The alola gang was having a sleepover at Ash's house, since he wanted to treat his friends to something fun after all that had happened with the ultra beasts. Professor Burnet and Kukui had been making dinner in the kitchen, and had to run to the market since they were missing ingredients. Everyone, changed into pyjamas, was sitting in a circle in Ash's loft.
"I know what we can do while they're gone!" Ash suddenly exclaimed. The rest of them looked at him.
"Let's play truth or dare!" Ash said as he looked at Lana. She gave a knowing nod and turned to the rest of them. "The rules are simple. Any questions are aloud in truth, but we have cards for dares so that we don't destroy the house."
"Why don't we just limit the destructiveness of our dares?" Lillie asked.
"Because sometimes it could take a long time to make up a dare, so this'll be easier!" Kiawe explained as Lana passed him cards from her backpack and placed them in the middle of all the trainers.
Nearly everyone in the room was in on a secret. They all had a plan, and it was working perfectly.
"Mallow, why don't you go first?" Sophocles suggested with a grin.
"Oh, okay!" She said with a smile, delighted to go first. "Truth!"
"Who's your crus-"
"HAHA NEVER MIND I PICK DARE!" Mallow interrupted, knowing what question Sophocles was going to ask and shooting him a glare. Although she hadn't told anyone, she was pretty sure everyone knew she was in love with Lillie, but she would never tell her. She suddenly got a bad feeling in her stomach, realizing this could be a plan to get her to confess.
"Alrighty!" Ash said as he winked at Mallow. He could see the pink on her cheeks as she picked up the card.
"Sit in the person on your left's lap and have them tickle you gently for 30 seconds. If you laugh, they get to tickle you for 5 minutes."
Mallow's face quickly went red. "5 MINUTES?!"
"If it's what the card says!" Lana said with a smile.
Mallow sighed. Maybe it wouldn't be too bad! She hadn't actually paid attention to who had sat next to her.
She turned to her left. Mallow's face went reder then it already was.
"It won't be that bad! I'll make sure you don't laugh." Lillie said with dusty pink cheeks and a smile.
FUCK. Mallow thought to herself. She had to sit in the lap of the prettiest girl she's ever seen. On top of that, she has to not laugh while getting tickled, which is impossible given how ticklish she is.
The others grinned as they watched Mallow move over to Lillie and sit in her lap.
"Are you ready?" She said. Although Mallow couldn't see her face, she could tell she was skilled at this and wasn't going to hold back.
"I gue-EEP!" Mallow immediately squeaked as Lillie poked her side.
"Oh my! This'll be easier than I thought." Suddenly Mallow felt two of Lillie's fingers gently scribble down her side. She was biting her lip, squirming and covering her mouth with her hands.
Lillie decided that play time was over in the last ten seconds and moved her fingers over to Mallow's waist.
Mallow jumped and started to laugh. "OKOKOK! AHAHAHAHA! STOHOHOP!" She began to trash, nearly making the smaller girl fall backwards.
Lillie took her hands away from Mallow. "Well, you know the rules!" She said excitedly. Mallow could tell she was enjoying it more then she was, but she couldn't deny the fact that she didn't mind it.
"W-Wait! Can't we talk about this?" Mallow begged as she quickly got to her feet and backed away from Lillie. Lillie stood up and brushed down her skirt and looked at the green haired girl with a playful sparkle in her eyes before tackling her to the ground.
"Like I said before, you know the rules!"
"But just this one time? I'll pick a different dare!"
"Actually, I kinda like this one." The blonder said with a smile.
"WAIT WAIT WA-AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Mallow bursted into squeaky laughter as Lillie lightly scribbled her fingers on Mallow's ribs.
"I'm barely touching you!" Lillie said in shock. The most ticklish person she knew was probably her brother Gladion, but she had to admit that it took a little more than light strokes to get Gladion to burst into laughter.
"OHOHOHMYGOHOHOHOHOHOD IT TIHIHIHIHICKLES SOHOHO BAHAHAHAD!"
"That's the point silly!"
Mallow squirmed around, but Lillie was able to straddle her waist and pin her arms above her head with her hand. The younger Aether sibling then changed tactics to see just how ticklish Mallow was. She gave her a little break before reaching back towards her legs and giving her calves a couple of pinches.
