A normal day at Osbourn High School…
Zachary: Ugh! Why must I go to some stupid pep rally? They're absolutely useless.
Madison: Oh come on, Zachary! This is supposed to support the winter sports. Besides, if you don't want to go, you can stay in the auditorium.
Zachary: I guess you're right. Ok I'll go to the auditorium.
A few hours later…..
Principal Pflugrath: Welcome to the pep rally! We are so glad that you are able to make it here today! Now, who's ready to get this celebration on?
Loud Cheers roars
Principal Pflugrath: Ok, then let the pep rally begin!
Meanwhile…..
Zachary: I'm so bored! There is absolutely nothing to do here!
There are loud boos in the room. Zachary thinks it's at him, but it's not.
Zachary: *Grumbles* Oh you don't boo me! Time to cause some chaos!
Zachary disappears into black smoke and heads toward the stage. From there a cloud of darkness surrounds the auditorium and an evil laugh can be heard. He transforms into the Pony of Shadows.
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHA! I have come back to haunt you all.
Audience: BOOOOOOO!
Pony of Shadows: Oh am I a bully to you? Well then, TAKE THIS!
The Pony of Shadows blasts magic and dark crystals surround the auditorium The audience is trapped in it.
Pony of Shadows: HA! You'll never be able to escape. Now time to ruin that ridiculous pep rally. HAHAHAHA!
Pep rally goes on, but after a song is over and a game is about to begin, dark thunder clouds show up and surround the gym, and there is another evil laugh.
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHA! I have returned and I will destroy you all!
Madison jumps out from the crowd and stands in front of the Pony of Shadows.
Madison: Who are you and what do you want?
Pony of Shadows: I am the Pony of Shadows: King of Darkness and Destruction. Why I am here is to get my revenge.
Madison: Who are you trying to get revenge on?
Pony of Shadows: No other than that ridculous and stupid Hannah Yoho.
Madison: YOU LEAVE HER ALONE! SHE NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG YOU DISGUSTING BEAST!
Pony of Shadows: *With anger* OH YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHE HAS DONE TO ME. Since you are standing in my way, I will do everything I can to get rid of you.
Madison: Good luck you worthless creature, no one will ever like you, and no one cares about you!
The Pony of Shadows got so mad that he blasted her with magic from his horn that it knocked her out.
Pony of Shadows: HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT ME LIKE THAT! TAKE THIS! *blasts*
Anna: MADISON!
Pony of Shadows: That's what you get for disrespecting me like that! DRAGONS ATTACK! TAKE EVERYONE OUT!
Anna: HEY YOU! YOU DISGUSTING LOOKING BEAST!
Pony of Shadows: HMM? HOW DARE YOU! YOU WANT TO DIE TOO? I'LL MOST CERTAINLY DO IT! *charges up horn*
Anna: LISTEN HERE! YOU DO NOT HURT MY SISTER WHOEVER YOU ARE! I DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS WITH HANNAH, BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU COME AFTER AND HARM INNOCENT PEOPLE!
Pony of Shadows: YOU DO NOT TALK TO ME THAT WAY! Because you said that, YOU WILL PAY!
The Pony of Shadows blasts his magic at Anna, but a magical shield comes up and blocks the dark magic.
Pony of Shadows: WHAT THE? HOW? THIS CAN'T BE POSSIBLE! I'M THE KING OF DARKNESS! I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE BLOCKED!
Anna: Ha! You can't stop me no matter what you do! The light always defeats the darkness!
Pony of Shadows: NO! I WILL PREVAIL! I'M STRONGER THAN THIS STUPID SHIELD! I MUST PUT IN MORE POWER!
Anna: And how are you gonna do that?
Pony of Shadows: Easy!
The Pony of Shadows starts draining everyone's magic into his horn.
Pony of Shadows: YES! YES! YES! HAHAHAHA! I HAVE MORE POWER! NOW I'LL EASILY DEFEAT YOU AND THIS SHIELD OF LIGHT! *blasts*
The shield shatters instantly. Anna starts running towards the exit but gets stopped.
