Prologue
The rocket is a piece of technology that has evolved through the years and there's the good and bad of its evolution. The good being its use for transport and being used for fireworks. But the bad is that it can be used to kill. Su Chan from the prosperous Chan family only saw the darkness of the rocket and used it to kill to continue what her ancestor did. She thought that this would make her parents proud, but when she came back from a killing spree in America and China, she saw only horror and betrayal in their eyes. She was then sent into exile from the world and then disappeared as though she was wiped off the face of the Earth.
Present Day
It was a nice day today. The sun was out and the summer breeze was relaxing and yet, I wasn't outdoors to enjoy the weather, instead I'm in the Training Hall with the FIve and Po. We're all cheering Po on, not because he was in the middle of a brawl but because he's trying to fit in as many bean buns as he can into his mouth. I just stood there next to my girlfriend, Tigress speechless. I can't imagine a human fitting in even 10 in their mouth.
"38 buns!" Po stated proudly. Everyone cheered and I just stood there stunned and wide eyed. Tigress noticed my expression and she smirked, I know I would if I was in her shoes.
"Keep going, hit 40!" Monkey encouraged Po.
"He'll never hit 40." Crane fired. Mate, if Po can fight 38, he can fit in 2 more.
"You guys just wait, and we'll get to 40." Po said as he grabbed 2 buns with chopsticks.
"You'll do it big guy." I said to Po just to push him and he instantly put the 2 bean buns in his mouth and grunted and struggled to keep them in. All of us had jaws dropped. Then he triumphantly closed his mouth and chuckled at this victory of a new record. We all cheered and I threw my arms in the air at this.
"Well done, Po." Crane congratulated Po as he pat him on the back which made Po spit out all the bean buns. I ducked down by instinct and Tigress blocked a bun with her paw.
"Your training has paid off." Tigress said to Po and she had a clear smile on her face. I got back up right when a gong went off. Po looked towards the door and looked pumped.
"Master Shifu. See ya later." Po said excitedly before running off to be with Master Shifu. For the past month now, he's been giving Po some lessons, what they're about I don't know. Anyway, I decided to tell the guys something that I remembered earlier today.
"Do you guys know that it's been 1 year today when I first came into this world?" I asked the guys and they all looked at me with looks that read surprise.
"It's been that long? Wow, time really does fly by." Crane said, shaking his head to snap out of his stare.
"Geez. I remember when I made you spit your food and when Tigress slashed you on the cheek." Mantis joked around and that made everyone, including myself look at him with annoyed looks. Viper whipped him with her tail.
"Mantis! That isn't to be joked about." Viper shouted at Mantis. Mantis then looked as though he was ashamed by what he said.
"Sorry, Luke." Mantis apologised to me. It did hurt to hear him say that as I remembered when Tigress did slash at me and I stroked my scars on my cheek. Then I looked at Tigress.
"It's alright. Besides, things have really changed for the better haven't they?" I said to Mantis, then to everyone as I grabbed Tigress's paw and looked at her lovingly and she in turn did the same.
"Yeah, it's as though it was meant to be." Tigress concluded. Then as we all were about to go and spend the rest of the day off, Zeng entered.
"There are bandits approaching the Musician's Village." Zeng stated to us and we all looked at each other with stern looks.
"Tigress, go get Po, the rest of us will get prepared." I ordered to Tigress and she nodded and ran on all fours to go and get Po. I instantly sprinted to the barracks as I didn't have my sword with me at the moment.
I grabbed the sword and within milliseconds I met up with the others and we went to where Tigress was headed and we met up with Po and Tigress. Po jumped and Crane grabbed him and I held hands with Tigress as my body can't cope with jumping very, very high heights.
At the Musician's Village
I heard some of the screams of fear from the villagers and it just made me want to take these bandits down so bad. Tigress noticed my expression as we ran to the village and knew what I was thinking. We all then jumped down the cliffside and the wind brushing against my face charged me up so much and then Tigress landed on the ground and catched me and put me on my feet. I pulled my sword out of the scabbard and put myself in a stance. Po was the last of us to land and I looked out and saw that the bandits were wolves wearing what looks like military grade armour and faceplates to make them look more intimidating. But there's one that didn't wear a faceplate and had a scar over a closed eye, he must be the leader.
The villagers cheered when they saw us. When they mentioned me and Po being the Tiger and Dragon Warrior, this peaked the head wolf's attention.
"A panda? Impossible." He said. It's as though he knew something. Then his gaze was directed at me and he truly looked shocked in every way.
"What is another human doing here?" He added. So he's either encountered another human before or he's working for one. Already I need answers.
"My fist hungers for justice." Po said. What a fanboy. Then his stomach growled, didn't have his second lunch I guess.
"That was my fist." Po said trying to not be embarrassed. I noticed that Tigress smiled at that, nice to see her like that.
"Get 'em!" The head wolf ordered and all the wolves charged at us.
"Come on!" Po said to us all and we all charged towards the wolves and we all dealt with a varying number of them. 5 of them came at me and I instinctively performed the Spinning Wheel which proved to be more effective with my sword as all 5 were cut up and howling in pain.
Then one came at me and I palm struck him with so much strength that he was thrown towards Tigress and she kicked him without looking, she's so damn good. I got into a tiger stance and jumped towards this wolf that was about to attack Monkey and I kicked him so hard in the face that I heard bones break.
Viper just struck a wolf and he landed on on a gong which propelled him elsewhere and then I saw some wolves on a rooftop and they're firing arrows right at Po, thankfully me and Mantis were quick enough to deflect them, Mantis used some of the instruments and I used my sword and kicks.
Me and Po use some of the instruments to our advantage and I used one to knock out or incapacitate a wolf and then finish them off with my sword. Then I fended off this one wolf who was slightly better than the other wolves and kept throwing attacks at me and I dodged him to the point that I jumped up on a roof and I finally took him down by doing an axe kick to his head.
Then I noticed that Po and Tigress performed the Double Death Strike which they've worked on during training and then I decided to slide and chop his legs off. Then I jumped down and joined Viper in taking down some other wolves and we flowed together so well as she slithered around my body to strike.
I heard a howl and turned to see the head wolf seemingly ordering other goons from the cliff above to bring up all the metal instruments for whatever they're going to use them for.
"Crane, go!" Po told Crane to try and get the instruments back. And Crane instantly flew and managed to get one rope cage full of instruments by cutting the rope but it was falling in the air and if it wasn't catched, it would fall down to who knows where, especially since someone's caged up in it. I without hesitation, pulled the Heart of the Tiger out of my sword and it infused me with the strength I needed, and so I jumped as though I was a tiger and leapt to the cage without hesitation and grabbed it and then I felt Viper wrap around my leg and was then grabbed by Monkey and Tigress. Thankfully Tigress had enough strength to pull all of us and we all landed safely.
I put the Heart back in the sword and checked to see if the villagers are okay. But then I heard a loud smack and saw the head wolf hit Po square in the face with a hammer. How could Po not stop him?
The head wolf snickered as he jumped onto a cage and it was being pulled up. I had to try and stop him and so I charged at jumped onto the cage as well and fought against this punk.
"Why do you want this metal?!" I aggressively asked this asshole and he decided to laugh.
"It's for Lord Shen and Su Chan, and you'll see what they've got planned soon enough." He said with so much pride. I was frozen when he mentioned the name of Su Chan because of what she's done and he notices this and takes advantage by placing what looked like a grenade in the cage and climbed up on the rope. I took cover on the other side of the cage and then it exploded and knocked me out as I flew through the air.
I had a vision and it was of a tiger seemingly on fire and it was charging towards a light, and then I saw 2 people standing together in front of a demonic looking vulture. But before the vulture moved, a blinding light consumed my eyes and then I woke up and found myself in Tigress's arms and she was walking. She didn't notice that I woke up yet.
"What happened, Ti?" I asked her and she was a little surprised to see me awake and she helped me to make me stand on my feet and then handed me back my sword which she had on her back.
"You fell from the cage which exploded and Crane was able to catch you in time." She told me and I had a sour look on my face because I would've done something sooner.
"What's wrong?" Monkey asked me and everyone looked at me, except for Po as he isn't with us. I feel like I can't explain to the guys just yet, I feel like I need to talk with Shifu first.
"Nothing. Where's Po by the way?" I asked them all.
"He said that he saw something and then just left us." Tigress said and that must've been why wasn't able to stop the head wolf from hitting him.
At the Jade Palace
We finally made it back home and I noticed that Po was at his dad's noodle shop and they seemed to be in a serious conversation based on their facial expressions. We were all silent after that conversation from earlier.
We all finally reached the Jade Palace and Shifu was there standing in front of the entrance.
"We managed to protect the village, Master, but the bandits got away." Tigress reported to Shifu as we all bowed to him.
"So what did they steal?" Shifu asked us.
"They stole anything that was metal." Mantis stated firmly.
"But why would they steal the stuff?" Monkey asked. I might as well say something now.
"That head wolf said something about something planned. That's all he said before he tried to take me out." I elaborated. This caught Shifu's attention and he stroked his chin at this piece of news.
"This is interesting. This is the latest report of a village where their metal is stolen. We need to be ready for whatever this plan is. You'll take the day off." Shifu told all of us. We all bowed and everyone went off to do whatever, but I needed to talk with him about that vision I had. So I just stood there and Shifu took notice.
"What is on your mind, Luke?" Shifu asked me and I needed to be obvious about it.
"Master, when I tried to stop the wolves, I was knocked out and had a vision. In it, I saw a tiger that was on fire and then I saw these 2 people standing in front of a demonic vulture. What does this all mean?" I stated and he looked at me with utter surprise.
"Come with me." He said and I did that and we went down into the Palace archives and he pulled out a scroll with a tiger emblem on it. He read it and he looked like something mystical happened.
