Hermione entered her common room and was bombarded by Ginny and Pansy. She looked over to Draco and Draco said,

"They wouldn't leave until they talked to you."

He walked up to his room and left her alone with the two girls. Hermione sighed and asked,

"What?"

"So is it true that you dumped butterbeer on Blaise's head?" Pansy asked shocked.

"Yeah, it's true. And I am not sorry that I did it." Hermione told them.

"But was it true that you slapped him too?" Ginny asked.

Hermione shook her head no and explained what happened at the Three Broomsticks. Ginny and Pansy stayed quiet listening to Hermione go through the events. Pansy smile faded when Hermione told her that Blaise was being an arrogant prat.

"Hermione I am so sorry that Blaise was not what you were looking for. I really thought he would be good for you. What about your friendship with him now?" Pansy asked.

"I don't know. But right now I have to take care of me right now and not worry about guys. If someone proves to me that they can be able to be involved in my life and wants to be there taking me for who I am, then I will try it out. They are going to have to deal with the connection I have between Fred and George because they mean a lot to me." Hermione smiled.

Ginny smiled and said,

"Have you noticed that you are the only one that doesn't call them the twins or the Weasley twins. But their actual names."

Hermione shrugged. She did not realize it until now. But she probably didn't realize a lot of things she does when she is around Fred and George. Hermione just smiled at that with a blush. Ginny and Pansy started to laugh. Draco walked down when he saw them in a fits of laughter. He just shook his head and said,

"Sorry to cut this girly moment short but I am in need of my head girl right now."

Ginny looked over to Pansy and they got up and left. Ginny told Hermione that it was not the end of this conversation. They would bring it up again later. Hermione nodded and then turned to Draco. He was smiling and Hermione asked,

"What?"

"Well, I thought I would show you something." Draco said walking down the corridor.

He placed a blind fold over her face. She was hesitant about everything. She followed Draco. She let the silence take over her and was using her other scents. She finally was tired of the silence and asked,

"Where are we going Draco?"

"Don't you worry about Mione." A voice said that wasn't Draco.

Hermione paused when she heard Fred's voice. She did not know what was going on. Where did Draco go and what was he and Fred up too? Fred led Hermione down the corridor and then she was stopped by Fred. Hermione did not hear Fred anymore but she felt hands on her shoulder from behind.

"Fred?" She asked hesitantly.

"Yes, Mione?" He whispered into her ear.

Hermione shivered as he whispered into her ear. She really hoped Fred did not feel her shiver from his response but of course he did because she felt him chuckle. Hermione turned around and was hoping that she was face to face with Fred now. She looked up and asked,

"Fred what are you doing?"

I want to give you something before I am supposed to finish my mission. He leaned down and pulled the blind fold off and took her face into his hands. Hermione stood there still. She knew what he was going to do but when Fred leaned down and was inches away from her lips. The door of the Great Hall swung open and George walked out saying,

"Are you coming?"

Hermione jumped from Fred's arms and looked at George shocked. She tried to look into the Great Hall but George would not let her. He just smiled and said,

"What's going on here?"

Hermione looked at Fred and George confused. She did not know what was going on. Fred just glared at George while he smiled. Hermione sighed and asked,

"What is going on here?"

"Well, our dear Hermione that is a surprise. Now if you could follow us through these doors. Your answers will be answered." George stated.

Hermione was confused and a little bit scared. It was never a good idea when Fred, George, and Draco worked together. Hermione wondered what they were up too. She looped her arms through both of their arms and walked through the doors.

"Surprise!" Everyone screamed.

Hermione looked around and saw most of the school was down there. She did not know what was going on. This was some type of party going on. Hermione looked up to Fred and George confused.

"What is this for?" She asked.

Fred looked over to George shocked and then said,

"You really don't know?"

Hermione shook her head and George spoke up and said,

"Hermione this is your birthday."

Hermione eyes grew wide and said,

"I can't believe I forgot. I have been so busy catching up on school work and dealing with head duty."

"It's alright Hermione. You work hard on what you do. But now it's time to party. Come one birthday girl!"

Hermione smiled and walked up to her friends. Harry was hanging out with Draco and the others. Hermione pointed to Draco and said,

"You three were in on it. Weren't you?"

Draco smirked and nodded. He just hugged her and whispered,

"Don't let me fool you. But I can't take all the credit. The twins made it all happen. I was in charge to get you out of the head dorm."

Hermione laughed at that and gave the others hugs. She looked around and walked around. Everyone was wishing her a happy birthday. Hermione felt an arm touch her shoulder and turned to see Blaise standing there. Hermione sighed and did not know what to say. She been trying to avoid him since the Hogsmeade trip.

"Happy Birthday." He said quietly.

"Thanks." She said. That was all she was able to say.

Hermione was not sorry that she did what she did to Blaise but it was a little awkward to be around each other. Blaise sighed and said,

"Can we talk?"

"About?" Hermione asked.

"You know about. I am so sorry Hermione. I really messed up between us. I know that now. But I was wonder," He was about to say before Hermione stopped him form talking.

"Blaise, I do hope that we can work on our friendship but I think that is all we can be right now. You are a good friend but like I said that day. I care about the twins and they are a part of my life. If you can't accept that then I don't know if us would have ever worked out. Blaise you are the strong jealous type and there is not a lot of girls that like that type of guy. You should work on it." Hermione explained and walked away.

Harry found her in the corner and said,

"Now why is the star of the party in the corner like this?"

Hermione smiled at Harry and said,

"I am just thinking about everything that has happened. I am now nineteen-year-old and my life has been a roll-a-coaster from hell. This is the first birthday I will not celebrate with my parents at all."

Hermione whipped a tear away and then Harry hugged her. They stood there like that for a while. Harry heard a couch from behind him and they looked over to see Fred standing there. He smiled to Hermione and said,

"Could I barrow the amazing Mione?"

Harry nodded and Hermione followed Fred to the front of the room. George was standing there with them. Everyone looked at the three and they all started to sing happy birthday to her. Hermione smiled at the cake that was floating out. It looked like a stack of books. That made Hermione laugh. Once everyone was done singing Hermione blew out the candles. She looked around the room smiling. This was one of the best birthdays every.

"Alright, before we go back partying George and I have an announcement right now." Fred started.

Hermione was about to move out of the way but George grabbed her and said,

"Oh Granger stay here."

Hermione looked at him confused. She did not know what was going on. Hermione looked over to Harry and the others. They were as confused as she was. She looked back to Fred and George.

"We wanted to give you your gift right now." George started.

"This is more a gift for us." Fred stated.

Everyone started to laugh at that. Hermione smirked and then Fred continued,

"Hermione you have been such a great help in our shop and you did it on your own time and will. You volunteer so much of your time for us and we don't know how to thank you. So George and I have decided the only way to not lose you in the future."

"We want you to be a full time partner in the Weasley Wizard Wheezes joke shop." George finished.

Hermione stood there stunned by the news. Hermione did not feel the tears in her eyes. She ran over to the twins and hugged them. Everyone in the crowd was surprised at the news.

"So will you be our partner?" Fred asked.

Hermione looked around and saw everyone watching her. She did not know what to say. This was all so surprising. She looked up to Fred and George and said,
