A Dragon's Call

Chapter 12

" You... What... But... " Mirajane stammered in shock for a moment before shaking her head. " But Syra said you died! "

" A lie my ex husband told her. He despised me so much when I finally left him. Insufferable jackass. " Arael giggled softly as Syra sighed happily before Hisui tackled her.

" You owe me a flight! " Hisui pouted as she pinned Syra to the ground.

" Then you better let me up. " Syra smiled as Hisui hugged her lovingly and nuzzled her cheek gently before helping her up and stepping back slightly as Syra's wings appeared and stretched out behind her. " Come here sister. And hold on tight. " Syra smiled soothingly as Hisui rushed forward and wrapped her arms around Syra before Syra flapped her wings strongly and took off, Flying through the open palace door and into the sky above the city as Mirajane spoke.

" I am glad you and I both dislike Acnologia but why did you leave? And why didn't you take Syra with you? " Mirajane looked confused as Arael sighed softly.

" You have to understand... Acnologia's nature is bloodlust and carnage. He kills without reason or hesitation. I allowed Acnologia to believe I was human in the hopes of changing his hatred for them. But I failed. When Syra was about five years old, Acnologia felt my magic and realised that I am an Angel. Realising I had lied to him for so long enraged him greatly. He attacked me and managed to severely wound me. In my wounded state, I could not defend myself from the power of his Dragon Form. I did not want to leave... I was blasted away from the island by his attack and landed in a small fishing village. They cared for me until my wounds were healed and then brought me here to the capital. That is when I met Hisui's father. His wife had recently died and he was trying to raise a baby girl on his own and run a kingdom. I stayed in the castle as Hisui's carer for a time but the more time I spent with Hisui and Toma, The more I fell in love with them. Hisui is my daughter as much as Syra is. Now that Syra has returned I will guard them ferociously. Acnologia will not let Syra's refusal slide. Yes, I know about the dream she had of her father speaking to her. Her refusal would not have been easy for her and would have angered him greatly. He will be coming for her. " Arael spoke with concern in her voice but had a look of confusion on her face as Mirajane giggled.

" Let him come. Syra is more powerful than he can ever hope to be. You haven't seen her power have you? " Mirajane smiled as Arael shook her head. " We can either wait for her to finish flying with Hisui... Or we can speed things along. " Mirajane's left arm shifted into a demonic claw before she slit the palm of her right hand slowly. As she stopped, A loud scream echoed from outside before Syra and Hisui flew through the door of the palace. After landing and releasing Hisui, Syra turned to face Mirajane with a glazed look in her eyes as she spoke.

" Blood... Give it to me... " Syra hissed softly as crimson scales covered her skin slowly and her wings changed to a deep crimson red in colour.

" WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO HER?! " Hisui yelled toward Mirajane, Who stood and smiled as Syra spoke again.

" It is mine... Let me have it... Let me have all of it... " Syra stepped forward as Mirajane covered her hand.

" No... It can't be... " Arael spoke in disbelief as tears built up in her eyes. " No... "

" GIVE IT TO ME! " Syra roared as she flew toward Mirajane but stopped as a second scent filled her senses. Hisui stood with her hand outstretched as blood dripped to the floor. After turning to see where the smell was coming from, Syra sighed loudly as she collapsed to the floor with a dull thud and the scales receded slowly.

After a moment of silence and several looks of astonishment and shock from the servants present in the throne room, Mirajane gasped as Arael walked forward and slapped her hard, Sending her soaring across the room and almost hitting a pair of nearby servants before Arael rushed to Syra's side. " My darling... Who did this to you... " As Arael finished speaking, Hisui tore off a piece of her dress and wrapped it around her hand before rushing to Syra's side and lifting Syra's head onto her lap gently.

