"That fool!"

Mirii brought her smartphone over her left ear, as veins popped out from her forehead.

"I should had forced her to deliver the photos when I had the chance…!" Her face couldn't stop frowning, as smoke came from her right ear. "THAT WRETCHED BLOB! I WILL MAKE HER"

Like, hello?

"Bars, pass your smartphone over that imbecile!" She looked down.

Imbecile… me?

"No, you are the IDIOT! I meant the IMBECILE!" She growled. "And don't YOU dare complaining about this!"

Whoa, girl! Like, calm down! You wanna talk with Greta?

The girl sighed loudly, as her eyes closed. Hun was sitting on the chair with his mouth downturned.

… ah, girl! Like, I got Mirii on the phone! Do you wanna talk with her?

"Pass the phone!" Mirii rose her head back. "NOW!"

…

H-hello th-there, Mirii…!

Mirii growled, as her eyes squeezed a bit.

Wh-what an unexpected s-surprise th-that you called Barsy…! I-I didn't thought

"Greta… Hunley told me everything." She snorted, as her head rose.

HE DID?!

"Hmpf!" Her hand grasped her smartphone tightly. "I gave you a task... you had the time to accomplish it…"

L-let me explain! See, I-I wanted to get t-to the studios since B-Barsy h-has to record a commercial

Mirii bended forward.

"You dared to care more about an insignificant commercial, rather than this important task?!" She gritted her teeth. "Grrrrrrrrr…!"

… eta?

Mirii's eyes closed.

"You better find that phone, Greta…" A big sigh left her mouth. "… otherwise I will teach you a lesson you will never forget…"

I-Isn't this a lesson, already?!

"This is nothing more than a mere warning…" Her irises went to the left side. "… me and Hunley are not in the studios right now, so I cannot support your search."

Huh? Hunry was here in the studios! I saw him!

"Yes, I know that." Mirii nodded. "I also reached the studios, early on, to pick up Hunley and accompany him to the hospital since he had to attend a medical examination… a normal check."

You booked it?

"I received a e-mail from the hospital, as they offered their availability to let Hunley run a medical examination…" Her irises moved to the other side, staring at the sitting boy. "I contacted the hospital several days ago, trying to book one: they explained their incapacity of accommodating any patients in the next days, but they would eventually send me an e-mail whenever there is availability."

… as I imagined.

"Tsk!" Her head rose. "Greta, I still don't trust that show… nor those occasional visits"

You can't really come in here at all, Mirii?

Mirii's mouth sealed.

"… I'm sitting on a medical bed, right now…"

Eh? WHAT?!

"I'll soon leave the hospital!" Mirii frowned. "I will explain the previous events once you found that phone and we 4 meet together!"

Sigh… alright.

"MAKE sure you find that phone in time, Greta!" She bended forward. "Understood?"

If Mr. Calmag grants me the immense wish of looking for it, then you can bet on your smartphone that I would

"Don't you dare mentioning my smartphone..." Her eyes squeezed a bit.

Uff... see you later...

"Later." Mirii brought her smartphone in front of her face, as her left thumb pressed on the red circle. "... that moron..." She grimaced, putting her smartphone down.

"Mirii, you shouldn't accumulate stress..." Hun stands up. "It's not good for the health..."

"I know that well, Hunley." She turned her head over him, as her mouth downturned as well. "Unfortunately, dealing with our friends requires the biggest patience ever conceivable for Squidkind..."

"Well... I didn't like how Grina responded to me..." Hun lowered his head.

"What she said?!" Her eyes expanded.

"N-nothing big, I swear!" The boy lifted his hands, as sweat jumped out from his lifted head. "I-in fact, don't think about it!"

Mirii growled, as she carried back her smartphone in front of her-

Knock knock!

Her eyes went immediately on the door.

"Come in!" She lowered her smartphone back.

