A/N: If you were wondering who knocked over those columns with fire, it was an OC of mine who I haven't introduced in a story yet up until the previous chapter.

So yeah.

But first…

Auraheart: The battle with that Angel in specific is going to be fun, since it makes Lea completely useless. And I wasn't worried too much. Just confused.

Silent Searcher: This Angel in specific is an OC of mine I haven't used yet (as I said above) and she and her sister both debut in this. Actually a lot of new OCs of mine that I haven't used yet or are completely new. There are four characters in this that make their debuts.

RubyDarknessAngel: I agree. However, they thought Narrator (or Maria. Or possibly Nancy) was a spy, considering she came on Zia's orders, and Zia is allied with the Commander.

And about Riku…

I'm not trying to argue here, but I'm pretty sure he's a guy. I mean wouldn't he…never mind. There's no point in arguing. I do accept it.

Then Axel and Lea. I dunno, but the marks differ Axel and Lea not very much, but a lot. Axel and Lea, despite looking very similar, have slight differences in appearance. Like Axel's eyes are a bright green while Lea's aren't and Axel has those marks under his eyes.

But it's hard to tell the difference anyway.

Chapter 10: Counterattack Strategy

The Commander was in her throne room, with all her troops, Zia and Narrator in the room.

Of course, Roselyynn, Yami and Saki were there, but then there were six others, one of which was the one who knocked those pillars over.

And before I forget to add, these others girls, who were all Angels, were also all female.

"Yume, Jade, how is the plan moving along?" Yume smiled, and Jade sighed, knowing who was going to answer.

"The plan is going perfectly. Palutena hasn't made her move yet, which is good. Though I highly doubt they can stop us." Yume said, her golden eyes twinkling a bit before she flipped her wavy, light blue hair, causing the one of the large jingle bells in her hair to gently ring a bit when she moved it.

The Commander then looked at the Angel who knocked over those pillars. "Sol, you didn't destroy Palutena's Temple, did you? I sent you there to keep a momentary eye on them."

"Nope. Just knocked over a few columns while this one ash-blonde haired angel just stood there, wanting to hurt me so badly, but couldn't." The Commander face palmed.

"What is it with you and Roselyynn being so into destruction?"

Roselyynn spoke up, offended by this. "Look. I'm not like that Pyro Sun-Angel Freak show over there. I don't mean to be rude, but you weren't specific in your order."

Sol's red eyes stared into Roselyynn's lilac ones as she glared at her.

"I can say the same thing about you Planty." Roselyynn took out her Rose Staff.

"So you wanna go there, eh?" Sol asked, her Burning Palm appearing.

The Commander's eyes widened and she immediately stood up when the two were about to commence battle. "STOP."

The two angels stared at the Commander. "Look. I know that you two do not generally like each other, but Roselyynn, will you quit sparking fights with her?!" The Commander asked the pink-haired angel.

"Me? She started it!"

Yami stared at Roselyynn. "But you provoked her and started it and you took out your weapon first." The blue-haired angel pointed out.

Roselyynn huffed before dismissing her weapon, though Sol hit her with an attack. "What the hell, Sol?!" She shouted.

"That's for calling me a freak show." The two began to argue, annoying the Commander.

"Silence!" The Commander ordered fiercely. The two ceased their fighting and the Commander sat back down.

"I swear I need to put a restraining order on you two." The Commander grumbled to herself before asking, "Wisteria, have you and Yami kept the other gods at bay?"

Wisteria nodded, a shy smile appearing on her face, though Yume sighed. "Wisteria, show more confidence and respect in front of the Commander. And answer her too." She ordered.

Wisteria looked over at her elder sister and sighed. "Right sis… I mean, yes, we have…though, um…Hades has been causing trouble." She replied.

"Well, of course he has. He's Hades, the God of the Underworld… and the troll around here if I do say so myself. Anyway, Luna, how have our prisoners been and have you and Saki managed to capture the Goddess of Music's territory and hold her hostage?"

The dark-blue haired girl nodded and curtseyed before saying, "Maleficent and Pete have been on high surveillance and we've captured Melody's territory and have kept her, and sadly, her servants hostage." She answered.

Sol frowned. "Dammit Luna. Why do you have to be so graceful and formal…and beautiful too?"

The night-time angel frowned at her sister. "You are aware I'm one of the most powerful, Sol. Besides, its good to show respect in front of your leader." She answered.

The Commander ceased all the side conversations with a wave of her hand.

"Now about Palutena and her angels… They haven't made a move yet, but I have a feeling they will." The youngest angel, who looked like a child, raised her hand.

"Nee-san?" She asked. The Commander sighed. "Yes, Hikari?"

"If we clash with Palutena, as well as Viridi, who's fighting up next?" She asked.

The Commander frowned. "We discussed this earlier Hikari, we should remember, now are strategy just in case they do plan and attack…"

Palutena was pacing back and fourth. The more and more they didn't help, the more the heavens was taken over. Especially considering that the Goddess of Music had been locked down in her territory and was in hostage by the Commander.

Something had to be done, or they could potentially be next.

Luckily, Pit and the others had been working exceptionally hard in training and Joshua decided to allow Zexion to help them with strategy, which was working well.

The Organization hadn't made a move recently, considering the Commander had a grip on them and everyone else, including the annoyed and surprisingly distressed Hades.

This whole ordeal was getting worse and worse by the minute.

"I think we've finally finished the battle strategy." Joshua announced. Palutena looked relieved before going over.

"Okay. What should we do about the Goddess of Music?" Viridi asked, rather concerned.

Joshua thought for a moment before speaking. "Well, assisting the Goddess of Music would help take back the heavens. However, it really depends on who is placed there."

"Jade." Zexion replied.

Palutena and Viridi stared at him. "What?"

"Jade. Jade is one of the Commander's Generals." Joshua explained to them.

"But the Commander is the Leader, right? How does she have generals?" Viridi asked.

The two angels stared at her. "Never mind. How many commanders does she have?"

"Three. Jade, Luna and Yume."

"Odd…" Palutena mumbled.

Joshua and Zexion looked a bit confused. "How is that odd in any way?"

"All of them have names with four letters. Not that it has to do with anything, but still. But why is Jade placed in Melody's area?"

"I think all of the generals have specific roles. Jade is in charge of capturing territory, Luna is in charge of defense while Yume handles offense." Zexion explained.

"How do you know that?!" Viridi asked in shock.

"I explained it to him. Getting the information was fairly difficult." Joshua replied.

Palutena and Virdi looked even more confused. "How'd you even…"

"I know you two have access to the internet. Don't act like you don't know." The Composer harshly reminded before asking, "Now, our plan. We're going to recapture Melody's territory and take Jade out, right?"

Virdi and Palutena nodded.

"Then let's alert our "army" so they can train so we have a better chance of talking Jade out."

Zexion went right to delivering the message.

A/N: Yes, the chapter was rather short, but hey!

I wanted to have a build-up to the next chapter where they finally get back to attacking the Commander and her army… but now they're trying to get the Heavens out of the Commander's grasp.

However, why does the Commander want to take over the Heavens in the first place?

That will be answered later.
