Another 3 months passed since the incident that happened in Natalya's apartment. Miss Arlovskaya walked out of Toris' apartment while holding an iced coffee on her right hand and the other hand, her phone.

"Hello?"

She asked, picking up the phone as she took a sip from her all time favorite drink, walking towards the Lithuanian's car, throwing her backpack to the backseat.

"Yes, I'm his fiancee".

The Belarussian answered calmly, placing her hands on the steering wheel, glancing at her diamond ring nostalgically.

"Are you serious?"

Natalya's palms were sweaty as the phone call continued. Could it be that he finally woke up?

"Yes, I'm on my way there, thank you".

She hung up the phone and immediately started the engines, driving at full speed to the hospital. She had been visiting his boyfriend everyday there since the severe head trauma she caused that got him into a coma. After the accident, she dragged him out on the street and called an ambulance anonymously. Eventually the hospital contacted her when they went through his phone and found her contact. Since all his family lived in Lithuania, she was technically the only one looking after him. The Belarussian dropped out of college and began to work as a ghostwriter for some local newspaper, she didn't make a lot but it was enough to make a good living. The Belarusian also moved into Toris' house and began driving his car because all his personal belongings were given to her. So she decided to leave that apartment that haunted her with those horrible memories and moved to his house without permission. If being honest, she had lost all hopes of him ever waking up again. In the past there had been too many false alarms but this time it sounded serious, did mr Laurinaitis really wake up?

"Good to see you Natalya!"

Yekaterina greeted her sister by hugging her, she started to work as a nurse not long ago. Which was helpful to miss Arlovskaya because she could stay longer than the visiting hours allowed her to, so having her sister as a nurse was great help.

"Shouldn't you be working right now? I thought you would be coming to visit at 4, as usual".

The Belarussian shook her head and held onto her sister tightly, she really needed a hug in these trying times.

"The doctor called me and…".

She wasn't able to finish her sentence as she bursted into tears. She hated crying in public so much. It was just so embarrassing and she didn't want anyone to witness her soft side. It just broke her heart every time she was in that hospital. Natalya regretted doing that to the person he loved most. She didn't really think it through at that time and her emotions were out of control. Her only consolation in these 3 months was that he was at least alive, in a coma but at least he was breathing. Watching him sleep so peacefully every single day was a punishment. It was painful to think that she caused that. What hurted her the most was when his mother came to see him a week after he entered the coma. To see the Lithuanian's mother heartbroken when she saw her son destroyed her. But what was worse was when she hugged her and thanked her for looking out for her son, if only mrs. Laurinaitis knew what Natalya had done to her darling son.

"Is he awake? Then what are you crying about you big baby?"

Yekaterina had a bright smile on her face as she cupped her little sister's face in her hands.

"I-I'm scared".

Her big sister sighted, holding her hand tightly as she walked her through the hospital's halls to see Toris. What scared Natalya more was the professor's reaction when he sees her. What will he do? Will he be frightened and cry out for help? A small part of her wanted him to stay in an eternal coma so she never had to face him again. But her life without him was just miserable, she felt incomplete and living in his house just made things worse for her.

"You can do this".

Yekaterina reassured her and gave her a small push on the back, making Natalya stumble into the room, and there he was, sitting on his bed as if nothing ever happened and he was perfectly fine.

"Good morning".

Mr Laurinaitis greeted her, as if she just walked into one of her lessons. Natalya still had tears streaming down her face but she quickly brushed them away, getting closer to him and he just smiled at her.

"How have you been?"

She asked, wanting to hold his hand and feel his warmth, she doubted it for a few seconds but gathered the courage to do it.

"Alright I guess, but I've been told that I have been in a coma for 3 months for a head trauma".

He explained, looking down on his hand being squeezed by his girlfriend.

"They've told me that a pretty girl has been visiting me all this time".

Toris grinned, hoping to make her smile and get her to stop crying for a bit.

"I guess that's me".

The Belarussian chuckled, as always he found a way to cheer her up even in the most difficult times.

"I've heard that my mother was here too".

She nodded, holding his hand tightly, never wanting to let go.

"She came as soon as she heard about your condition. She stayed here a week, don't worry, I took good care of her and had her staying at our house".

The Lithuanian looked at her with a puzzled look.

"Our house?"

Natalya sensed that he had lost all his memories about her, which was perfect so she could alter some of the events that happened.

"Yes, you made me move in with you, don't you remember?"

He shook his head, still a bit confused but smirked at her.

"Can't believe someone as beautiful as you could end up living with me".

Miss Arlovskaya blushed slightly, placing her head on the professor's shoulder and her hand on his lap.

"That's a nice ring you got there".

Toris commented, a bit unsure about what to say. He really didn't know who this girl was and why she was getting touchy with him, but he couldn't say he didn't like it.

"You gave it to me on our anniversary, a day before you had the accident".

The Lithuanian raised his eyebrows in surprise as he raised her hand up to have a closer look of the ring. Did he really gave her such an expensive ring? He must have loved her a lot.

"And..who are you?"

Natalya had a mischievous smile on her face, everything was going according to plan.

"I'm Natalya, your fiancee".
