CLANG!

The large multi-doors tilted past 45°, as a light penetrated through the darkness and landed on the crystal-clear floor, forming a square shape. Greta was standing still, while keeping her arms and legs open, as the shadow was almost completely covering her.

Mirii's eyelids were lowered to the middle, while standing on Greta's right and shaking her head slowly.

"Greta, can you please stop opening the door like that?" She frowned slightly. "This is not a playground."

"It's Greta's patented way of starting the discussion with style!" Greta pushed the white switch on the wall.

The chandelier lit all its bulbs, as the tall girl spun on herself, while moving forward.

Agent 3 chuckled, as she walked inside the room. Mirii snorted, while holding her temper and moving forward. Hun was following the shorter girl, as he turned his head around and admired the room.

"Ah, Hunry…" Greta was now stepping normally, opening her arm slightly and stretching her forefinger and thumb in the direction of her right cheek. "Would you mind closing that door?"

"Sure!" He stopped, rushing himself over the doors and pushing each of them without hesitations.

Greta reached the wooden chair on the middle, pulling it out of the line of chairs and sitting with her chest pointed at the chair's backrest. Her arms went on its top, folding on themselves. Mirii's head rose, while staring at her friend. Agent 3 was twitching her fingers, looking carefully at the large, wooden cabinet…

"Behave!" Greta's eyes closed for a moment. "Be a good Squid!"

Agent 3 groaned, sporting a sad expression on her face.

"Greta, explain the situation at hand…" Mirii began caressing her own tentacle. "I have to do some work in front of my laptop…"

"Alright, alright!" Greta lifted her posture, while simply smiling. "Basically, we got a big request from the HQ!"

"What kind of request…?" Mirii's eyes squeezed a bit.

"Do you remember that time… when we were walking around that miniature city?" She chuckled a bit.

"… what about it?" Mirii's thumb and forefinger rested on her head's right side, while grabbing her right elbow with her other hand.

"Basically, we got some news since then!" Greta turned her head over Agent 3. "News regarding this young fighter and her will of helping that old man out…"

Agent 3 nodded many times, showing her smile.

"Hold on." Mirii tilted her head, while keeping her eyes on her friend. "Where is Bars? Shouldn't he stay here and"

"He has to do some work back in the studios… which is more about him learning some ABC about the acting career." She shrugged. "Besides, why he needs to listen this whole discussion? I mean… he would probably sleep for the entire duration of this briefing session."

A sweat drop grew on Mirii's head.

"… you have a point." She nodded. "Although, did you let him know about this briefing session…?"

"Whenever he knows it or not, what does it change for him?" Greta laughed. "He will still follow us, no matter the location we are going…" Her eyes closed. "Actually, if we have to visit a"

"I understand the message, Greta." Mirii nodded. "Now, tell us"

"Excuse me, Mirii." Hun walked past the girl, stopping in front of Greta. "How did you found us this easily?"

"Well, ask that to our luck…" She grinned at him. "I was going after Agent 3, once she managed to escape out of the window!" She now stares back at the younger of the girls. "I went outside, hoping to find her hiding behind a bush or something… but then, I heard Mirii's voice out loud."

"Bah… I thought she was another Paparazzi…" Mirii grimaced, as her arms folded.

"She can be one, if she wants to…" Greta sighed, now looking all three Squids at once. "Anyway!"

"How come you know a Squid who doesn't talk at all…?" Mirii's head rose once more.

"Eh eh eh!" Greta's forefinger tilted up and down. "I will explain that… probably in the next days."

"And why such choice?" Mirii frowned slightly.

"I don't think that Agent 3 wants you to know that yet…" Greta shrugged. "Wasn't a problem for me… can't tell why she's so restrictive over that."

"… alright." Mirii closed her eyes. "Greta, explain this situation you were mentioning."

Greta stands up, as she began walking around.

"As I was saying…" She pushed her tentacle behind her ear. "I recently learned that, ever since our adventures in miniature city, this young girl was working hard behind the scenes in order to save that old Squid…"

"What she did, Greta?" Mirii flattened her mouth to her right.

"She investigated!" Greta nodded, looking back at Agent 3. "You did a nice job figuring out the location where those fiends are keeping that old captain!"

Agent 3 bowed, as she rose back and chuckled.

"So, this request received by the Headquarters… is it about us venturing inside the enemy's territory and save that man?" Mirii's eyes squeezed a bit.

"In a nutshell." Greta rose her thumb. "We have the occasion of getting that old man and that little seahorse out of trouble!" She opened her arms. "With the help of Agent 3 and Hunry, we gotta try saving them!"

Mirii sealed her mouth.

"… I want to chase after Project Neo, yes… but I have to save the innocents too! I can't ignore them… I must save them!"

Mirii nodded.

"I'm going to be quick with this, though… I have to reach Happy Squid Land at night and gather even more evidence about Project Neo! I will probably visit that place tomorrow… or after some days."

…

…

… it's been months, since I have thought of that. That whole adventure took us a lot of time, together coupled with the managing courses I had to follow, the villa I obtained with Hunley and its overall management side…

During that period, I managed to improve my performance significantly… and today, I intend returning inside that Happy Squid Land building at night and test my now-larger experience. But first… I want to see what Hunley is doing at the gym.
