xXx Cool Me Down xXx
xXx Ch. 02: All Hail the Queen xXx

"Test my reality
Check if there's a weak spot
Clinging to insanity
In hopes the world will ease up"

Raziel had already begun transforming back into Rowan Potter the instant she said the first word. No one was close enough to her to witness the first and most iconic change she had made, and that would be their undoing. She followed that up by removing the coloring charm on her garments, returning them to the jet back color she had consciously chosen to wear for the past five years.

"Try and make it look like it's all somehow getting better
'Cause I know how to play it pretty good against the measure."

It was at this moment that her hair returned to the jet black color she had borrowed from James Potter, her surrogate father. Raziel was actually in near constant motion as she sang these lyrics not giving people a chance to react to what she was doing.

"Everyone started out a little insane
But we learn pretty quick how to fake it for the game
But some of you never learned how to drop the act
So under that skin of yours: a heart attack."

The last three lines were spoken in time with the Sword of Godric Gryffindor appearing in her outstretched hand. Kokabiel frowned in confusion, "How did…"

"'Cause everybody's so scared
You don't want to go there
You don't wanna make a move
You've got all your lives to lose
Screaming in the dark
You just played your part
I played right along
Like I don't know what's going on

Somebody make a move
Somebody make a move
You all know
You all know what's going on.

He had all the answers but never wrote them out
So he can't tell you what to do or what this thing is about
But all I've learned came second-hand
And I dare not preach what I don't understand."

"Why thank y…." Kokabiel started to say, only to notice stop speaking when he noticed the person he had hired to prevent his targets from escaping had just stopped powering the runic array.

"You and I: We share the same disease
Cover up, compromise what we grieve
I've let more than my share of loved ones die
This isn't pretty but it's what I am tonight."

It was at this moment that a bright green jet of energy lanced across the sky and impacted Kokabiel in the chest, killing the fallen angel before he even registered the impact. Raziel fell to her knees and began crying in agonized grief. Grief that was only slightly relieved when she felt a girl that was effectively her sister-in-law materialize behind her and wrap her in a hug.

"Oh look, it's the Princess of Freaks, the traitorous bitch queen and scummy devils, all my favorite 'die, die, die' targets in one place, and the Princess is already down for the…"

"You aren't at all wrong. She is a princess, I am a traitor, and someone is about to die, die, die…" remarked the blonde woman that had just admitted to being a traitor. "But you are daft if you believe that monstrosity can match my Secret of Pedigree."

"Rapidly!" Freed Sellzen called out at the same moment he pushed against the ground with as much force as his knobby knees could provide, which was what lead to Freed flying arse over tea kettle after being hit in the face by a pulse of wind that was expelled from the armored gauntlet attached to a suit of armor that the self-professing traitor was now wearing.

"Transparency!" Freed exclaimed, demonstrating once and for all he had no idea what the names of the fragments meant. And yet again his attempt was negated, only this time it came in the form of a bolt of lightning that felt more like a taser.

"Ara ara, what a small…"

"Rapidly!"

"Highly toxic Probity Probe?" yawned a slowly awakening Tenshi. This was followed by a gust of wind that slammed Freed into the ground and away from the angel who had no reason to keep him alive if he got any closer to her. Which in turn was followed by the angel in question saying, "Just because I can't see you right now, doesn't mean I can't feel your body moving through the air. I am aligned with that element after all."

"Feel better, Golden Girl?" the armor clad girl inquired in a laughing tone of voice.

"Not really, but at least I'm not sleeping in the middle of a battlefield anymore." Raziel remarked. She then looked at the abominable sword and noticed something off about it. "Well how about that, it seems even I missed what Morgan did right up until now."

"You're only just noticing why I had a gaping spear shaped wound, and not a sword shaped one when you rescued me all those centuries ago, Raziel?" the woman who was still wearing armor, but who had also just caused the helmet attached to the armor to snap away from her head, which in turn allowed everyone to notice just how much raw magical energy she was exhibiting.

