Frisk had her back turned when Asriel jumped on her. Asriel had a crazed look in his eyes and was gripping Frisk's shirt tightly and lifted her up with ease and said.
"You and me Frisk are going to be one until the end of time." Frisk tried to get out of his grip but couldn't. His grip was abnormally strong for a monster of his size. Frisk noticed his sclera were back to their black color with glowing white irises. She tried to do anything to loosen his grip but nothing was working.
"You might want to stop struggling for your sake."
Frisk was nervous now and asked. "What are you going to do to me?"
The goat gave a smirk and pulled her SOUL out of her body and it slowly faded into dust as Frisk looked at him in disbelief as she looked down and noticed her body was turning grey and specks of dust coming off of her. She looked up to see her friends with horrified expressions. Toriel ran up to her and gripped her and was trying to comfort her as did everyone else as she faded away into nothing. Toriel noticed her son and gave a look of disgust and anger, why he did this she would probably never know. Asgore gave a sad look at his son and looked even more dead inside more than ever. Sans just closed his eyes and walked away, Papyrus just stood there with a look of uncertainty. Alphys had a look of shock and felt like she could have done something to protect her as did Undyne.
The ex-queen spoke to her son. "A Dreemurr never kills an innocent one for their own selfish gains. You- you aren't a Dreemurr, you are a murderer." Asriel had tears in his eyes and was trying to hug his mother after the shock of seeing his parents she flung fireballs at him and slammed him against the wall. Her face was one of resentment and hate.
Asriel called out. "M-Mommy, d-daddy?" Neither parents answered, Asgore only shook his head and ran out of the room, Undyne chasing after him. Toriel picked up what was left behind from Frisk's death and left back to the Ruins. Alphys and Papyrus leaving without saying a word with a hint of fear on their faces.
Sans was in his room laying on the ground feeling drained and unenthused; he heard the front door open but didn't even bother to check. He heard a familiar voice. "Sans are you Ok brother?"
Sans gave a sorrowful sigh and yelled out. "Yeah, just thinking about stuff, ya know?" He didn't hear anything else as his mind drifted off to his thinking place. A place in his head to make the time go by with terrible pun jokes and physics, and among other scientific theories.
Papyrus rubbed his head and sat down on the couch and pulled out a small photo of him, Frisk, and his brother. Papyrus was thinking of how to cheer up his brother and decided to try some puns, even though some were awful, some were good. Some monsters think he hates puns quite the opposite but the situation has to call for it though and this is one of thoughs times.
Papyrus knocked on Sans' door and heard "Come in."
He entered and noticed Sans and gave a small smile at him and said "I know what will cheer you up brother, some puns." Sans raised an eye socket and shrugged and told him. "Go ahead bro."
"How did the skeleton know it was going to rain on Halloween?" Sans was thinking and said. "I don't know that one."
"He could feel it in his bones." Papyrus gave him a smile that only he himself could do.
Sans gave a smirk at that one and gave him a hug.
"Thanks bro I needed that."
Toriel was devastated at what her son just did to who she saw as a daughter, only for once again for her children to be ripped out from her loving embrace. She sobbed harder than any of the other times as she knew Frisk was special and just seeing that smirk on her son's face infuriated her to no end. Her Asriel wouldn't do no such thing, that being wasn't her son but a shell of him and he took her daughter right in front of her eyes as with her son.
She walked into her kitchen and noticed how dull it was and she felt drained and like she could sleep forever. She didn't think she had the energy to make anything anymore so she went to bed sobbing harder than ever before.
Undyne found Asgore throwing stuff around his house and a plate almost smacked her in the face if she didn't duck in time. Undyne noticed the look of rage on Asgore's face and it scared her. Asgore noticed Undyne and she thought he was going to attack her but he started to take deep breaths and looked at her with a blank expression. She asked him.
"You OK my King." Asgore told her.
"Please call me Asgore, you know this Undyne." He said with some somber in his voice.
"Sorry force of habit. You alright?" The king's shoulders slumped down and he had a look of regret in his eyes.
"Not after what I just witnessed." he said in a dull voice. He slumped against the wall and slid down it and his head hit the wall and stared at the ceiling with his reddish brown eyes turning grey and lifeless. Undyne noticed his eyes and said..
"Your eyes are grey and it is as if you died."
The king didn't even hear her and fell asleep. She gave a sigh and lifted him up and gave a groan.
"Geez you really need to lay off the pie old man." she muttered to him in a joking manner, to try and lift her spirits up if only a little, to distract her mind from what she witnessed.
Alphys was in her lab typing away at her computer trying to find any information on monsters absorbing humans SOULS but no information was coming up she gave a sigh and took a break from her research and went to get some food. She felt sad about Frisk dying like that but she felt like she needed to do something to help everyone get over it or to get Frisk back. She was making some Instant Noodles and she heard a robotic voice that she knew very well.
"My, my darling. I thought we were all going to the surface together?" She turned around and noticed Mettaton giving her a smile. She gave a weak one back and then frowned, she looked down and told Mettaton what happened. He wasn't too happy to say the least.
"That puts a damper on the show, quite a bit actually. But we can do this all together if we all pull together and support each other." Mettaton told her.
Alphys with new found strength and will forget her food and went back to researching.
Asriel gave a sigh and felt as if he did something wrong, sure he absorbed a human SOUL, a human that actually cared about him… Asriel felt like someone should be with him inside his SOUL but felt nothing there. He thought back to when his mom was angry at him and the disappointment on their faces he started to cry and he heard a voice. "Hey it's OK Asriel, you just wanted a friend and took it a bit too far. But you were desperate to keep someone like me in your life." Asriel looked up and noticed the ghost of Frisk with a small smile on her face.
Asriel felt like absolute trash, Frisk thought the exact opposite and gave him a hug, or what a ghost could anyways. He tried to feel something physical but all he grasped was air. He was getting desperate for physical contact and needed someone to touch. But who?
