(Open to Alex watching Danny & Juan play Go Go Racers IV, in where Danny is winning. A collective sound of celebration comes from the game to congratulate him.)
Danny: Woo-hoo! I just destroyed you.
Juan: Really? It's just a game. No need to get hyperactive about it. And besides it's the seventh time you beat me in a consecutive row.
Danny: But I still win! Yeah. (he does a victory dance, when Franky & Tina enter Danny's house & saw him dancing)
(Tina is giggling in the background while playing with Franky)
Alex: So why did we have to babysit Tina again? The guys know she likes to gnaw on my arm.
(Pan out to see Alex's mechanical arm with Tina's jaw clamped down on a part of it like a fish to stink-bait.)
Franky: Because we need money to pay for the clubhouse computer.. Someone..(looks at Danny) broke it.
Danny: It wasn't my fault I had to buy 34 pounds of Galactic Space Gummy Bears.
Alex: (Pulling Tina off of him) Understandable, but again.. (He looks at his arm now covered in Tina drool) Eww...
Tina: (giggles)
Franky: Well at least we know she likes you.
Danny: Hehe-
(Cathy bangs the door in excitement.)
Cathy: (squeals) It's here! It's here!
Danny: What is?
Cathy: Tickets to the Best Race EVER!
Alex: Wait! You aren't talking out..
Cathy: Yep. That one! (She shows them the invite) Race Around The Galaxy! And the best of all! Zoom-Blaze is gonna be there!
(the two squeal with joy)
Franky: Vermals.
Danny: Rhapsodians.
Cathy: Zoom-Blaze, the hottest alien racer of the planet! He never cheats, and he never loses! He's my hero like Sean~
Alex: Wait. How many tickets are there?
Cathy: The whole team plus one.
Tina: Can I come?
Danny: I don't know. You're parents would probably want to have your safety be put first.
Tina: I'll stay out of trouble. I promise.
Alex: Okay then. But try to stay close to us. We wouldn't want you to get lost.
Tina: Yay!
(She starts walking to Alex's arm & is about to latch onto it when Alex retracts his arm back.)
Alex: Not that close.
Tina: Ok. (steps back)
(Then at the Planet of Yuffe, where the race is, the gang and Tina walked to a marketplace, as they saw fans gathering around an alien racer with yellow eyes, sharp hair, and blue outfit.)
Cathy: It's Zoom-Blaze!
Alex: He's actually here! (Hyperventilates) Cathy I think I'm experiencing what humans call being lightheaded.
Danny: Why exactly is it that he didn't act this way with the game we were playing earlier?
Franky: Well I guess he just prefers real racing as opposed to that in a game.
Zoom-Blaze: (french accent) Please, fans, I'm only here to tell you how I beat an 80mph Racer for 10 second of a spot! (giggles)
Paige: He's hot..
Alex: M-mister Zoom-Blaze!
Zoom-Blaze: Huh? Hello, young Vermal. You must be Alex from MBC.
Alex: (Gasp) That's suppose to be top secret. H-How did you..
Zoom-Blaze: Let's say I'm a big fan~ (winks)
Alex: Somebody catch me! (Alex passes out.)
(Cathy caught him)
Zoom-Blaze: And you must be Catherine~~ I love your pink outfit~
Cathy: (Blushing) Well it's more of a primrose but thanks.
Zoom-Blaze: Do you come to see me race?~
Mr. Smith: Actually my granddaughter & nephew here actually entered a contest to come here & maybe even partake in the event.
Zoom-Blaze: Ah~ I see.
Cathy: Wait you mean Alex & I could actually become potential racers?
Zoom-Blaze: Sure~ You looked like strong, majestic, & more... (lip-smack) fleshy.
Sam: Fleshy?
Zoom-Blaze: Uh.. By that I mean a lot of the contenders aren't skinned. Some are scaled. Others feathered. You know.
Sam: (In Suspicion) Okay...
Zoom-Blaze: Come on, let's pick you some outfits.
Danny: I don't think that Alex & Cathy are exactly ready yet to be racing material.
Alex & Cathy: Hey!
Danny: It's true! You aren't like me! I'm cool and amazing!
Sam: (Facepalm) What he means is you guys probably don't know what competition would be like here. Besides you don't even have vehicles to race.
Cathy: What about our pods? Those will work just fine.
Chris: We left those back on Earth, remember guys.
Zoom-Blaze: Don't worry.. You will practice with two of my vehicles. (Alex gasps as he looked at one of Zoom-Blaze's vehicles. He ran over & hugged it.) For Alex, your ride will be The Lightning Star.
(Alex lets off some sparks in joy)
Alex: It's like you read my mind.
(Meanwhile, Danny looked around, as he heard a clank)
Danny: What the?