" Sister... " Hisui bit her lip as tears built up in her eyes before Arael rose to her feet and swiftly walked to Mirajane and seizing the front of her dress before lifting her off her feet and speaking loudly. " Who did this to her?! WHO?! "

" Irene... Irene Belserion... She rules the kingdom of Dragnof... She did this. She tortured Syra for weeks and took away everything that made Syra gentle and loving and replaced it with a puppet. When we found her, Syra was little more than a toy for Irene's pleasure and amusement. Syra attacked us and wounded Levy. Levy's blood splashed on Syra's face and snapped her out of it. Syra hasn't been herself since. She wouldn't talk to anyone but her daughters. She barely ate and never left her house. Blood drives her mad and sends her into a rage. " Mirajane struggled slightly but yelped softly as Arael let her go, Dropping her to the floor roughly before turning and walking back to Syra's side as she stirred slowly.

" What... What happened... Why do you have a cut on your hand Hisui? Please tell me I didn't hurt you... " Syra bit her lip as a look of horror appeared on her face but she sighed in relief as Hisui shook her head.

" I cut it to snap you out of whatever happened when Mirajane cut her hand. You went crazy. " Hisui hugged Syra lovingly as Syra cried softly. After a moment, The servants snapped out of their shock and hurried to help Syra and Hisui as Mirajane stood slowly.

" What the hell were you thinking Mira? What if I hurt Hisui or my mother? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?! " Syra stood and ran out of the room in tears as Hisui quickly stood and rushed after her while Arael shot Mirajane a disapproving look as Mirajane wilted slightly from her glare. After a moment, Arael spoke fiercely.

" I have nothing against demons. But if you ever do that again I will personally burn you to ash. Am I clear? " Arael glared ferociously as Mirajane nodded silently before Arael left the throne room, Leaving Mirajane trembling slightly as the servants followed Arael quietly.

A Few Minutes Later

" Why did she do that? You are perfectly capable of showing us your powers without being driven mad. " Hisui spoke calmly as Syra sobbed softly in her arms.

" Maybe she thought it would be quicker or maybe she had a lapse in judgement. " Syra spoke softly before sighing and looking toward Hisui. " It doesn't matter why she did it, It put you in danger... "

" Syra... " Hisui motioned to comfort Syra but she pulled away quickly as she spoke.

" No! Hisui, I can't be a danger to you! I am dangerous to everyone else in my life... I just can't bear the the thought of being dangerous to you... You are my sister... " Syra walked over and hugged Hisui tightly as Hisui smiled.

" You will never be dangerous to me Syra. I don't care what anyone says. You are amazing and I love you so much. You are the sister I always wanted and needed. Nothing will change that and nothing will ever make me feel unsafe around you. " Hisui held Syra lovingly for a while until Syra calmed down and took a deep breath.

" Thank you Hisui. It means so much to me to have at least one person that isn't scared of me. " Syra smiled happily before changing out of the armour Tillani leant to her and getting dressed into her mage outfit before walking out of the room with Hisui in tow. As they walked toward the front entrance of the palace, Hisui stopped for a moment and motioned for Syra to stay quiet and follow her. As they stepped into a small alcove to the side of the entrance, Tillani walked toward the door and looked around in confusion.

" I am sure I heard her... " Tillani stood quietly in thought for a moment but gasped loudly and blushed as Hisui grasped her breasts firmly. " Milady please... "

" You don't like my touch? Very well. " Hisui sighed disappointingly before turning away and stepping toward Syra slowly. " Perhaps Syra will enjoy it more... " Hisui winked toward Syra teasingly before Syra spoke.

" Oh absolutely! I just adore being played with. " Syra giggled playfully as a look of horror appeared on Tillani's face and she rushed over to block the way between Hisui and Syra.

" Milady I simply cannot allow this! " Tillani blushed brightly as Hisui giggled.

" Cannot allow it? Are you saying that you don't want me to touch Syra? " Hisui smiled teasingly as Tillani spoke.

" Ofcourse I don't! I am the only one you should ever touch! " Tillani gasped loudly and covered her mouth for a moment before speaking nervously. " I... I mean... Well it's just... You are the Princess... Such actions... I... " Tillani bit her lip cautiously and stepped back slowly, Pressing her back against the wall as Hisui walked toward her with desire in her eyes.

