"We enter the cemetery to find the compass," said Rahl.

Merlin and Arthur said, "We should hide the entrance. Morgana will send more spies and we don't know what we will find there."

"Arthur is right," said Leo.

"Can Mord-Sith use magic to hide it?" said Percival.

"No, we are immune to magic," said Denna. "Merlin can help us."

"Fine, I will do it," said Merlin.

Merlin hid the entrance. All took torches because it was dark in the cemetery. They split up. Annalina cast a spell and lit the whole cemetery and the torches became useless. Freya had a bad feeling and she sensed someone followed her. As a result, she checked the area to be sure it was safe. After some minutes, they found an inscription on a wall. That inscription belonged to Cornelius Sigan.

"Cornelius Sigan," said Merlin. "I have a bad feeling about this."

"That means his troops protect this and the compass is here," said Arthur.

"Sigan... I read about him," said Shota. "He used an army of gargoyles. He lived 300 years ago."

Sigan appeared and said, "You stopped me from ruling Camelot... Now you come into this cemetery. Guards, kill them all."

"Nice. I will cut off your head," said Denna.

"The compass belongs to me."

The fight began. Sigan used many gargoyles, zombie warlocks, mythical creatures, skeletons, and vampires. Denna and Merlin fought with Sigan. Merlin made dragons fight for him; Kahlan used Con Dar again and made skeletons fight for her. During the fight, Sisters of the Dark, Mord-Sith, and D'Haran soldiers came into the tomb.

"How dare you come here!" said Sigan. "The Keeper will rule the world when I die? AHAHAHA! I am immortal."

Our heroes ran through the whole cemetery to find the compass, along with the enemies. Both met and started fighting. Sigan used his forces to stop them. He did not want them to find the compass because he stayed alive without depending on a new body or a magical heart. Gwaine threw some torches alongside some explosives. They exploded and burned some gargoyles and loyal helpers of Sigan. The heroes went after Sigan because he knew where the compass was. Nicci saw him and threw a dacra into him.

"Argh... That hurt..." said Sigan.

"If you don't tell me where the compass is you will die and don't lie to me. Kahlan is a Confessor and she can see if you tell the truth or not."

"A long time ago," said Sigan, "a monk came here to this cemetery. My guards injured him and almost killed him. He could escape from my guards. He entered an ancient tomb and hid that compass there. With his last power, he created many guards to protect it."

"He told the truth," said Kahlan.

"It's funny to see our enemies," said Lancelot, "the guards of Sigan want to stop the creatures and us to protect the tomb."

"And?" said Elyan. "It is free for all. They never ally, they will kill each other and the guards will help us."

"I hope so," said Percival.

The next second Sigan transformed into a crow, the dacra fall, and flew away. Cenred heard many rumors about Sigan. One of them was that Sigan built Camelot 300 years ago. He became immortal and one day he swore he would return and rule Camelot. He told that story to everyone.

"I beat Sigan last time," said Merlin. "I locked him up in that heart again."

"And you saved Camelot and me," said Arthur.

"You saved nothing," said Cara, "you prevented nothing from destruction. If you destroyed him then, we wouldn't have to rush here to find the compass, fight with the guards and bad guys."

"Don't be so... Cara, he did what he could and saved many lives," said Leo.

"I don't want to say Merlin can't beat Sigan but I know Shota and Zedd can," said Cenred.

"It's too risky for them to," said Rahl. "Better a Mord-Sith to destroy him."

"It will be my pleasure to smash him," said Denna.

Our heroes tried finding the ancient tomb. The enemies ambushed them and summoned creatures with magic. Cara and Denna turned that magic against them. As a result, the creatures attacked the summoners. Sigan and his troops entered the fight and attacked both of the sides. Both sides became invisible and ran away from Sigan's troops. They found an ancient tomb after they entered it. They got lost in the tomb, encountering many traps.

"I know the compass is precious to you," said Sigan, "But it will be mine soon. I know one day someone will come after it. Do you want it? I want to ensure Camelot will be in my possession. At least I constructed it."

"The only thing you will receive is death, Sigan," said Arthur.

Denna jumped onto him and both started fighting. He transformed into his soul and wanted to control Denna. She was immune to magic and started laughing. Sigan used his magical fire and Denna turned against him. He became a crow and flew away until the flames touched him.

"He flew away again," said Denna.

"We should find the compass," said Percival, "and seal this cemetery to capture Sigan with others,"

"Right,"

"I have an idea how to find that compass," said Leo.

"What idea?" said Richard.

"You heard Sigan, right? His guards protect the tomb."

"That means where more guards stand in our way," said Gwaine, "we are close to finding it."

"Right." said Verna

"Your mothers have smart boys," said Cara. They all laughed.

They searched for the tomb. Guards attacked them, so it meant they were close. Freya transformed into a fierce cat and started smelling around. She discovered a secret place in the tomb where was the scroll. Freya opened it and read it.

The scroll said, "The key is in your hand, now use it."

"Nice message," said Freya. "Now we know everything."

"Yes, now I know everything," said Arthur.

"Good for us," said Merlin. "Sigan thinks the compass is here, but it led to a scroll."

"But what we do now?" said Annalina.

"We leave," said Cenred, "seal the cemetery and return to Camelot."

