Kushina was crying holding the body of tsunade. Earlier today she was give birth to a boy who she and Minato named naruto. The happy moment was ruined when they were attacked by a masked man who attacked her and released the kyuubi and used it to attack the village. Minato sacrificed himself to seal the kyuubi in naruto while she was left dying. The removal of bike from their host is a process which kills the host. Then tsunade showed up saying that she cannot see anymore of her loved ones dying and used a sacrificial jutsu to save kushina's life.
Kushina blamed herself for tsunade's death and decided to keep tsunade alive in some way. She took tsunade's body to Minato and her shared lab in the forest of death. Quickly without wasting any time and scanned tsunade's mind in the mental reconstructor and it loaded tsunade's personality and memories. Without making any changes kushina loaded them in the implant chip. She kept the chip aside moving on to the next step.
She extracted tsunade's blood along with her chakra and loaded them in the skinsuit machine. The machine started working on creating a skinsuit resembling tsunade. This skin would allow her to feel touch and mask the users chakra with that of the imprints. This technology was developed by Minato for spying on other villages. Along with the implant chip to allow the user to imitate the personality and access the memories of the target.
Kushina then started the 3d scanner and scanned her body. Soon a 3d model was showing her bones and internal structure was ready. She also scanned tsunade's body and prepared another 3d model. She compiles both the models to create a muscle suit. She entered the data in another machine which would make a muscle suit for her which would give the user strength comparable to tsunade in her prime. This was her own invention which she had just completed a few months back to give make herself more powerful.
Kushina said her good bye to tsunade and buried her body under the senju burial ground secretly.
When kushina returned the skin and muscle suits were ready. Kushina removed her clothes and prepared a chemical bath. After shaving off all her hair she got into the bath which removed all the dirt and germs while also destroying her hair follicles. 'if only I was stronger, Minato, tsunade you wouldn't have needed to sacrifice yourself', she lamented sadly. She then rinsed her self with regular water to remove the chemical. Then she dried herself with a blast of warm air in the drying chamber.
She proceeded to inject herself with a fat dissolving liquid. The liquid entered her system and began the process of painfully dissolving her fat cells in her breasts and hips. Her breast sagged and lost their perkiness. She then started the liposuction machine and stabbed her breasts one by one watching then flatten. She repeated the process for her hips. She then took a knife and cut off her earlobes and nose cartilage. Her wounds quickly sealed themselves because of her uzumaki vitality.
In the next room she found the muscle suit waiting for her. She opened one of the lockers and started took out a tube of gel to help her bond with the muscle suit. After applying the gel allover herself she took a look at the muscle suit. The muscle suit looked like a horrifying skinned human. She left the muscle suit and collected the implant chip. She made a small cut at the base of her skull and insert the chip within and the cut quickly healed sealing the chip inside.
Returning to the locker room she took the suit and started to stretch open it's mouth and insert both her legs inside. She guided her legs in there respective holes. Preparing for the next part she put her left hand inside the suit and used it to guide the inbuilt catheter inside herself followed by the anal and then the vaginal sheeth. She put her right hand inside and then guided her hands in there respective slots, aligning her fingers. She then closed the mouth of the muscle suit by taking it over her bald head like a hoodie and aligned the lips with her own.
She entered the next room which contained several fake breasts and padding. These special attachments would act as a chakra battery granting the wearer an increased chakra capacity without the loss of chakra control. 'without the kyuubi in me my chakra control seems to have increased' thought kushina. Taking a pair of E-cup breasts she said" tsunade's breasts are two sizes larger than mine, it's going to be a pain in the ass to manage them. She attached them to the muscle suit's chest along with hip padding at the hips using the gel. Next she entered the heating chamber which heated up at 55 degrees Celsius. The heat cured the gel and connected the muscle suit and the breast with her allowing her to control the muscle suit. The padding connected to her chakra system and started siphoning her excess chakra to be stored for future use. She took a minute to estimate her strength.
Entering the room room with a tsunade clone standing in the centre. The sight brought tears to her eyes. Wiping away the tears she set to work. Taking a pair of contact lenses made from tsunade's DNA, she put them in her eyes. The lenses proceeded to painfully fuse with her eyes, temporaryly blinding her.
When her vision returned she took a knife and make a cut along tsunade-clones back. Pulling off the skin revealed the mannequin underneath.
Taking the skin off kushina took a look inside which contained a fleshy structure. The mouth had builtin jaws and a full set of teeth. A sheath shaped like tsunade's tongue on the outside. The oral structure extended all the way to her vocal chords which would allow the wearer to speak like tsunade.
Kushina took a special paste and applied it on her teeth which made them fall off one by one. Then she rinsed her mouth to clean up the chemical paste.
"All right now, time for the final step. Good bye kushina" muttered kushina.
She opened the slit behind the skin and put her left leg inside. She guided her toes in tsunade's toes. She repeated the process with her right leg. She brought the inside of tsunade's croch which consisted of the sheaths which would allow the wearer to emulate the feel of tsunade's insides. Kushina grunted as she inserted the sheaths of the skinsuit inside the sheaths of the muscle suit. It resulted in a tight fit stretching kushina's insides. The urinary track of the muscle suit which was connected to kushina's bladder got attached to tsunade's urethral opening.
Kushina guided her hands covered in the muscle suit inside tsunade with each finger filling tsunade's beautiful digits.
