A/N: Hi everyone!! This is my first time ever writing FanFiction! I hope you enjoy it!!

I let out a deep sigh as I set down my violin in its case. I should get to bed, I thought it's getting late. It was true, it was already eleven at night and I'd been playing for hours.

I walked slowly over to my bed, exhausted. I wonder if Fullmetal Alchemist is on, I thought. I was always thinking about that show, it was my favorite after all.

Most people think that I love the show because of the plot, but that's not it at all. I love it because of the protagonist of the series, Edward Elric. I knew the second I saw him on screen that he was my one and only, the one I love more than anything(even music, and that's saying something!).

Who could blame me though, after all, we have so much in common! I mean really, we both are blondes, have short tempers, and love sweets! We are perfect for each other! To bad it's just a show though. If it weren't, me and Ed would have been dating for years now.

I wish it was real, I thought, what wouldn't I give to spend my life by my Ed's side forever!! If only Ed didn't like Winry. Then I would have a shot at becoming his lover.

"I wish I were Winry!!" I shouted, full of rage at the thought of her "Then Ed would love ME! I wish we could just switch places!!!"

Once I finally got into bed I thought that same statement over and over in my head, until I eventually fell asleep, an hour later.

Winry

"Winry!!! Our favorite costumers are here!!"

I continued to fantasize, not hearing her over my daydream.

Winry's Daydream

"Will you marry me Winry?" Ed said to me, with passion and love in his eyes.

It was perfect, they were in the shade of a cherry tree in spring, the blossoms whirling around them.

For a moment I was stunned, "did he really say that?!" I thought to myself a good three times. His smile started to fade after a good ten seconds of silence, assuming the worst.

"YES!!!" I shouted as he put the ring on her finger. The ring itself suited her perfectly, the small diamonds in the shape of a bolt. He had clearly put a lot of thought into getting it custom made, just for her.

Once the ring was on, she realized that she had been crying out of happiness and love for her new fiancé.

The smile on his face had returned the moment she had said yes, and was still there while he kissed her.

When they broke apart after what seemed to be much to short a time, they sat and watched the sunset over the water together, snuggling as the petals still flew around them.

I wish I could stop time right here, forever.

And now back to reality...

"WINRY!!! FOR THE HUNDREDTH TIME GET DOWN HERE!! THE HALF PINT MIDGET IS HERE FOR ANOTHER REPAIR!!" Pinako shouted.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME YOU SHRIVELED OLD RAISIN?!!" An angry Ed screamed at her, his voice clearly higher than usual.

"A HALF PINT MIDGET!!!" Granny yelled at him.

"YOU DAMN BASTARD!!"

"LANGUAGE ED! IF YOU WANT TO TALK LIKE AN ADULT YOU HAVE TO LOOK LIKE ONE TOO! YOU'VE GOT A WAYS TO GO!"

This went on for about five more minutes, each insult worse than the one before, until they were tired out enough to stop yelling. Or at least granny was tired.

"Yo Win! How's it been since last week?"Ed said as she came down the stairs, with a wrench at the ready.

Ed would never break his automail again after the punishment I'll give him! I thought.

A/N: So what do you think so far? Once again, I apologize if you think this is bad, it's my first time writing FanFiction ever. We all have to start somewhere!! I'd like to hear your thoughts on this story and I would love to hear feedback and ideas! Thank you for enduring so far!!