" I really do love it when you trip over yourself Tillani... It's just too adorable... " Hisui rang a finger along Tillani's jawline slowly as Tillani trembled.

" Milady I... I... " Tillani fell silent as Hisui pressed a fiery kiss to her lips, Forcing a soft moan to escape from Tillani's lips as she stepped back.

" You make it far too easy to tease you Tillani. Now stop looking so flustered and come with me. " Hisui smiled playfully before seizing Tillani's hand and dragging her toward her private quarters as Syra giggled softly and left the palace.

After walking through the city for a while, Syra ended up walking toward a large build with massive statues at the top and archways around the top floor of the building. After looking at it in awe for a moment, Syra noticed a guard nearby and walked over.

" Excuse me? " Syra smiled sweetly as the guard removed her helmet and smiled.

" How can I help you Lady Syra? " The young woman had a bright smile as she greeted Syra.

" What is this building? " Syra turned her body slightly as she motioned toward the large circular building with archways along the walls.

" That is Domus Flau. The Arena where the Grand Magic Games are held every year. The Grand Magic Games are held every year to determine the strongest guild in Fiore. " The guard bowed slightly before putting her helmet back on as Syra walked toward the building. As she entered, Syra sighed at the size of the building. The walls were high and there were massive grand stands for people to sit in. There was large box shaped room for announcers and the floor of the arena was soft dirt. After a few moments of looking around, Syra noticed her mother flying toward the arena. As she landed, Arael spoke calmly.

" Quite a sight isn't it sweetheart? " Arael giggled softly as Syra nodded quietly. ' I am glad you find it impressive but I should tell you why I am here. I want to see your power for myself. Without any interfering or causing you to go crazy. I want you to fight me with everything you have. Do not pull your punches darling. I won't. " Arael smiled before raising her arm as a shocked look dawned on Syra's face. Before Syra could react, A bright beam of light erupted from Arael's hand and barrelled toward Syra, Slamming into her before she could dodge it. After the light faded, Arael smiled slowly.

Syra had changed into her Transformation State moments before the impact and her wings had deflected the beam of light, Leaving scorch marks along the ground.

" Well done but yo.. " Arael froze as Syra's voice exploded around the arena.

" Silver Dragon's Inferno! " Syra took a deep breathe and breathed out, Send a massive column of silver fire toward Arael. As she dodged, Arael groaned softly at the intense heat the fire possessed. As she landed, Arael groaned painfully as a hard kick hit her in the side, Throwing her across the arena.

As she stood, Arael spoke calmly. " What strength... Where did you learn this? " Arael had barely a second to react as a pillar of silver light barrelled toward her accompanied by Syra's voice once again.

" Silver Dragon's Roar! " Syra's voice once again reverberated through the arena as Arael was hit by the beam of silver light. After recovering, Arael sighed softly as she stood.

" How did you get so strong? " Arael looked stunned as Syra giggled softly.

" Beat me and maybe I will tell you. " Syra smirked playfully before lunging forward swiftly and throwing several punches at Arael who blocked them with ease before throwing punches of her own. As each punch landed, Syra seemed to become more determined, More fierce and less controlled. After a few moments, Syra's eyes glowed a deep, Dark red as her hand erupted into red flames.

" Crimson Dragon's Claw! " Syra threw a flame engulfed punch at Arael as the scent of blood filled the air and Arael dodged, Only to see Syra correct her course and land the hit against the side of Arael's face, Lifting her off her feet as Syra spoke again. " Crimson Dragon's Roar! " A beam of sickly, Crimson energy exploded toward Arael, Hitting her squarely in the chest and forcing her backwards several feet. As Syra motioned to attack again, Arael raised a hand and spoke softly.

" So it is you... I would recognise that energy anywhere. I lived with that feeling and smell for eighteen years before my sister left. " Arael smiled as Syra looked at her in confusion. " Oh yes. Our family has a long history of Celestial and Draconian blood dating back to before humans began. Our earliest ancestors ruled kingdoms with their power. I inherited the Celestial blood of my mother. While my sister inherited our fathers blood. She would have adored you so much. To see that you have inherited both Celestial and Draconian blood would have intrigued her. She always loved a good problem to solve or mystery to unravel. "

" Inherited both Celestial and Draconian? But I don't have any Angelic features..." Syra looked confused for a moment before Arael spoke.

