Caroline was sitting with Damon and Stefan, who were pacing the Boarding House living room back and forth for hours. It was how they spent the past week, ever since the day that the Grand Witch parade happened at the clearing in the Mystic Falls woods. They heard everything that has been said, and it baffled them beyond belief. It was as if the Witches were protecting the Originals.

She looked at the Salvatore brothers and sighed, "Would you please sit down rather than giving me a headache?"

Damon glared at her and said, "Would you please shut up rather than giving me a headache?"

Caroline glared at him. She was not in the mood to have a row with Damon. So she just calmed down a bit and smirked, "Okay. I won't open my mouth and say I told you so when you put holes in you precious rug"

Stefan smirked and hi-fived her.

Damon just shrugged and sat on the couch beside Caroline as he muttered, "Whatever"

Caroline sighed and thought back about the matter at hand, "It's all so confusing"

"What is so confusing?" Stefan asked as he sat on her other side.

"That the witches alive say that we are abominations, while the dead ones protect the Originals." Caroline replied.

"Well, there's only one person who can answer it" Damon said. Caroline and Stefan looked at him, but his gaze was trailed to the rug. His face was one that of pain. "And I am not in speaking terms with her" he muttered.

Before they could ask anything, the front door of the Salvatore boarding house was thrown open and the Bennett witch strode in with her mother. They were both grim as they entered the living room.

"Well, well, well" Damon said, "If it isn't the Judgy and Judgy-Mama."

Bonnie glared at him and said, "I suggest you shut up right now, Damon" which was answered with an eye roll from the said vampire.

"Bonnie, listen to me" Abby all but pleaded, "You heard your Grandmother. If not for me, at least try to talk to them for her"

"You want me to go to them" Bonnie snapped, "To the people who are torturing my friends"

"They didn't start torturing you people for kicks, Bonnie" Abby said, "You people brought it upon yourselves. You stick your noses where it not belongs"

Bonnie glared at her mother and folded her hands across her chest, "Elena is my friend and sister. I stick my nose where it does belong. Besides you don't get to say these things, seeing as you abandoned me a long time ago"

Damon growled, "I would be grateful if you didn't say that particular name in my presence" which was ignored by the Bennett witches.

Abby mirrored Bonnie's stance and said, "May I remind you that Elena was the reason I left you?"

Bonnie growled and said, "Do not use Elena as an excuse for choosing your power over your own daughter"

"Any witch would do that, Bonnie. Even you" Abby said calmly, "You didn't get to experience it. But you will, if you continue to ignore the warning of your Grandmother and the Spirits and continue to aid the doppelganger, you will experience it"

Bonnie glared at her. The three vampires just looked on with so much interest in the subject.

"Did you think they stripped my power because I desiccated Mikael or used Black magic. No Bonnie, they cared less about Mikael. They wanted him gone. And they also knew that the Black magic could never corrupt me. But yet they striped my magic. You know why? Because I aided the doppelganger. You will go through the same pain, if you continue this path"

Bonnie opened her mouth, but Abby beat her to it.

"I am not going to stop you from aiding Elena because I know whatever I say, you won't stop it. Hell, even your grandmother and her death couldn't, how could I? All I am asking is, we, the Bennetts hear them out, as your grandmother asked you to" Abby said.

But whatever Bonnie was about to say was cut short by the arrival of Lucy Bennett.

Lucy looked between Abby and Bonnie, trying to gauge their stance. She took a deep breath and said, "Abby, are we going there yet?"

Abby nodded, but Bonnie snapped, "Are you both mad?"

Damon growled and said, "Listen Judgy. We don't know a lot of things. If you really want to protect the Gilbert girl, then you must heed your Mother's advice. You are not going to lose anything."

Bonnie just looked at them and sighed, "Fine. But don't ask me to be nice"

Abby nodded.

Damon gulped as he pulled his camero in the Mikaelson driveway. Its been eight days since he saw the youngest Original. He knew he must do everything in his power to get Arabelle to hear him out. But he was terrified. The look on her face when she thought that he was aiding the doppelganger in her grand plan was still haunting him.

He knew he could not blame her for the misunderstanding, seeing as he did aid them in their or his previous plans. But it did not hurt any less. He must do everything in his power to keep his mouth shut, if he was going to convince Arabelle of his innocence.

Damon grimaced. Innocence?

