Powell was born in 1916. He suffered from Low Alcohol Tolerance disorder and stupendous rage lengths because of his dad, Jacob. He wasn't in a mental health institution everyday.
Powell had been in the streets as a young preteenager, leaving his birthplace for Hawaii in 1931. He met Margaret Pelekai and birthed Clayton Lucas Pelekai in 1941. As both divorced, Clayton Pelekai lived alone but saw his dad frequently in his cave.
Powell died in 1960 after a fit of rage leading to murdering the Gardner brothers' parents, the depressed neighbours Jane and Thomas Gardner.
