As the teenager neared the festival, he spotted a purple haired girl reading one of his favorite novels by Herman Melville.

"Sorry to interrupt, my name's Klaus."

"Hello Klaus. I guess I don't realize my surroundings when I'm reading. By the way, my name's Nodoka."

"I guess so. I'm that way too sometimes when I read."

Minutes passed before Klaus asked Nodoka for a tour guide. She offered to help him and he accepted.

"Thanks for showing me around. Your school is very nice."

"No, it's my pleasure. We welcome any guests near and far as long as they respect our codes."

"I would never disrespect your school's codes."

"Good, I'm glad." She smiled.

They went through the haunted house and had some yakisoba from the food stall before Klaus had to go back to his hotel.

"It was great spending time with you."

"The same goes for me."

"So I'll see you around then?"

"Yeah. I'll be here a couple of days for the festival."

Nodoka waved goodbye to Klaus and pondered, 'What a nice boy. Does he have a girlfriend?' She blushed at the thought.