"Luke, what you saw is the next step of being the Tiger Warrior. There's a prophecy that foretells that the Tiger Warrior would have to face against a vulture when the world's balance is about to shift and that the Tiger Warrior will transcend his power to a new level." Shifu explained. Alright, this is so much to digest. I don't know what this means but I have no choice but to accept this and face this vulture, which must be Su Chan because she would scavenge and take scraps to fulfill her dark desires.
"You're saying that this vision is telling me that I'm going to transcend my power when I face the vulture?" I asked him for full clarification.
"Yes. The vulture may not be a literal vulture but yes. You'd better start figuring this out by yourself." Shifu answered to me and we bowed to each other and then I left and walked my way towards the barracks and entered my room. I just sat there on my bed thinking about how to further myself and I didn't have a single clue. So I pulled out the Heart of the Tiger and just stared at it. I felt like I was lost for the first time since leaving the academy, after I left my friends, Sarah, Emma and Will. I let out an audible sigh and then I heard a knock and saw Tigress at the doorway.
"Hey, Ti, what is it?" I asked her. She just stepped into our room and sat next to me on the bed.
"You seem distant. Is everything okay?" She asked me with concern as she held my hand.
"I don't know. Shifu just told me about a prophecy which would involve me transcending my power as the Tiger Warrior but I don't what that all means. I just feel lost." I told her as I sought comfort in her amber eyes.
"As long as we're together, you shouldn't feel lost. We help each other, no matter what comes at us since we're tigers." Tigress said to comfort me and it worked as I kissed her on the lips and she returned it and we broke apart.
"In the mood for some training?" I asked her as I put the Heart back in my sword since I wanted to take my off things for the day and relax.
"Sure. it's always a challenge when training with you." She said jokingly and I smirked at her comment as we both got up and walked to the Training Hall.
At Gongmen City
Third Person
At the Tower that was for use from the Master's Council, Masters Ox and Croc were training and were watched by Master Rhino, all 3 were best friends and they taught each other to be masters of kung fu. But alongside them were other kung fu warriors that were also training but they are Luke's remaining friends from the Chow Xu Academy. They were all transported to this world 3 months ago
Sarah, who was taught in the Leopard style is a British woman with short blonde hair, wearing a grey shirt with black trousers which is held up by a white belt. She's kind, caring and determined.
Emma was taught in the Viper style and is a Chinese woman with short spiked black hair, wearing a green vest and trousers. She's snarky, witty and full of life.
Will was taught in the Crane style and is an French African. He's wearing a white jacket with black sleeves and beige trousers. He's serious and straightforward. They were all watched by the Soothsayer that has been around in Gongmen City for years.
"What a day to be training." Will said to Sarah who was meditating and then opened her ocean blue eyes to respond.
"Yeah, if only Luke was here with us." Sarah said with a sad smile on her face. Will and Emma stopped their duel and sat with her. They all missed Luke ever since they all graduated from Chow Xu. Especially Sarah as she always had romantic feelings for Luke.
Their thoughts were stopped when they and the masters heard a loud bang which came from the gate. They all looked towards the gate and it was shattered all over and through the smoke came a white peacock with a pattern on his feathers in the colour red. And something was being dragged behind him by his wolf goons. Ox, Croc, Rhino and the Soothsayer were stunned because they knew who it was, Lord Shen, who's family ruled over Gongmen City until his parents died. Sarah, Will and Emma all got up and saw Shen walking but then their attention was drawn towards the person behind Shen, it was a middle aged Chinese woman with her long, black hair tied up into a bubble and had a military jacket on. They were horrified to know who it was.
"Su Chan." Sarah said in horror. They knew of the killings that Su made.
"Shen?" Master Rhino said.
"Good afternoon, everyone. With the pleasantries out of the way, please leave my house." Shen said in a loud way. He clearly sounded crazy.
"Your house?" Ox snarled at Shen.
"Yes. The peacock on the door is a giveaway." Shen replied to him and then he looked at the Soothsayer, remembering her from years ago.
"Ah. It seems that your fortune telling isn't as good as you thought." Shen said to her in a mocking manner.
"We shall see, Shen." The Soothsayer replied back to him. Shen just gave her a dirty look before drawing his attention to the masters.
"Anyway, I'm here to take what's mine, Gongmen City." Shen said in a prideful way.
"The city is under protection of the Master's Council, and we'll keep it from you." Rhino said in a voice which had a tone of intimidation.
"Well, at least we didn't bring these here for nothing." Shen said gesturing to Su and some large boxes. Sarah, Emma and Will looked at each other fearing what Su brought from their world.
Sarah without thinking charged right at Su and Su deflected Sarah's attack and this made Will and Emma try to take her down but to no avail. Ox and Croc tried their best to take down Shen but he used his traits as a peacock and a staff to take them down with ease.
"Sarah, you need to get out of here, we need one of us to be able to have a fighting chance if things go south." Will told Sarah and even though she didn't want to leave her friends behind, he was right so when Emma and Will fought Su again, she ran to the wall and hid in the streets.
Master Rhino deflected Shen's daggers and struck him with his hammer but Su took down Emma and Will with ease.
"That was a warning. You and Su are no match for our kung fu." Rhino stated in a threatening manner to both Shen and Su. Yet they both just smirked.
"Perhaps, these are though." Su said in a deep pitch voice. She then unveiled what was in the boxes as Shen landed on top of one. Shen's weapon is a cannon with a dragon design and Su's was both tanks and RPG's. Rhino didn't flinch and stood his ground. Shen ignited his cannon and a wolf in one of the tanks fired a missile at Rhino.
Following Day - At the Jade Palace
Luke's POV
Me, the Five and Po were all training and I in particular was training with the swinging dummies. I trained with those to see if I can get faster with my attacks. But then as I was about to make a kick, I felt this extremely sharp and painful headache, and it hurt so bad that I yelled in pain and was curled up on the ground with my eyes closed in pain. I saw flash images of a city with a tower, a forest, fire and the same 2 people facing the vulture. These must be telling me something. After a while the pain was gone, I looked around and everyone was gathered around me with looks of concern, none of them matched Tigress's since she's my girlfriend. I got up and shook my head.
"What was that all about?" Tigress asked me with worry.
"I saw some images. I don't know what they mean but it's as though the Tiger Spirit is telling me something." I said to everyone. And then Zeng came in asking us all to meet with Shifu for something just happened. I grabbed my sword and we all went to Shifu who was in the arena midway down the steps to the valley.
"What is it Master Shifu?" I asked but he didn't respond as he just looked at the scroll in front of him with a look of concern. Something really bad must've happened.
"Are you familiar with the master of Gongmen City?" He said and it seemed to be directed to Po.
"Master Thundering Rhino?" Po asked. He's the master of Gongmen City? Huh.
"Yes." Shifu said blankly.
"Son of Legendary Flying Rhino?" Po further asked. Po definitely had his enthusiasm present in his voice. As we all walked our way out of the arena.
"Yes." Shifu answered again.
"And slayer of the 10,000 Serpents of the Valley of Woe?" Po said with his enthusiasm at its peak.
"He's dead." Shifu concluded. All of us stopped dead in our tracks. How can he be dead? I've only met him twice and he was one of mightiest kung fu masters I've ever met.
"How's that possible?" I asked in disbelief.
"Yeah, Rhino's Horn Defence is impervious to any technique." Tigress added to further illustrate how impossible it is.
"It was no technique, Lord Shen has created a weapon, one that breathes fire and spits metal. And he has an ally named Su Chan who has created a weapon that moves on its own and fires explosives and portable handheld projectile explosives." Shifu explained. And I shot my face up at Shifu with a look of anger on my face. So that wolf was telling the truth. Su Chan is here. I pushed past Po and stood next to Shifu.
"Su Chan is here?!" I said clearly not in the best mood. Everyone looked at me shocked at my little outburst.
"You know this person?" Shifu asked me and I took a deep breath as I prepared myself to remember the evil shit that bitch did.
"Yes. She's from a prosperous Chinese family who decided to create these vehicles called tanks and made RPG's, the portable projectiles you mentioned. She ended up exiled from every corner of my world." I told them all.
"Why would she be exiled that much?" Crane asked me and I clenched my fist which shook violently.
"She commited genocide in China and in another country called America. After she was exiled, she just disappeared into thin air, clearly for some reason she was transported here into this world." I further added. Everyone looked horrified. Shifu snapped out and looked firm.
"Well, unless they are stopped, this might be the end of kung fu." Shifu stated. Well just great.
"But I just got kung fu." Po complained. I know I would if I was him.
"And now you must save it. Go! Destroy these weapons and bring Shen and Su to justice." Shifu proclaimed. The Five instantly ran past me, Shifu and Po. Po was worried about how to stop Shen and Shifu said that it's possible when Po's achieved Inner Peace then Po ran after the Five. I was about to move when Shifu noticed.
"What is it Luke?" He asked me.
"Su doesn't deserve justice. I'm going to kill her for all that she's done." I said in a dark tone and then I ran to catch up with the others. Everyone in the Valley cheered us on and then I catched up with the guys and they were stopped by Po's dad who packed Po up with supplies including action figures of the Five and me. That I'll never get used to. I pecked Tigress to let her know that we have a mission to do and we all went on but Po still talked with his dad.
"Tigress. Wait for him. We'll have a head start." I told her and she obliged.
Several Days After
Our journey through China to get to Gongmen City was challenging because of the constant change of weather and terrain but it helped me improve on my ability to move through the environment.
We just got a boat to take so that we can travel down a river so that we can get into Gongmen City without being noticed. We all slept for the night and I was having a hard time sleeping as I was having a dream. It was at night and there were buildings on fire. I was in the middle of a square and saw those 2 figures again but they were helping people escape the chaos. And then out of nowhere that same goddamn vulture showed up from the ground behind a building and faced the figures again. But before I even saw their faces, I was stabbed in the back and then I woke up shooting up with sweat pouring off my face.
I got up and walked onto the deck of the boat and sat over the edge and listened to the water flowing through the river, I always found the sound relaxing and it thankfully worked. Then I heard footsteps behind me and I turned to see Po. He looked distressed.
