"Arrrr!" Roy pointed his head on the right first, then on the left. "Prepare th' cannons an' destroy that thin', before me beautiful base sinks!"
A large number of Stinglings were running away.
"Don`t go jus' yet, ye swabbies!" Turning back over the girl, the man pointed his remote over the two Inklings. "I need at least 5 men t' hold down them Squids an' throw them in th' prison!"
"I be comin', captain!" A pirate Stingling rushed past Roy, going forward.
"Me too!" A non-pirate Stingling passed the tall man on the right.
Two more Stinglings were sprinting right after. The ones ahead were almost reaching Mirii…
Aaaaah!
"Who`s squealin'?!" Groaning, Roy twisted back. "My patience ran"
Shoot th' Squids!
Alert! Alert!
The man grew his eyes, watching Greta and Bars in front of the stairs: the girl was standing on the last step of the stairs, firing dark-green ink projectiles at Stingrays, while the boy just swung his weapon from behind her back and released a huge wave of dark-green ink that fell in the middle of the floor.
TUUUUUMMM!
"... I be goin' t' throw doubloons at th' first Stinglin' who splats that girl!" Roy's remote was pointed at Greta.
The pirates near the stairs, yelled at the top of their lungs. They dashed along a side of the walls, passing the large dark-green ink on the ground, as they kept their goo-covered swords upwards.
PAF!
"Arrrr!"
Roy turned behind once more, watching Mirii attacking a Stingling's head with a high kick: the pirate fell on his back, next to another Stingling, as he covered his face with his hands. A Stingling sneaked around the fallen Stingrays, as he latched his arms onto Mirii!
The scientists grabbed the Stingray's back and began pulling, throwing a punch or a kick in the process.
TUUUUUMMM!
"Yo-ho-ho!" Greta grins, as she threw a Burst Bomb over an incoming Stingling. "You will nerecatch Greta alive!"
"Well said, girl!" Bars chuckled, as he tilted his weapon backwards.
The captain kept twisting and twisting, as he took his hat and threw it on the floor.
"I be surrounded by lily livered lanlubbers!" He rose his shoulders, casually looking at a door.
He stared at it for one second, before running after it. Mirii slid under the Stingling's grasp, as she jumped away from him and dashed after Roy.
"RELEASE HUNLEY AT ONCE!" She frowned a lot, increasing her running pace.
The man opened the door, immediately entering inside the room and closing the door back. The girl stopped right in front of it, as her hands grabbed the handle and leaned her shoulder on the door.
"Nnnnnggghhh…!" Her eyes squeezed.
She tilted away, panting a bit and drenching off the sweat on her forehead.
"Har har har! Enjoy punchin' th' door, swabbie! In th' meantime, I will make yer boyfriend keel haul th' plank!" His voice came from behind the door.
"CURSES!" Mirii threw a kick at the door.
A Stingling jumped from behind the girl, making her land on the floor with her stomach down.
TUUUUUMMM!
"I got th' lass', shipmates! I got th' lass'!" The man grinned, as he lifted his posture.
His eyes caught Bars rolling his weapon on the floor. Greta passed around him, accelerating and shooting ink projectiles out of her Baby Splattershot. The pirate took his gun from his pocket, aiming it at the running girl.
PUM!
Greta ducked, as the dart-shaped goo flew past her.
PUM!
Bars' face got hit with goo. He stopped, as he yelped. Greta threw a Burst Bomb over the pirate, hitting him directly: the man bounced backwards, dropping his gun on the floor and sliding with his back, once he touched the ground.
Mirii jumped back on her feet, as she kicked the gun away from everyone else.
TUUUUUMMM!
The pirate stood up, as his face was paler: he ran away, down the corridor.
"HELP!"
Greta turned her head over the Inkling man, as he was laying down and receiving a kick by the standing Stingling.
"Don't worry, dude!" Bars brought his weapon backwards, while grinning. "That Stingray is history!"
"NO!" Greta jumped in front of him, as her arms were stretching towards the boy. "DON'T"
WUSH!
A huge wave covered the girl in dark-green ink. The wave also hit both the Stingray and the Inkling man, splatting them both instantly: a small Stingray and a small Squid were flying away from the large ink stain.
"… wait…" Bars' eyes grew a bit, following the two with his irises. "Like, that dude wasn't dark-green…?"
"No, you idiot!" Mirii frowned a lot, as she stopped in front of him grabbing his shirt with both her hands. "And now you have to find him a pad, before it's too late!"
"Bu-but I don't know where I can find one…" Sweat covered his face.
TUUUUUUMMM!
"That's not a huge problem, Mirii!" Greta opened her arms, still drenching in dark-green ink. "I bet there is a natural one nearby!"
"How can you tell?!" Her eyes squeezed a bit, once she turned her sight on her friend.
"I know this inkland like the treehouse!" Greta frowned. "Stop bothering Barsy, please!"
Mirii growled.
"… smash that door, Bars." Her forefinger pointed at it. "The coward is keeping Hunley imprisoned in there!"
"That's something I can definitively do!" He chuckled, watching the door back. "Watch me turn that door into a pile of wood!" He walked towards it, while pulling his sleeves.
He tilted his weapon backwards… and once his feet stopped, he swung the roller in front of the door.
SSMMMAAAAAASSSHH!
A large hole formed on the door, as the captain was leaning his back against the wall, surrounded by shelves on the sides: he was holding a large gun, already pointed at the boy.
PUM!
The goo projectile impacted over his stomach, as Bars flew backwards and dropped his heavy weapon.
"I be havin' th' rum on me side!" He grinned. "That`s why I be always a step ahead o' ye four!"
"You are a step behind us!" Mirii jumped in front of the hole on the door. "You will always be!"
PUM!
Mirii tilted to her left, as the project barely passed. The captain laughed.
"You say that good old Roy be done fer?! Har! Ye Squids cannot e'en make me 'yo ho ho' wi' yer puny"
BOOOOOMMM!
RROOOOOOAAAARRRR!
The Stingling flew forward, as he fell on the floor and let the cage and remote move away from him. The cage rolled, together with the Squid. The remote bounced and smashed against a shelf, bursting into million pieces!
Mirii's eyes went wide, as a giant claw grabbed the man and pulled him outside the room. Screams were blasting from Roy's mouth, as two glowing eyes were staring back at the girl.
"… wh-what in the world I am looking at…?!" Her irises shrunk.
