Chapter 2: Goku's Return
(At the Check In Station)
"Remember Goku, one day. One day is all I can offer. Nothing more, got it?" Baba said as they began to leave. Goku nodded in confirmation. "I advise you go into your Super Saiyan God form immediately. It will be needed greatly."
"Got it, thanks!" Goku replied, turning Super Saiyan God.
"Good luck," King Yemmah said.
Baba nodded and began the fly out of the Check In. Goku was shocked to find himself a little nervous. This threat was extremely powerful.
(Krillin POV)
Krillin followed Gohan to the source of the noise. They looked for the cargo and found footprints. That was when they realized that they could sense Baba's power level. Krillin and Gohan looked at each other in worry. She rarely came there. They noticed that she had cargo this time. It was a man with red hair and red eyes. But what was painfully familiar about him was that hair and gi. He looked almost like a different version on Goku.
Baba landed lightly and the man got off of the ball. Baba nodded and left, her face creased with worry. "Thanks, Baba," the man said in the familiar voice of Goku. Baba nodded and flew off. The man turned to them. Vegeta and the others had just arrived. They knew it couldn't be Goku because they didn't sense a power level. Krillin was shocked to find himself and his friends getting into defensive positions. "Oh, come on guys, it's me, Goku."
Shock burned in the depths of everyone's eyes. There was no way this was Goku. Sure the hair and gi might be familiar...and the voice. But there was no way that this was Goku. They would have easily sensed his power level from planets away. So either this was Goku's new way of hiding his power level or is was someone impersonating his closest friend. Chi Chi and Goten had just joined them.
"Oh, I guess you guys don't recognize me huh? Okay, that's understandable," the man said. Suddenly, the red hair and red eyes were replaced with that familiar raven black hair and those raven black eyes. "See, its me."
"G - Goku!" Krillin cried, choking back a sob. Goku turned to him and his face brightened in an instant. "I thought we'd lost you forever! I thought you were gone forever! Why didn't you come to visit us? Why haven't you been training?"
"You kidding? You think I haven't been training? Well let me tell you, I've unlocked two new Super Saiyan forms while I have been dead. I call one Super Saiyan 3 and the read haired one had already been named Super Saiyan God. You didn't sense my power level because there is no power level able to be sensed when it comes to Gods. I did get to fight our God of Destruction though. I lost the first time... miserably," Goku said, scratching the back of his head.
"Show me these new Super Saiyan forms, Kakarot," Vegeta ordered, causing Krillin to glare at the former Saiyan prince.
"Sure! Would give me a good warm up!" Goku said. First he turned Super Saiyan, causing Vegeta to yawn. Goku smirked as he then turned Super Saiyan 2. Vegeta still looked bored. Gohan and Krillin just watched Goku in awe. Suddenly, Goku's power level began rising intensely. All Krillin and the others could hear was his powering up scream. After what felt like hours, Goku's hair was super long. "The only use is to increase your power and muscles. It horribly decreases your speed. I don't recommend it. And finally, Super Saiyan God. Funny thing is, I needed to go to Hell for s bit to gather up a couple of Saiyans for this one. I'm surprised it even worked. Anyway, time to show you Super Saiyan God."
Goku smirked and Krillin was shocked to realize his power level going away again. Vegeta stood up, anger burned in his eyes. Goku's hair turned red and his eyes turned red once again. Vegeta looked pissed. He raced and Goku and punched him in the face. Krillin felt anger burning inside of him. But that was when he realized Goku didn't even flinch. He shoved Vegeta back, sending him flying into the house.
Goku shrugged and turned back to his base form. Vegeta looked stunned by the power of the Super Saiyan God transformation. Suddenly, a light blue man with blue eyes and a staff and a cat appeared. Goku smiled at them.
"Greetings, Whis, Lord Beerus," Goku said respectfully, everyone looked at him in shock. "What brings you here?"
"That is none of your concern, Son Goku," Beerus said, annoyance in his yellow eyes.
"Of course," Goku replied respectfully. Vegeta was twitching with anger and Krillin fought back laughter as Goku showed the up most respect to a cat. "Oh, by the way, this is my family and friends. Krillin, Gohan, Vegeta, Chi Chi, Ox King, Goten, and Yamcha. Everyone, this is Beerus and Whis."
"Is Vegeta the one who's sitting there looking mean?" Beerus asked disapprovingly, causing Goku to chuckle. He nodded. "Looks like he's filled with too much ego for the world to contain."
"Yup, that's Vegeta for you," Goku said, laughing.
"Kakarot," Vegeta said angrily.
"Yes?" Goku replied innocently, though there was a large smile on his face.
"How dare you mock my pride?" Vegeta snapped angrily. Krillin found himself chuckling at what Vegeta has just said. He turned on Krillin, anger burning in his eyes. Normally, Krillin would have backed away, but now he just laughed. Goku ran up to him and began fanning him. "How dare you laugh at me, Krillin! I'm going to kill you!"
"Let's not talk like that and try to see how quickly we can find the cause of this crater," Goku said.