(He begun to hear a roaring noise. A shadow could be seen on some of the walls lurking around)
?: (snarls)
(back with the others.)
Tina: Hey guys. Where did Danny go?
Sam: Maybe he's off, being jealous of Zoom-Blaze.
Chris: Are you sure? I know Danny could have a jealous side to him but he didn't even bat an eyelash at the guy.
Sam: Let's go look for him. Chris and I will go to the marketplace, Mimi & Speedy, you two go around the racetrack, Paige & Franky, you two watch over Alex, Cathy, & Tina.
Franky: Got it.
Tina: Ok.. (looks at Alex)
Alex: Wait, I understand Tina but why do Cathy & I need babysitting?
Paige: You're literally fanboying inside an intergalactic race car.
Alex: No we're no- (Squeal) Is that a Plasma Turbo Engine?!
(Sam rolls her eyes)
Paige: I rest my case.
(The gang walked around, looking for Danny.)
Zoom-Blaze: If you don't mind I have to go take care of some things. I promise to be right back.
Alex: Okay.
(Cut to see sometime has passed & it's almost time for one of the races to begin)
Cathy: You'd think that he'd be back by now.
Franky: Hm.. The others haven't returned either.
?: (In the distance) AHH!
Tina: Hey I think that was Danny.
Alex: I think you're right Tina. It sounds like it came from over there near Zoom-Blaze's warehouse.
Cathy: We better see if he's okay.
(The gang run over to Danny as they see his arm is clawed at.)
All: Danny!
(Danny is moaning in pain)
Danny: I'm fine but we need to save the others.
Franky: What do you mean save the others? They were looking for you.
Danny: It happened when I was chasing a strange creature. (Flashback to Danny chasing the monster) I kept chasing it until I came across Zoom-Blaze's warehouse.
(Flashback to Danny trying to catch up a shadowy creature)
Flashback Danny: Come on out with your han-
(Pan over to see Sam, Chris, Mimi, Mr. Smith, & Juan tied up in a huge cauldron. A huge amphibian alien comes out & attacks Danny)
Danny: I barely made it out of there with my life. (End of Flashback) It was a Cresua. Of that, I'm certain. It could be camouflaged as anyone here. (He pulls out a claw) I managed to get a hold of one of its claws so if it is disguised we can tell who it is as one of the claws will be missing.
Cathy: Wait aren't Cresuas known for their cannibalistic nature?
Alex: I'm afraid so.
Paige: We need to figure out a way to free them.
Alex: Let's get Danny to safety first.
Tina: MBC power up? (They all turn around to Tina in confusion) What? You're all in uniform already.
Franky: Let's just get out of here. This place has a bit of an eerie vibe to it.
(They left, as the growling noises could be heard again off screen. Return back to the car lot where Zoom-Blaze has returned.)
Zoom-Blaze: I'm sorry to hear about what happened to Danny. Well I have to go get ready for the race. (He looks over at the two Smiths) As I would hope you will be as well.
(Zoom-Blaze leaves as Danny notices one of his claws are missing)
Danny: Hmm.. (He scans Zoom-Blaze to discover..) Guys. He's a Cresua.
Franky: (Looking at the image of a Cresua) It kind of looks like mutated Earth Frogs?
Danny: (thinking about Herptillius..) Don't remind me.
Cathy: Hey, give Herptillius some credit, at least he didn't try to eat people, let alone us.
Danny: Cathy, he tried to ship us away from Earth, trapped us in a space ship, & being turned into his entree while you were stuck on Earth, holding hands with Jeremy.
Alex: Sheesh, talk about out of your comfort zone!
Paige: Wait, you had to hold hands with Jeremy?
Cathy: (Gritting her teeth & looking at Danny) Let's get back to finding our friends okay?
Danny: He's heading back to his warehouse. Come on!
(In Zoom-Blaze's room.)
Cresua: Once I won that trophy, I'll soon be the greatest racer.. (pours salt on Sam)
Cathy: Oh no! You weren't kidding, Danny.
(Pan over left from the cauldron to see the real Zoom-Blaze being added into it.)
Alex: I don't believe it... It's Zoom-Blaze!
Cresua: Ah I see more of my ingredients have arrived!
Alex: Oops.
Danny: You're the Cresua the whole time!
(Then Fake-Zoom-Blaze's face turned into a scary, 4-eyed, sharp fanged creature face.)
Cresua: Well, lookie here. The dumb one is right!
Zoom-Blaze: I can't let you do this, Cresua! You know you can't impersonate another racer! It's against the rules!
Cresua: Well lucky for you I only feast on those who are famed. And when I managed to have discovery over the Monster Buster Club being a part of this year's annual race. Well, I just couldn't miss my chance.
Tina: Hey I'm not even a part of the MBC!