"Can't sleep?" I asked him as he decided to sit next to me.
"No, I don't know how I can achieve Inner Peace. You?" He said. I turned my head away from him. I was thinking about those 2 figures and the only way they would significance to me is that they were my parents.
"I keep seeing my parents." I told him bluntly. He was taken aback and then I felt a paw on my shoulder and saw that it was Tigress.
"What are you talking about?" Tigress said to me as she sat next to me.
"Ever since the Musician's Village, I kept seeing the same image of 2 figures standing in front of a vulture. I didn't know what it meant but I logically assumed that they must be my parents, who I never knew." I told Tigress and Po. She nodded and her eyes told me that she agreed with my assumption. Then her gaze was toward Po.
"What about you?" She asked Po.
"Well, I just found out that my dad isn't really my dad." He just simply said casually.
"Really? I thought you would've known by now since he's a goose and you're a panda." I told him, making sure I wasn't taking the piss out of him.
"Well, I was used to him all my life, it's now complicated as I don't have a real clue of who I am anymore." Po said depressingly. I now felt sorry for him and I hung my head low. Tigress took my head though and rested it on her shoulder.
"Look you two, you'll both figure these out, just make sure you don't forget the mission." Tigress reassured us and it made my heart warm to hear that from her. Then we heard the rest of the Five come out. But before they said anything, I saw the city with the tower from my visions in front of a sunrise. My heart skipped a beat.
"Guys. Is that Gongmen City?" I asked them all and they saw it as well. Tigress said that it is and we all got ready to get in there and take down Shen and Su.
At Gongmen Tower
Su's POV
Things have finally gone underway, me and Shen have set up a factory to construct more tanks, RPGs and cannons and the one Shen used to kill that rhino is just set up where the throne used to be before he threw it out. We threw the ox and croc in Gongmen Jail as well as the 2 human warriors there, the third one escaped but we'll find her eventually.
I'm looking out on the balcony when I heard Shen yell at that Soothsayer for hurting him and ruining his clothes, I just sniggered at it all. Apparently, Shen wants to know his future, and I decide that maybe it ain't the worst idea to learn mine since I know for sure I'll be victorious after that one fortune teller in my world told me I would die by warrior from the west with the heart of a tiger.
"What about my future?" I asked the Soothsayer as I walked to her. She told me to give her a hair and I did just that. I handed it to her and she put in some grey powder. Then it started to smoke and me and Shen stepped back.
"A peacock, will be defeated by a warrior of black and white." She said as the smoke first formed into a peacock and then into a Yin and Yang. But then it formed into a tiger and I was shaken to the core.
"But beware of the warrior with the Heart of the Tiger who will defeat the Vulture." The Soothsayer said as the tiger roared. Shen threw a dagger at the bowl full of powder saying that it's impossible for it to be true but if the Soothsayer is telling me this, after that fortune teller, then I didn't succeed the first time. I charged right at the head wolf.
"You! Who did you see in that village?!" I furiously asked him and he stepped back a bit in fear.
"There were 7 warriors, the Furious Five, a panda they called the Dragon Warrior and a human they called the Tiger Warrior. You should've seen him, he seemed as though he was an actual tiger." He explained and I grew anxious because if this warrior here he might finish me.
"You bring the panda and human to us in chains, UNDERSTOOD?!" I ordered him furiously and he didn't even skip a beat and ran out in a heartbeat. I hoped I wouldn't face this warrior but it seems I can now personally finish him off.
Luke's POV
We just reached the dock and I grabbed a cloak, straw hat and gloves that I took from a laundry line for a disguise as we all climbed up this wall that let us reach a roof for us to have the high ground. I knelt next to Tigress as I put on the cloak, hat and gloves.
"That must be Shen's palace on the other side of the city." Tigress said pointing to the tower. It has to be the palace since it's the most noticeable part of the city. Po proclaimed something about us bringing justice and then started to jump but me and Mantis grabbed him in time as I saw that wolves are patrolling the streets.
"Po, you could've just jeopardized the mission, the streets are crawling with wolves." I said to him in a hiss showing my frustration at him. Then everyone noticed the wolves.
"We need to get to that tower without being spotted by those wolves." Tigress said and then we all except for Po because of his body mass ran through the rooftops.
As I jumped from one roof to another, I noticed this figure on a rooftop on the other side of street, I didn't see the figure's face as he or she was wearing a hood and I was frozen stiff when I noticed that the figure was looking at me. It tilted its head and then it moved off the roof and I saw it on the street running in my direction. Oh, boy. I ran off the roof and I ended up in a chase through the alleyways which were tight and full of objects that had me on my toes. I went around a corner and hid in barrell. I heard running footsteps moving past me and I relaxed a bit when I didn't hear them anymore. So I slowly got out and crept my way through because I realised that I'm now lost.
As I walked back from where I ran, the figure dropped down on me and attacked me. I fought back and the grunts the figure made clearly told me that it was a woman. As we fought a little more, she knocked my hat off and when she saw my face she stopped and gasped in disbelief.
"Luke?" The figure asked me and her voice sounded so familiar but I couldn't believe it would be her, there's just no way.
"Who are you?" I asked her in disbelief. She just took her hood down and I saw her face. The short blonde hair and ocean blue eyes and her British voice, it was Sarah. My jaw dropped and I instantly hugged her.
"Sarah. What are you doing here? How long have you been here?" I asked her being so stunned to see her again.
"I've been here for 3 months. If you're here to take down Shen and Su, you'll need help and I know where to get it. Follow me." She said as we broke apart from the hug and she put her hood back up and I put my straw hat back on.
We stealthily made our way through the streets and made our way to Gongmen Jail. I was confused but if she knew help is here, I might as well trust her, but we noticed the door is open and so we cautiously entered and I saw Monkey standing over a railing. I made a noise to him and showed my face to let him know it's me.
"Guys, Luke's here and with someone." Monkey said to the others. I walked in and saw them and Po, thank the gods he's fine. But then as I looked in the cells, I saw Will and Emma. They're here as well? I jumped down instantly and ran to them as I took my cloak, hat and gloves off.
"Guys! I can't believe it. You're all here." I said to them just stunned. And they were as well.
"Luke? Care to explain?" Tigress asked me. I looked at her and she looked a bit perplexed.
"Guys. These are my old friends from the academy, Will, Emma and Sarah." I said to the Five and Po, gesturing to each of my old friends, ending with Sarah who took down her hood. They bowed to them.
"How did you guys get here?" I asked Tigress and she explained that they saw Po in a dragon getup and found out about Ox and Croc and were chased by wolves and came here. Then I looked to my left and saw Ox and Croc and I pointed to them. Po saw and fanboyed.
I helped get my old friends out of their cell and they hugged me which I returned. And then we all had our attention towards Ox and Croc.
"We'll get you out of here in no time." Po said to them as he tried to find a key but Tigress managed to punch the cell door clean off and Po was yelling stuff that I didn't pay attention to because Ox and Croc for some reason aren't saying anything or moving.
"What are you two doing? We should be stopping Shen and Su." Will said to them. But they were silent as they put the cell door back up. WHY?!
"What are you doing?! You should be helping us take back the city!" I yelled at them.
"There's nothing we can do against Shen and Su with their weapons. They'll just use it on the city." Ox said to me in a calm yet defeated voice.
"But we were to sneak attack them-" Po said but was interrupted by Ox.
"You'll be stopped before you even have a chance." Ox stated.
"What happened to you guys?" Po asked them in a way that seemed like disappointment.
"You haven't seen those weapons. There's no point in bothering to try and stop them." Croc answered. I just couldn't believe this, they're actually giving up on the first sign of defeat, I thought, they were supposed to be legends.
"We saw those weapons and yet we're still willing to try and stop them." Will told them.
"Then you're actually dumber than I thought." Ox fired at him and that was it. I will not tolerate this bullshit.
"DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE CALL HIM OR ANY OF MY FRIENDS DUMB! Unlike you stupid cowards, they don't give up on the first sign of defeat!" I roared at Ox and Croc and everyone there took a step back at my temper, even Tigress.
"Look, kid, it's impossible. It's practically a death wish." Ox said clearly unphased at my outburst.
"Fine, rot in prison, unlike all of us who are going to bring Shen and Su to justice." Po said as he raised his fist in the air, I'm now reminded of Su and how she needs to be killed.
"I'll deal with Su, she doesn't deserve justice or a second chance, I'll kill her." I said in a dark tone as I walked past Po. And then a door opens and the head wolf and 2 other wolves charged in. I instantly charged towards them and sliced the heads off the 2 wolves with my sword clean off and blood gushed out like fountains. The head wolf ran away.
"Get him!" Po said. I turned to Sarah and the others.
"Stay here, just in case." I said to them and they understood as I catched up with the guys.
That son of a bitch ended up on a cart pulled by an ibex and I knew I needed some speed so I pulled out the Heart of the Tiger and I instantly ran as fast as Tigress and Monkey, if not slightly faster and I saw that Po is using a cart as well. That wolf took a sharp corner and we managed to make it and we kept going. He tried some dirty tricks to try and slow Po down and we managed to clear Po's path. But then we lost them.
We ran through the streets until I noticed Po on the roofs and there seems to be bunnies on his face, well that's just great. He saw that he would crash into a wall if he didn't do something so he propelled the bunnies in the air and Crane caught them. Then Po landed back on ground but with the cark dismantled and he saw that wolf gain speed and get away.
"Guys. I need a shove!" Po called out to us as we ran to him. Me and Tigress looked at each other and knew what to do. We had Mantis and Monkey fling us to Po and we gained enough speed to palm strike Po on the back to give him a speed boost. Then he just went in a blur leaving a fire trail behind.
We finally caught up with Po who slam dunked the wolf. I put the Heart back in the sword and thank the gods I did because as we approached Po, we were surrounded by wolves with arrows pointed at us and a few tanks came from out of nowhere and surrounded us as well. The guys were stunned to see them.
"They're from Su?" Tigress asked me.
