Chapter 1

After the death of Percy Jackson, Olympus launched a major investigation when Annabeth found evidence of foul play. Untraceable fingerprints found on the blade of Percy's sword, the one he was killed with. Travis and Connor were known as the last people to meet with Percy before his death, and even with a lack of evidence, Markus was able to connect them to the murder. The only problem, Travis had an alibi. Markus overlooked this fact, and banished them from camp half blood. Their whereabouts were unknown, for a long time. Until a message from Camp Jupiter to Camp Half Blood, thanking them for the legion of troops they sent to help drive out Octavian, the corrupt Praetor. Confused, because they never received a request for soldiers to help the Romans, the only possible explanation was the Stoll brothers intercepted it. The only question that still lingered was; where did they get a legion of troops to fight in their name? Rumor has it, Travis had been travelling the country recruiting demigods that hadn't yet been found and training them to be the best swordsman alive. They were called the myrmidons.

"Travis!" Katie yelled as she ran at him and bear hugged him. Confused as hell, he hesitated to hug back. Travis was happy to see her, but she has NEVER been friendly to him in his life.

"Katie… What are ya doing?" He asked. Katie shed a tear as she hugged him harder.

"Shut up Travis! I haven't seen you since your exile!" She said. Now Katie was really letting the tears flow. Travis' smile was now ear to ear.

"My dear Kit Kat, is it possible that you missed dear old Travis?" Katie looked up and stopped crying. She gave Travis that death glare he missed more than anything.

"Travis. What did I tell you about giving me nicknames?" Travis' smile grew bigger.

"That I should do it more often?" He asked. Katie rolled her eyes and pulled away from the hug.

"Travis. There is a reason Markus called for this meeting between the two of us." Travis' smile disappeared. "We need you to fight." Travis let go of his grip of Katie, turned away and walked a few steps forward.

"Katie. I can't. I won't fight for him." He said. Katie walked closer to him, and put her hand on his shoulder.

"Travis please. We need you and your soldiers. We will lose without you." Travis moved further away from her.

"I don't think I can. Katie! He robbed me of my life! Framed me of the murder of my BEST FRIEND." Katie again moved closer.

"Travis, I understand, but, please." Katie grabbed for his hand, and this time, he let her. Travis turned around, only to see the door open. Boy was he excited to see the person who walked through.

"Nico!" Travis yelled as he ran over and hugged him. Not weird, just guys being dudes. Travis looked as if he would shed a tear. "I've missed you Nico."
"I missed you too Trav." Katie stood in the corner awkwardly watching their bromance.

"Okay you guys, let's get to the point." Katie said. Travis and Nico pulled away and looked at each other.

"Travis. I know you said no to fighting for Markus. I'm not asking you to fight for Markus. I'm asking you to fight for the Greeks. We need you and Connor." Nico said. Travis looked back at Katie.

"Nico, Percy was my best friend. Markus framed me for his murder. I don't know how I could fight with him." Travis replied.

"Then don't fight for him. Fight for me. Thalia would feel much better knowing you're in my ranks, I would feel much better." Travis sighed. Looked at Katie, then back at Nico. "We sail to Greece in 3 days." Nico walked over to the door of the big house, turned and faced Travis again. "This war will never be forgotten. Nor will the heroes who fight in it." He said as he left the room. Travis looked back to Katie, and seemed to lose himself for a moment. After a couple moments, and multiple "hellos" from Katie, he spoke.

"The myrmidons will fight in Demeter's name."

"You will? Oh my gods Travis thank you!" Katie yelled as she hugged him again. She pulled away and looked him in the eyes. She leaned in and kissed his cheek. He gave her the special smile he only gives Katie. "Now you and Connor can accompany me back to camp to meet with the cabin counselors!" Travis rejoiced with her, as he was excited to see his camp friends from so many years ago.

Fast Forward to 3 hours later at Camp Half Blood

"Everyone! I have great news to share with you." Katie announced to all campers present during dinner. Eyes stared back at the daughter of Demeter questioning her and waiting for more.

"I spoke with a special someone today. Ladies and gentlemen, I present Travis and Connor Stoll." Everyone froze, and then cheered louder than ever before. Travis walked over and took the stage.

"Hello everybody. I spoke to Katie and Nico, and have decided that me, and 10 ships of my men will fight in the name of Demeter. Me and Connor will be staying here in our old cabin for the next 3 days until we set sail. We will gladly answer any and all questions after the council meeting." Everyone cheered and clapped at the sound of Travis' voice being at camp again. After a couple minutes of catching up, dinner adjourned, and the council meeting started. Connor, (of course) missed hitting on attractive daughters of Aphrodite, so only Travis attended the meeting. Travis met up with Katie, and then followed her to the meeting.

"Okay, I believe everyone that needs to be here, is here, so we will begin." Chiron announced.

"Who wants to start?" Annabeth asked. Travis stood up.

"What exactly are we getting into?" He asked. Some people murmured in agreement of his question.

"We are joining the Romans and the Olympian gods in their battle against Gaia, the Titans, the Giants, and the Primordial." Chiron announced. Some counselors' eyes opened wider. It was common knowledge that everyone feared the Titans and Giants. Except for the myrmidons. They feared nothing. These men could walk through hell and not get burned.

"How many warriors fight for the Greeks?" Thalia asked.

"With the number of demigods here, we have about 2000 at Camp Half Blood. Camp Jupiter has around 1000. With all the gods on our side, probably not much higher than 3000 soldiers." Chiron spoke again. Some counselors froze. Considering they were going

to fight immortal titans and giants, 3000 was NOT enough. Katie stood up to speak.

"Remember though, we have the one thing no one else does." She said. Everyone looked at Travis.

"What?" He replied, confused.

"Come on Travis, we all know that you're the best swordsman alive." Travis stammered but couldn't mention any words. He gave up and accepted it. He stood up, ready to say something, before someone burst into the room. It was Connor.

"Travis! Annabeth! You better come quick! It's Iapetus the Impaler!"
