Licht held his Wife's hand as she cried out in pain from her contractions. "You're doing wonderfully Dear, just keep breathing" he said calmly, though on the inside he winced from not only Tettia's grip on his hand but also her screams. Outside of the Medical Tent, stood Lemiel, Bethany, Fana, Vetto, Raya and Patry. "Is she, going to be okay?" the young Elf asked, wincing as well as he heard the woman's screams. "Woman are very strong, our bodies are made to handle this kind of thing. With all the care Tettia has been given, I know that she'll be fine" Bethany replied, though she still flinched when the Princess screamed again. Inside the tent, Tettia panted quickly, before crying out again, "He's nearly here Tettia, you need to push!" the midwife ordered, as another contraction hit. Licht tightened his grip as his wife screamed again and a small cry filled the air.

The Elf Leader's eyes filled with tears as he looked at his son. "Yuno" Tettia whispered softly. The Midwife quickly washed and dressed the newborn half-Elf with the swiftness of someone who'd been doing so for years. "Here he is, say hello to your Son!" she said, handing the baby to his Mother. The Human gently held their baby boy. He had soft white hair on his head, ears that were slightly shorter than most Elves and ten little fingers and toes. "He's perfect Tettia" Licht whispered as his Wife cradled him in her arms. "Our little Yuno" Tettia added, happy tears also in her eyes. Suddenly the human Princess gave another cry of pain. Everyone gasped in shock, "Wait! There's another child!" the Midwife cried, as Licht took Yuno and quickly stepped aside as she went back to work.

"Wait a second! I, I-I didn't know about this! Tettia had twins?!" Bethany yelped, shocked and confused. Tettia panted and groaned as she pushed as hard as she could. "Tettia!" Licht cried, cradling his Son close. 'Twins? Tettia's having twins? I did think she was a bit too bit to only be having one baby, but still! The Mana blessed us indeed!' he thought in shock. You can do it Tettia! Just a bit more!" Licht cried in encouragement. His wife screamed as a baby's cry could be heard for the second time that day. Both parents gasped as they heard the sound. The Midwife quickly took care of the baby, before handing the child to her Mother, "congratulations you two. One boy and one girl, both healthy" she said. Tettia held her daughter in her arms as her husband walked forwards with their Son. "Tettia, you did wonderfully," Licht said with tears of joy in his eyes.

His wife smiled, just as happy, "One little boy and one little girl. How lucky are we?" Tettia asked, begining to cry happily. She looked down at their two precious children, "Welcome to the world you two, your Father and I promise to always love you" she said. The midwife went to the tent flap and looked out, "you can come in and see them, but not too loud and don't crowd them, alright?" she asked. The six slowly and quietly entered the tent. Lemiel immediately began crying as well when he saw his Nephew, and the others beamed at the little family. "Congratulations, I'm so glad that they're both healthy" Bethany said quietly, containing her confusion at the birth of twins. The new parents beamed at them. "As we decided, the boy's name is Yuno. And as for the girl- how about Delilah, after my Mother?" Tettia asked her husband. "I think Delilah is a beautiful name dear" the Elf replied gently, kissing his wife lovingly. "Bethany. We've been talking it over, and we would like you to place the same Reincarnation spell on Yuno's Soul that you did on Patry's" Licht said.

"Really? Are you sure? And what about your daughter?" the Card Mage asked in shock, she hadn't expected this. "Yes. Yuno became such a close brother, friend and rival of Asta's, that Licht and I believe it would be cruel to deprive both of them of that opportunity" Tetta assured. Licht nodded in agreement, "and as for Delilah, I think we shouldn't separate twins. Please use the spell on her too Bethany" he asked. Bethany nodded, "alright, place them before me, and everyone else please leave the tent so that you won't get caught up in the spell" she replied. The other Elves and humans did so. "Power of the moon, hear my call. Set these Soul's to Reincarnate, into the body of human children. They will have no memory of their past lives until the day that they get their Grimoire's. These Soul's will still be themselves, but will also be shaped by the life they live in their future home's" Bethany sighed and stumbled, but she wasn't as exhausted as before. The two babies began to cry from the bright lights and sounds around them and as soon as the spell was completed, Tettia rushed back inside to scoop up her children