"Yep, they're tanks. There's nothing we can do but surrender. I have an idea." I said to her darkly and whispered in her ear and she nodded at the idea. So we all surrendered and we were taken in handcuffs and the head wolf took my sword from me, hopefully, he won't find the crystal.
"Ah, my old enemy, stairs." Po said as we entered the tower and saw that there's an absurd amount of stairs. Not one of his strong suits.
It took us all half an hour to climb up the stairs and my legs were about to give in but thankfully we made it to the throne room as it's called. Po being a panda, had to have a gorilla carry him on his shoulders because he would've thrown up if he didn't.
I looked to my left and saw the biggest cannon I've ever seen in my life, Shen might have more of them and I hit Po with my elbow to get his attention on the cannon and he was shocked. Then I saw a white peacock, he must be Lord Shen, but where's Su?
"Greetings, panda." Shen said as we were pulled forward and were forced onto our knees in front of Shen. I then noticed a goat next to him, she looked like a Soothsayer and she walked towards me and Po.
"You've grown bigger than expected. Strong and healthy." She said to Po as she examined him. Po looked utterly confused as he didn't know her and then she looked at me.
"You've been through so much, and you're a strong warrior." She said to me. Does she know something?
"Ha! These 2 are supposed to stop us?" Shen said mockingly.
"Yes. It's already predetermined." The Soothsayer replied.
"I don't think so." Another voice said. It came from behind Shen and out came Su Chan. She had a smile on her face that screamed crazy. I looked at her with nothing but anger and I growled the second I saw her.
"You come to me in chains as I planned. It seems you won't kill me and get your revenge after all." She said with confidence. I just stood up and charged at her but was stopped by a gorilla who pulled the chain to my cuffs.
"I'll find a way you fucking bitch." I hissed at her and she just took a sword and stabbed me on the left shoulder. I felt so much pain and blood was trickling down my chest. I noticed Tigress looked worried.
"I don't have a lifetime, we learned of Rhino's death and we came to avenge him." Po said and it got the attention of the Soothsayer.
"That's it?" She asked him.
"Well, yeah. Why?" He said to her.
"You don't know?" She asked him and she seemed saddened. She really does know stuff. But my attention came from feeling Viper trying to break through my cuffs.
"Don't know what?" Po asked and then Shen just laughed.
"The thing you don't know." Shen told Po with pride.
"Stop with the riddles! Just tell me or I'll-" Po was yelling and was stopped when Shen placed a dagger in front of his face. And then Su came up to me and grabbed my by my hair and pulled my face up to hers.
"You could've just stayed out of it and let us achieve our goals." Su said to me in a threatening voice.
"Not after what you did. Every action has a consequence, you know." I snarled at her and she dropped me to the ground.
"You won't take me down, you're weak, just like your parents." She said to me as she walked away signalling the head wolf to fire the cannon at us. My anger was rising when she said my parents were weak. Then I remembered that vulture is without a doubt her and she is going to regret her choice.
"Fire." Shen said and then he laughed but it was cut short when nothing happened.
"Light the thing!" Shen yelled at the wolf.
"I did." He replied and tried to light it again 2 more times but realised that Mantis escaped from his cage, the plan worked. Then we all broke from our handcuffs and I instantly bolted to the head wolf and grabbed my sword back. I axe kicked another wolf coming at me and I palm striked a gorilla into a pillar. Tigress managed to destroy the weapon. I got into a tiger stance and looked for Su and I found her running to a window. I catapulted myself to her and tackled her to the ground.
"What did you do to my parents?!" I asked her furiously. She just sniggered.
"Why would you want to know about your stupid, pathetic parents?" She said to me. I didn't know that she grabbed a flashbang grenade which she set off and I was blinded and then I saw the same tiger on fire, this time, facing against the vulture and then I saw a forest with some figures walking in my direction.
Then my vision came back and I saw everyone looking out the window, I rushed to them and saw what they saw, Shen flying away carrying Su by the shoulders.
"Fuck!" I said to myself.
"At least we destroyed Shen's weapon." Mantis said. But there has to be more knowing Su and Shen.
"I won't let you get away you bitch." I muttered to myself and I knew Tigress looked at me. But then we saw 3 cannonballs coming at us and 2 tanks that fired missiles coming at us as well. We all braced for the impact and it sent all of us in different directions. I landed next to Viper and a piece of shrapnel pierced my leg. I pulled it out and winced at the pain. And then I heard commotion from the guys and Po was about to fall through the hole in the floor that showed the tower below. Viper thankfully grabbed him in time.
"Help me." She said I and Mantis started to help her pull Po up but Tigress stopped us.
"No. Get him down. Use the ropes." She ordered us. I looked around for something to use to ride down the rope that hanged down the tower interior. I found a bit of torn tapestry that I wrapped my hands in and jumped down to grab the rope to slide down with everyone else.
As we descended down the tower, the barrage of cannon fire kept going and then Po lost his grip and fell on top of Monkey and bounced off him, landing on all fours. I landed by the entrance and ran up to Po and helped him.
"Come on, Po! You need to focus!" I told him as I helped him and he mumbled something I didn't hear as the tower was being torn apart and the entrance was blocked by rubble.
"This way." Tigress ordered us as we followed her up some stairs to the 5th floor and she made a hole in the wall with a kick that showed the outside. We saw some archers across from us and they fired arrows with the tips on fire. I deflected them with my sword as Tigress stepped out and looked for a way out for us. I stepped out as well and saw that the only way out of this is by running up to the top and jumping off the roof. I looked at Tigress and she knew.
"Come on! The only way out is up!" I said to the others and grabbed Po for Tigress to help. They were surprised at this but did as I told them and we all desperately climbed up the tower while dodging the arrows. It was just frantic as hell.
"Come on! We're almost to the top!" I yelled at everyone and we just kept going and going. Then reached the top and the tower was about to reach the ground so we just jumped without hesitation. The archers thankfully missed us as we all plummeted to the city rooftops. Tigress landed first and catched Po and threw him to the roof in front of us. I landed and crumbled under the impact because of my shoulder and leg wound. We all ran through the rooftops heading back to the jail.
Su's POV
"Dammit!" I yelled in frustration. That little shit has escaped death yet again.
"You idiot!" Shen yelled at one of his gorilla henchmen about the panda being alive.
We both went back inside and decided that now is the time to take our weapons and take what we deserve. We decided to not do the tests and finish them up to get going.
Luke's POV
We just reached the jail but the door is guarded by 2 wolves, we didn't know what to do until we heard howling from somewhere else in the city and the 2 wolves just left. We all then got into the jail but Po tripped and fell into the centre of the room and I jumped down but like before, I crumbled upon impact and I sat up on a wall to rest. Sarah saw this and came to my side and grabbed some medical stuff out of her bag to heal my shoulder and leg.
"Are you alright?" She asked me with real worry in her voice as she cleaned my wounds and stitched them up which hurt like hell.
"I've been through worse, trust me." I said to her to calm her down a bit. Then Ox decided to get our attention, and by our attention, I meant me and Po.
"Hey! What happened to stopping Shen and Su? It's chaos up there." Ox snapped at me and Po. Everyone, including my old friends looked at me and Po. Though most of the attention was directed towards Po.
"Yeah." I heard Mantis say in tone that I haven't heard from him like ever. Po started to walk a bit. I was wondering why Po didn't stop him as much as everyone else.
"Guys, come on. I meant for him to get away, it was a trick, a plot to figure out his plan more." Po said. The tone of his voice gave away the fact that he's not telling the truth and is making this up on the spot. Monkey looked confused, Crane, Viper and Mantis just stared at Po and Tigress looked unpleased, I haven't seen her like that since when I first got here.
"Po, stop with the bullshit and tell the truth." I said to him rather annoyed and Tigress looked at me with that angry look on her face. I was scared internally because even though we're a couple, I am still scared of her temper.
"What do you mean? I am telling the truth." Po said, trying to keep something to himself. Tigress walked up to him.
"Po, the truth. You had Shen, what happened?" Tigress said coldly. Po backed up to the point that he was sitting on the ground.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Po said. Oh, by the gods, Po, throw your ego away and just tell her. She then knelt in front of him.
"The truth." Tigress said to him coldly. And yet Po just kept his mouth shut. Po, you idiot.
"Fine. They will keep you far from danger." Tigress said to Po as she stood back up.
"Real far." Croc said. Po looked bewildered though he shouldn't since he brought upon himself.
"You're staying here." Tigress said to Po and then walked away from him to me. But Po got back on his feet.
"Wait! I have to go-" Po said in desperation but was stopped instantly by Tigress when she turned to him so quick that you could hear the wind, and she looked truly angry. Everyone, the Five, Ox and Croc, my old friends and me were terrified and speechless.
"You're staying here!" She angrily stated to him.
"I'm going and you can't stop me." Po said trying to act tough and as he walked, Tigress shifted him to stop walking.
"Okay, wasn't ready." Po said clearly challenging Tigress. Po, there's no way you can beat her.
"Po, just stop." I told him but he just wouldn't listen as Tigress positioned herself to fight him.
"Ready." Tigress said and then they fought. It was one sided as no matter how hard Po fought, he was nowhere near as good as Tigress and it ended with Po skidding towards Ox and Croc.
"Stay down." Viper begged Po.
"I have to get to him." Po said to Tigress.
"Then tell me why!" Tigress snarled at him. He looked down on the ground and decided to come clean.
"He was there, okay? The peacock was there the last time I saw my parents. He knows what happened, where I came from and who I am." Po finally let out and Tigress lost her anger and sympathy was all on her face.
"Look, I'm going. I have to know. The hardcore can't understand." Po said as he got up and walked towards Tigress. Then she lunged at Po. I closed my eyes in fear of her attacking Po for that remark.
"Tigress, no!" Viper shouted in shock. But I didn't hear screaming or flesh being torn apart so I opened my eyes to see her hug Po. Everyone including myself didn't expect that. Crane even had his beak drop.