Pony of Shadows: DRAGONS GET HER!
Anna: NO! NO! *struggles* LET ME GO YOU UGLY BEAST!
Pony of Shadows: Hey! Watch it with the insults or else I'll kill you right now.
Anna: You will never get away with this!
Pony of Shadows: Oh I already have. DRAGONS, take her away into my throne room and tie her up. DO NOT LET HER ESCAPE!
The dragons travel to the auditorium and tie up Anna with ropes. She tries to free herself, but the ropes are too strong.
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHA! YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO DEFEAT ME! NOW YOU WILL PAY!
The Pony of Shadows unties Anna but shoves her into the wall and wraps her in dark crystal.
Anna: *struggling* How could you? UGH! WHY ARE THESE DARK CRYSTALS SO SHARP AND SPIKY?
Pony of Shadows: What? Are they too hard for you? Please. I don't have time to deal with people like you! Now, if you excuse me, I have a school to take over. HAHAHAHA!
Anna: NO YOU WILL NOT! *breaks herself free*
Anna blasts magic at the Pony of Shadows and he blasts magic back at her.
Pony of Shadows: NO! YOU WILL NOT ESCAPE!
Anna: Oh I think you're wrong.
Anna outlasts the Pony of Shadows and his horn smokes a bit. The Pony of Shadows is now furious.
Anna: You will never outlast the light!
Pony of Shadows: What are you talking about?
Anna: All these ponies are now with me and we are here to defeat you. We are the Magic of Friendship.
Pony of Shadows: NO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I CAN'T BE DEFEATED! NOOOOOOOOOOO!
A spectrum of rainbow comes at the Pony of Shadows and banishes him from the Earth. He ends up in the prison cells in the Canterlot Caves in Equestria.
Pony of Shadows: *waking up* hmm? Where am I? Wait a second! Pony guards, royal iron bars, dark caves, hmm… No. Can I be in Equestria? It can't be. Oh, they made a dumb mistake. Hehehe
Guard 1 and 2 walk in and stand at the Pony of Shadows prison cell and don't move.
Pony of Shadows: Um hello? Are you going to answer me? Can I be let free?
Guard 1 and 2 do not respond. The Pony of Shadows tries again but is unsuccessful. From there, he hatches a plan to take over Equestria.
Pony of Shadows: hmm? How am I gonna get out? Ah ha! I'm gonna give them cake.
The Pony of Shadows starts to execute his plan. It works. Guards 3 and 4 walk in with chocolate cake. Immediately, guards 1 and 2 is excited and follows 3 and 4 to the table.
Guard 3: Hey guys, we got cake!
Guard 4: Yeah we have cake!
Guard 1: Oh my gosh! I want cake!
Guard 2: Yea! Let's go!
The guards go to the table in the next room. They left the Pony of Shadows in his cell unsupervised. The Pony of Shadows charges up his horn and breaks the cell doors. The guards do not hear anything.
Pony of Shadows: Haha! I'm free! Now it's time to take over Equestria. And I know exactly where to start. HAHA HAHA HAHA!
The Pony of Shadows disappears into black smoke and heads towards the Castle in Canterlot. From there, he sets up a distraction to make the guards leave the entrance to the throne room.
Pony of Shadows: Ok, I'm now here in the hallway towards the throne room. But how will I get there? Ah ha! I'll create a distraction to get the guards away from the doors.
The Pony of Shadows creates a distraction and the guards follow after the distraction leaving the doors to the throne room unprotected. The Pony of Shadows moves towards the doors and busts it open. There are Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Shining Armor. They are now angry that the Pony of Shadows is back.
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHAHA! I have returned and this time I will not be defeated.
The Pony of Shadows starts charging up his horn and blasts the throne room with dark crystal.
Celestia: What are you doing? Stop this madness right now!
Pony of Shadows: Oh please! I don't have time for crap like that! I have a kingdom to take over.
Celestia: I don't think so!
Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Shining Armor surround the Pony of Shadows. He repelled them out of the way and started blasting magic at Celestia and Luna. Cadence stands in front of them and blocks with a magical shield.
