After reading the reviews on my previous story i had decided to reboot because i had spent far too long away from it and had forgotten my original plan, so thank you for the comments and I'll try to make this one better than the last.
This is based after ffxv so Noctis has his abilities such as:

Chapter 1: beginning and end
Noctis Lucis Caelum, had spent 10 years trying to vanquish the darkness that had covered his world, for 10 years he had pushed through countless trials and tribulations with his friends. He had suffered and fought against the darkness for so long, all for this moment. Noctis had stretched out his arm with his hand open towards his greatest enemy, the adagium also known as Ardyn Lucis Caelum.
Noctis had activated the power of his ancestors and turned Ardyn into nothing. Using the power had severely crippled Noctis' right arm and drained him of all his strength, he could feel his time was near, Noctis began to feel the strength in his legs leaving and begins to falls back expecting to turn into nothingness. Noctis could only think of his friends; Ignis, Gladiolus and Prompto. He puts his hand in his jacket and pulls out a photo, memories begin to flash before his eyes and he smiles as tears begin to form. Noctis closes his eyes for the last time... or so he thought.
poke* *poke* *poke*
"Mister are you dead?" Noctis could hear the voice of a little boy and could feel a twig poking his face.
The boy asks several times while poking Noctis but doesn't get a response, the boy loses his patients and stands above Noctis. The boy takes a deep breath and starts beating on Noctis, yelling "SIR ARE YOU ALIVE!?"
"I'M ALRIGHT!" Noctis yelled while quickly rolling over before the stick could hit him again.
Noctis stands up and gives the boy an angry look and is about to tell off the child but is lost for words when he realised that he was still alive, after a brief pause Noctis takes in his surroundings. He could see crystal shards scattered across the ground a broken crystal behind him, it looked like noctis had fallen out of that crystal.
Noctis zones out untill the boy taps Noctis on the arm. Noctis turns around to see the little boy holding a cup of water, offering it to Noctis. Noctis notices the young boy has a tail and dog ears but doesn't ask about it yet. Noctis takes the cup and looks at his reflection before drinking "What the!" Noctis says while dropping the cup.
"Why am i a teenager again??" Noctis eventually calms down and asks the little boy "Where am I?".