"The hardcore do understand, but I can't watch my friend be killed." Tigress said in a warm tone.
Sarah had just finished fixing me up and then I got up on my feet and walked for a sec and then Ox decided to butt in.
"You said you'd take care of Su." Ox said. The second he said that I stopped at the centre of the room with my back facing everyone. I knew that everyone looked at me but I just couldn't bear to look at them, especially Tigress.
"I know." I simply said. Then Tigress walked up to me and tried to turn me around to face her but I was strong enough to stay still.
"Luke, what happened, you had her yet when she set off that can on you, you didn't get back up and get her." Tigress said to me in a voice that had anger and concern present. I decided that unlike Po, I should come clean, so I turned around and faced everyone.
"Su Chan attacked my home when I was a baby." I said to them all and they all looked at me surprised, and Sarah walked up and stood next to Tigress.
"What?" Sarah said to me.
"I remember it all now. The buildings in ruin and fire. Corpses lying all on the ground and tanks roaming through the streets." I told them all and they didn't expect this much detail.
"But what about your parents?" Emma asked me. My hands shook just thinking about it.
"They were trying to help some of the people escape but then they were captured by Su. That's all I know from what the visions have told me." I added.
"Luke, did you encounter Su before now?" Viper asked me.
"Yes I did, 2 years after I left the academy, I snuck into Su's base which was in a remote part of the Himalayas. There, I confronted her and she told me that she captured my parents and believed that they died during an uprising from her prisoners. There's a chance that at least one of them is alive." I said and they all looked like they don't believe that they're alive, but they thankfully didn't push me.
"But, why would she want to kill innocents?" Crane asked me. I took a deep breath.
"She's trying to fulfill her ancestor's dream." I stated and even my old friends looked at me confused.
"What are you talking about?" Po asked me.
"When I snuck into her base, I found her journal and it was revealing. On her mother's side of the family, thousands of years ago, there lived a warlord named Zhao Tso. He dreamed of being the Chinese Emperor but the people didn't want him to be the Emperor due to him being corrupt with power because of him coming from a powerful family. So he killed everyone that didn't want him as Emperor and he evaded capture for 15 years." I explained. Everyone was still looking shocked.
"How was he taken down?" WIll asked this time.
"The then masters of the Chow Xu Academy were tasked to find and kill him. They found him in his secret home in a valley that was surrounded by fight lasted for an hour but the masters managed to kill him by stabbing him repeatedly." I told them all and they had a look of confusion.
"But then how is Su even alive if Zhao was killed?" Mantis asked.
"Well, Zhao had a wife who he abused trying to get a child to carry on his work. The masters found them at the secret home and helped them start a new life, and their name was changed to Chan, and of course, generations later, Su Chan was born." I concluded.
"I'm now done telling, I'm going to kill her, even if I die in the end." I stated as I walked towards the door so that I could find Su but Tigress stepped in front of me with a stern look on her face.
"Step aside, Ti." I ordered her but she didn't budge.
"No, you need to rest." She said to me with her cold voice.
"No. Step aside." I said in a tone that read 'that's final'.
"You're staying here!" She growled at me. And I knew I can't budge her with words so I performed a palm strike on her and she was thrown back to the other end of the room. She then bolted at me. I managed to dodge her and kicked her on the arm which made her drop in the middle of her lunge. And then I did an axe kick but she dodged it and attacked my leg. We both stood opposite each other.
"Luke, please! You need to rest!" Emma and Viper said to me, feeling real concern for me.
"I can't!" I yelled and I was about to charge to Tigress but then I felt strikes at my stomach and groin which knocked the wind out of me so much that I fell to the ground. I looked up and saw Sarah standing in front of me.
"Why Sarah?" I asked her barely audible. She then knelt in front of me.
"You think you have to do it by yourself, but you can't." Sarah said to me.
"You clearly don't know me as much as you think. I'm destined to face Su." I said to her. She seemed hurt at what I said to her and then Tigress knelt down in front of me and touched my shoulder. She didn't have a look of anger on her face and instead it was sincerity.
"Luke, please do this for me. I can't bear to see the one I love be killed." Tigress said to me in a gentle voice and then she kissed me on the lips. When we broke apart, I saw the reactions from Sarah, Will and Emma and they all looked dumbfounded. Oh, this'll be fun to explain to them after this is all done. Tigress stood back up and walked towards the door.
"We're leaving." She said and the Five and my old friends as they all left me and Po by ourselves.
Sarah's POV
We all just got to the factory where Shen and Su are making their weapons and we all stayed hidden behind some barrels and then we heard some loud noises coming from the factory.
"What was that?" Mantis asked.
"It's Su's weapons, they're being completed." I said. I scouted the factory for the past several days and this is really bad.
"If those weapons get out of the city, then all of China and even the whole world will fall." Will said. Tigress was examining the whole area and noticed that the barrels in front of us.
"What about this?" Tigress asked me and I looked at the contents and it's all blackpowder. Already, I'm cooking up a plan.
"This stuff is used as a component for Shen's weapon. It's an explosive. We can ignite it where the cannons are and we can use the RPGs and grenades to destroy the tanks." I explained to everyone and they all looked at each other and they all nodded.
"Let's do it. Let's get these barrels on a cart." Tigress told us all and we grabbed some barrels and got them to the nearest cart we can find. The Five were ahead of me, Emma and Will and we looked at each other as we all had the same thought.
"What has happened with Luke?" Emma whispered.
"He's actually in love with a tiger? I thought he was afraid of them?" Will whispered.
"He's a changed man. I don't know what to think of this." I whispered to them. I had feelings for him when I first became friends with him. And he actually never felt the same about me. I can't let that get in the way of us being friends.
Luke's POV
I left the prison and came to the factory by getting up on the roof. I had an argument with Po and it ended with me telling him that if I'm destined to stop Su, then I have to go and stop her. I just saw the others gathering up some barrels. What are they doing? Anyway, I crept on the rooftop slowly just in case and then I opened a hatch and let myself in. The factory was so hot and humid which I expected and there was so much smoke which was in a blood red tint. I looked down from the railing and saw conveyor belts and molten metal which was to be used to make the weapons.
"Get these onboard the tank now!" Su yelled down below me and I climbed down quietly to see her walking by a balcony with 2 wolves by her side. This was my chance so I climbed and pulled my sword out quietly and sneaked up behind them. But as I was about to attack I heard a commotion from the other side of the factory and it was Po fighting Shen. He must've come here after I argued with him. Su and the wolves turned their heads to the direction and they noticed me. I didn't hesitate for a second and stabbed both wolves through their hearts with blood squirting all over, even on my face. Then I pulled my sword out of them and charged at Su who pulled her sword out and we were practically equal in our skill with a sword. I managed to cut her on the arm but then she elbowed me on the chest, creating some distance between us.
"You're a resilient one aren't you?" Su said in a little chuckle.
"You would be if you've had the life I had." I said to her while gritting my teeth. Then I heard the front gate open and I saw the Five, Sarah, Emma and Will barging in with a cart full of explosives. My attention was then immediately back to Su and we kept fighting. We were so close to the railing that she took advantage and tried to push me off, thankfully I jumped backwards just before she did so and I grabbed a chain and swung to the other side.
"You made a mistake coming here, little boy. This place will be your tomb." Su snarled at me. I growled and saw some grenades next to me so I grabbed one, pulled the pin and threw it towards her. The bitch dodged it by jumping forwards to the chain and swung to me and tried to axe kick me but I dodged it just in time.
Both me and Su just kept deflecting each other's attack and every once in a while we'd cut each other with our swords and I grabbed a shield to protect my arm which had some deep cuts. And then we ended up on this plank looking balcony and then I heard a cannon go off and a scream. I looked to see Po flying through the air and breaking through the wall. I became raged as Po is now dead and I looked back at Su and lunged at her stabbing her arm.
"You'll pay for that! And for everyone you killed, you bitch!" I yelled at her and then she kneed me at my groin and I stumbled to the ground and Su took some steps back. I looked back up and saw that she has an RPG and Shen next to her with his cannon.
"Your parents didn't deserve to even be parents, they deserved to be dead. And you're about to join them." Su said triumphantly and then she fired the RPG and Shen set off his cannon at me. I put the shield up but it didn't even help as I felt excruciating pain as I was thrown into the air and flew out of the factory and landed in the river in a hard smack, I also heard the most heart wrenching scream I've ever heard in my life and it came from Tigress.
Tigress's POV
I was trying to save Po but I failed, I let my friend down by not saving in time but I also saw Luke and he was fighting Su. I was so desperate that all of my moves when wolves or gorillas tried to stop me were stronger than normal. And as I ran to get Luke away from Su. She fired her weapon and Shen fired his and they hit Luke and sent him flying. I felt dead inside, I fell to my knees and let out a scream that reverberated in the whole factory and I was crying. Not only have I lost my friend, but I also lost my love.
Moments Earlier - At the Jade Palace
Shifu's POV
As I was meditating I felt this sharp shift in the spiritual plain and it was so strong that I fell off Master Oogway's staff and leaned on it as I looked out on the horizon. Something's happened to Po. I had to go to Gongmen City so I just ran as fast as I could and then as I was running, another shift happened and it actually gave me a sharp pain in my head. Something else has happened with Luke. Now I just focused entirely on getting to Gongmen City and do what I can to stop Shen and Su
Present - Outside Gongmen City
Luke's POV
I blacked out and then I slowly opened my eyes after feeling raindrops hit my face to see a gloomy, overcast sky. I was moving fast and yet I'm not doing anything. I tried to lift my head up but I felt so much pain that it was hard to do it, and then I suddenly stopped and I again felt pain and it was on my shoulder.
"What happened?" I asked myself. But then I lifted my head up ignoring the pain and looked at my body to see it all bruised up and covered in cuts that were bleeding and my shirt had a huge rip around the belly. I held my sword in my hand and all of this made me remember what happened.