Damon along with Bonnie and Stefan hopped out the car, when Lucy's car pulled up behind his. Lucy and Abby joined them soon as they went up to the door and knocked.

After a minute, the door opened to reveal one Katherine Pierce. She looked at them all and said with a fake smile, "Oh good! You are all here. If you'll follow me", and led them inside the house to the drawing room, where to his woman was sitting on a loveseat with a book on her lap. Katherine asked them to sit and turned to Arabelle, "Belle, dear. They are here. Do you want me to summon the family?"

Arabelle looked up from the book to Katherine ad smiled, "Thank you, Katerina. And yes, please ask everyone to be here in five minutes." And she went back to her book while Katherine left the room.

Damon discreetly sneaked glances at the raven haired woman across from them when a he felt a slight pressure in his head. The next moment he was clutching his head and groaning. The pain increased every second. He fought to keep himself from letting a growl and looked at the three Bennett witches who were looking at each other. He knew then and there that it was not them.

He was distinctly aware that his brother was by his side and someone entered the drawing room. And also a very distinct, "Arabelle, sister. I think you gave Damon Salvatore enough aneurism for the life time. Release him, darling"

And just like that the headache left him. It took him a moment to register the words of Kol Mikaelson and he snapped his head toward Arabelle who was scowling at her brother, who was now clutching his head, just like he did a moment ago.

A minute later, she released him. Glaring, she said, "Shut up Kol"

Kol picked himself up from the floor and said, "Well, words would have been enough, little sister"

But lucky for them, Bonnie asked the question that they almost forgot to ask, "Wait. You gave them the aneurism?" she asked looking at Arabelle.

Arabelle shrugged and said, "I did"

"How is that even possible?" Stefan asked.

"May be because I am an Original Vampire/Witch Hybrid" Arabelle said and shrugged.

All they could do was stare at her.

Arabelle sighed. She knew they were not ready to handle the truth. She was supposed to tell them all about the Bennett secret, before she told them about herself. But the moment one Damon Salvatore entered the drawing room, she couldn't help herself. She so wanted to transfer some of the pain that was in her heart. And she started from the basic, in other words, she gave him an aneurism.

So she channelled all her negative feelings in to the aneurism. The pain of her heartbreak, the looks that he gave the doppelganger, the way he brushed her off in his gang's presence, the words he uttered about her family, but mainly the way he acted around the doppelganger. Despite of all the negative feelings, she made sure not to give him her strongest aneurisms, since that would kill him.

Every groan and growl that came from him was like a knife in her heart. It made her mask of nonchalance hard to hold, which made it so difficult to concentrate on the book in her hand.

Lucky for her Kol came in and uttered the words that sealed his fate. The next moment she transferred the aneurism to her brother. This time she did not check how much pain he would endure. She just made his blood vessels pop without any reservation. But after a few minutes she took pity on her immature brother and released him from his headache.

Glaring, she said, "Shut up Kol"

Kol tried to act like nothing happened, but Arabelle was not fooled. She took a quick glance at the new comers and saw them looking with various degrees of confusion. She patted herself on the back mentally. "Well, words would have been enough, little sister" he said.

And that was when the question was asked by none other than Bonnie Bennett herself.

After she revealed her little or big secret to the Mystic Falls gang, she only met with more confused reactions.

It seemed that Kol could not contain himself and started laughing like he never did in his life.

All of a sudden, Arabelle clutched her head. She could distinctly hear the rest of the family enter the room. She felt a tug at her heart and knew instantly what was happening. She felt a pair of strong arms holding her, but she couldn't make out who it was. "Nadia, get the candle. Ayanna wants to talk to me"

A moment later she felt a candle thrust at her hand. She tried to calm herself and placed the candle on the floor and open her eyes. The pain in her head easing off. She looked at the person who was holding her and met with a pair of icy blue eyes. She just looked away to her brother Niklaus and said, "Take care of my body. I shall return soon. It will only be minutes"

Once Niklaus gave her a nod, she tried to remove herself from Damon's hold and felt him ease. She snapped her fingers and the candle was lit. She moved to the sofa that was previously occupied by the Mystic Falls gang and laid down. She uttered the spell that would help her to go to the Other side.

I know this chapter is very short. I wanted to bring so many POVs and confrontations in this chapter but I felt like it would make the next chapter more interesting.

Oh, there's one more thing. Next chapter is going to be the turning point in the story.

If you can guess, please leave it in your reviews.

Until Next Time...
