Chapter 3:
After the battle Villagers give Noctis and the others a small cottage just at the end of village. The place is comfortable and isn't too fancy. after settling down Noctisand the others begin planning on finding a way back to eos. "It appears we need to find another source to power the dimensional teleporter" ignis says
"yeah but where are we gonna find those?" Prompto asks worryingly
Ignis places his hand on his chin and begins to think "I'll go search for info" he says before leaving the room.
[1 week later]
"Beacon academy; said to be the greatest school in Remnant, used to train generations of huntsman and Huntresses or so I'm told" Ignis explaines to Noctis and the others.
"Alright but what's the point of this?" Gladiolus asks Ignis
"The point is that we don't know enough of our surroundings or how this world works and we cannot afford to caught off gaurd" Ignis say while looking at Prompto and Noctis goofing around.
Ignis regains the attention of Noctis and Prompto "This is our best way home..." Ignis pushes up his glasses and sighs "From what i hear beacon is the best place to gather information on resources and possible threats, teachers at beacon are all huntsman and Huntresses so we should be able to learn a lot there"
"there's probably some pretty babes there too" Gladiolus says.
"YEAH! wait till they get a load of these guns" Prompto says while flexing the small amount of muscle on his arms and making laser noises from his mouth.
"You should probably leave the flexing to Gladio" Noctis says.
"Then its settled, we'll go to beacon academy and become huntsman. The mayor of the village has already prepared a way there under his recommendation so we only need to go to Vale"
Prompto jumps in excitement "FINALLY! a real town, i wonder if will it be like Insomnia or maybe Altissia" Prompto say quickly while getting off track.
"Or maybe something different with this being a new world and stuff" Gladiolus says.
"Whatever it is I'm sure we'll be ready for it" Noctis says while staring out the window and looking at the moon.
Noctis places his left hand where the ringof the Lucii used to be, 'Are they still with me' Noctis thinks to himself. Noctis closes his eyes and tries to use the power of kings, his armiger. Noctis tries but nothing happens, Noctis tries and tries and tries but nothing works.
'I'm alone on this one I guess' as Noctis sighs *fwoosh* a blue light flashes the room and tiny crystal can be seen. Noctis looks around and sees multiple weapons floating around in the air, these weren't the royal arms but the true potential of the lucis bloodline which was denied to him by the injury he sustained as a kid.Prompto and the others stand in awe.
"WAY TO GO NOCT!" Prompto cheers, as Noctis finally got his power back
"This could mean, your magic has returned to normal too, you could probably cast swords, lightning, fire, ice, shields and invisibility freely like your father or the kingsglaive" Ignis states wondering how far Noctis could go with his new found potential.
"First we gotta train him up, he's probably not used to it yet so that could be a problem" Gladiolus says smiling "That means we wake up at dawn Noct"
Noctis sighs and the others laugh. They spend the rest of the night playing cards and eating.
[3 days later]
Noctis and the others jump in the car and begin driving to Vale. The mayor had given them a map and show them which way to go, the boys chat and play games to keep busy while on the road
'Just like old times' the four think to themselves smiling.