Kushina noted that the cut on the skin had started healing. She allowed the E-cups on the muscle suit to fill out tsunade's breasts. Opening her lips kushina guided the suits inbuilt oral structure inside. Being careful not to gag she kept swallowing all the way till her lips fitted inside tsunade's. She bit down inside tsunade's jaw and her tongue filled out tsunade's tongue.
Kushina guided the remainder of her nose inside tsunade's connecting the nasal passage. She guided the ear tubes inside her ear holes.
Kushina then used her improved chakra control to apply healing jutsu to accelerate the healing of the cut. "I look like a buffed up version of tsunade" kushina commented. As soon as the cut was healed kushina held a syring filled with solution which would melt off her original skin and bind the muscle suit and tsunade's skin to her body forever. "this is it kushina, there is no going back now, dattebane!" she exclaimed as she injected herself.
Not wanting to waste time she went to the sealing room and took a brush with some chakra conducting ink and began applying the strength of hundred seal. As she was applying the seal she started to feel warm all over. Her old was melting off an was being absorbed by tsunade's skin. Soon the muscle suit integrated with her real muscles and was fused with them allowing kushina to have better control over them. The nerves in her body formed a connection with tsunade's skin allowing the to feel the sensation of touch as if it was her own.
Kushina finished applying the new seal on forehead of her new permanent skin. Then she activated the seal which began to retract forming a diamond shape on her forehead. She opened a scroll and took out a set of tsunade's cloths. She wore tsunade's undergarments before pulling up her pants. Then she wore tsunade's top which was followed by a green jacket with a symbol of gamble on it's back.
She left the facility and was waking towards her house carrying a clone of herself which she planted in the spot where tsunade sacrificed herself. "All I have to do is pretend I am tsunade and that it was kushina who died" muttered kushina in tsunade's voice. Kushina planned to adopt naruto and leave the village and taking him away from hatred that he would experience as a jinchuriki of kyuubi after the attack.
All of sudden she was hit with a headache and blacked out.
The chip reached the brain and started making connections to strategic locations in the brain by extending it's tendrils. The mental process which could connect kushina's consciousness to tsunade personality and memories was faulty. This caused the chip to take over kushina's brain trapping her consciousness inside being able to feel everything but she lost control completely. Meanwhile tsunade's personality took control over kushina's body. Though it was impossible to tell that it was kushina's body. She looked entirety like tsunade.
Tsunade woke up with the last memory of trying to save kushina using a forbidden jutsu. Seeing kushina's clone lying beside she assumed that she failed to save kushina and tears trailed down her face. "why! Why do my all my loved ones have to die" tsunade muttered while she sobbed. 'oh no! Why can't I control my body. Did something go wrong?!' kushina exclaimed in her head.
Several days passed and the tsunade attended kushina's funeral ignorant to kushina's in her head. All the while kushina was stuck in her former now tsunade's body feeling what tsunade felt sharing the senses. 'what am I going to do?! It seems the personality link was not formed! Am i going to be trapped in here till I die!?' panicked kushina.
Tsunade could not bear to be in this village any longer and started arrangements for leaving. This made kushina extremely distressed. 'What about my baby naruto? I can't leave him here! I don't want him to stay here, he would surely become scapegoat of the village's hate'.
Kushina and tsunade shared the same brain and while they disconnected they ware able to feel each others basic emotions like it was her own. This was because of the brain releasing hormones according to their moods.
Tsunade felt distressed due to kushina's emotions affecting her and it only made tsunade rush her departure. She took shizune her apprentice with her and left the village and naruto behind. This made kushina cry internally as she helplessly watched naruto being left behind along with konoha.
Years passes by as tsunade drowned her sorrows with alcohol and wasted away her/kushina's shared life unaware that kushina was a helpless passenger in her body. Her skin never aged since the last 18 years allowing tsunade to retain her youthful appearance maintained by the uzumaki vitality possessed by the pure blooded members of kushina's late clan. The uzumaki stayed young for a long time.

Kushina after all these years of being called tsunade feeling her mouth reply to that name had taken a toll on her conscience. Each she started to believe herself to be tsunade. Sometimes she snapped back but Inevitibly she snapped again. This cycle continued until her identity completely broke apart. She acted as a sort of subconscious for tsunade making her feel leftover emotions of kushina. Kushina was no longer had any of her own thoughts all that was left were her emotions which were absorbed by tsunade and stayed passive within her until something triggers them. Kushina's memories were absorbed and hidden deep within tsunade's mind.
Initially the new tsunade had no soul. Chakra needs both physical and spiritual energies. Each time tsunade used chakra she imprinted a bit of herself on kushina's soul. Over time the soul was more tsunade than kushina. As kushina broken mind was absorbed into tsunade the ownerless soul now attached itself to tsunade making her a complete person. If she were to die she would go to afterlife as tsunade. Tsunade gained a liking to things kushina likes unconsciously as a side effect.
"lady tsunade! You can't keep wasting money on gambling we are already in debt as it is!"shizune scolded her. "there is young man named naruto wanting too meet you" informed shizune. Hearing naruto's name stirred some unfamiliar emotions within her. She went to meet him and saw a tanned skin, blond haired young man with three wiskers. In tsunade's soul the part thet was kushina awoke and started affecting her in strange ways. Tsunade's inherited emotions surged with love for this unfamiliar man as if deep within her she knew him.
