I woke up with a smell of something delicious. I just got ready for the day and headed out to the kitchen. There standing there was Fred and George. They had the whole table covered with different types of food. I looked over to Angela and she was as shocked.

"This is incredible. You two really went over the top to apologize to us." I said.

Fred came over and gave me a hug while George gave Angela a kiss. They then said,

"We are so sorry. We really should have said something, and we should have never let you two walks away mad like that. We really appreciate everything you two do for us. If it wasn't for you two then we wouldn't be as successful as we are now. Angela Hermione, you two are the best women we have in our lives and we are so sorry."

I looked over to Fred and George. I smiled and placed a kiss on Fred's cheek. He smiled, and I said,

"We forgive you. Just don't do it again or you may not be able to get into the apartment."

"That isn't even a threat or warning." Angela said.

They both nodded, and we went over to the table to see all our favorite breakfast items. I just shook my head and said,

"You two went overboard but it was really sweet."

"Anything for the two most important girls in our lives." George said.

Once we finished breakfast we started our day. Fred walked down to the store with me while George and Angela offered to clean up the kitchen for us. I started to restock some different products. Right then I heard the bell rang and I said,

"We are not open yet. We will be open soon."

"Fred told me to come at this time. Am I too early?" Carsen's voice asked.

I turned to see her standing there. I just sighed and said,

"Oh, it's just you Carsen. Sorry thought you were a customer. They like to try to get in early to get the best projects."

"Oh, it's alright Hermione. Do you know where Fred is at? So, I can get the run down of the place." She asked.

I went to the back and found Fred bottling a few potions we created and said,

"Carsen's here."

He nodded and followed me out. I stopped him and whipped some gunk off his face. He laughed, and you heard,

"Awe how sweet. You're like his mum or something."

Fred started to laugh more. I just sighed and walked away. I went back to what I was doing. I looked over and saw Fred was showing her around.

*Fred's POV*

I looked at Hermione as she walked away. I don't think she liked that I laughed at Carsen's joke. I started to show Carsen around and she was asking me all these questions.

"So, what does Hermione do here? Just out of curiosity."

"Hermione does about everything. She makes sure everything looks good in the shop. Hermione makes sure we have enough product to put out and if we don't we can make it for our customers soon. Hermione helps with new product and potions. So, you will see Hermione coming and going everywhere." I explained.

Carsen nodded, and I asked,

"Are you ready to start the say? We are going to be open soon."

She nodded, and we started our day. I did want to talk to Hermione, but she was busy with a few customers.

*Hermione's POV*

I tried to keep myself busy and avoid Fred. I felt an arm on me and I turned to see Draco stand there. I smiled at him and said,

"Hey stranger. How have you been?"

"Good, how about you? I see you been keeping yourself busy lately." Draco said looking around.

"Yeah, you know working with Fred and George always keeps you on your toes." I said.

"Hermione, we need you behind the cash register right now." Carsen said walking pass me.

I gave her a look and then said,

"Okay Carsen but I think Lee has it just fine. But thanks for looking out for him."

She passes me with a sigh and went back to what she was doing. I just shook my head and Draco then asked,

"Who was that?"

"That was Carsen. She is our new employee." I said.

Draco walked around the shop with me while we talked. I gave him a hug goodbye and told him that we would talk soon before going back to school.

It was close to closing and I walked over to Lee and asked,

"How was business for you today?"

"It was great. I had this thing going. I was awesome at the register. Don't you think?" He asked.

"You were great. But Carsen said that you needed some help. Just wanted to make sure everything was good." I said.

"No, but thanks for checking up on me. You're the best Hermione." Lee said then walked away.

I took the broom out and started to sweep the floors when I heard voices around the corner of a shelf. It was Fred, George and Carsen.

"So how did your day go?" Fred asked.

"I think it was great, but I don't want to be a snick or anything, but I think Hermione was a little distant. She doesn't seem likes she likes me that much. When I asked for help she kind of blew me off to talk to some guy. They were talking the whole day in the corner over there. I was taking her customers because she wasn't really helping. She was trying to boss me around rudely. But I know she is one of your partners, so I really don't to cause trouble. Like I said, I don't want to cause trouble." Carsen said.

"That doesn't sound like Hermione. We will talk to her. Don't worry. But I think you mistaken Hermione." Fred said.

I left the broom where it was and headed upstairs. I did not want to hear anymore. I could not believe that witch. Angela was there and saw me storm to my room. She followed me asking,

"Hermione, what's wrong?"

"I can't believe that witch. She has only been here for a day and she is already causing trouble. I over heard her talking to Fred and George and she was making up lies to them. I actually think Fred believes her." I said between tears.

Angela wrapped her arms around me and just held me. She then said,

"I will not let anyone upset you like this. You do not deserve it. That girl has no right to treat you like that. She is no one important. Fred would never believe anything anyone says about you. We all know you too well. You are a hard-working witch."

I whipped my tears and thanked Angela. Right then we heard the door and the boys. Angela got up and walked out. I followed right behind her. Fred and George gave me this look. I could tell that George believed none of it but there was something in Fred's eyes. Fred spoke up first and said,

"Hermione, could we have a talk with you?"