"Oh well now we're boned." Ddraig muttered as he realized who the armor clad girl actually was.

He wasn't the only one who reacted, because up in the sky a similarly booming voice said, "Vali, we need to get out of here... NOW!"

The woman who had just revealed her face could have been described as having an angelic visage if only due to the fact that she had blonde hair and green eyes, but it was the cocky green that indicated she wanted nothing better than to destroy the nearest adversary that indicated she was no angel, rather, this was the visage of a humanoid Evil Dragon, one who owed her life to Raziel many times over now.

"Oh thank heavens!" Raziel exclaimed, "They didn't kill you!"

It was at this moment when Freed found out the hard way that Xenovia Quarta had always had a backup sword, and that she seemed to be just as good at locating an invisible person as the woman in armor was. So too it seemed, was the shitty sword wielding devil, as they now both had their swords in perfect positions to cleave his head from off his shoulders in a way earlier reminiscent to how a set of scissors operated.

"Aww, and I was so enjoying toying with him!" the domesticated Evil Dragon remarked.

"Destruction!" Freed exclaimed, causing a massive explosion of energy to pulse out, knocking both the Devil and Exorcist away from him, and simultaneously destroying the sword that had been generated by Kiba's Sacred Gear at that point in time. "Rapidly!" he exclaimed, and once again dashed towards Raziel.

Sighing, Raziel allowed him to clash his sword against hers, and predictably enough he shouted "Destruction!" only much to his shock, her sword didn't break, instead the explosion seemed to be absorbed into the sword. "What the hell?!"

"The funny thing about Goblin silver, is that it absorbs anything which can make it stronger. Which is why I can now do this… DESTRUCTION!" and once again a burst of power exploded forward and in this case it blew Freed off his feet and created hundreds of microfractures within the fused Excalibur Fragment. "Now here's why you just lost. That explosion was also filled with basilisk venom, and every single cut you now have on your body is filled with it, as is every single cut on mine."

"Then we both die!" Freed exclaimed with a sneer on his face.

"Ah, but I'm the person that caused the sword to be infused with Basilisk Venom in the first place! I was already given the anti-venom and am therefore already immune to it."

"Freed, our benefactor will happily provide you with this antivenom…"

"I doubt that very much," Raziel remarked, "Because they'd have to be capable of convincing a Phoenix, the bird, not the devil, to cry in each and every one of his wounds of its own free will. Now, excuse me, I have better things to do than watch you suffer in agony for the next several minutes, mister psycho."

With that, Raziel turned away from the two morons, and made her way over to Xenovia. "Are you okay?"

"Fine, but confused. How did you come to be in Kuoh, Lady Potter?" Xenovia inquired.

"Oh, so I was right, you are related to the Weasley family!" Raziel realized, "Well the short answer is I came with you and Irina, I'm your Guardian Angel for this mission."

"Expelliarmus!" exclaimed the Evil Dragon, who was variously known as Daphne Greengrass and Mordred Pendragon. This caused a bright flash of energy to fly through the air and hit the moron who had been about to try and stab the distracted angel in the back, only to cause the blade he was carrying to fly out of his hand and land at Mordred's feet.

Raziel turned around, pointed a finger at the moron's groin and said, "I've never once needed to cast this, but for you, I will. Glacius Virilis!" The howl of agony as he fell to his knees cupping his family jewels gave everyone with the ability to understand Latin a very good idea what she had just done, which in turn caused every single person who was female and interested in Issei Hyoudou to begin warning him to never use Dress Break on anyone that Raziel considered a loved one.

"None of this matters!" Valper Galilei exclaimed. "I have already succeeded in proving it is possible to give those with no aptitude for Holy Swords the ability to use them!"

