After having that talk with his sister, Mike went back down to the living room where his friends were watching some television. Dropping into an empty chair, mike let out a heavy sigh, and then he quickly got up from the chair and headed to the kitchen to talk to his Aunt Kate.
Wondering what was going on, the guys also headed to the kitchen and stood outside the door to listen in on the conversation.
" Okay aunt kate,I've made up my mind im bringing steph back to California with me one way or another."said Mike
" And what makes you think you are doing just that? "Aunt Kate said with her hands on her hips
"She's all I have,and besides i have others to look after her too so its not like she'll be alone or anything."said Mike With a little sigh
"What about school,she's going to need to finish her education."asked aunt Kate
" Not a problem,I'll drive her to and from school everyday."said Mike
" Alright, she can go with you but i want you to let me know how things are going in a couple of months."Aunt Kate sighed
Relieved that his Aunt was allowing him to finally letting him take his sister to California,mike pushed open the kitchen door and heard the sound of Micky screaming in in pain.
"What are you doing here? " asked Mike
" Going to get some ice,for this new addition to my head."Micky groaned as he held his forehead
"So,how did talking to your Aunt go?"asked Peter
"I'll tell y'all later,right now i need to go and see my sister."Mike said as he walked away from his friends

"So are you just going to stand there like a sly pole cat,or do you got something to say?"asked Stephanie
" As a matter of fact, yes I do have something to say which im sure that you really want to hear."said Mike
" Well, what is it? " asked Stephanie
" I was just thinking about having you come home with me and my friends at the end of the week. "said Mike
" I don't think aunt kate will be fine with that. " Said Stephanie
" I already talked to her about it, and she said you can come with me as long as you keep up with your schooling and keep yourself out of trouble while you're living with me."said Mike
" Is this for real? Or are you fooling me? "asked Stephanie
"It's for real, so what do you say? "Asked Mike
" I guess so,might be nice to get out of here."said Stephanie as she smiled
Now that she was getting a chance to leave her aunt kate's house for the first time in her life, Stephanie couldn't help but think of what life might be like with her brother and his three friends.
