A/N: Hello everyone!
Auraheart: Hi again! Its been a while. Thank you.
ImReallyShort: There are a few stories I plan on discontinuing to rewrite, but not this. And I didn't mean to take so long. It's hard to juggle all these stories at once.
.92: That's nice to know. Though I'm unsure if you're using me to self-advertise for yourself through my story. If that's the case, please don't use my stories to self-advertise; I don't appreciate it, but if you were just informing me, thank you. That's all I say about it.
Then with you're second review, I'm glad you like the story. Though there is a reason Kairi and Naminé don't have much involvement yet, but you'll see why. They'll have a bigger role soon.
Then there was a flame, but I don't care about that. By now, I have the experience to know that people do that to troll and hate and get attention.
So, I own nothing but my OCs like usual.
Here's chapter 13.

Chapter 13: Underworld Pursuit
The Commander wasn't upset by yet another loss from Palutena's army. In fact, she liked the challenge they were giving her, though she was rather disappointed in the angels of her army, as they still didn't understand what she was after.
Neither did Palutena or Viridi. It seemed that they were more ignorant than she thought.
They were aware in their fight with Hades. However, she knew Palutena and Virdi would wreak war on each other after this. Maybe even a long while after that. They were only allied now to fight her.
"Commander." She noticed Yume in the room.
"Yes, General Yume?"
"We're ready to attack the Underworld and finally silence Hades for now." Yume reported.
She nodded. "Who's going this time?"
"You know. You planned it out a while ago, Commander." Yume answered.
"So, you caught me. Good."
"When shall they depart?" Yume asked the Commander, patiently awaiting her response.
"Soon, Yume. At the right time, they'll depart."

Shiki, Kairi and Naminé along with Xion were training.
Though Xion of course was usually the only one sent out of the four. "Y'know, how come you three aren't sent out much?"
"I stay here for defense, and then Shiki and Kairi need to practice, especially Kairi, since she was still in training at the time we got sent here. And Shiki helps Kairi with combat as she has more experience than Kairi." Naminé explained to Xion.
"What about Rhyme? Rhyme isn't fighting much either."
"Rhyme and Beat are also on defense. Beat is useless in aerial battles because of his weapon. It's the same with Rhyme." Shiki explained as she blocked an attack from the practicing Kairi.
Xion was still confused. "But I heard Beat can use aerial attacks."
"He can, but he has to be on the ground. He can't use his skateboard in the sky to attack." Xion understood now.
"Hey Xion! Are you able to come with us today?" Pit asked, upon poking into the room, interrupting the girl's training.
Xion tilted her head to the side. "Why can't someone else? Like Pittoo or someone?"
"They're still recovering from the battle with Jade. Then Riku is helping with defense until he's called on field, since we have to keep it evened out." Pit explained to her. It didn't really answer her question.
"Can Lea go?"
"Lea can't since one of the Commander's Angels's sent to the Underworld today has a fire resistance and if he uses fire; her attacks will become increasingly more powerful." Pit explained. Xion would've asked more questions, but she knew she was only going to get disappointed from the answers she got.
"Um… Okay. I'll go." Pit smiled at Xion before leading her out of the room. Kairi sighed, seeming upset about something, and looking bitterly at one of the windows in the room.
"What's wrong Kairi? You seem sad." Shiki pointed out just before she was about to go back into training. Kairi looked at the ground before looking at Naminé and Shiki.
"…We've barely gotten to do anything. Will we ever get to fight?"
Shiki couldn't respond at first. "Well… maybe. But our time will come soon. I can feel it."

After having to use the Underworld Gem that Pit got from Thanatos a while ago, Joshua, Sora, Pit and Xion were the ones who went to the Underworld today.
"Hmm. I don't know why, but the Underworld slightly reminds me of the UG." Joshua stated. As they continued to fly in, there was some confusion stirred up.
"What's this UG?" Pit asked. "Is it like the Underworld?"
"Its relatively hard to explain. The UG is practically the Underworld of where I'm from, except the UG is practically between life and the afterlife. Does that make since?" Joshua asked them. The other three shrugged.