"Thank you for that, by the way. Without your pioneering the process, I couldn't do this!" Raziel remarked as she focused her Light into a small sphere that quickly transformed into a diamond-like shape. She then walked over to a confused Kiba Yuuto and said, "Tosca-chan said you used to have such incredibly beautiful Light, this should help you regain it."

"Tosca… she…"

"Lives and wants her brother back."

"Hai!" Kiba exclaimed as he took the container and internalized it. "Balance Break! Sword of Betrayer!"

"I'm… I'm just glad I used my own light when giving you the ability to do what you just did," Raziel groaned as she slowly and cautiously backed away from the very dangerous Holy Demonic Sword. That could be a problem for even her, though not as big of one as it would be for other angels.

Kiba then walked over to the Accolon Fragment and raised his sword to bring it down on the weapon, only to have the blade being rebounded by a clash of sparks as a sword that felt like a Demonic sword but which also looked like a Holy Sword, succeeded in intercepting his own. "I think not, boy. For starters, you didn't ask permission, and for another thing, you clearly think this sword is something it isn't."

"Get out of my way, that sword has caused far too much pain and misery!"

"You aren't wrong about that, but it is still technically my personal property, and I will take great offense if you were to destroy it without asking permission, enough offense that I will promptly destroy you and everyone you hold dear, which would include the redheaded Tits-McGee gawking at us. Now stand down!" Mordred explained in a completely bored tone of voice, with the last three words coming out more as a snarl.

"Kiba!" said redhead called out, desperate to have her Knight back in one piece.

"Buchou, you know this is something that I must do…"

"If it helps you sleep easier at night, I always planned to drop this sword into the caldera of the nearest active volcano once I got control of it again," Mordred drawled with a careless shrug. "Or if not that, hurl it into deep space. I'm actually strong enough to have a decent chance to get it to leave the solar system."

Kiba contemplated that for a moment, then backed off, "The volcano would be preferable, though interstellar space would likely be more long term."

"If this were really Excalibur, I might agree with you, but as it is actually the sword I refer to as Accolon, then the Volcano should successfully destroy the thing once and for all. Now, excuse me." Mordred remarked as she sheathed Clarent, knelt down and grabbed Fused Accolon. Standing up she twisted on her foot and disappeared in a soft pop.

"Kitten, could you collect the quickly escaping Stray Priest?" Raziel inquired, causing the Gremory group to blink, before the white haired Nekomata did exactly that. Using her raw physical strength to augment her speed she quickly caught up to physically unfit stray and kicked him in the back of one of his knees, shattering the entire joint. She then dragged him back to the group by the nape of his robes.

Raziel looked up to the sky and said, "Ah, good you are still here. I apologize for the fact that you arrived to find my brother dead, but could you kindly take Galilei to the Governor General in his place?"

"Gladly!" Vali Lucifer agreed as he swooped down and grabbed the maimed man and accelerated to a speed that would be quite unpleasant for the unprotected human while returning to Azazel.

Raziel nodded, and said, "Now then, shall we all find somewhere to sit and… wait, why is Specs still here, are you telling me he witnessed everything?"

There were several giggles as Akeno smirked while tapping the glasses she was still wearing, "He might have heard everything, but he couldn't possibly have seen what went on. He is quite blind without his glasses. On that note, your friend would have annoyed him if he had seen her while wearing these glasses."

"I think I'm going to have to ask Daphne to let me examine her helmet so I can replicate the effect on my own clothing then." Raziel remarked. "Technically I should already know how to do that seeing as how I invented the spell that her mother used to enchant the thing, but I never even thought it could be used on such a small scale!"

Raziel was once again on the verge of tears, but then pointed a finger at the pervert and said, "Obliviate!"

Everyone's eyes widened in shock as a bolt of energy hit the pervert's chest and was maintained for several seconds, before Raziel cut it off. Frowning, she remarked, "Strictly speaking, I should do the same thing to your pet pervert, Gremory, but I won't do that so long as you promise to keep him in line from now on. I will however be casting that spell on the bald pervert…"

"You should probably look into Kiriyu as well," Issei remarked. "I still don't know what Motohama's glasses do or how they do it, but Kiriyu's seem to do the same thing with men."

