Prologue: Birth of the Deadly Sins Part 1
It was a peaceful morning in the kingdom called the Celestial Kingdom, And one of the knights was in the training ground early practicing his sword fighting with a training dummy until his 14 year old son came in with his mother "Father!" the young boy greeted as the knight lowered his sword and walked up to his son.
"Good morning, Nathan." The knight said as his wife kissed him on the cheek.
"You know father, I really think you can come and stay with mother and me." Nathan said as his father sighed.
"I know. But my loyalty is to the royal family and the kingdom." The knight explained.
"I know…" Nathan laments but his father gave him a sword.
"Father?" Nathan wondered what was happening.
"Let me teach you the ways of the sword." The knight said as he teaches his son how to swing and use a sword.
Elsewhere, A 12 year old girl with Brown hair left a flower shop and walked to a house and went inside and saw her mother rubbing her stomach while looking at a picture of her husband "Kaitlin." Kaitlin's mother called out as Katelin.
"Hello, Mother." Kaitlin greeted as she gave her mother a bouquet of flowers.
"Thank you, My daughter." Kaitlin's mother said as she used magic to grab the flowers and got up and was trying to walk to the bedroom but needed assistance from her daughter.
"Mother, You need to take it easy. You are pregnant after all." Kaitlin pointed out as she helped her mother walk to the bedroom.
After arriving to the bedroom, Kaitlin's mother laid down on the bed and was waiting for the time for her to give birth "Mother…" Kaitlin couldn't find the words to say to her mother.
"Katelin. I will soon disappear from this world." Kaitlin looked at the window with sad eyes.
"I only have one wish. I want you to raise and train your sibling in magic, in my stead." Kaitlin tried to fight against the tears but failed as she broke down crying.
"It is alright, my sweet daughter. Always remember how I lived and not as I die." Kaitlin's mother advise as her smile turned to a face full of pain and feeling pain all over her body.
"Mother!" Kaitlin rushed over to her mother's side and went to go and get their neighbors to help them deliver the baby, and Katelin soon had to help with the birthing process.
After a grueling hour of blood murder screaming, Kaitlin knew it was time to meet her new sibling "Okay Musa, It's time! Push!" Musa pushed and screamed more as she gave birth to a healthy baby girl But Kaitlin's mother still felt pain and knew that she was having another child "She's having a second child." The woman said as Katelin held her mother's hand.
After another 15 minutes, Musa gave birth to another girl and fell back to her bed and slowly closed her eyes "Mother?" The man walked up to Musa and checked her pulse but felt nothing.
"I'm sorry Katelin. Your mother is…." Kaitlin continued to hold her now dead mother's hand and began to cry.
A few months later
Nathan had felt like he had become a new man as he was now learning more from his father on how to be a knight, and made friends with a princess of a kingdom that was next to his, He was now hoping he could fight along his father's side and protect his home.
But soon, that dream will soon be crushed.
He was in his quarters, writing things in his journal Until the Princess burst through the door, Holding a glass of wine "Hello, Natey!" The princess greeted with a red face.
"Are you really drinking outside of a ball, Aiko? A princess like you really need to hold back sometimes." Nathan said but Aiko simply slumps on his shoulder.
"Come on~! We both know I stay drunk for a good 4 minutes!" Nathan knew this was true Ever since he learned that the people of Aiko's people stay drunk for a good few minutes but it depends on the person.
After 4 minutes, Aiko returned to her normal self but then noticed a suspicious person walking around the castle grounds and decided to investigate.
After grabbing his sword and Aiko grabbing her bow and arrows, Nathan and the princess went to see this potential intruder but as soon as they got there, The mysterious person had disappeared "Where did they go?" Aiko asked as she and Nathan looked around but found nothing.
"What do we do now?" Nathan asks.
"Let's go report to the king and queen." Aiko suggested as they rushed over to the throne room as fast as they could but as soon as they got there, Nathan saw his king and queen and Aiko's parents covered in blood.
"Mother! Father!" Aiko quickly raised her bow and shot an arrow at the perpetrator in the black cloak but he dodged and revealed himself as Nathan's father.
"Father?!" Nathan was completely shocked.
"Hello son." Nathan's father greeted with an evil smile "Sir Aaron, What is the meaning of this!?" Aiko asks as Aaron moved the King's corpses of the throne and sat on it.
"Isn't it obvious? We're taking over both this and the Sinban kingdoms." Aaron said as he took the crowns off the dead king and queen as Nathan's mother came out of the shadows.
"Mother! You were in on this?!" Nathan couldn't believe his eyes, He strongly believed that his parents would never betray him or their kingdom but now he doesn't know them anymore.
"Of course I was. Son, We know for fact that you are loyal to both this princess and to our kingdoms. And we knew that you would betray us. So we are giving you a choice." Nathan's mother said as Nathan and Aiko gave each other a questionable look.
"What choice?" Aiko asks.
"You two can stand with us. Or you can be exiled. It's your choice." Aaron said as Nathan Aiko made their decision.
"We'd rather be exiled than let you take over this kingdom!" Nathan declared as Aaron gave his son and his friend until morning to prepare.
When morning came, Nathan and Aiko had already packed their things and left the kingdoms they grew up in behind. As they walked on the path to another town, They saw Kaitlin with her twin sisters at the fork in the road "What are you doing here?" Nathan asks.
"I can no longer stay at my old home. I want to go somewhere that can give us a fresh start." Kaitlin explained as she began to shed a few tears, remembering what happened before.
Flashback
Katelin was sitting in an office while holding her two little sisters when a man walked in and sat in front of the desk "You fell behind on your payments, Kaitlin. I own the land now." The man said as Kaitlin gave a shocked look.
"No! That house was in my mother's family for 3 Generations! I'll do something about the money! So please, give me more time!" Kaitlin begged but the man's stance didn't falter.
"I'm sorry, girly. The land is mine now. And there is nothing you can do." The man said as he laughed like the greedy landlord he is.
End of flashback
Nathan and Aiko could only sympathize with Kaitlin. They couldn't find the words to comfort her "Then, why not join us?" Nathan offered as he explained what happened to him and Aiko to Kaitlin
"I see… Then I will join you. I swear, I won't hold you two back!" Kaitlin swore as Aiko smiled
"Then welcome to our group." Aiko welcomed her as she, Nathan, and Kaitlin walked on a path to a town called "Nibelheim".
Once they made it to Nibelheim, Aiko saw an empty Tavern full of dust and was the size of a house "What's wrong, Aiko?" Kaitlin asks
"I think I found a place that is perfect for us to live." Aiko explained as she pointed to the unbought tavern
"I have more than enough money from my family." Aiko said as Nathan thought for a second
"Well, we do need more money if we're exiled. And we need a roof over our heads… Okay, let's get it!" Nathan concluded as they all went to see the seller.
After talking to the seller and gaining the keys, They entered the Tavern to see a bar table and a dancing stage while Katelin went upstairs and saw that there were 10 rooms on the upper level of the Tavern "This place is perfect!" Kaitlin declared as Nathan and Aiko couldn't agree more.
The group had started to paint and renovate the Tavern, Filling the ten rooms with beds and other things while downstairs they filled the Tavern with tables and behind the bar table, they filled the shelves with beer and other alcoholic drinks.
Outside, Kaitlin used her magic to create the sign that read "Spectrum Of Passion". Aiko used her strength to put the sign on the front of the Tavern "It's perfect." Nathan said as the twins giggled in Kaitlin's arms
"Looks like they agree." Aiko said as they all went inside their new home.
But as soon as they entered the newly Tavern, a cat girl grew envious of the three teens and wanted to steal from them when the time was right.