Pit kinda of had more of an understanding, but then again, he still didn't get what a UG was. Their flight didn't take as long to get to the Underworld Castle, but as they got close, someone sniped them with fireballs, Palutena made it so Pit just barely avoided and the other three nearly got hit.
"Ooh! Aw man. I missed em'." Joshua recognized that voice. That girl: the one who disrespectfully, yet casually, knocked over some of the pillars at Palutena's temple. She was the angel who had a specific theme going on with her outfit (Well, most of them did, but that isn't the point). She seemed to be going for a fire-theme, but also a sun theme.
"But you caught them off guard." The other voice belonged to Sakiyani- the grey angel of Illusions that was an unusual pain in the butt to deal with. Did the Commander team up her Angels?
Regardless, the other three knew that the first voice must've been the fire resistant girl (Joshua had a high suspicion she was, considering he saw her in action before), and Sakiyani, their other foe, were teamed up, and considering Sakiyani's illusions were a problem to deal with, add it with another element and you wouldn't know what's real and what wasn't.
Pit really wanted to land before the Power of Flight ran out, and they did, except the silence between them, Sakiyani and the other girl, got commentated on. "Ay! We both know you people aren't the silent types. Why did ya get all quiet all of the sudden?"
"We were landing." Joshua explained to them.
"Pit, or usually one of you, says something when you land. So why does that mean you're suddenly quiet today?" The fire-resistant girl asked them, persistent on getting an answer. Replying would only cause her to continue blabbing on and on. Xion, taking initiative, whispered, "I think we should find them so we can get this over with quickly."
Sora frowned before quietly asking, and keeping the tone of the newly made conversation, "But why though? Won't they reveal their weaknesses if we continue to…"
"They're not stupid, Sora. None of the Commander's army is stupid. I mean, yes, our enemies commonly reveal their weaknesses, but currently, we have a weakness as we can't defend against their fire." Joshua explained. The other three understood.
"Not only that, but they have a strength against us with Axel because of Yami and their Sun-Angel."
"Sun? Like Pyrrhon?" Pit asked, surprised by how Joshua suddenly changed the Angel's title. Joshua sighed before nodding. They heard Saki sigh.
"Will you stop whispering? It's rude to whisper in the presence of someone." Sakiyani explained to them, sounding fairly stern and unimpressed in her monotone. The others turned to face her and the other angel in the direction they heard their voices, which seemed to sound directly in front of them behind the door.
Sora quietly counted to three, and they began moving, unaware of the person that landed behind them as they got to the door and opened it before going in.
Upon their entrance, they barely avoided some fireballs, only to find they were illusions. In front of the hot spring stood Saki, and Joshua had a feeling his assumption was correct when he saw the second angel. She had a cheery smile, adorned in fiery colors like the sun, and also adorned in sun symbols. Her darker orange-red hair, tied up in a ponytail had two shimmering orange feathers accessorizing the left side of her hair. Then her wings appeared like they were set ablaze, though that was only how they naturally appeared.
"So you're our big opponents." She said with a grin on her face, ready for what would come next. Joshua narrowed his eyes at her, much to her confusion before her face went to a normal expression. "Ah. I realized I forgot to introduce myself. Name's Sol."
They got into their fighting stances, much to the two's surprise. "Alright then. We're supposed to be fighting you." Xion stated. Saki and Sol looked at each other before looking back at them.
"Why would we fight in the first room you entered in when you got injured during the flight here? Besides that, why would we immediately fight you in the first place?" Saki questioned them, not understanding their logic.
Pit and Sora were speechless, while Xion understood what she was getting across and Joshua was about to point it out to them, but if they got hurt in a battle with those two, it wasn't his fault. "You guys heal up and then go after us. Maybe we'll fight you then." Saki tapped her staff on the ground and she and Sol teleported elsewhere, much to our heroes' dismay.
Joshua took his phone out and began moving it around like a tracker. "Um… how is that orange thingy going to help us?" Pit asked, pointing at Joshua's cell phone. He shifted his violet eyes to Pit.
"I'm using my phone to figure out what direction they went in. I know it sounds strange ("It kinda does." Pit mumbled), but I need to detect some sort of signal, since their presence…" Sora cut Joshua off.