"I'll handle that," Sona spoke up. "In fact, I'll deal with Matsuda as well. You've done more than enough for one day, Raziel-sama."

"Right then. Ladies, let's return to the chur-"

"I'd rather stay," Xenovia spoke up, causing both Irina and Raziel to turn and look at her with widened eyes. "Is it true, did god die in the Great War?"

"I… I wasn't actually involved in that battle, dear…" Raziel admitted. "But I also won't try and stop you from making the choice to join one of their peerages, as that would go against everything I personally believe in. On the other hand, I will be calling your Guardian and writing to your Aunt Molly about this decision. Now excuse me."

Raziel proceeded to walk away from the gathered students, with Irina shooting Xenovia a sorrowful look before swiftly following after the angel. Everyone else noticed that Xenovia now had a very conflicted look on her face. She then frowned, "I'm very likely going to regret this decision…"

As they were walking back to the church, Raziel frowned and asked, "Why is there a sword in your hair?"

"To keep the hair out of my eyes," Irina responded in such a way that it sounded more like a question than an answer.

"I see, well that probably explains why my Dragon Knight let you keep your Accolon Fragment," Raziel admitted.

"Ano, weren't we assigned to retrieve the stolen fragments and bring them back to the Church?" Irina inquired.

"Only because everyone, myself included, had badly underestimated Morgan Le Fay. That was never Excalibur, Irina. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, Excalibur is currently inside of Avalon." Raviel admitted. Raviel then frowned slightly, "Although I'm somewhat uncertain as to which Avalon I'm referring to, as there are actually two of them."

"Is Mimicry even a Holy Sword?" Irina inquired in confusion, as she would never call the blade Excalibur Mimicry ever again after hearing that explanation.

"Yes it is, because while Morgan may have been a spiteful woman, she was actually a Holy Maiden in the truest sense of the word," Raviel acknowledged. She was also someone who had once been one of Raziel's closest friends, which is why Raziel saved her daughter from what would otherwise have been certain death.

The two lapsed into silence for the remainder of the walk back to the church, but the instant they arrived Raziel found herself being tackled to the ground by her eldest sister who was crying her eyes out, "Never! Never do anything so stupid ever again! You could have been… we might have…"

"Love you too, sis!" Raziel acknowledged as she embraced the woman who she was actually in love with in more than a sisterly manner of speaking, but yet had no idea how to admit that to the elder angel.

It took several minutes before Gabriel recovered from her grief and released Raziel. "Explain what just happened, Razi-tan."

"Well to start with, I'm effectively the Queen of Magical Britain due to that debacle with Voldemort…"

xXx Chapter Concluded xXx

Author's Note: I was initially going to cut this off a bit earlier, but decided to continue it to this point. Yes, Xenovia still decides to join Rias' peerage; Yes, she is related to the Weasley family; And yes, that means she is going to be getting a Howler in the near future.

On another note, I'm facing certain medical problems related to my teeth that are quite severe and unrelated to the plague that the world is currently dealing with. If anyone wants to use these first two chapters as a prompt for their own version of this story, feel free to do so. For those who need to know the full epithet I am using with my angelic version of fem!Harry, it is "Raziel, the Secret Keeper of Heaven."

Aside from everything else I've indicated that she does, Raziel is apparently the Administrator for what passes as a Heavenly Penal Colony. This is because she is the "Prince" of the Second Sphere of Heaven, which is where Angels who have sinned are isolated so they can hopefully atone for those sins, which unfortunately means she is more than likely personally responsible for kicking a significant number of her siblings out of Heaven on a permanent basis.

Note 2: The remaining chapters, if posted by me, won't be posted in as quick a succession as these first two were.