"Su." I snarled and my anger came back consuming me. I needed to get back to the city and resume my task to kill her. The anger gave me energy to stand up and walk but then I looked around and realised that I was in the forest from my visions. But I can't look around more as I need to find somewhere where I can heal myself up.
I limped for an hour now and I was using my sword in the scabbard as support to help me walk and I didn't even know where to go.
"Hello?! Is anyone there?!" I shouted as loud as I can to see if there's someone out there in the forest that can help me. Then I was answered as I heard rustling from ahead of me where there was thick bushes and bamboo shoots. And then 3 figures stepped out and I remembered this from my visions. I saw that one of them was female based on the physique and the other 2 were male. They had masks over their faces and had swords by their waists and I was in no shape to fight.
"Wait, I don't want to fight, I just need help." I said trying to ease the situation. As they were walking to me, one of them stopped the other 2 and pointed at my sword. They looked at it and the figure in the centre looked at me.
"Who are you?" The figure asked me in a deep voice.
"I'm Luke, the Tiger Warrior." I answered back and they all just gasped and kneeled to me. What?
"We never thought you'd arrive, and yet here you are." The figure said as he looked up at me.
"Why?" I asked him.
"Because our people have been waiting for you for thousands of years." He said as he stood back up and took his mask off and I was shocked to see that he was a tiger who looked like he was in his 40's. And then the other 2 stood up and took their masks off and they too were tigers. The female also looked like she was in her 40's. The third was a male in his 20's.
"I need your help. I need to heal myself and stop Shen and Su from taking over China. And to save my family. There's very little time left." I explained to them.
"Come on, we'll take you to our village healer and elder." The female tiger said as she grabbed my arm and wrapped it over her shoulder. This thankfully made it easier to walk. We walked for 10 minutes and then we reached this clearing and I saw a village with tigers all of ages living simple lives. A little tiger cub was the first to notice us and then the villagers and other tigers that seemed to be guards rushed towards us and looked at me with some fear and confusion.
"Hong, who is this?" A male teen tiger asked the tiger that talked to me earlier.
"This is the Tiger Warrior and he needs to be with the healer. Sammo, get the elder, Liu, let's take him." Hong said. And he ordered one of the guards to get the elder as we walked to the healer and now I know the name of the female tiger helping me. Everyone gasped and whispered to each other about me.
We made it to what looked like the main hall of the village and it was a circular structure that had no roof and there were 2 elderly tigers, one male and one female. They just sat looking at us and the female gestured to have me lie down on the floor in front of them. And Liu helped me down on the ground
"Finally, you have arrived." The male said. He must be the elder.
"What happened?" The female said. I immediately knew she was the healer as she started to use some herbs and medicine to heal my wounds.
"I tried to stop Su and Shen but they used their weapons on me. And nearly killed me." I explained. And the elder walked by me.
"So you're finally facing the vulture?" He said to me. I was wide eyed.
"How do you know of the prophecy?" I asked him.
"We've always known. But how come you haven't defeated her yet?" The elder asked me.
"Master Shifu told me that I was to transcend my power when I faced against the vulture but I haven't been able to figure out how." I answered in defeat. I then winced when the healer added a herb that made a burning sensation on my leg.
"Have you tried to contact the Tiger Spirit?" The elder said to me. I again became wide eyed.
"Is that even possible?" I asked him in disbelief.
"It's possible. And the way to do it is in your sword." The elder said as he pointed to my sword next to me with his staff. Thankfully, the healer just finished healing me up and my energy was back to normal. I sat up, pulled the Heart of the Tiger out and at first I didn't know what to do but then I remembered that I haven't tried meditating while holding it. So I put myself in a lotus position while having the Heart in my hands and closed eyes to focus myself.
I found myself in an ethereal grassland and the sky was golden. It was the most beautiful place I've ever been. Then I heard footsteps from behind me and so I turned around to see a golden tiger approach me, but this tiger wasn't like the ones from this world, it was a tiger from mine.
"Are you the Tiger Spirit?" I asked the tiger and then it sat in front of me.
"Yes, it's about time we finally met. Especially after sending you those visions." The Spirit said in a voice that made me feel calm.
"How am I able to gain more power? It seems impossible." I stated bluntly and the Spirit just simply chuckled.
"I thought it was obvious to you. Whenever you used the Heart, it was to help you in a task that would've been impossible for a normal human. But if you were to use it in a time where you were emotionally charged and determined, you become so powerful that you can do what some would call impossible." The Spirit explained to me. And when I thought about it, he was right.
"How will I know when that will happen?" I asked him and then he got up and walked to me and we came face to face.
"You'll know." He simply said. I looked into his eyes and they were glowing, and then I felt like I was about to explode as I was consumed by a light and then I opened my eyes to see that I'm back in the real world and Hong, Liu, the elder and healer looked at me. I looked down and all of my injuries were gone. I shook it off and then I put the Heart back in the sword and got to my feet.
"I need to go. I have an idea of what to do." I said to everyone in the room.
"Good luck, we hope to see you again." The elder said to me as he bowed.
"Same here." I replied as I returned a bow. Then I walked my way out but I had to ask something that I've been thinking for a bit.
"Before I leave, do you know of a tiger named Tigress?" I asked everyone there and Hong and Liu sharply turned towards me.
"How do you know her?" Liu asked me.
"Because she's a kung fu master and…. we're in a relationship." I answered her and she and Hong looked at each as they gasped and they both walked up to me.
"So she's alive?" Hong asked me. I didn't know for sure, but if I know Su, she'd use them for something later, and Shen, without a doubt.
"Yes, you know her?" I asked them both. And they were shedding tears.
"We're her parents. We lost her as we were being attacked by bandits and didn't know if she lived. But to know that she's alive and in a relationship with you, we are thankful for you." Liu said to me with pure joy as she and Hong hugged me.
"Well, when this is all over, I'll bring her here so that she can see her parents again." I told them as they broke away from the hug and I began to walk away to stop Shen and Su.
A/N: This may be a bit confusing timeline wise but if you seen the film Kung Fu Panda 2, it shouldn't be hard to follow
At Gongmen City
Po's POV
I just made it back to the city and now that I've achieved Inner Peace, I need to save my friends. The Soothsayer gave me directions on how to get back and when I arrived, it was like a ghost town, every street, alleyway and building were devoid of life. I heard ships from my right so I ran to that direction. I then decided to climb up a building that was tall enough so that I could see everything as the ships will go down the canal that runs through the city. I climbed up onto the roof of the building as I heard destruction.
Tigress's POV
I was woken up by a bright light and heat and saw that I was chained up along with the others and the light and heat came from a fire torch that the head wolf was holding and Shen was next to him.
"Oh such sad faces, but you should be full of joy for you are going to be part of something beautiful." Shen said to us all and whispered right at my ear. All I did was growl at the bloody monster that he is.
"Once we leave the harbour, your stupid kung fu will die and everyone will bow to me. Set sail!" Shen proclaimed and we were all hoisted up in the air by chains and I saw Sarah, Emma and Will in front on the deck wrapped up in chains. All of us didn't even have a plan to fight back. We all lost our fighting spirit when Shen and Su killed Po and Luke. I now feel lost.
"Well guys, I never thought it would end like this." Mantis said.
"We cannot give up hope. Po would want us to remain strong, hardcore. Even Luke wouldn't stop fighting. Right, Tigress?" Monkey said to try and remain hopeful. I lost the will to fight when I saw Luke killed and seeing that image in my head made me full of sorrow that I cried.
And then Shen decided to fire his weapon on a bridge with civilians on it and Su fired hers on a building and screams came inside it. I was disgusted at this.
"You murdering cowards!" I yelled as I turned to them. But then as I turned back I saw a figure standing on top of a building. As I looked at the figure more, I realised that it was Po. How?
"Po?" I said in disbelief.
Po's POV
I reached the top and I saw the armada of ships that had the weapons on board. I then saw the Five and Luke's old friends chained up. But I couldn't find Luke, he must've been killed. I was getting more and more angry by the second, I have to avenge his death.
Luke's POV
I finally reached the city and I instantly went to the factory to see if there were any leftover weapons for me to use. I found some with an RPG and a couple of grenades that I know I can use without a doubt. I then ran back out and reached for the canal since Shen and Su would use that to transport their tanks and cannons.
As I ran to the canal and entered one of the buildings along the canal to make sure I'm hidden until the right moment, I heard someone shouting, when I got closer and closer, it was Po's voice. Wow, that guy has to be indestructible.
I peaked to see outside the window and I saw everyone captured and wrapped up in chains. Then I laid my eyes on Shen and Su who were standing behind them and I let out a low growl.
Po was climbing down the rooftops trying to dodge Shen's cannon and then he jumped onto the ships. I saw a tank moving its barrel to Po and here is the right moment. I pulled up the RPG and fired directly at the tank and it dented it a bit and so I used the grenades and they were able to finish off the tank as it exploded and sank the ship.
I saw the bridge that led to the ocean and so I leapt out of the window and landed on all fours and then I stood up and faced the armada. I saw the look on Tigress's face. It was full of hope and life.
Tigress's POV
A projectile came from one of the buildings and hit Su's weapon that would've gotten Po and then it exploded and it made the ship sink.
"What was that?" Viper asked. And even I didn't know.
And then someone leapt out of the window that the projectile came from and landed on the bridge that would lead out into the ocean. When that person stood up I was stunned to see that it was Luke. I can't believe it, my love is still alive and I felt alive and like I can fight now. Everyone cheered when they saw him.
Su's POV
"WHAT?!" I yelled furiously. That little shit is still alive.
Luke's POV
I let out a warning yell and then I leapt forward onto the ships and then pulled my sword out and sliced wolves up as I was heading towards Po. I jumped onto a cannon and kicked a wolf trying to attack me from behind and stabbed a wolf in the eye as I ran to Po who just threw an axe towards the Five to use to break them and my old friends out of their chains.
Then I caught a glimpse of them all coming towards us and I saw that the wolves were piling up on Po, so I charged at them and then I, the Five and my old friends struck at them and they went in all directions.
