Dear Diary,
This prank is going to be legendary! James has it all planned out, and I'm helping, and Albus finally agreed to help as well! It's going to be great! We have everything planned right down to the detail, except for how to keep our family from interfering. Our family is always the biggest problem; we can't let Cousin Vic catch us, or she'll actually take points! From her own cousins! That's just rude. Anyway, the whole thing is set up perfectly. Albus is going to distract Cousin Vic, so that we don't get caught, and then I'm going to head around and start filling all of the hallways with water. James is lending me the Invisibility Cloak, so in case I run into any teachers, they won't know that it's me. While all of the teachers go and deal with the water problem, James is going to set off a GIANT fireworks display in the Great Hall, right at peak dinner time (discreetly, of course). By that point I'll have run down to the Great Hall and we'll both be under the cloak, and we will make our daring escape and watch everything unfold from the entrance hall. The plan is perfect. It'll go off without a hitch. Then the next day we'll be on the train home for Christmas.
I'm so excited for Christmas. Grandmum's cooking is just incredible, and it's always fun having the whole family together. Sure, we see each other around at Hogwarts, but at Christmas we all get to just spend time together. And this year everyone will be there; Uncle Bill and Aunt Fleur aren't going to France this year, Aunt Audrey's parents are apparently going on vacation, and Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione are going to her parents for New Years' instead. I can almost hear Uncle Ron and Uncle Percy arguing with each other and see Cousin Rose shaking her head at everybody, and taste Grandmum's amazing turkey. It'll be the best.
Anyway, got to get ready for this prank, there are only a few days left.