Cadence: YOU LEAVE US ALONE! YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES!
Pony of Shadows: Oh that's so wonderful! NOT! YOU WANNA FIGHT? TAKE THIS! *blasts*
Shining Armor: CADENCE!
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHA! YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO DEFEAT ME!
Shining Armor: Not if I can't do anything about it! *blasts*
Pony of Shadows: I don't think so! TAKE THIS! *surrounds him with a black web from his wings and strangles him.*
Pony of Shadows: Two down, two left to go! Well, looks like you're the only two left.
Celestia: Well, we aren't that easy to defeat.
Luna: Yea, you disgusting beast! You'll never take over Equestria.
Pony Of Shadows: Don't be so sure about that! TAKE THIS! *blasts*
Celestia: Ready Luna?
Luna: Yes!
Celestia and Luna blast their magic at the Pony of Shadows, but he sees it coming and starts sucking their magic into his horn. Celestia and Luna start screaming in pain as the Pony of Shadows gains power. They fall down on the ground.
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHAHA! I have taken Celestia's and Luna's alicorn magic. Now I can rule Equestria without alicorn interference. HAHAHAHAHA! Now I just gotta steal Cadence's and Shining Armor's magic.
The Pony of Shadows takes Cadence's and Shining Armor's magic and then stuffs them and the royal sisters into the walls of dark crystal and are surrounded by it except for their neck and head.
Pony of Shadows: HA! You'll never be able to defeat me! Now once I take everypony's magic, I must come after no other than TWILIGHT SPARKLE! DRAGONS! GUARD MY THRONE AND EVERY HALLWAY IN THIS CASTLE! IF YOU SEE A GUARD, TAKE THEM OUT AND TIE THEM UP! I'LL BE BACK!
The Pony of Shadows disappears into black smoke yet again and goes all across Equestria and sucks everypony's magic except for The Mane Six. He returns to the throne room.
Pony of Shadows: DRAGONS! I am back! Did you get all the guards? *moment of silence* Good! Let me tie them up! HA! There we go! Much better.
Meanwhile in Ponyville at Twilight's castle….
Twilight: Hey Spike? Have we finished everything on the list?
Spike: I think so Twilight. I don't see anything else left on the list.
Twilight: That's good! Now we can relax.
Pinkie Pie comes running into the castle. She comes into the library gasping, out of breath. Twilight and Spike are now worried.
Twilight: Pinkie Pie? Are you alright? You appear to be out of breath.
Pinkie Pie: No! I'm not alright. Something terrible just happened and my Pinkie sense is going crazy right now.
Twilight: What happened?
Pinkie Pie: Weelllll, there was this black creature who had white eyes and has the power of Tirek.
Twilight: hmm… black creature, white eyes, has the power of Tirek…. OH NO! NOT HIM!
Spike: Who is it?
Twilight: No other than the Pony of Shadows! We must gather the rest of our friends.
Pinkie Pie: But that's not it. He took away Celestia and Luna's magic as well as Cadence and Shining Armor's magic. They are now stuck in dark crystal.
Twilight: OH NO! NOT MY FAMILY! WE MUST STOP HIM! Come on Pinkie, let's go get the other's.
Twilight busts out the castle doors and sees ponies groaning and realizes that everypony's magic is gone except hers and her friends. She continues running. She heads to Fluttershy's cottage first. She bangs on the door.
Fluttershy: Why hello Twilight. Oh my. Are you alright?
Twilight: No I'm not. We must go to Canterlot. An old foe has returned.
Fluttershy: Oh, ok let's go.
Twilight heads to Rainbow's place. She finds her outside sitting on a chair.
Rainbow Dash: Hey Fluttershy! Hey Twilight! What's going on? Uh Twilight, why do you have that face?
Twilight: No time to explain, we need to go to Canterlot. Every second we stand here, is another moment that ugly beast is continuing his reign of terror.
Twilight goes to Rarity's boutique next. She is inside making dresses. Twilight is banging on the door.