"Impressive, you two." Tigress said to me and Po and I saw her eyes and they were full of life.
"What's your plan?" She continued and it was aimed at Po. We all fended off against the odd wolf who were stupid enough to attack us.
"Step 1, free you guys." Po answered excitedly as I kicked a wolf in the neck.
"What's step 2?" Viper asked Po being a bit concerned.
"I honestly didn't think that far." Po said. I decided to come up with step 2.
"Stop Shen and Su from reaching the harbour. Viper, Crane, Mantis, Monkey Po, take the left side, Sarah, Emma, Will, Tigress, you'll help me deal with the tanks on the right side." I ordered everyone and they all nodded. We all leaped into our groups and we all pushed forward through the armada with ease. It was nostalgic to say the least to fight with my old friends, especially Sarah as we helped each other with ease. Tigress also fought with them with ease as well. When we dealt with the tanks, we'd dent the barrels and we'd chuck grenades into the tank to deal damage.
As we reached the third ship, we all heard some yelling behind us and wolves flung in the air, and we saw that it was Master Ox. And then Master Croc leaped out of the water and did the splits on 2 wolves. When the hell did they just decide to fight back?
"What are you 2 doing here?" I asked perplexed.
"We took some serious persuasion." Ox said to us as he looked behind him as wolves were flung high in the air. Then a familiar red panda leaped into the air and landed on Oogway's staff in front of me.
"Master Shifu!" I exclaimed and everyone turned their heads towards him. We all then gathered up around him.
"Quick. We must use their own boats to block the way." Shifu told us all and instantly did our parts to make a barricade to stop the armada.
Me and Tigress kicked a cannon over a ship that helped tip it over onto the bridge and we stepped off and waited for everyone else to add more. When they all did, we set off a little explosion to blind the wolves as we leaped into the air to use all of our abilities to subdue Shen and Su.
We steadily made our way through all the wolves, some of which I either sliced limbs off or stabbed them wherever and then we were face to face with Shen and Su who were having grins on their faces and I knew why, they were about to fire their cannon and tank. We all were unprepared and then I felt someone shove me to the side, and I saw that it was Tigress.
But then everything was a blur as one moment I'm standing on a ship with everyone and then the next, I found myself underwater. I swam up to the surface and when I did, I gasped so hard for air. I looked around me and saw wrecked ships around me, some of which were on fire, and then I saw the armada leaving the canal. But as I was looking around, I couldn't find anyone, not Shifu, Sarah, Viper or Tigress even. At that moment I believed that they were all dead, I was now alone again, but before I succumbed to grief, I laid my eyes on Su and she had a smile on her face, she thought that she had won.
I was now filled with blood boiling rage, I swam to part of a ship that was floating and stood on it. I dug my sword into the plank and here I remembered what the Tiger Spirit told me. Now is the moment, I pulled the Heart of the sword and wrapped it around my neck (I forgot to mention that I have a chain attached to it so that I can put it on if need be). I felt like a fire was bursting within me and that something had woken up within me and its chains are now broken.
Third Person
Tigress woke herself up and swam towards the others who were gathered up around a plank as they saw Po standing on a plank seemingly sacrificing himself. But then the air was filled with a mighty roar, one that sounded like a tiger, everyone looked at Tigress to see that it wasn't her. So they turned their heads to where the roar came from and they saw Luke standing there on a part of a ship but they were all shocked. Luke's brown eyes were replaced with fiery tiger eyes, his canine teeth grew bigger and he had claws instead of fingernails. Su saw this and immediately decided to take action by personally firing an RPG at him. Luke got into a tiger stance and leaped at the rocket and destroyed it with his bare hands with a palm strike.
"I can't believe it." Tigress said in utter disbelief. Shifu, who was next to her was completely speechless.
Su was now becoming desperate and was for the first time, truly scared. Shen decided to use one of his cannons.
"Fire!" Shen ordered a wolf and then a cannonball was launched right at Luke and he destroyed it with a kick with ease. Again, everyone was in a state of speechlessness.
Every time when Shen and Su would fire their weapons at Luke, he would just destroy them or deflect them. And Luke's sleeves caught on fire but he didn't care, he didn't even feel any pain from the fire.
Then he let out another roar to challenge Su and Su took the offer as she ordered a tank to fire a missile at him. But Luke jumped forward and caught it. He was then spinning in the air to create enough force to cause significant damage. Then he threw it right at the tank which made a mighty explosion that propelled Su forward into the water.
Luke made a low growl as he grabbed his sword and watched Su swim right towards him.
Su's POV
I lost my whole force and now all I have left is Luke, that thorn in my side. I swam to where he was to face him and defeat with my own hands. As I climbed up on the wreckage, I saw him staring at me. He was truly a tiger, he had claws, huge canine teeth and his eyes were feline. And his arms were on fire yet he didn't care.
"This wasn't meant to happen!" I yelled at him but then he growled and displayed those teeth while he held up his sword at me.
"It was. You just didn't accept your fate as you were trying to fulfill Zhao's dream." Luke said to me in a voice that wasn't even his, it was dark, feral and sounded as though it echoed.
"He deserved justice after everyone didn't want him as Emperor!" I fired at him and he just laughed and it chilled me to the bone.
"He was hungry for power, something he didn't deserve as the people shouldn't have a tyrant warlord as their Emperor." He said as we walked back and forth.
"China needed one after the endless fighting it endured." I said to him trying to make him see that I'm in the right.
"A warlord will just want to make more chaos and death. An Emperor should try to maintain peace and prosperity, Zhao was wrong!" He said as he lunged at me with his sword. I blocked his attack but then he swept his leg on mine which made me fall. He then struck me with his claws and they cut deep into my chest.
I then kicked him off me and he backflipped away. I crawled backwards towards the railing. I saw pure fury in Luke's eyes and so he dropped his sword and went into a stance, he was truly a tiger, and I knew that this is the end of me. All of my life, wasted.
A/N: This next bit was so emotional that when I first conceived it, I cried. You may not but that's just me.
Luke's POV
I put myself into a tiger stance and lunged with lightning speed at Su to kill her. I dug my claws into her stomach and I bit into her shoulder. She screamed in absolute pain but she should suffer some first before I end her life. Blood was squirting out and sprayed all over my clothes and my face. Then I pulled out my claws and teeth as I grabbed her by the shoulders and growled at her, she was scared, good.
"This is, for every man, woman and child you killed, you motherfucker." I hissed at her and then I sunk my teeth into her neck, I dug so hard that I ripped through her skin and even through her neckbone. I kept biting and then her head fell off her body. I stood back up and looked down at her now lifeless body.
"It's finished." I said to myself. Then I walked to pick up my sword and then I put the Heart back into it. At that moment, the claws changed back into fingernails, my canine teeth went back to normal and my eyes which were in a burnt orange filter changed back to normal. I looked at my sleeves and saw that they're still on fire so I dipped them into the water and they were extinguished.
I looked over and saw that Shen was gone, where did he go? Then I noticed that the wreckage I was standing on was moving directly to a port. At the port I saw Viper Crane, Monkey, Mantis, Ox, Croc, Po, Shifu, Sarah, Emma and Will looking at me. I wiped the blood off my face and jumped to the port. I was so relieved to see that these guys were okay. I put my arms out for a hug and a lot of them hugged me with so much embrace I fell backwards with a smile on my face.
"What you just did was unbelievable." Viper said to me as she rubbed her cheek against mine in a friendly way.
"That had to be one of the most awesome things I've ever seen." Po said to me and I just laughed at his remark.
"Now I know not to be on your bad side," Mantis fired at me and I found that funny.
"Yeah so you be careful from now on." I playfully joked and everyone laughed. They all broke apart and I stood back up and saw Sarah, Emma and Will walk up to me. We then shared a hug.
"You've truly proven yourself, Luke." Will told me.
"You looked so badass." Emma said next to my ear. I smiled at that.
"Don't scare us like that, alright?" Sarah said to me as we broke apart from the hug. I nodded in response. Then Shifu stepped forward and I bowed to him.
"Well done, Luke, you've truly transcended yourself as a master of kung fu." Shifu told me with warmth and proudness in his voice.
"Thank you, Master." I replied to him. Then Ox and Croc walked to me and they looked serious and ashamed.
"We should've listened to you. You were right, we shouldn't have given up so easily." Ox told me. At least he and Croc learned something from all of this.
"At least you helped us in the end." I told them and pulled my hand out for a handshake. Ox obliged.
And as they walked beside me, I laid my eyes on Tigress who was just standing there smiling at me. I was so succumbed with pure joy and happiness that she's alive that my hands shook and I dropped my sword and then I charged at her. I embraced her in a hug with so much force that we fell. And then I smacked my lips onto hers and then I rested my face into her shoulder as I cried so hard. I knew she and everyone was shocked.
"Thank the gods you're alive." I said to her while my voice was breaking. She then put a paw on my back.
"Of course I'm alright." Tigress said to me to try and calm me down but I just lifted my head with a stern look on my face. She was taken aback to see my expression and the tears that were falling down my face.
"Tigress, when we were all struck by the weapons and I tried to find you guys. I thought you were all dead, I thought you were dead, Ti. I felt like I lost everything, I thought I lost my family, I thought I lost the one I truly love." I said to her and when I mentioned the last part, I was resting into her shoulder again. She then patted my back.
"Shhh. It's okay. Don't worry, I'm here now." Tigress said to me in a hushed voice to try and calm me down, and it worked as the tears stopped and I lifted my head up again to look at her beautiful face.
"I can't live without you, my love. Promise me that you won't leave me or die." I said to her as I stroked her cheek. She then smiled and pulled me in for a kiss. Then we broke apart and stood back up.
"I promise." She said to me with such warmth. And then Po handed me back my sword and then we all heard fireworks being set off and so we all watched them go off. Such a beautiful sight. I held Tigress paw as we watched and then a peacock was formed and right after, a tiger, I smiled.