Cresua: eh. You would make I fine appetizer regardless.
(He picks up Tina with a long arm & is about to put her in the cauldron with the others. Tina whimpered in fear.)
Alex: Hey, put her down!
(Alex sends an Electrical jolt through the arm holding her. Tina is about to fall into the cauldron when a white blur speeds by.)
Speedy: There you go.
Danny: Speedy!
Speedy: Be lucky I wasn't in there with them.
Cresua: Why you little-! (The Cresua then grows even bigger & all blacks out. We then come back to see that all of them are tied up.) All right, I'm going off to my race now. (The Cresua leaves transforming into Zoom-Blaze) Don't go anywhere.
Alex: Well I guess this is it then.
Danny: I'm not just going to sit here tied-up & become someone's victory feast. (Danny starts struggling)
Cathy: Danny what are you doing?
Danny: (cuts his own rope) I remembered I had that Cresua claw on me.
Mr. Smith: Quick! Free everyone else.
(Danny does exactly that)
Mimi: Well we're not tied-up anymore but how do we got out of here?
Zoom-Blaze: Wait Vermals have the ability to lift thing up with their minds.
(They all look at Alex)
Alex: Why am I not surprised? (Tina latches onto Alex's arm again) Not now Tina.
Tina: (With Alex's mechanical arm in her mouth) Sorry.
(Alex uses his telekinesis to lift everyone out of the cauldron)
Alex: Okay that should be everyone.
Zoom-Blaze: Now all we need to do is deal with that imposter.
Paige: But how?
Danny: I think I know how.
All: You do?
Danny: He mentioned how Alex & Cathy are able to compete right? If they can chances are we all can too.
Tina: Yeah! I get to drive!
Paige: I'm riding with you, Tina.
Alex: Hey guys I don't think there's enough vehicles for us to use in the race.
Mr. Smith: Leave that to me.
(Mr. Smith presses a button & the MBC pods appear)
Chris: But I thought they were left back on Earth.
Mr. Smith: A Rhapsodian always comes prepared. The pods have a summoning function.
Alex: Alright, let's not hesitate then.
(Cut over to the race track where we see the racers all started off.)
Announcer 1: It looks like the result of this race is going to be an obvious one. As Zoom-Blaze is far ahead in the lead.
Announcer 2: But what's this? (Pan over to see the MBC & Zoom-Blaze chasing after the Cresua) It looks like we got some unexpected racers. And one of them look to be another Zoom-Blaze.
Announcer 1: Are you serious? Then who's that in the lead?
Cresua: So it's a race you want, huh? (He activates something in the vehicle. Out come mini spikes which he uses to pop the tires of other racers nearby, forming a barricade.) Then let it be a race that you get!
Danny: (in thoughts) Oh gosh, I don't know how to drive... Wait.. This looks like one of my video games! Okay.. (he pressed two buttons, which activates the Racecar speed) Woo hoo! Alex, Cathy, Paige, you three try to slow the Cresua down!
Paige: Will do.
(They drove to the racetrack, as a crowd screamed in joy.)
Announcer 1: Wait?! It just so happens that the mystery drivers are in fact the Monster Buster Club & the winning contestants for our contest.
(The crowd cheered with excitement)
Tina: Whee!
Paige: Careful Tina.
(Tina steers the vehicle into the Cresua's vehicle, removing the spikes. The crowd screamed, as Danny looked at the rear mirrors)
Cresua: Prepare yourselves Monster Busters! One slip & you could go flying. (To himself) preferably back in that bowl.
Danny: Speedy, Sneak Attack.
(Speedy attacks the moving vehicle at multiple ends.)
Cresua: (looks at Speedy) What?! How did you-?!
(Speedy raspberries, then he spin the car around. The Cresua roared with loud thunder, as he grabbed Speedy and threw him at the food cart)
Speedy: How about you eat that!
(Then suddenly, Danny grabbed a vac vader)
Cresua: You aren't going to capture me that easily.
(The Cresua launches its tongue out & snags the vac vader away from Danny. Swallowing it in the process)
Danny: Hey! (he continues to drive, as Danny spotted the finish line)
Announcer 1: Looks like our surprise racers are about to complete their final lap. (Danny manages to get through first) And it looks like the MBC has won the race!
(The theme music plays on stereo)
Alex: Congrats Danny.
Cresua: NO! I was suppose to win. First you ruin my meal now my chances to win! I will see to it that you are all destroyed!
Danny: (Remembering the blaster) Guys, I'm probably going to do something crazy.
Franky: What do you mean?
(Danny run straight toward the Cresua, which ends up swallowing him whole.)
All: DANNY!
Cresua: Well that's one down. That just leaves me twelve more of you annoying little Monster Losers to take care of. (The Cresua grows larger.)
Cathy: Wait where's Tina?