"Shh, their, their, it's okay now. Mummy's here, you're okay Yuno, Delilah" she cooed as the others all re-entered the hut as well. "Well, I must say that was something else" the Elven Midwife commented. Patry walked forwards, "can I see them?" he asked. "Of course," Licht replied happily as his Wife knelt down a little to present the half-Elves to the teen. "Can I be their big brother?" the boy asked. Tettia nodded, "mhm, but it will come with a lot of responsibility Patry. If you're Yuno and Delilah's big brother now, then you'll have to take care of them for us whenever the rest of us can't, okay?" she asked. The young Light Mage nodded, "I will, I promise" he replied. Bethany smiled happily at the sight, but her smile faded soon after. Lemiel noticed this, "is something wrong?" the King asked. "I'm sorry, but, I'm not sure if I'll be coming back here again" the Card Mage replied. "What, why?" Fana asked sadly. "I've done everything I needed to do. You're all on the way to a better future. You don't need me anymore" Bethany replied.

"But- you're still our friend Bethany. After everything you've done for us, you can't just leave and never come back" Licht said. "I know, but I do have my own life to live back home. I didn't say that I won't come back for sure. I said that I wasn't sure if I would. I will try to, but- well, you can all live your own lives now, like I said before, you don't need me anymore" the woman replied. "Bethany-" Tettia said sadly. "Either way, if you ever do return, you'll have your own house in our Village ready and waiting for you" Licht said, small tears in his eyes. "Can we just- I think we all need to do it," Raya added, as all the people who had been brought to see Bethany's Veiwings lined up. "Thank you for everything Bethany" they all said at once. The young woman dried her own tears, "you're all very welcome, and I pray that your lives will be truly happy and bright from now on!" she called, leaving the tent. Everyone watched her go as the Card Mage called upon The PORTAL, "let's go home dear" Bethany whispered. Then they disappeared for what was possibly the last time.

A 17-year-old Elf ran after two 2-year-old half-Eves. "Not too fast Yuno, Delilah you could trip!" the teenager called. The younger children turned and smiled back at the older one, "but we awmos dere big broder!" the toddler replied. His sister nodded, "yes!" she beamed At two years old, the twins had their feet firmly underneath him and hardly ever left each other's sides. Their favourite thing to do was run around and play with their big brother Patry. "I know, but as your big brother, I have to keep you safe. What would your Mother and Father say if I let you get hurt?" Patry asked. the twins soon stopped at the top of the cliff, short white hair blowing in the breeze, "come look! It so pretty!" the small boy called. Patry was about halfway up the hill before he heard a cracking sound. His head snapped up in a panic to see the section of cliff that Yuno and Delilah were standing on beginning to crumble and fall away.

"Get back!" he cried, pushing his legs as fast as they would go, but the Light Magic user already knew that he wouldn't make it in time. Patry pulled out his Grimoire as the small half-Elves began to fall, pages flipping faster than they ever had before until they landed on a spell. The older Elf didn't even stop to see if it was the right one, "Light Magic: Light Arrow of Swift Movement!" he cried, teleporting to his younger adopted siblings side and wrapping his arms tightly around them to pull them close. He turned so his own back was facing the ground instead. As they fell, time seemed to slow down 'well, at least I died protecting my baby brother and sister. I hope my Mom is proud of me and that Licht is glad that I saved his children. I know they'll be sad that I died, but, still- their future will be good. I know it' Patry thought, right before his head slammed into a rock that had been at the bottom of the cliff and everything faded to black.

Patry slowly came too. He groaned, before trying to rub the back of his head. But he found that he couldn't move his body. Wait, did he even have a body anymore? He was about to call out to see if anyone would answer him, before he heard a voice whispering, and he was sure it was talking to him: "hello?"