"FUHUHUHUCK NOHOHOT THEHEHEHEHRE!" Mallow began to furiously kick to try to stop Lillie, but to no avail. She continued to poke at her calves until getting bored and squeezing her waist again. Mallow snorted and squealed loudly as Lillie continued to poke and tease her.
"How bad does this tickle, huh, Mao?"
Mallow's face went bright red, (Even though it was already very red.) when Lillie said that nickname. Lillie noticed and smirked.
"Do you like it when I call you Mao?"
Mallow shook her head. "NOHOHOHOHOHOH!"
Lillie pouted. "Tell me the truth you liar, or else." She paused her tickle attack, letting her breath.
"I told you the truth." The ticklee said, still panting from the attack.
"Really now?" Lillie said as she as she leaned closer to Mallow and pinched her calves again.
"OKOKOHOHOHOK I LIHIHIHIKE IT!" Lillie stopped again.
"Are we done?" Mallow spoke, exhausted from the tickling.
"Nope! I need to do research!"
"On what?!"
"I heard that people with different coloured hair have different amounts of ribs." The tickler said with a smirk.
"Can you just look it up?" Mallow was practically begging at this point.
"The internet doesn't always tell the truth!" Lillie raised her hand and wiggled her fingers, causing the grass trainer to snicker with anticipation.
Lillie stroked one of Mallow's ribs. "One…"
"SHIHIHIHIHIT! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"Wow Mao! You made me lose count!" Lillie pouted. "I'll have to restart." Lillie continued stroking each one of Mallow's ribs, having to restart frequently. The ladder squealing the entire time the 'research' was happening.
"Almost done, 23…" Lillie kept fluttering her fingers over the second last rib. "Aww, who's ticklish? You are! Tickle tickle~" She teased.
This only made the sensation worse for Mallow, since those were almost the exact words her brother used to tease her with when he would tickle her. Lillie smiled. "You like this don't you? Don't think I haven't noticed the fact that you haven't been asking me to check the time."
Mallow turned her head to the clock. 9:30. She had started at 9:10. It was supposed to be 5 minutes.
"CHEHEHEHEATER! YOUR OHOHOHOVER TIHIHIME!" Mallow snorted.
"Well now I'm only stopping under one condition."
"WHAHAHAHAT?!"
"Admit you like being tickled."
"NEHEHEHEHEHEVER!"
The green haired trainer actually loved it, especially when it was with Lillie. Watching her smile just warmed her heart, and she found the sensation, though torturous, incredibly enjoyable.
"Fine."
Lillie halted her torture for a little as she lifted Mallow's pyjama shirt so that her stomach was exposed. Mallow knew what was about to happen.
"W-WAIT!" She pleaded right before Lillie blew a raspberry in the centre of her belly.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAOKOKOKOKOHOHOHOHOHOHOKOHOHOHOHMYGOHOHOD!" Mallow couldn't even make out words at this point.
"Do you give in?" Lillie said as she spidered her fingers on her ribs.
"YESYESYESYES OKOKOK I LIHIHIHIHIKE IT I REAHAHAHAHALLY LIHIHIKE IT! ESPECIAlLLY WITH YOHOHOHOU!"
Oops. I said too much.
Lillie froze and went red, realizing the torture she had just done.
"I'M SO SO SO SORRY MALLOW! THAT WAS INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL I JUST DON'T REALLY GET TO DO WITH STUFF NOW THAT GLADION IS OLDER AND-" She stopped again.
"W-Wait, especially with me?" Lillie asked, even redder.
"SHIT I said that? Sorry that just slipped-"
Mallow was interrupted by a pair of lips interlocking with hers. She froze and tried to precess what was happening. Lillie pulled away and looked at her, now panicked. "I-I didn't mean to do that! It was just the moment and stuff and I got all caught up in it and I just want to say that I love you!"
Mallow stared at her in shock. "W-Wait, really?"
"I know you don't like me back I just-"
"I like you too!"
Lillie looked up at her. "W-What?"
"FINALLY!" The others shouted. The new couple realized that they had been watching them the entire time. They both went extremely red.
"THIS WAS A SETUP WASN'T IT!"
"Yep! And it worked like a charm!"
