Hey, obligatory disclaimer, I own nothing of Sekiro or RWBY as they belong to their creators and all that and only claim this particular plot as mine… for now.

So I made it just in time. Thanks for reading this there are a lot of you guys who read this.

Well, at least way more than I thought would read it so soon anyways.

But I'm thankful none the less and I will try my utmost to keep creating the story so

Thanks and enjoy

'Where am I'

Sekiro looked around, baffled. He expected many different things. Infinite nothing, endless torture, reincarnation, but a broken moon? That was pushing it. And suddenly, it came to his mind, perhaps the gods were giving him another chance, a chance to be human.(A.N. When all along it was me, Gmesh!) On the lost shinobi's back lay a familiar weight, Fushigiri. Standing up, Sekiro looked around to find himself deep in a forest so with the only other option to wait there, he instead chose a random direction and began walking.

After a short while of traveling, he started to hear what sounded like a pack of wolves, although very large ones, not that unusual shaped wolves were unfamiliar to him. Readying his sword, Sekiro prepared to fend off the starving wolves. Soon black creatures burst from the underbrush and rushed past him. Understandably confused, he began to follow the direction of these unknown wolves.

Taking a close look Sekiro could see they possessed white bone-like extrusions that seemed to be designed for gouging out flesh and inflicting the maximum amount of fear and pain on anyone they come across. More and more of the creature joined in rushing to the same area and different types as well, but all black and all with bone spikes or armor. There was obviously something of importance up ahead, whether it was some kind of resource or a resting place, was a mystery of its own.

'Well, I guess i'll find out when we get there, huh?'

15 miles East of the mountains of Vale

Corane was a new village that had come into being from the survivors of MT. Glenn. After being abandoned by the Vale council, the refugees banded together to survive. An equal split of man and faunus kind and needing of everyone to pitch in as much as possible just to live made the common dividers of race and class crumble, but not completely fall. Soon, through the work of nearly every person, those nomads came to transition into a more stable life. After a bit of stability, they began to settle down and build a small community.

Under the leadership of a dog faunus named Caerdon, the community began to prosper and gain a measure of peace. However peace breeds complacency. Discontent with a faunus in-charge, a group of radicals tried to create a coup, but failed and were exiled. Unfortunately, not soon enough. The negative emotions brewing from the deaths of the defenders and growing hate towards the radicals drew in grimm like blood to a shark.

The once sleepy town of Corane was now under attack by the soulless creatures of darkness. It seemed like a scene from a movie. The people were caught off guard because of how quickly the grimm horde formed. Panic and chaos broke out as people were rushed to escape the town or into the shelters. However by time the guards began to direct the citizens, the grimm were already upon the settlement.

The lone huntsman, a woman named Seline, fired on the gigantic pack of beowolves with her machine gun, Thunder Lord.

"Fuck! My aura's already low from those extremist fucks, and now this?! It's like the brothers want us to die, but I'll be damned if I give up now"

She looked down to see all of her ammo and dust completely out. Looking back up, she saw an alpha beowolf rushing towards her. Putting up her arms to defend herself and... nothing?

Looking up Seline saw the beowolf frozen in motion before falling to the ground. Finding the reason was rather easy as the three shuriken sticking out of its disintegrating back told a straight forward story.

A flash of light caught her eye and turning to her side, she saw a man decimating the herd of grimm. Clothes matted with blood and dust, of the earth and grimm variety, and a primitive looking prosthesis, he cut down each and every grimm that was moving towards the village. Dancing past the claws and charges of the dark creatures to reward their efforts with only death. Even the ones further from him weren't allowed to survive, as kunai and shuriken flew into the eyes and mouths of far away grimm. This mysterious interloper made this look like a beautiful dance, a work of art that was being painted with grim dust and the flash of a blade.

'Oh My Oum. What the fuck! How the fuck! Holy shit, this guy is amazing!'

5 minutes later and the only thing left in the area was a single man sheathing his sword, wreathed in the fading shadows of his enemies, and the lone huntress standing frozen in awe. Snapping out of it, Seline started to voice all of the questions on her mind.

"Oh man, that was amazing! How did you do that? Are you a hunter, too? Why are you out here anyways? Where did you learn that from? Can you teach me? Actually, who are you?"

He stared at her in silence, in the face of this barrage of questions and after they started tapering off, he answered.

"My name is Sekiro."

And then, he collapsed.

So you all might have noticed a few things so let me explain some

I have deliberately NOT used Wolf as Wolf/Sekiro's name because of actual reasons I will later explain in the story but there is indeed a reason.

The mortal blade, since there are two in the game, in this story there are actually more but each blade is made for one person and that when the wielder "severs their immortality" the blade is severed as well.

Okay so like I said, it will take longer for the next chapters so that I can put more into each chapter and figure out how I want the story to go. I likely won't update till next month, but that's because i'll probably be changing how the story progresses. I'm thinking about creating something for Sekiro but spoilers.

Anyways, I hope you all enjoyed it and leave some constructive criticism if you have any.

so yeah. Oh and give me someone you'd like to see Sekiro fight, i haven't done an actual fight scene but I think I can figure it out for the story's sake if nothing else. So peace out.