"Like a trail of something? Like fire or sparks?" Sora asked, taking Sol in mind more than Saki. Pit decided to ask Palutena for her guidance.
"Lady Palutena, do you have any idea of where they are?"
There was some silence before she spoke. "I'm detecting their presence of where you fought Medusa, Pit. They're likely there."
"Maybe they are. Though I find it amusing you need so many just to fight off one of my angels or two even." The Commander added all of the sudden, bursting the bubble.
"So the almighty Commander decides to join the party." Viridi stated.
The Commander said nothing to her, ignoring the Goddess completely. "I'd suggest you four started moving. It's rude to keep a lady waiting." Palutena set up a grind rail at the Hot Spring.
So, the four healed and went up the path they needed to go, with Pit leading them. After a while of going through multiple paths, they finally got to the area of where Pit fought Medusa last, where Saki and Sol awaited them. Though it wasn't exactly a kind greeting.
Sol activated her Burning Palm and with a swift motion, she sent a Phoenix made of fire at them, which was unexpected and the only one who avoided was Joshua, who kinda saw it coming. The other three got a rougher landing, and Sol began to laugh to death.
"Oh my… did you… did you see that, Saki? They didn't even…" She nearly fell on the ground laughing, though Saki had to keep her up.
The four approached the two angels before them. Sol flipped her ponytail. "Look who caught up so quickly. So, Saki, should we do the thing the Commander wanted or fight first and then do the thing?" Sol greeted before turning to her companion at the moment. Saki showed some signs of emotion other than a frown, but she simply smirked (which was pretty scary coming from Saki because, y'know).
"I think we should battle. I was quite some trouble for them…" It was especially strange to hear Saki somewhat purr the last part, but the moment the battle began, they already knew it'd be difficult.
If you cannot tell which fireball is real and which is not, and which attack is real and which is not, then that's a problem. Especially if the illusions are able to bring hurt and pain to you. I mean, they were able to attack, but it was just hard.
Sol suddenly yawned at some point. "Man… this is starting to get boooring. Can I finish em', Saki?" She asked, stretching as she somewhat patiently awaited an answer. Saki gave her permission, and Sol began to charge up power.
They already knew it was going to be very hard to block whatever she was doing, and they likely were going to be knocked out and injured upon impact. "Firestorm of the Phoenix!" Sol shouted before bringing a huge storm of fire down onto them.
Sol and Saki thought they won, and their opponents knew they lost… until…
Remember that person who followed them in?
"Dance, water, dance!" Unlike what it usually meant, to counter Sol's firestorm, about the same amount of water that there was fire poured down from the sky, immediately extinguishing it.
"Demyx?!" Xion asked in astonishment upon turning around. Sora, too, was very much shocked. He never thought he'd be saved by that guy.
Demyx had to catch his breath before waving hi. "Sorry if I followed you in. You're the only ones I could turn to." The four in battle looked over Saki and Sol, who were just as astonished as they were.
"An Organization XIII member? But I thought the Commander managed to get you all out of our way. How are you still surviving?" Saki asked, wanting an answer.
"I barely managed to get out of there. I don't know what happened to everyone else." He answered. It was noticeable Demyx appeared to be fairly tired and weak.
Sol looked at Saki. "Should we continue? I mean, they…"
"We're not the type to just give up, Sol. Let's finish them off so they can stop getting in our way." Saki's staff glowed, and she brought it to the ground.
The battle proceedingly became more intense, as now, Saki and Sol came in closer and were actually willing to use melee attacks. However, Demyx was quite an aid as Sol was somewhat weak to water.
At some point, they pushed the two to their limits, and they jumped back, before immediately retreating.
However, despite they managed to prevent the Commander from taking the Underworld, they were unaware of the tragedy that would hit them next.

A/N: The next chapter is when some of the characters who relatively are unable to do much have to in the next chapter. Including the two OCs that have been here, but I haven't been able to use them yet, but I can now.
I don't really have anything else to say.
So, like usual, please review if you'd like, I'd prefer if you didn't flame and please tell me how I can improve.
I will see you all in the next chapter.
Ciao!