The metallic door opened, revealing an Inkling woman wearing a white shirt with semi-dark green edges on both short sleeves and v-neck. Her pants were fully colored in the same way as the upper edges. She was smiling, pushing her right tentacle behind and walking over the sitting girl.

"Mirii, how are you?" Her eyes closed, stopping on the girl's right side. "Do you feel better?"

"Yes, thank you." Mirii smiled as well.

The nurse nodded, almost bowing down. She turned over Hun, reopening her eyes.

"See? I told you that your friend will make it just fine." She giggled before turning behind and walking over the medical wardrobe. "You were so worried, I was afraid you would faint in front of me!"

Mirii blushed, as her head lowered.

"I-I tried calming myself down!" Hun opened his arms wide, while looking at the woman. "Bu-but that was something so… s-so scary, I-I didn't know what to think of it!"

"Hunley…" Her eyes closed. "I can understand the reason why you were worried about me… but I don't see the reason for losing control like this…"

Her head turned over the silent boy, as her mouth downturned and her eyes reopened.

"Please, promise me…" She blushed a bit more. "… yo-you will keep yourself calm…! Y-you know I-I always managed to solve all those problems…!"

"I don't know, Mirii…" Hun lowered his shoulders, sighing and properly facing the girl. "… I-I didn't know what to think of that…"

"Hunley, you have listened my words many times…" Mirii smiled. "Do you see how matters are brilliantly faced because of my guidance?"

"… yes, Mirii…" He nodded. "… still…" His irises turned to the right.

The woman walked back, while holding a piece of cotton, a medical tape roll and a pair of scissors. She puts the roll and scissors on the small table, approaching the girl with only the piece of cotton at hand.

"It's time to remove the 'reliefer'…" Her hands went down on the middle. "If you don't like watching me removing the needle, I highly advice to turn the other way."

Mirii turned her head to the right, watching the cord sticking out from the white sticking plaster. Her eyes closed. Hun's face went paler, as his hands covered his eyes.

"… well, keeping your eyes closed can do the trick as well." The woman's hands went onto the cord.

Mirii began grimacing, as she gritted her teeth and yelped just once. Something soft touched the burning spot…

"Please, press your finger on the cotton." The woman's voice entered inside her ears.

Her eyes opened, watching the nurse's finger pressing on the cotton: Mirii's left forefinger went over the cotton, pushing it down once the woman's finger left.

"Nice job!" The woman smiled, as she turned behind and faced the table. "One moment and I will apply your patch."

"A-are you alright, M-Mirii?!" Hun's forefinger rose, as his right eye peeked through the opening.

"Hunley, the danger has been successfully avoided." Mirii smiled at him. "You can look at me, now."

His hands went down, as he sighed in relief. The woman returned, this time with her scissors on her left hand and the roll on her right one. Swiftly, she stuck the tape on her elbow, pulling it over the cotton: Mirii pulled her forefinger, as the woman immediately passed the tape on it and kept pulling the roll for one more inch.

Her other hand brought the scissors over the tape, cutting it away from the roll. Her thumb pressed on the lifted tip of the cut tape, applying it solidly.

"All done!" The woman rose her hands, while closing her eyes and smiling. "You can stand up, now."

"Thank you for the service." Mirii turned over her right side, pulling her legs in the same direction, while smiling at the nurse and storing her smartphone away. "It was impeccable."

"You are welcome!" The woman nodded, as she stepped towards the medical wardrobe.

Mirii's feet touched the floor, as her head was now aiming at the boy. The nurse reached the opened wardrobe, storing away both the roll and the scissors: her ears opened.

"Hunley, it's time to leave this hospital." Mirii nodded. "If you don't need"

"EEEEEEK!" The nurse jumped, carrying her hands on her cheeks.

Mirii gasped, as her head instantly twisted over the main entrance… watching Stingret, a Stingling woman, standing in front of three Stinglings holding each a Splattershot-like weapon.

"Finally ready, you are." Stingret was smiling, folding her arms and lowering her eyebrows. "For too long, we waited."
