Me and the kids went for a walk in the park when i saw speedy sitting on a hill by himself,
Speedy, are you ok I asked while going over to where he was sitting,
I am Artemis's cousin I said.
Are you having troubles with Green Arrow, I asked.
Speedy (Red Arrow) AKA Roy Harper POV
Speedy, are you ok someone asked me from behind me, then I turned around to see a girl with a toddler and 3 babies coming up to me on the hill.
Who are you and why do you care I said, while looking back forward.
I am Courtney Potter, Artemis's cousin and the reason why I care is because I know what it's like to have trouble with adults, I never had parents before cause I lost them, because they were murdered when I was 1 month old but I still remember the last thing my mother said before she was murdered in front of me then I was put with my mother's sister and her husband along with their son and was treated like a slave by them until I turned 11 years old that's when everything changed I got to go to the school my parents went to and I found a new family in the people I met at school she said.
I am sorry I didn't know I said while looking back at her and the children who were sitting in the grass looking at the view of the park. Its ok you couldn't have cause this is your first time said while answering my question.
After we finished talking I realized how late it had gotten, Courtney, I think it's time for you to get you and your kids home I said while looking at the children who are all asleep already. Oh I am so sorry speedy, you are right I got to get on back home before my cousin and aunt gets worried She said while getting the children into the carrier. Hey Speedy, I hope we can see each other again cause you have made my day a lot better in a long time along with the childrens day as well she said.
I hope we can to but not in any type of dangerous situations and if you ever need anything you can come and talk to me anytime ok Courtney I will always listen to what you have to say ok I said while helping her put tedi into the backpack carrier that was on her back. Oh and Archer keep a good eye on them cause I have a feeling that she and those kids of hers are going to get themselves into some type of trouble I said to Courtney's dog, and the dog nodded at what I said as if it was agreeing with me. Well I'll see you later then Speedy and please be careful on your missions ok she said before leaving toward the direction of her house.
Courtney's pov
While I was walking home with the children along with archer, i then heard the artemis voice in the alley that we were coming up on to walk past, as we walked past the opening I saw artemis talking with batman's partner robin. I knew right the and there this must be where the zeta tombs to their hideout so then I would know where they are at so if they were in trouble I would be there to back them up. I quickly teleported to the house and put the children in their beds and got out my uniform and mask along with my dual swords and grabbed my staff and after I got my staff I quickly got changed and teleported to the alley where I saw Artemis and Robin I quickly hacked into the system and got in and then got into their hideout, when I entered I saw the young heros on artemis's team in trouble. I thought of something quickly I summoned my bow and arrows and shot at one of the red robots and when my arrow hit it went right through the red robot.
Artemis's POV
Robin and I were trying to come up with a plan to save our friends from Red Tornadoes siblings when suddenly an arrow went through one of Red Tornadoes siblings that controlled fire, after the arrow went through the robot, the fire cage around Me'gan and Aqualad went out finally.
Thank god Robin whispered, But who shot the arrow I asked. Her Robin whispered while pointing at the female figure in the shadows who was holding the bow in her hands ready for anything, she also had a staff strapon her back along with dual swords. The female figure lifted her hand to her temple : "Are you and your friends ok ?", I will always have your backs even when you don't know who I am but you have met me before and you will always find me when you are in dire need of help and I go by the name of "Huntress."she said through a mind link to me and Robin before she disappeared.
Courtney's pov
After I had left the base, I had ran into Cheshire. Well , well what do we have here she said while coming closer to me, good thing I had changed from what I was wearing when I save the young justice league into regular clothes I thought to myself as I was backed into the wall of the alley we were in. You look familiar to someone in the league of assassins she said while putting her finger under my chin to lift my face for her to get a better view. Yes I do believe that the leaders of the shadows will be very happy she said while turning me towards the wall and tieing my hands behind my back, well night night she said before everything went black.
Red Arrows Pov
While I was heading toward the park where I had met courtney, in the corner of my eye I saw some Cheshire carrying someone over her shoulder when I got a good look at who it was I was in Shock it was Courtney! But before I could even get to them they were already gone.
