(Cut to the MBC Tree house decorated in the festive holiday of Halloween. At the clubhouse, Sam and Alex are carving pumpkins. With Alex having difficulties in carving his.)
Alex: Are you sure I'm doing this right Sam?
(Alex shows Sam a Pumpkin with jabs marks in it all over the place.)
Sam: Well it sure is... something. I'll give you that much.
Alex: I was trying to go for that one urban legend that Earth kids talk about with there being a monster in the closet with multiple eyes.
(Chris walks in.)
Chris: Guys.. Danny left us pizza!
Alex: Oh Sweet, Earth food!
(He opens up the box, then suddenly Danny comes out with a mask on, a la FNAF jumpscare.)
Danny: Boo!
Alex: AH!
(Alex being startled sets off some jolts of electricity to which shocks everyone in the room.)
Danny: (hair standing up) Ow..
Alex: eh he he... sorry about that. I'm still getting used to this Halloween thing.
Danny: That's okay.. Well I guess I now know who not to scare.
MBComputer: Humans detected. Initiate treehouse disguise.
(Chris checks to see who it is & it turns out to be Mark & Jeremy.)
Cathy: Don't worry Alex. I was just like you at one point during my first Halloween. Granted I didn't electrify everyone but still.
(Cathy sees Jeremy) Oh no!
Alex: Who are they?
(Chris's little brother comes in)
John: That would be Jeremy & Mark.
Sam: Hey John.
Chris: How did you even get in here?
John: (Points behind him) I used the ladder.
Jeremy: Cathy! Cathy!
(See Cathy hiding in a corner shaking in fear.)
Cathy: The irony of him showing up on Halloween of all days.
Alex: What's wrong?
Cathy: It's Jeremy. He has a crush on me & he wont leave me alone because of it.
Alex: So kind of like Danny with Wendy?
Danny: I heard that!
Sam: (to Jeremy) Uh.. Cathy's not here right now! She's.. Sick..
Mark: Hello, Samantha.. Aren't you too old for that treehouse?
Alex: That's none of your concern. Now what is it you two want?
Jeremy: Well we were just going to inform you about the school Halloween party. Nearly everyone is going there.
Sam: Nearly? What do you mean by nearly?
Mark: Because from how it appears you guys aren't.
Danny: What makes you say that we wouldn't go?
Mark: Well you did say Cathy is sick.
(Pan back to Cathy still trembling in the corner while Alex is trying to help comfort her cousin)
Sam: Oh yeah.. Yeah, very very sick..
(Jeremy & Mark then hear the MBComputer starts making a beeping noise)
Mark: What was that?
Sam: Um.. Nothing! We're just decorating the treehouse to fit the theme of Halloween. And some of the decor makes noise.
(Mark looks up at Sam somewhat unconvinced but at the same time could care less about going up into the treehouse to see for himself.)
Mark: Alright then. Come on Jeremy, let's go.
Jeremy: Ah alas Cathy, my love until we meet again, ah revoir.
Alex: (as Mark & Jeremy walk away) Well I guess I was right on the Rabulton when comparing him to Danny.
Danny: Will you stop comparing me to Jeremy?
Alex: Alright, I'll stop! Sheesh!
Chris: Now we need to see why the Computer was beeping.
(cut to the outskirts of Singletown where we see a huge rock fell from space & on it comes out a ghoul like alien called a Hypnaghoul. It had scaly like bones running along the back of its translucent body. Its face was covered up with a bovine esc skull-like mask with nothing pure darkness within the eye sockets other than dark red wispy eyes. The Hypnaghoul looks right at the town.)
Hypnaghoul: Rosebud!
(he then disappears into thin air just as the MBC arrives)
Chris: Well whatever was here it's gone now.
Danny: Hey guys. Come take a look at this! (the others walk over to where Danny is to find a female alien with hair in the shape of snakes passed out, within the crater of the space rock.) You don't think that it's.. you know.. That it didn't make-
(As Danny was about to finish off his sentence the alien starts to wake up & get up.)
?: Where is he!?
Sam: What? Where's who?
?: The hypnaghoul.
Danny: the hypna-what?
(Chris looks up the alien in question on his tablet like device)
Chris: Ah here it is. Hypnaghoul: it's a big ghastly beast from the planet Venus.
(Sam realizes what planet Chris said)
Sam: Wait. You mean that Venus!?
Chris: Indeed. (Chris continues reading) It say here that has the ability to pass through objects as well as hypnotize &/or possess other life forms & makes them do its bidding. (He then looks up the unknown alien) And it looks like the alien before us also comes from there, however the only noteworthy characteristics are its unfathomable strength & tom-boyish nature.
?: I have a name you know. It's Franky.
Sam: Okay then... Franky. Why exactly do you need to find this hypnaghoul?
Franky: Well it just so happened to want to invade your planet & I was trying to stop it seeing the only life forms that Hypnaghouls cannot put under their spell are those from Venus & younger versions of your kind.
Sam: Wait, what?
