If you're team has less or more then 8 players..you can make you're deers and hunters un-even. The Hunters On You're team will try to hunt down and shoot the other team's deer with a paintball gun. The Deer will try too get away. Same vice versa. If The Deer successfully do not get shot, they win for their team, if the hunters shoot down all the deer, they win for their team.
