Chapter One

The End Of An Era

In the year 2005, a ten-year-old boy found a device of great power. When he found it the device latched itself onto his wrist with the secrets that it hid. The boy out of surprise attempted to remove the watch but to his dismay, that did not work. The boy decided to inspect the watch and unknowingly activated the transformation function by pushing the button on the watch below the badge. The badge popped up displaying the silhouette of a Pyronite and the boy pushed down the badge and transformed into the being he chose. The boy who owned the watch was none other than Benjamin Kirby Tennyson and the device is known as the Omnitrix.

Ben Ten was a great hero but all stories come to an end so before he died he passed on his Omnitrix and his legacy to his son Ken Tennyson. Unlike his father, Kenny had kids at a young age around the age of twenty-five and stoped using the Omnitrix at the age of thirty-five so he can raise his two kids but sadly he passed at the age of fifty just like his father he passed on the Omnitrix to his firstborn and his second-born studied as a doctor and had no interest in the Omnitrix. Both of his kids decided to move off-planet one went to Khoros to be a paramedic in the civil war and never came back although he was hailed as a hero that saved may lives while the bearer of the Omnitrix stayed in Anur-Transyl to make better connections between humans and the natives of Anur-Transyl.

Let us move on a few generations of Omnitrix bearers to the last Tennyson to wear the Omnitrix. His name was Ken Tennyson II, during his short life he decided to create an AI that would help the next user learn how to properly use the Omnitrix. The boy created a system that unlocks aliens when you meet one that isn't cataloged in your index. Ken wasn't able to finish the AI before he died but he did leave the bare bones of it in his wake. Azmuth's adopted son decided to finish Ken's project. Ken was only twenty-one years old when he died and what happened was that he killed himself but he left a message for everyone he loved. The message he left was this.

" This world does not need a Tennyson anymore it never did. Our family caused so many problems like the Animo virus, the Civil war of Khoros yeah don't pretend we didn't cause that we were the biggest instigators of the problem and don't even get me started on Anur Transyl that guy was an idiot...damn it...just don't give anyone else the Omnitrix throw it away somewhere where no one can find it. Maybe give it to some guys who throw junk in space or something, all in all, I love you guys goodbye." That was his last message to the universe. With the Tennyson family who will wield the Omnitrix?