Franky: In short we need to stop that thing before it turns everyone in your town into its mindless, heartless, vicious minions.
Cathy: Wait did you say the only thing it cant hypnotize are kids & other Venusians?
Franky: Indeed I did say that.
Alex: So that mean aliens like me & Cathy would be easy pickings for it then.
Franky: That is the case though I do believe that you guys have the technology to reverse the effects of it am I correct?
(Alex grabs hold of his head.)
Alex: (sigh) Please tell me I don't have to eat peanuts again for this.
Franky: Why would you need to know that?
Cathy: He's a Vermal. His eyes shoot lasers when he eats them.
Danny: Trust me. I learned about that the hard way!
(Franky looks over at Danny & is left in a daze at his appearance causing her to fall head over heels for him)
Franky: Oh... I see..
Danny: Franky are you okay?
(Franky snaps out of the illusion)
Franky: Oh right.. um.. What were we talking about?
Sam: The Hypnaghoul.
Franky: Oh sorry about that. As I was saying in order for it to be stopped we will need someone, like myself, to go in & stop him. We will need to split into groups. Two of you will stay with the Vermal, I'll accompany the Rhapsodian along with someone else.
Sam: I'll come with you..
Franky: Alright. There's little time to waste. Let's go!
(The groups are split up as is. Cathy tagging along with Sam & Franky, leaving Alex with Chris & Danny. Cut to dusk as Franky, Sam & Cathy are searching for the Hypnaghoul within a dark alley way. As of this point, both group's aliens begin to feel a bit weird.)
Sam: So.. Franky.. Where are your parents?
Franky: Well let's just say my race on Venus don't really make good moms & dads.
Sam: Really, Why?
Franky: I was practically left to fend for myself. They left me behind.
Sam: That's a bit rude!
Franky: That's just the way my race is, it can't be helped. And besides I did manage to survive this long on my own haven't I?
Sam: Well, you do have a point there. Wait a minute, I just realized something. Where's Cathy?
Franky: You lost track of your own teammate!? (The two girls begin to hear an odd sound) Oh that's not good.
(Pan over to see Cathy right behind them standing still with a smirk on her face)
Sam: Cathy? (She looks up to show her eyes appearing as if she is absolutely lifeless & glowing an unusual dark red color.) Should we run?
(Cathy then produces a mighty roaring noise.)
Franky: Yes! We should definitely run! Now!
(Sam & Franky run away while Cathy is dashing straight for them. We then pan over to the boys side of things.)
Danny: You guys spot the Hypnaghoul yet?
Chris: Nope.
Danny: What about you, Alex? (The same odd sound from earlier is then heard) Um, Alex are you going to respond?
(We then see Alex standing still much like how Cathy was, as he then begins to float upward & create multiple balls of electricity. All the while his eyes are a lifeless, glowing dark red.) Chris? I think we should run!
Chris: Why do you say tha-
(He turns around to see a possessed Alex only a few inches away from himself & then roars the same exact way Cathy did.)
Alex: HRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!
Chris: Run like mad!
(Alex then shoots the electroballs at Chris & Danny)
Danny: (On his V-Com while running) Guys we got trouble, Alex got possessed!
Sam: The Hypnaghoul got Cathy too!
(One of Cathy's arms stretches out in an attempt to deck Sam. But misses her just by margins.)
Chris: Oh great! As if things could get any worse.
Franky: Well if the Hypnaghoul is inside of both of them we need to make sure the two don't meet up or else it will reassemble itself in order to unleash-
(Franky is cut off as she & Sam end up colliding into Danny & Chris)
All: umph!
Franky: Its full power.
(Alex & Cathy then meet up with each other as the Hypnaghoul uses their bodies to speak.)
Possessed Alex & Cathy: Soon I will have the entire town within my grasp! Their thoughts will become my thoughts, their actions puppeteer-ed by my own movement! Sure I may have these two vessels now, but I will then expand my possession to other life forms, till I control this very planet's life force with an iron fist! (The two possessed alien then laugh in an evil demonic way.) But in order to do that-
(They then look up & have a soul like aura flow out of them & form into the Hypnaghoul)
Hypnaghoul: I need to take you Monster Busters out first! (He looks over at the entranced Alex & Cathy laying on the ground like lifeless dolls.) Don't just lay there, get them!
(Cathy & Alex start walking towards them as the MBC start backing away, Cathy's mouth having fire coming out of it & Alex's eyes starts to get brighter)
Sam: You guys don't think that the Hypnaghoul activated their allergies, right?
Hypnaghoul: FIRE!
(Alex starts to shoot lasers out of his eyes while Cathy's mouth produces a fire balls, both of them roaring like before. The MBC manage to dodge both attacks.)
Sam: Ahh!
Chris: Can't we just bust Cathy & Alex?
Franky: Afraid not. The possession is too strong, it wouldn't work.
(Alex starts to build up so much electricity it makes the wind increase causes a lightning storm to happen)
Danny: Alex come on I know you're in there! Fight back!