Rarity: Oh well hello Twilight, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash. What brings you here as this hour? Well, whatever is the matter with you Twilight? Is there something wrong?
Twilight: I can't explain right now. An old foe has returned. I see something in him. He's hurting and it's up to us to save not only Equestria, but also him.
Twilight finally stops at Sweet Apple Acres. There she and the others run towards the main barn. Applejack is stacking hay when Twilight is banging on the barn door.
Applejack: Dadgum it! Who's banging on my door so dang hard? I swear whoever it is better know- oh Twilight! How are y'all doing? Uh what's wrong with you Twilight?
Rainbow Dash: Don't bother asking she's upset because an enemy has returned.
Applejack: Well then, we haven't got time to waste. Let's get moving!
The mane six then ran to the train station to Canterlot, but when they got there they were surprised on what they saw.
Applejack: What in tarnation happened here? Why are there ponies lying on the ground?
Twilight: Oh no! I forgot that the Pony of Shadows has drained everypony's magic except ours! We'll have to get there ourselves!
Rainbow Dash: How are we gonna do that?
Twilight: Easy!
Twilight charges up her horn and teleports everyone to Canterlot right in front of the castle. They now stand outside the doors into the castle.
Twilight: Ok here we go! Pony of Shadows, you will be defeated!
Twilight and the others went into the castle and were shocked how bad it was. There were dark crystals in every corner and dragons guarding every entrance and hallway.
Twilight: Oh no! How are we gonna get in now? There are dark crystals everywhere and black dragons in every corner! Hmmm…. I have an idea! Girls, we must distract the dragons and make them leave Canterlot.
All in unison: Ok Twilight! We will make them leave!
The mane six created a distraction causing the dragons to come after them and then Twilight charged up her horn and opened a portal to Limbo and the dragons fell in.
Twilight: Ok! The dragons are now out of the way. Now it's time to face the foe himself! Ready girls?
All in unison: Ready!
Twilight and the others come to the throne room and bust open the doors. There they were horrified with what they saw. The princesses were trapped in dark crystal, the Pony of Shadows was sitting on the throne, and next to him were his two most powerful black dragons.
Twilight: OK PONY OF SHADOWS! YOUR REIGN OF TERROR IN EQUESTRIA IS OVER! YOU STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING RIGHT NOW OR ELSE YOU WILL BE PUNISHED!
Pony of Shadows: Hmmm… How about NO! I WILL NEVER GIVE UP THE THRONE AND WILL ALWAYS CONTINUE MY REIGN OF TERROR IN EQUESTRIA! You are absolutely gonna have to try your absolute hardest to be able to defeat me! HAHAHA! DRAGONS ATTACK!
The dragons come at the mane six and they fight. Twilight dodges them and rolls up to face the Pony of Shadows herself.
Twilight: I know you're hurting, but that's no reason to do what you're doing.
The Pony of Shadows knows this and his heart begins to soften, but then his flesh hardens it back up again. The Pony of Shadows is now furious.
Pony of Shadows: YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME AND MY PROBLEMS! HOW DARE YOU SPEAK OF THIS! YOU WILL NOW PAY FOR YOUR ACTIONS! TAKE THIS!
The Pony of Shadows charges up his horn and blasts his magic at Twilight. Then, Twilight charges up her horn and blasts magic at him. After about 5 minutes, the rest of Twilight's friends get tied up by the dragons. Twilight stops and goes to the ground.
Twilight: NOOO! NOT MY FRIENDS!
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHA! HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT!? Face it Twilight. You'll never be able to defeat me no matter what you do! Even if you manage to talk about my ridiculous problems, you still wouldn't defeat me! I'LL RULE FOREVER! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Twilight: Not if I can do anything about it! Wait what? My friends are unresponsive. YOU TOOK THEIR MAGIC! NOW YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS! YOU'LL NEVER PREVAIL!
Pony of Shadows: We'll see about that! HAHAHAHA!
The Pony of Shadows and Twilight fight with magic. Twilight has now turned into her rainbow power form. She blows a big hit on the Pony of Shadows, but then is hit from behind with dark magic. She gets up and the Pony of Shadows stands right there. He shows the bubbles of Twilight's friends and gives her a choice.
