That night, Raven and Apple were eating dinner with Cerise and her parents in the attached home to the Gym.
"I'm so glad that you were able to stay for dinner, Raven," said Mr. Badwolf.
"Yeah, it's been a while since you left, so it feels just like the old days now," said Ramona.
"You used to live here?" asked a surprised Apple.
"When I ran away from home this is where I came, figured it was far enough and I had run into Cerise a few months before that so I knew she lived here," said Raven.
"Hey, anyone home?" asked a girl's voice as the main door opened.
"We're in the dining room, Cedar," said Cerise.
"Wait, are you two still dating?" asked Raven as she looked at the half wolf girl who sat across from her.
"Five years and still together," said Cedar as she walked into the room.
"Nice to see you again, Cedar," said Raven as she got up to hug her.
"You too, Ray, by the way, is this your girlfriend?" asked Cedar as she looked at Apple who nearly choked on her food from the question.
"No, she's just a friend that I'm traveling with," said a panicked Raven.
"Really, she's so you're type though, she actually reminds me of someone," said Cedar. Raven just ran off without a word, her face bright red.
"Raven!" said Apple as she chased after her.
"Cedar, Raven had not told her that she's gay yet," said Cerise.
"Oh no, I can't believe I just outed her like that," said Cedar who was feeling terrible about this.
"That girl with her is also Princess Apple White, that's why you knew her," said Red Riding Hood.
"I really put my wooden foot in my mouth this time," said Cedar as she slapped a hand to her face out of regret. Meanwhile, Raven and Apple had run outside to the backyard which was a zin garden.
"Raven," said Apple as Raven faced away from her.
"I'm sorry, Apple, I should have told you sooner, but I was afraid," said Raven who was still bright red and had her arms crossed before her chest nervously.
"You were afraid of me?" asked Apple who was hurt by this.
"Not you, but how you would react, I mean given who our mothers are and you're a princess," said Raven.
"Raven, if you had told me sooner I would have told you that I'm gay too," said Apple, surprising Raven.
