Embry imprinted on Bella and she accepts the imprint and only wants to be with him. She doesn't want to tell Edward or Jacob until she feels it's the right time. Embry gets frustrated with her and there's a point where they're arguing when she says "who peed in your Cheerios?" Embry takes a car and crashes into a Cullen's car to prevent them from following him. He takes her to the Makah reservation to visit his uncle Ollie and the rest of his family. they go to the reservation once as a 2 week vacation and the second time because Bella gets sick. Embry's mom abandons him and she signs paperwork so he's emancipated. Embry gives Bella a special bracelet only people from fhe Makah reservation understand the meaning of and Emily flips out when she sees one on Bella.