(See Tina trying to chomp down on the Cersua's leg but he picks her up, puts her over by his mouth & swallows her too)
Cresua: Ha Ha Ha! Now that's two. You are really making this too easy, y'know?
Alex: Okay now you've gone too far! (He changes to Vermal form & his body markings are glowing with fury) Guys, back me up if this goes wrong!
Sam: But you have your blaster.
Alex: Who said I was going to use my blaster? (his claws start to shine.)
Cresua: You really think that brute force is going to save your friends? Just give up! (Alex uses his telekinesis to lift up the Cresua.) What the? Let me go!
Alex: I don't think so.
(He uses his telekinesis to whack him around)
Chris: That's gotta hurt.
Juan: Never try making this vermal mad.
Alex: Now you are going to see to it that you pay for all of those you've killed!
(Alex charges at him, jumps & starts slashing the Cresua multiple times in the face, presumably at 18-24 slashes per second. He then pulls in his arm like a spring & transforms his metallic hand into a huge fist & uppercuts the Cresua into the air leaving it to fall back down with a loud crash. This ends up knocking the Cresua out.)
Cresua: uuuuuugh...
Alex: Cathy, Slingshot!
Cathy: On it!
(Alex grabs onto the Cresua's tail, swings the creature around a la Super Mario 64 & releases it towards Cathy, who stretches outward in a slingshot fashion & flings it toward a cinder wall, causing the Cresua to cough up Danny & Tina.)
Danny: Now it's my turn! (He busts the Cresua with much ease) Alien Busted! (Franky hits him over the head.) Ow! What was that for?
Franky: Never do that again! (She then kisses him)
Alex: (Reverts back to human form) Tina! (The two end up hugging it out, much to the discomfort of Alex hugging a slime covered Tina.) Thank goodness you're safe! I promise I'll never complain about you chewing on my arm ever again.
Tina: (giggles) Thanks for rescuing me.
(Alex looks over to Danny)
Alex: You really had to pull a Men in Black, didn't you.
Danny: What? Those blasters aren't cheap.
Zoom-Blaze: Thank you, Daniel! Alexander! Catherine! If it wasn't for the MBC, I would be stuck as a buffet!
Danny: Well I think we all would've.
Cathy: (twiddling her thumbs) Hey um. You aren't too upset about the damage done here are you?
Alex: Yeah, We kind of did a number on the place.
Zoom-Blaze: I'm not.. I only care about being alive and all of my people are too. (He looked at the crowd, cheering "MBC") Plus, this happens a lot..
Alex: Okay.
Cathy: Phew.
Zoom-Blaze: (calls on his phone) Hello, Phil? Yeah.. The race track is kind of trashed.. Could you fix it?
(Then at a lighting speed, a group of Speed Morpher construction workers appeared, fixing the mess)
One of the Workers: Hey Speedy.
Speedy: Treedy is that you?
Treedy: You bet your tail on that. (He looks over at the others) So looks like you're one of them now.
Speedy: Yeah. It has its kicks. So how's the family?
Treedy: Well you know. The kids sure do grow up fast. Say I heard that you hit it off with my sister.
Speedy: Yeah..
Treedy: Cool..
Danny: Wait, you're Leedy's brother?
Treedy: You bet slime covered your head bush I am.
Alex: Okay what is it with Speed Morphers & hair?
(Everyone just shrugs their shoulders in response. We then transition back at Earth.)
Danny: (playing video games with Juan) Ok.. You just have to hit X to beat me. (Juan presses a button completely opposite to what Danny instructed him to do & still beat Danny regardless.) Good job!
Juan: eh. I still don't find it that big of a deal but so long as your satisfaction is fulfilled, that's okay with me.
Danny: Yeah..
Cathy: Guys! Zoom-Blaze gave us gifts!
(She threw a pile of gifts at them)
Alex: Oomph.. (Alex looks at his gift) Hey, he gave he a copy of his Lightning Star!
Sam: How exactly. That thing wouldn't even fit in the house.
Chris: Sam, it's Zoom-Blaze we're talking about here.
Sam: Valid point.
Danny: What's this? (reads the label) This is for Paige..
(Paige opened it & a flower bloomed)
Paige: Woah! (flinches) Well that was a thing.
Sam: He likes you.
Paige: What!?
Cathy & Alex: What!?
Sam: That flower means he likes you..
Paige: I heard what you said, Sam. Just... wow!
(Paige read a note.)
"Will you go out with me?"
(Paige blushes)
Cathy: Well congrats.
Alex: Indeed.
Paige: Thanks, you guys. You know for being extreme fans of the guy you're acting kind of cool about this. (She picks up a little tag) And he even gave me his number to boot.
Alex: Okay don't rub it in.
(Cut to Marathon logo)
