A/N :Hello Reader! this is actually my first ever post on and as you can see from this title there's going to be a romance revolving around everyone's favorite strawhat wearing rookie, Monkey D. Luffy and Charlotte Galette the 18th daughter of the Yonko Big Mom!. Luffy will have a logia type DF bearing similar properties and mechanics to that of Admiral Kuzan's chill chill fruit, the Arctic Arctic Fruit Variation : Arctic Projectiles And Tricks. Luffy has learnt and is currently practicing both novice forms of Advanced Observation Haki ( Future Sight), And Advanced Armament Haki ( Emission/Shockwave). as such luffy is considerably stronger in this particular fanfic and nearing Yonko Commander lvl prowess.

" Mama there's more", exclaims Tamago who is internally frightened of the giant-like woman and sweating with drips continuously showering him in fear of his Captain and queen, he quickly reserves himself and he states " the kids broken through and started a revolt at impel down and allied with Whitebeard to save the son of Gol D. Roger " Fire Fist Ace"!. he's defeated numerous warlords such as the Mafia Don Of Baroque Works "Sir Crocodile", The Shadow King " Gecko Moria", And even " The Heaven Demon Doflamingo" he's defeated the CP9 and challenged the WG head on, he's allied with Red Hair and Shirohige himself!, He's been trained under by the Vice Captain and First Mate Of the Rogers Pirates " Dark King Silvers Rayleigh" he has unlocked the novice stages of Advanced Observation Haki And Advanced Armament Haki and possesses Conquerors Haki, and reports claim that the Pirate Empress " Boa Hancock" is infatuated with him".
" Hahaha...Mama-mama!.. that boys really that infamous and strong..
ehh?! and him being son of the revolutionary dragon'll definitely be of great use to me and admittedly from looking at this bounty poster the boys got some charm and looks very handsome.. the towering woman thinks " after the disastrous incident with Elbaf..i can't let this opportunity get wasted! suddenly the Emperor screams while reserved at the same time " Tamago, go with a dispatch of soldiers and locate and gather intel on that rookie " Monkey D. Luffy"..i plan to get him married to one of my daughters Mama-mama!. this news shocks Tamago but he doesn't and hastily carries out the Emperor"s orders, if only to save his own life.
Big Mom brings a sentry of messengers to dial a den den mushi to the Revolutionary HQ in hopes of contacting its kingpin " Dragon" to her luck..a low ranking member affiliated with dragons executive branches answers and after a brief talk, hands it over to dragon while dismissing that it's Big Mom, Dragon sighs and knows why Big Mom is contacting the Leader Of The Revolutionary Army.
Beep Bep the Den Den Mushi goes while we cut off to Big Mom, Mama-mama
" Hello Dragon-san!, i have called you today to propose an alliance, your son " Monkey D. Luffy will marry one of daughters and we as in laws will share all of our respective power, army, authority and weapons Mama-mama! " says the Emperor.
" Hello Big Mom, your call is unsanctioned but I already knew why you called me sighed dragon, but i suppose you may do as you desire, I will advise my subordinate Sabo to tell luffy about these events and possibly convince him to join your ranks, However Linlin it isn't going to be an easy process to convince my son and you will find his stubbornness rather annoying, oh and by the way what reinforcements do you require if and when our alliance is forged?!, i won't hesitate to provide a great amount of Advanced weapons, fleets of warships, and maybe a legion of haki trained DF using soldiers,abundances of treasure or i may even hire my Chef Juridicts to bake a titanic sized cake if so you will be pleased".
Mama-mama!..ehh dragon san i am pleased that you are reserved of this topic and your best interests to unite our two children, i propose that the boy can not refuse my daughters if so which one he chooses, and my most sincere thanks for the compensations you say to provide me with..as such i will benefit your organization in thwarting the nearing reverie conference meeting".