(Alex snaps out the control for a moment)
Alex: D-danny?
Hypnaghoul: No! You are under my control!
(The Hypnaghoul then retakes control of Alex. Alex roars in fury & attacks once more. Cut over to the girls' side as Cathy then starts to spin around in a top like fashion while still shooting out fireballs)
Sam: Cathy listen to me! You need to snap out of this! Fight it!
(Cathy then stops for a moment.)
Cathy: You need to stop the Hypnaghoul, hurry!
Hypnaghoul: You're not getting out of my power that easily!
(The Hypnaghoul then repossess Cathy.)
Cathy: GRAAAAAAAHH!
(Cathy continues attacking the MBC.)
Franky: She said to stop the Hypnaghoul. But we can't attack it if Alex & Cathy are going to block us from doing so.
Sam: Perhaps if we turned their attacks onto the Hypnaghoul.
Chris: But how do we do that?
(Sam looks at Danny)
Sam: I'll handle Cathy. You take care of Alex.
Danny: Right!
(Cathy is rampaging like mad when Sam comes over from behind her & in front of the Hypnaghoul disguised as Jeremy)
Sam: (In Jeremy's voice) Hi Cathy!
(Cathy's cheeks start to Inflate as she charges up for a massive attack.)
Danny: Hey Alex. Try to get me!
(Alex's eyes start to light up to an extreme amount. Danny runs over to Alex, jumps up, grabs onto Alex's head & aims his entire person directly at the Hypnaghoul.)
Both: Now!
(Both evacuate themselves as Cathy unleashes a huge supernova of a fireball & Alex shoots out a massive laser from his eyes & mouth. Both attacks go straight for the Hypnaghoul & hits him with off the chart force.)
Hypnaghoul: Argh!
(We then see the two possessed Monster Busters return back to normal as they fall backwards on the pavement.)
Sam: Cathy!
Danny: Alex!
(Both Cathy & Alex look at their friends dazed & surprised. Alex is holding his head again while Cathy is rubbing her throat.)
Alex: What just happened?
Cathy: Did we win?
Sam: No, but we did use your powers against the Hypnaghoul to break you two out of it's possessive grasp.
Danny: Thank goodness you two are okay!
Chris: Hey guys? We could use some help over here!
(See the Hypnaghoul is getting the upper hand against Chris & Franky)
Franky: DO SOMETHING!
(Alex thinks for a moment)
Alex: Danny do you have that chocolate with the Peanut Butter filling in it?
(Danny pulls out two pieces of chocolate.)
Danny: Yeah. I planned on giving one of these to Wendy. Why?
(Alex looks over to Cathy)
Alex: Sam said she used your fire breath & my laser vision to break us out of that thing's hypnotism.
Cathy: mmhm.
Alex: Perhaps if we used it again but this time hold our allergies back for long enough.
Cathy: We could produce a blast powerful enough to knock out the Hypnaghoul! Alex you're a genius!
(Danny hands his friends the chocolate. Sam & Danny then head back to help Franky & Chris fight off the Hypnaghoul long enough for Alex & Cathy to build up the energy. The Hypnaghoul is just about to use a finishing blow when.)
Alex & Cathy: Hey Ugly! (Pan over to see Cathy & Alex standing completely still & holding their Vac Vaders. Both of them glowing & full of so much energy to the point of bursting.) Take this!
Sam: INCOMING!
Hypnaghoul: What?
(Sam, Danny, Chris & Franky get out of the way. Alex & Cathy then unleash their fire & lasers at the Hypnaghoul, forming a huge blow of smoke around them & shaking the earth beneath them. We then see the Hypnaghoul split into two halves with both Smiths in front of their respective possessor.)
Alex & Cathy: We ain't afraid of no ghosts!
(The hypnaghoul halves are then busted. The two Smiths then fall onto their knees in order to rest. Cathy trying to soothe her throat while Alex holds his head from a severe headache.)
Franky: Well I don't believe it! You two actually managed to defeat that Hypnaghoul. Even with the disadvantage!
Sam: Great job!
Cathy: (her throat being a bit parched) (Cough) Thanks.
Alex: (his hands holding his head) It was the least we could do.
(Cut to morning & The six of them are at the Clubhouse.)
Danny: So now that the Hypnaghoul is defeated, does that mean you will be heading back to Venus, Franky?
Franky: Actually.. About that.
Danny: What do you mean?
Franky: Well I kind of like fighting alongside you guys. Plus I was actually going to come here anyways because I was assigned by someone from here to help out with protecting the town.
Cathy & Alex: (Gasp)
Cathy: (at the same time as Alex) Grandpa!
Alex: (at the same time as Cathy) Uncle Hugo!
Sam: You mean...
Franky: Yep. (She transforms into human form & is wearing a Violet V-Com on her wrist.) I'm officially a part of the Monster Buster Club.
Alex: Welcome to the team, Franky.
Cathy: Group hug!
(Cathy then uses her arms to compress everyone in a huge hug)