Pony of Shadows: So Twilight? What's it going to be? Your homeland or your friends? Your Choice. But hurry up! I don't have all day you know!
Twilight thinks longs and hard about this and decides to give up her magic in order to save her friends.
Twilight: I will give up my magic in exchange for my friends!
Pony of Shadows: Excellent! I wanted your magic anyways! *pops bubbles*
Twilight: Are you guys ok?
All in unison: Yea we're ok. But you made a mistake. He will drain all of your magic and reign Equestria forever.
Twilight: Not at the price of my friends. I'm sorry. I have to save you over our homeland.
Pony of Shadows: Time to give up your magic! HAHA!
The Pony of Shadows starts draining Twilight's magic including her rainbow power. Twilight starts screaming in pain and falls to the ground. The Pony of Shadows is now the strongest pony in all of Equestria.
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHAHAHA! I HAVE DRAINED PRINCESS TWILIGHT'S MAGIC AND NOW I WILL RULE EQUESTRIA FOREVER HAHAHA!
The Pony of Shadows goes outside and charges up his horn and blasts it into the sky. There a storm is created and now Equestria is surrounded by complete darkness.
Pony of Shadows: HAHAHAHAHA! I NOW HAVE CREATED A STORM OF DARKNESS AND NOW TIME TO DESTROY THE OTHER CITIES OF EQUESTRIA!
The Pony of Shadows flies away from the castle and goes to other cities in Equestria. He starts to charge up his horn and blast everything with dark crystals. Meanwhile, Twilight is now upset and goes to the corner of the throne room to think about how she lost a potential friend.
Twilight: I can't believe I just let him get away with this! I should have talked to him! *cries and goes to the corner*
Celestia: Twilight. You did the best you could. He wanted to believe you, but he didn't want to lose his power. That's why he got mad. Because you were trying to talk to him. There are gonna ponies like that are gonna reject anyone that speaks with love and truth.
Twilight: *crying* I can't just believe the fact that I tried to talk to him and he just didn't change. I'm such a failure!
Celestia: Twilight. You're not a failure. We've told you that you tried, but he refused.
Twilight: I need time to think.
The Pony of Shadows is successful in completely destroying the other cities of Equestria by surrounding them with dark crystal. He then flies back to the castle and returns to the throne room in which he busts open the doors. He sees Twilight upset, he starts wanting to care for her, but his flesh hardens his heart back up, so he continues to sit down on the throne.
Pony of Shadows: I'VE FINALLY SUCCESSFULLY DESTROYED EVERY CITY IN EQUESTRIA IN DARK CRYSTAL. NOW I WILL RULE EQUESTRIA FOREVER HAHAHAHAHA!
Twilight: LISTEN HERE YOU BEAST! I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU FEEL ABOUT ANY OF US OR ME, BUT YOU WILL STOP YOUR REIGN OF TERROR!
Pony of Shadows: PPPPPPPFFFFFFFF! How are you gonna do that Princess? You've lost your magic, your friends are covered in dark crystal, and Equestria is taken over. Face it Twilight. You've lost.
Twilight: You may be right. I've lost my magic. But there is one type of magic you can't take. THE MAGIC OF FRIENDSHIP!
As soon as Twilight said that, she started floating and everypony in the throne room is free. She starts to glow and so does everypony else. The Pony of Shadows tries to blast them: doesn't work. He tries sucking up this weird magic: doesn't work. The Pony of Shadows is now scared. He is now afraid he will lose his power and be transformed back to his human form.
Pony of Shadows: NO! STOP! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? TAKE THIS! *blasts* NO! UGH HAHA TAKE THIS! *tries to suck up magic with his horn* DANG IT! NO! I CAN'T LOSE MY POWER AGAIN!
Twilight: I tried talking to you, but you refused to talk to me. I now understand. You were hurting. You wanted to stop. You wanted to help me when I was in despair. You wanted to talk about it. But instead, you let your selfish desires harden your heart and continue your reign of terror.
