Chapter 4: Brute Justice
Karura and Pendrak were ahead and walking over destroyed robots that they took down.
"See how the arrows now work when you put some rune fire elements with them?" Karura asked.
Pendrak just mumbled.
"Thought so." Karura replied
The two walked up to a sealed door and Karura used her weapon to cut the seal open into a hole.
Pendrak went in first and Karura next only to see four humanoid tall robots and one with four legs.
"One blue, one red, one green, one yellow of robots. Then a larger green four-legged one with no upper body." Karura remarked.
"Stay very quiet and keep to the side of the room like we did that larger one. It won't alert the alarms." Karura said.
The two of them walked against the wall going around the room.
Aizen walked in noticing them.
"Karura!" Aizen yelled.
Suddenly the alarm went off.
"You idiot." Karura said with a grin.
Her and Pendrak quickly ran through the exit while the robots became activate and with jet packs, soared up into the air and attached themselves to one another magnetically.
"They are transforming into something big." Kakuzu said.
"How is Pendrak alive?" Deidara questioned.
"We can wonder later, for now, we have to handle this thing." Aizen said.
"Awaken, Brute Justice!" The alarm said.
The robot became complete and fully transformed being bulky and large looking down at them.
"This is where we need good music!" Dengakuman shouted.
Pain sent out a shinra tensei that made the large construction tilt back but quickly stood back onto its feet and sent out rocket pods toward them that exploded in all directions.
They heard a charging noise and noticed an energy beam charging that fired and disappeared before it went through the metal around.
Everyone got away from the beam quickly and Itachi kept shooting fire jutsu attacks at it but it was doing nothing.
"We need another plan." Itachi said.
"You need is to combine your abilities together!" An unknown voice shouted from a catwalk above.
Everyone looked up confused seeing this person.
This person had glasses, a red flannel shirt, and a faint light beard.
"Who are you?" Aizen asked.
Brute Justice looked up.
"Mark Fischbach. The former blacksmith of Varrock." Mark said.
"We finally found the blacksmith!" Everyone yelled at the same time.
Brute Justice lifted it's left arm and sent out rocket pods at Mark who leaped down while having a sword in his hand and summoning reiatsu around it before slashing it down against Brute Justice and at the same time Itachi sent out a black flame this time that attached to Brute Justice's back and Zangei shooting multiple arrows with runes on the tips that exploded against the metal of Brute Justice and wiping out those plates of armor, little by little.
Zaeed, Chayd, and Dreekmy opened fire with their weapons. Zaeed's weapon being quite stronger was able to punch holes through Brute Justice's legs to hit into wires that sparked and made him fall.
"Final blow quickly!" Mark shouted.
Right before Aizen could prepare, Brute Justice got up with its jet packs and flew right into Zaeed, Dreekmy, and Chayd knocking them over but Zaeed clutched on tightly.
"He's going to raid down more rocket pods!" Mark shouted.
Zaeed held on tightly and climbed to the open metal parts of Brute Justice.
"He's too far up for me to get a good attack on him." Itachi said.
"You lads and lasses get to the control room! Save the planet!" Zaeed shouted.
"Wait!" Aizen yelled.
Everyone quickly ran and Jessica grabbed Aizen's hand to take him away.
"Come on you son of a bitch, show me what you got!" Zaeed shouted.
Brute Justice flew around trying to get Zaeed off.
Zaeed took off his belt that had an assortment of runes and magitek grenades.
"Pathetic, let me surprise you with a bang!" Zaeed shouted.
Zaeed threw the belt into the open hole on the chest area of Brute Justice and with his gun, he shot one of the magitek grenades which set it and then all of them off with the runes making a huge explosion that destroyed Zaeed and Brute Justice into pieces.
Everyone was already running from the room and headed to the heart.
While they ran, Aizen looked over to Mark.
"Where have you been!?" Aizen asked.
"We finally found the blacksmith!" Kisame shouted.
"I have been trapped here for quite some time. I couldn't get off this island and trying to keep away from these robots was another challenge. I'm glad to finally find rescue but I guess since the planet is falling apart as your friend said, then I guess I have to stick around and help." Mark said.
"You have reiatsu." Gin remarked.
"Yes I do, helps with my abilities and also for melting metal if the furnace doesn't want to work." Mark said.
They got to the sealed door and Sasori looked at the panel switching some levers till it opened.
Inside was a large destroyed robot of sorts.
"Someone destroyed Alexander." Mark said in shock.
"Wait this is Alexander?" Aizen asked.
"Well, his second body that keeps this chamber protected. This is the soul chamber, the source of time travel." Mark said.
"So the time travel is true?" Itachi asked.
"From what these people that lived here said but had complications." Mark said.
"What sort of complications?" Gin asked.
"They needed some power source and some traveler with a group of other travelers found a sphere of some sort. One night he wished he could have some food and suddenly food appeared on his stomach and he ate. He wished two more times but died in front of the other two travelers'. They realized this sphere had some power that grants three wishes until you die and then they took it and decided to use its power for Alexander. This has been over six years ago and the sphere is still here I bet." Mark said.
"What happened to the people that researched this thing?" Aizen asked.
"Neurotoxin." Mark said.
"I guess one of the traps here." Hidan said.
"It vented all of that toxin in here which killed everyone and the robots cleaned up the bodies into the incinerator." Mark said.
"One last doorway guys." Sasori said beginning to open it.