Damn it ! why did it have to be her and what would the league of shadows need her I said through my clushed teeth. I'm gonna have to have to tell the justice league I thought to myself while I brought out my phone and pulled up Green Arrow's number and pressed call.
GA Cheshire kidnapped Courtney Potter call me back when you get this I said then shut the phone when the phone started to ring. I opened it.
Roy, what do you mean that Courtney Potter was taken by Cheshire Green Arrow said. I'm saying that she was just taken by Cheshire I said. OK I'll tell the others GA said and ending the call.
Courtney I will find you and Bring you back home this I promise I will bring you back to where you belong I said as I watched the sun going down on Gotham City.
Green Arrow's POV
Batman, Red Arrow just called in saying that Cheshire had Kidnapped Courtney Potter I said while coming into the young justices lair.
WHAT! I quickly turned around to see Artemis and her face in shock and scared. What do you mean that my Cousin was taken by Cheshire she said while everyone on the young justice teams eyes wide with shock that Artemis was this vocal about what had happen.
Which made everyone on her team back away from her,
The reason I joined this team was so that MY COUSIN WOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING ATTACKED, TAKEN OR EVEN KILLED! She already been through more than any of you have ever gone through at a young age she had her parents who was murdered for trying to protect her from a mad man who wanted her dead.
You want to know how he even found where my aunt and uncle was hiding well my uncles so called best friend showed him where they were hiding and the first one he murdered was my uncle and then my aunt but you know the sickest thing is my cousin remembers her parents last moments and the last words of her parents last moments and the last words of her parents and she saw her mother get killed right before her young eyes. She still gets nightmares because of it. That mad man came after her AGAIN when she was 11,12,14 to 16 until finally she killed him so my cousin has seen alot of death in her young life she has been in a war from the age of 11 and she was always in danger no matter where she was ! Artemis yelled and everyone in the room jumped back in shock at her anger.
I have already lost my Aunt and Uncle, and It'll be over my dead body before I lose My only cousin and for my nieces and nephews not to lose their last remaining parent to be killed because they have already lost their father to murder. Her godson Tedi, had already lost both of his parents and godfather to murder so I will not allow them to lose their mother and godmother so you had better find her and bring her home. Because I will go and make a call to her 10 adoptive older brothers and 4 adoptive sisters and go to find her myself and believe me you do not want to see what i would do to the person who took Courtney away from her family and if you don't find her soon I quit Artemis shouted while leaving the room and after she did the room was silent.
I was shocked at what had just happen, I looked around the room to see her team shocked at her loyalty to her family that she would quit the team and go find her cousin on her own. Shit she is very serious about this I thought to myself.

So why is she even on the team ? he asked.
The reason why I am even on this team was so that my cousin did not have to go through what she had to go through growing up, because she was always in danger, because of the man that murder her parents and his followers when she was 1 was still after her and wanted her dead he was close to killing her 5 times each time she was able to get away the first time was when she was 1 the 2nd time when she was 11 and then a year later when she was 12 and then when she was 14 till the age of 16 was she able to destroy the man that murdered her parents and his followers were put in prison but during that battle she lost her fiance Frederick Gordon Weasley and the father of her triplets, she lost the last best friend of her fathers and her honorary uncle Remus John Lupin and his wife Nymphadora Tonks.
She lost the man who was like a father to her but also was the father of her fiance his name was Arthur Weasley and some of her friends were killed as well so she now has to raise her triplets and her godson without the triplets father and without her godson's parents and only at the age of 17 so she has never had a family that loved her the way her fiance's family has done, not only that but she is the Lady of the house of Potter-Black-Peverall and is one of the youngest and richest Lady in England, so she can have anyone that harms her or her family behind bars before you could say no she has also meet the queen of england and the royals of lotava I said while turning to face him and the team.
Now do you understand why I am on the team, Oh and Kid Flash I only just found out a week ago when my cousin made my mom and myself move into my cousins manor that belonged to her father's family for generations I said while looking at the shocked faces of my team.