Later that Day
We all decided to stay in the city for a few days. Shifu said that we need to help with the cleaning up of the carnage that happened. I didn't mind as I needed to show them all the tiger village. I just finished helping some goats move some of the rubble that surrounded where the tower once stood. I was walking back to the restaurant/hotel we were all resting in and I saw Monkey and Mantis walking out.
"Hey you 2, how's things on your end?" I asked them since I didn't know what they were doing to help clean up.
"We just finished putting the rubble into a pile to be repurposed. By the way, we're all going to have a feast later, you coming?" Monkey said to me. I wouldn't mind a feast since I didn't eat since we all left the Jade Palace.
"Yeah, why not?" I just need to take a break." I told him and he nodded back. I entered the building and looked at the long table that we would all be eating at. And then I walked up the stairs and entered my room which was fairly big. It had a balcony, a bed and there was a bathroom. I entered the bathroom and decided to take a warm bath to help relax my body a bit from being so tense all day. It felt so soothing that I closed my eyes and smelt the inviting aroma from the oils that I added.
After 5 minutes, I got out of the bath and dried myself up in front of a mirror, which allowed me to look at the new scars added to my body. Then I put my clothes back on and as I exited the bathroom, Sarah, Emma and Will entered. I knew why they're here and I mentally prepared myself.
"Hey guys, what's up?" I asked them.
"We need to talk, Luke. About you." Will said to me rather bluntly. I took a deep breath and gestured to them to sit on the bed which they did.
"Go ahead." I told them as I stood in front of them.
"What has to you, Luke? How have you fallen in love with a tiger?" Sarah said to me. I looked down on the ground and took another deep breath.
"When I first came into this world a year ago, I was still my old self. But then Master Oogway told me that I'm the Tiger Warrior. And when I first met Tigress, of course I was scared of her. But then things changed for the better when I finally killed Moon." I explained to them and they looked at each other rather perplexed which made sense as I was like that when I found out Moon was in this world.
"Wait, Moon? Wasn't he meant to be in prison?" Emma said.
"I know, but he somehow got transported to this world. But I managed to kill him, with the help of this." I further explained as I grabbed my sword and pulled out the Heart of the Tiger to show them. And they all gasped just looking at it.
"But it was destroyed, we all saw it." Sarah said. I chuckled and pulled out the note that Yen left and handed it to them. And they all had smiles on their faces.
"So he really looked at you as a son." Sarah said to me.
"But how did you fall in love with Tigress?" Emma asked.
"Well, my first few days weren't the best as Tigress was so cold and stern, which combined with my fear, made it hard to do anything but Master Oogway told me to try and move on from the past, and I realised that for me to do that, I had to tell my story to the Five and then Tigress apologised to me for her words and actions." I said to them as I gestured to the scars on my right cheek and they gasped at that.
"And after that, I lost my fear of big cats. And then I realised how much me and her are alike, both in our upbringings and times as a student. It allowed us to find common ground and it eventually turned into a loving relationship with each other." I finished. They then looked at me with smiles. And then they stood up and hugged me.
"I can't believe it. You've really grown to be a mighty warrior. We couldn't be more happy for you, Luke." Sarah said to me next to my ear. As we all broke apart, we heard knocking.
"Come in." I said and Tigress opened the door.
"Come on, the feast is ready and everyone's waiting for you." She said to us. We all walked out and I held Tigress's paw as we walked down the stairs and joined everyone else at the table.
I sat on one end of the table and Po was sitting on the other. On the left side of the table was Tigress, Viper, Crane, Sarah, Croc and Ox. The right side was Shifu, Emma, Will, Monkey and Mantis. We all dug into the food and then Shifu cleared his throat to get our attention.
"So Luke, how did you survive Shen and Su's weapons?" He asked me and everyone's eyes were on me and I took a sip of the whiskey and sighed.
"When I was blasted, I found myself floating down a river. I was cut up in so many places on my body that it hurt to even move. When I remembered what happened, my anger gave me the energy needed to find something or someone to heal. Which I did. And then I tried to use the Heart of the Tiger while meditating and I was able to communicate with the Tiger Spirit because of that." I explained to everyone and Shifu looked bewildered when I mentioned the Tiger Spirit.
"You were able to communicate with him?" He asked me, which I replied back with a nod.
"So what happened when you faced against Su?" Viper asked.
"Well, when I thought that you were all dead, I was just filled with rage. And I remembered that the Spirit told me to use the Heart when I'm emotionally charged. So I did and it made me gain physical attributes of a tiger and supernatural strength. And it helped me so much. And it helped me kill Su, I ripped her head clean off with my own teeth." I said to them all and their reactions ranged from shocked, to terrified, mainly because of the last part I mentioned.
"Wow. That's something." Tigress said to me.
"Yeah." I replied.
"So now that my story's over, how about you Po?" I asked him. And his story was pretty sad as he finally learned of what happened to his people and his parents, but he was able to find Inner Peace through it all. And he deflected Shen's cannonballs and he was able to defeat him. Here, I decided to tell them that we need to go to where I was healed, so that they could see the tiger village.
"Guys, tomorrow, I need to take you to where I was healed, there's something there you need to see." I stated to everyone and they all were intrigued to say the least.
The Following Day
We were all on a large boat to go down the river that I floated down and then we reached to where I washed ashore.
We've been walking for an hour like when I was last here and then we reached the area where there was thick bush and bamboo shoots. I decided that they all should wait here.
"Okay, all of you wait here. I'll be back." I told them all and they nodded. I was running to the village to save time and by the time I reached the village, everyone there greeted me. Then I saw Sammo.
"Excuse me, where can I find Hong and Liu?" I asked him and he said that they're at the shore of the lake which was to the right down the main street. So I bolted to them and I saw them practicing some moves with their swords. I whistled to get their attention and then they jogged to me.
"Well, did you defeat Su?" Hong asked.
"Yes." I replied and they both let out a breather.
"But I want you 2 to come with me. It's time you met your daughter." I said to them. They both looked at each other with joy and we all walked back to where the guys were. On the way, I told both of them, to cover up their faces to make their appearance even more of a surprise to them. Then after a good 5 minute walk, we finally reached them and everyone looked confused.
"Uh, Luke, who are those 2?" Crane asked me.
"When I was trying to find something or someone to heal me, these 2 answered my call." I said while gesturing to Hong and Liu. That was the queue for them to take off their masks and show their faces. Everyone was flabbergasted to see more tigers.
"Everyone, these 2 are Hong and Liu. Tigress, these 2 are your parents." I said. And Tigress looked like she was going to break down into tears as she ran to them and embraced them into a hug.
"Oh, daughter, we've missed you for so long." Liu said to Tigress as she was crying along with her.
"We never thought we'd see you again, but the Tiger Warrior has now made our family whole again." Hong said to her daughter. Then they broke apart and Tigress looked at me and hugged me and then kissed me.
"I can't believe it. I've found my parents and you brought them to me. How could I thank you?" She said to me as we held each other.
"You've already thanked me by being my love. And there's some more to show you. Follow me." I said to her and then to everyone. We all walked down the path and then we entered the tiger village. Everyone, excluding me, Hong and Liu were speechless. The villagers took notice of the guys and walked towards us.
"Don't worry, they're friends to the Tiger Warrior, and he's just brought us back our daughter." Hong said to them all and they all clapped and bowed before me. Now I felt embarrassed as the guys were here with me.
We spent the whole day there among the villagers and it was very pleasant. Po was geeking out a bit which made me chuckle, Viper was playing with the cubs and it was adorable. Shifu was talking with the village elder. I was just sitting by the lake looking at how peaceful it felt. Then Tigress and her parents walked up to me.
"Hey Luke, how come you're by yourself?" Tigress asked me.
"Just thought I'd have a moment to myself." I replied as I stood up and faced them. Then I noticed something that Hong was carrying.
"What is that?" I asked him. He stepped forward.
"We thought we should give you something as thanks for reuniting us with our daughter." He said to me as he handed me an orange jacket that had black sleeves. I put it on and I thought it was perfect.
"Thanks, both of you." I said to Hong and Liu as I hugged them both.
"It's the least we could do." Liu said with a warm smile.
Later that Day
We just left the village shortly after it went dark, and it was such a pleasant time, we told the villagers that we'd be leaving tomorrow and I told Hong and Liu that we'd make sure to send letters once a month to catch up. I just made it to my room and I was taking my clothes off to where it was just me in my underwear. As I was about to lie down on the bed when Tigress decided to enter my room.
"Oh, hello, Ti." I said to her as she walked up to me.
"Hi. Is it alright if I sleep with you tonight?" She asked. I was surprised to hear her ask this, though I wouldn't mind.
"Alright, but only if you are in your undergarments as well." I told her, she just smiled at my response.
"I can do that." She said playfully. I sat on the bed under the blanket as she stripped down to her wrappings. I forgot how sexy she looks as she had perfect curves on her body. Then she climbed into the bed with me and I wrapped her with my arm.
"Goodnight, dear." I said to my tiger.
"Goodnight, Luke." She said before she purred into sleep.
Following Day
Me, the Five, Shifu and Po were on a boat that was taking us back to the Valley of Peace. We all said our goodbyes to Ox and Croc. Sarah, Emma and Will decided to stay at Gongmen City and be the warriors to help protect the city and the province surrounding it.
I was sitting on the deck of the ship looking at the water thinking about my parents for the first time since Gongmen Jail. Will I ever find out what happened to them and be at peace with the news.
"Are you alright?" I heard Tigress ask me as she walked up behind me and then sat next to me.
"Just thinking about my parents. I don't know if I'll ever find out what happened to them." I said to her as I rested my head on her shoulder.
"Don't worry you'll find out eventually. Until then, we'll embrace whatever the future brings to us." She said to reassure me. I smiled at her words.
"Thanks, I love you, Tigress." I said to her right before we kissed each other on the lips.
"I love you too, Luke." She replied as we broke apart. She's right. I'll embrace what comes at me and I feel comfortable knowing that I won't do it alone.