"Yes," said Zedd, "we will search for information about the symbol and if the compass is here we will return."

Our heroes returned to Camelot. They started eating after the long trip to the cemetery. Gaius looked at Richard's hand and searched for information about the symbol. Arthur and his knights went hunting because they bored and Cara joined them. They returned at night with some boars, pheasants, and deer. Meanwhile, Gaius, Balinor, Ygraine, and Hunith searched the library.

"Gaius, are you sure here is what we need?" said Hunith.

"Sometimes I stayed in the library and read about mythical creatures," said Ygraine. "One day I found that symbol, but I didn't remember where."

"Are you sure?" said Uther.

"Yes," said Ygraine.

"That book was near a book about mythical creatures," said Gaius.

"Did you find something?" said Arthur.

"Yes, only old books and dust, nothing more," said Gwen.

"We'd better go to sleep and search in the morning."

They all went to sleep and in the morning started searching again. Ygraine remembered something about the book. The book had a big blue heart on the cover. Gaius remembered something and sent it to Sigan's chambers in the castle. They took the big heart.

"What we do with it?" said Arthur.

"We must seal Sigan's soul there," said Kilgharrah, "and Richard will touch it with the rune with the heart."

"So I must cast a spell capture Sigan here," said Merlin.

"Yes, young warlock," said Kilgharrah.

"That means we must return to the cemetery again," said Kahlan.

After a few minutes, someone came to Camelot with two boys. She was the sister of Kahlan, Dennee. She saw Darken Rahl alive, Denna, and the knights of Camelot. They told her the entire story. Dennee had heard a part of the story and she traveled from Middle Land to Camelot. Ygraine liked the children so much and wanted to adopt Renn as her child. Uther was happy to have a new boy.

"Two Mord-Sith and two Confessors- a nice combination," said Dennee. "I hope we can be friends."

"I am very sorry for what I did with Valeria," said Cara. "I hope one day you will forgive me."

"I forgive you,"

"We can establish the Order of Confessors again," said Kahlan.

"I don't have such power to revive all Confessors," said Nicci.

"there is a way," said Rahl. "I have an idea. We could go to the cemetery, kill all soldiers, catch Sigan and make an ancient compass."

"And that's how we resolve the problem?" said Arthur.

"I am glad you asked. Arthur, Shota, Zedd or Merlin can cast a spell and send all the dead bodies here."

"We can transform them into bodies of Confessors," said Shota.

"I don't have such a power," said Nicci.

"I know," said Rahl. "Kahlan will confess a Sister of the Dark. We will kill her, and Shota will use her vision power. She will go to the Keeper and be under our power."

Said Merlin, "she will cast a spell and will end all pain for some souls are in the Underworld."

"And the army of the Keeper will reduce," said Leo.

"that will work," said Zedd.

Our heroes left Camelot and returned to the ancient cemetery to finish the job. They found all guards that protected Sigan and defeated all the enemies. All the corpses appeared in Camelot. Sigan challenged Merlin to a duel, but Dorocha attacked Sigan. Cara, when she fought with Cailich, trained some Dorochas with the Agiel and now they fought for her. Merlin cast that ancient spell and returned the soul of Sigan into the heart. Our heroes were glad they made and were one more step to beating the Keeper. Richard touched the heart of Sigan with the mythical rune from his hand. From this union, the compass appeared and would lead them to the Stone of Tears. After finished the mission, the heroes went to Camelot.

"I want to be happy, Cara," said Gwaine. "Be with Leo, he deserves you. All I want is to see you happy."

"But..." said Cara.

"Take care of her," said Gwaine.

"I will protect her with my life," said Leo

They all went eating and Arthur smiled because had to have a little brother. He took him into his room and talked with him about many things. Arthur was happy, but he hated when Renn listened to his mind. Gwaine entered the chamber of Arthur.

"Are you all right, Gwaine?" said Arthur

"Yes..."

"You suffer because you lost your girlfriend," said Renn.

"Why?" said Arthur. "What happened?"

"I want to see Cara happy," said Gwaine, "she loves Leo more, but here my friend. In my whole life, I never met a person like her. But I am a charming guy and will find soon a girlfriend."

Our heroes followed the plan and killed a confessed Sister of the Dark. She went to the Underworld and cast a spell to return all souls of Confessors who died in the last 100 years. Cara and Denna used the breath of life and revived them. The Confessors thanked them and remained in Camelot for a time. After a time, Cara met Gwen and discussed it.

"Thanks," said Cara.

"For what?" said Gwen.

"You showed me the path of love and I am very pleased now."

"And who's the winner?"

"Leo."

"Don't sad about Gwaine. He will soon find another girlfriend."

Meanwhile, Merlin came into Arthur's chambers to talk with him. Renn listened to the mind of both of them and he discovered their feelings. The feelings for each other were more powerful than any spell ever cast.

"You are Arthur's serving boy?" said Renn.

"Yes," said Merlin.

"He is ready to give the entire kingdom to save your life. You are like two brothers from other moms."

"He is telling the truth," said Arthur. "He hears my mind."

"What is it like to be a big brother?"

"I like it, he is my friend and I will teach him everything."

Not passed long and all slept in Arthur's bed. They remained some days in Camelot and after that left Camelot to find the Stone of Tears. The Stone could be somewhere in all five kingdoms or another part of the world.