Angela was about to say something, but I stopped her and said,

"Sure thing." I turned to Angela and said,

"I want to hear what they have to say. But thank you for about to stand up for me. You are the best."

I gave her a hug and followed them to the kitchen table. We sat down together, and George started,

"We want to talk to you about Carsen. I don't really believe all this stuff she was saying but Freddie here want to see your side of the story."

"What's going on boys? I did hear a little bit of your conversation with Carsen, but I want to hear everything." I said.

"She was saying that you were rude to her and did not help her out when she asked. That you ignored the customers and just talked to a friend in the corner the whole time. I know that doesn't sound like you, but Hermione is it true?" Fred asked.

I just shook my head and said,

"Of course, it's not true. Draco did come it while I was helping a few customers out, but he followed me around and talked to me. I would never ignore a customer. Also, she never asked me for help. She tried to boss me around like she owned the place. I was never rude to her and to tell you the truth. I do not appreciate that you did not stick up for me Fred. You of all people know me and know that I would never treat anyone like that. I am disappointed in you both."

I couldn't help but let out the tears. I couldn't hold them back anymore. I took a deep breath and then said,

"I think it would be best if I went back to the burrow for the rest of the Holiday. I don't think it's a right fit for me here with Carsen here too. I don't want you to choose but I think it's best for me."

I got up and went to my room. As I was packing my things I heard a knock on my door there standing there was George and Angela. I ran up to her and gave her a hug. She whispered to me,

"Please don't go. We have so much to do here for the Holidays. We need you here. You are family."

"I know but it's what's best. I don't want to cause anymore trouble. I love it here but if Fred does not want to believe me over someone he just met then I can't stay here."

"Hermione, I never believe her, and I think if she is not a good fit here at the store. You are our best and I do not want to lose you. The shop needs you here. Your home is here with us." George said.

"I know that, but I need some space away from here. If you need me in the store when Carsen is not here, then I will come but I can not work with some that lies and tries to manipulate everything. I want to thank you both for making this so far, the best holidays I have. You really help me out through the dark time. But I miss your mum too. It will be nice see all of them." I said, and I walked out of the room.

I passed the couch where Fred was sitting. He didn't even say a word to me. There was nothing to say. I apparated away. I landed in front of the Burrow. My heart just broke right then and there.

*George's POV*

I could not believe my brother right now. I sat down beside him and slapped over the head. He gave me this look, but I was madder at him.

"How could you just let her go? We barely even know Carsen and you let her get into your head. We both know Hermione is not like that. She is an amazing witch with a big heart. I am telling you this once. Tomorrow morning, I am going to fire Carsen. I don't care if you like it or not. She just made the best worker we have leave." I didn't say anything else.

I took Angela's hand and left Fred there.

*Hermione's POV*

Molly opened the door with shock. She was so happy to see me. But she was surprised to see my bags.

"Dear did something happen with my sons? I thought you were staying with them."

"I really rather not talk about it Molly. Is it alright if I just go put my things away?" I asked.

"Of course. You can stay in the twin's old room. Charlie is back for the holidays, Percy is in his old room and I turned Bill's room into the nursery for the grandbabies." Molly explained.

"That is alright. The twin's room will work just fine. Thanks." I said.

I took my things and head upstairs. I thought it was too quiet for a house full of people but right then I heard the noise.

"HERMIONE!"

I felt arms wrap around me and I saw it was Charlie. I gave him a hug back and he helped me with my bags. I then gave Ginny, Harry, and Ron all a hug. I waved hi to Percy as he walked by. We never had a friendship. But we were always nice to each other.

"What are you doing here?" Harry asked looking at my bags.

"Yeah, what happened to staying at my brothers? What did they do now? And by them, I mean Fred." Ginny asked.

I just gave her a look and she knew that I did not want to talk about it right now. Charlie placed my stuff down and said,

"Well, I'm glad you are here. Now I can have a conversation that does not deal with Quidditch or things leading around that."

I could help but laugh at that. Charlie always knew how to lighten up the room. It helped that he was one of the oldest, so he has all that experience under his belt. He knew when there was a situation going on he knew to lighten up the room. I looked over to Ginny and then said,

"Alright boys, we will see Hermione later, but I think these two fine young ladies want to have a girl chat."

He leads Harry and Ron out of the room and it was just Ginny and me. I told her everything in between cries. Ginny just rubbed my back and called Carsen some rude names which made me laugh.

"But the thing that broke my heart was that Fred didn't even try to stop me from leaving. He just sat there on the couch and did nothing or say a word to me."

"My brother is an idiot. I am so sorry Hermione that he can't see that he messed up royal. That he probably lost the best thing in his life." Ginny said.

We sat there talking about everything I missed around here. I was glad to have Ginny try to distract me. We went downstairs for dinner and I learned more about different things I missed. Charlie was telling me about all the new dragons that hatched before he left for holiday and that they were thinking of expanding the reserve to more countries. I had all these loving people around me but I still felt empty because I did not have the most important people with me too. I could help but think of Fred, George, and Angela.
