Destiny sisters- epilogue

The moon was absolutely bustling with life. The still shocked inner Senshi let the maids dress them, and didn't even look in their mirrors. They'd never thought they would see the moon this vibrant again and it brought tears to their eyes.

It was home. After all this time they were home. They felt a chill. Their soulmates were still gone, and Usagi had tried to bring them back, but had no response. It hurt a lot, but they would move on, and eventually find someone they were content with. But there would always be that yearning.

"It's not the same without them," Minako said, a single tear slipping down her cheek.

Rei patted her best friend on the shoulder as they dealt with their grief separately, and together. Rei serial meditated, Minako serial dated, Makoto threw herself into baking for every meet up, and Ami threw herself into her studies. But they always performed their duty of protecting their princess.

Earth

The rest of the group that was not on the moon went to the garden and found the gazebo glimmering in the moonlight. It was gold. with all the planet's symbols, and the marks that normally graced their brows or arms covered the dais. There was a moon and earth tied together.

"Teleport," Tuxedo Mask said as they finished joining hands.

Soon the blackness overwhelmed them. Feryal whimpered as she clung to North Knight (Kunzite). She didn't like this at all. Before Feryal could cry they landed on the moon. They moved together and approached the castle.

"So you restored this," North knight asked looking at his cousin and the white surroundings.

Sailor Moon nodded. It was only the castle at Metalia's defeat. She was happy that in the last six years the moon had fully restored itself; it was truly a beautiful sight.

In the castle

The sudden warm feeling surprised the girls, and they finally looked at themselves and gasped. They were in wedding dresses.

Ami was in a strapless, just below the knee-length, white wedding dress. It puffed out at the hip and below, with a simple aqua-blue belt. As the representation of her home planet, she wore a sapphire teardrop necklace, with a matching headpiece, that rested nicely on her forehead, her veil clipped nicely into her dark locks.

Rei was in a long white wedding gown, with simple little red diamantés covering the dress. She wore a sash the colour of her Sailor fuku as a representation of her planet. Her long ebony hair was kept down and straight, and she had a simple red flower in front of her veil.

Makoto wore a long dress that had sleeves with green emeralds sewn into the dress. Her hair was down and her veil came to the bottom of her back. She also wore a silver cross with green jewels.

Minako was in a long, armless cream dress with an orange sash as a representative of her planet. A simple orange diamanté head piece rested on her brow. She also had a gold tiara on that was holding her veil.

"Wedding dresses, what were our mothers up to?" Rei gasped.

They were surprised to see the outer senshi come up behind them. Tthey hugged each other. "You look amazing!" Hotaru breathed.

"What's going on?" Ami asked the older, and one younger, girls just shared secret smiles and were also in dresses.

"Follow us," said Setsuna cryptically.

They followed their friends. Rei smiled at Setsuna. They had discovered they were destiny sisters long ago, and had bonded four years ago, the other six just recently. It was a huge worry for them.

They approached the Moon temple and saw Serenity and their mothers waiting for them. Serenity bounced on her heels in anticipation. She hoped the four Shittenou weren't barbecued, but the girls desperately missed them so she was hopeful.

"What are you up to Serenity?" Minako asked.

Serenity squealed and ran into the temple. "Your dreams are about to come true," Aphrodite said, tears slipping down her face. Each mother took their daughter in their arms and kissed them on the forehead.

"We will always be here for you but go, go to your destiny."

They walked into the temple with their mothers and their jaws dropped at the sight of their soul mates alive before them. The tears were already falling down their faces as they approached the ones they loved.

"Are you really here?" Ami asked, trying not to collapse to the ground.

Zoisite nodded, the tears rolling down his cheeks.

Makoto held Nephrite's cheek unsure whether to laugh or cry. She had missed him for so, so, so long that it hurt not to think about him.

"I love you," he whispered. Makoto wrapped her arms around him and kissed him desperately.

"No kissing yet!" The new voice surprised them. It was Kenji.

He looked at Kunzite and Jadeite with stern eyes. "When this wedding is over, you my dear nephews have a lot of redeeming to do."

"Yes sir," the younger men agreed, without protest.

"Right. I want to marry the Outers first, and then the Inner Senshi and Shittenou," the moon priest said. They nodded.

"Shinro, Tsukino Shingo, anata wa kono jyosei to kekkonshi fuufu to naru to shite orimasu".
(Groom, (Tsukino Shingo), you this woman marry and become her partner.)

Anata wa, kenko na tokimo, soudenai tokimo, kono hito o aishi, kono hito o uyamai, kono hito o nagusame, kono hito o tasukete, sono inochi no kagiri kataku sessou o mamoru koto o chikaimasu ka?