Pony of Shadows: YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME! YOU WILL NEVER DEFEAT ME EVEN THOUGH YOU MIGHT HAVE SOME CRAZY LOOKING MAGIC THAT DOESN'T EXIST!
Twilight: This magic does exist. It's called the Magic of Friendship. You will be defeated. I'm sorry.
Pony of Shadows: NO! STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING! YOU WILL NEVER DEFEAT ME! NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
A rainbow spectrum comes from Twilight and hits the Pony of Shadows. He is now being transformed back to his human form and while that's happening, Equestria is being restored. After all that, everypony has their magic back and the Pony of Shadows has been turned back to Zachary. He is now considered weak.
Zachary: No! Where am I? *stops dead* I'm sorry for all the terror I caused. I deserve to go back to the prison underneath the castle.
Twilight: I'm glad you admitted to your guilt, but you don't need to go to prison.
Zachary: I don't?
Twilight: No I will take you back to your world and you'll make things right.
Zachary: I was bitter towards someone who betrayed me and I was so bent on revenge so I did those things and realized that what I was doing was wrong. Can you ever forgive me?
Twilight: Yes, I can. Come here. *hugs*
Zachary: Uh that was awkward, but ok.
Twilight: Sorry, that's a thing we do here.
Zachary and Twilight left the castle and went to the Canterlot train station. Twilight charged up her horn and opened up the portal between Earth and Equestria. Both of them walked in and the portal closed. When they reached the other side, they were at Osbourn High School. They walked in the doors and there were standing Madison and Anna.
Zachary: Oh hey… I just wanted to tell you I'm sorry for what I've done to you both.
Madison: That was you? That ugly looking beast?
Zachary: Yes it was me. I was so bent on getting revenge on Hannah on how she betrayed me in an awful way, but that's no excuse for what I did. Probably you're gonna tell her and she's gonna laugh at me even more.
Anna: What? No! We understand that some people are just not gonna be the nicest of people. Even though we never said anything, we didn't just wanna ignore the truth. Also, we didn't want to hurt her feelings. So we will talk to her.
Zachary: You will?
Anna: Yea we most definitely will.
Zachary: I'm always such the weird kid. Probably you want to stay away from me even more. Considering the fact that I'm autistic.
Madison: Listen here Zachary. You may have done some weird things in the past, but that's you. We might not understand what autism is, but we know that in no way, shape, or form are you weird to us.
Zachary: Yea, but I'm embarrassed myself when I sent you that note in the mail. I practically looked like a fool and made you uncomfortable.
Twilight: What do you mean by "send you a note through the mail"?
Zachary: Uh, it's nothing to talk about. Let's just say it was a very bad mistake.
Twilight: Ok. Well, I need to go now. I have to explain to everypony everything that happened.
Zachary: Oh, ok. I'll miss you. Don't forget to come back at some point.
Twilight: I will.
Zachary: *gives Twilight a hug*
Twilight opened the portal back to Equestria and closed it after 5 seconds. Zachary, Madison, and Anna went back towards the gym to talk about some stuff.
Madison: I still can't believe that you were that ugly creature. It was very creepy.
Zachary: I still am trying to get over it.
Anna: Hey, um Zachary, I want to talk to you.
Zachary: Ok.
Madison: You guys coming?
Zachary: Yes, give us a minute.
Madison: ok
Zachary: So what is it?
Anna: Well, I was just wondering if you like me.
Zachary: Uhhhhhh….. Yes, I do. Why do you ask?
Anna: I could tell you might have had feelings for me. I do have feelings for you.
Zachary: Yea I'm kinda bad at not making it obvious.
Anna: Well is this obvious? *has sex with Zachary*
Zachary: *being sarcastic* Wow, um yes that was very obvious.
Anna: You're so mean.
Zachary: I know. Why don't we go inside with the others?
Anna: Ok let's go.
Zachary and Anna went in with the others in the gym and there was cheering. They were cheering because Zachary went through a crazy story and came out stronger.
The End
