Chapter1
This wasn't the Hogwarts Hermione remembered from the Hogwarts battle that happened just a few months ago. The main castle had some little changes but the actual new addition was the new building. It was the most modern thing u would expect at Hogwarts. Hermione admired this new addition as sat with two 6th year students.
Harry and Ron had decided not to come back to complete their 7th year but even without their support there was no way Hermione would leave her 7th year. She looked around for any familiar 7th year faces, she could spot Neville, Luna, Seamus, Dean and a few hufflepuffs she didn't really know. Now for the first time in her life she saw what had pulled these carriages all these 6 years before. As another carriage pulled past her. In the carriage sat Malfoy, Pansy and Blaise Zabini. Hermione was so surprised by there return that she couldn't stop staring at them. She hadn't expected any Slytherins to actually return.
"what you staring at there Granger? Don't have Potty and Weasel to waste your time anymore?" shouted Malfoy from the carriage. But before Hermione could reply back, their carriage was ahead of hers.
The carriage came to a stop before the entrance to the Great Hall. Hermione got off and entered the Hall, getting pushed by the people behind her. "careful there Granger or you are gonna fall and ruin your pretty face" he turned red as soon he said, not realizing what he had just told her. "didn't know you cared this much for my pretty face Malfoy" Hermione said as she turned back to face him. "didn't know that you don't understand sarcasm!" Malfoy tried to fire back. Hermione ignored his comment and went off towards the Gryffifndor table.
She sat down beside Ginny, still thinking about how malfoy had told her that she had pretty face. She had a warm feeling in her stomach that she chose to ignore and accepted it as hunger. Dumbledore was as cruel as always. Making the hungry students wait until he finished his speech. But Dumbledore must have been in a good mood as he started his speech earlier than usual. "I only have two announcements to make before you all tuck in to your feasts. Firstly, welcome back to Hogwarts and as I hv repeated every year, the forbidden forest is out of bounds for students. And secondly, all the 7th years students, or rather the 8th years are to follow me after the feast to tne new building." With this the food appeared on the table and every one started eating the delacecies provided by hogwart's house elves.