" No? No golden eyes or silver hair? No magic absorption or extreme abilities? Surely you aren't blind sweety. " Arael smiled as Syra looked astounded. " Not having Angel wings or a shiny halo doesn't mean you are not Celestial. You inherited all of the abilities I have. The Draconian blood is quite dominant I admit but the fact that you are not a pure Crimson Dragon like my sister tells me that your Celestial and Draconian blood have fused perfectly. That is why your Silver Dragon and Crimson Dragon are two separate states. "

" You said that your sister would have adored me. What do you mean? " Syra spoke calmly but gasped as a pained looked washed over Arael's face and her wings drooped slowly. " Mother I didn't mean to... "

" It is alright sweety. My sister... Skye... She was my best friend and... She... " Arael bit her lip as she tried to blink back the tears building up in her eyes. " She left when we turned eighteen and I have not seen her since. Sometimes... I can almost feel her presence but... " Arael spoke softly as the tears she had tried to fight freely fell down her cheeks as she spoke shakily. " I have missed her so much every day she has been gone. It feels like she is everywhere around me but I can't see her. I truly wish she was here. " Arael sniffled for a moment before wiping her tears away and changing the subject. " Where did you get all this power and strength? Was that even all of it? "

" That is a fraction of my power mother. If I used all of my current power, I might break the arena. " Syra smiled sweetly but gasped as Arael spoke.

" Show me. " Arael had a serious look on her face as Syra spoke.

" But... " Syra fell silent as Arael held up a hand.

" Show me the power that contended with Etherion. " Arael had a stern look on her face as Syra took a deep breathe. " Fire toward the sky. Unleash all your power. "

As Syra breathed out, She tilted her head back to fire up into the sky as her voice echoed through the arena softly. " Silver Dragon Secret Art: Astral Roar! " As Syra breathed out, A colossal pillar of swirling colours rushed up into the sky as Arael watched with awe on her face. As the colours faded away, Arael spoke softly.

" Magnificent... " Arael suddenly fell silent as an echo of magical power rushed toward them as Syra gripped her head and fell to her knees, Groaning in pain as a familiar voice filled her mind.

" There you are. "

" Father... " Syra growled menacingly as crimson scales covered her skin, Her hair slowly changed to deep blood red and her wings slowly unfurled behind her. " I tire of you looming over my mind like a parasite! "

" Then face me Daughter. Face your deepest fear and show me you are worthy of the blood in your veins. "

Before Syra could reply, A monstrous roar filled the sky before Acnologia's jet black, Blue tattooed Dragon Form darkened the sky above the Arena. As Syra looked up at him, Arael had a look of terror and fear on her face as Acnologia turned his head to look at her as his voice filled the Arena.

" YOU?! How did you survive?! No matter. I will correct this issue very shortly. First, I need to teach my dear daughter some obedience. "

" I'll give you something to teach, You self obsessed snake. " Syra took a deep breathe and as she breathed out, A savage, Beastly, Deafening roar filled the city. Before taking off, Syra's body glowed blood red and as she transformed, A torrent of blood erupted out of her. As she flew toward Acnologia in her Dragon Form, Syra's voice echoed through the sky. " This is the last time we will ever meet. I will end you. "

" You will try. "

" You will try to stop me. Pathetic insect. " As Syra's voice fell silent, she opened her mouth and fired a beam of blood red energy as Acnologia fired a beam of blue energy. As the two beams collided, The combination of magic caused an explosion that lit up the sky despite it being the middle of the day. As the explosion cleared, Acnologia growled as Syra flew toward him and slammed a massive claw into, Sending him spiralling through the air for a moment. As he stabilised himself, Acnologia roared in frustration.

" How is your form so large?! THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! "

" You will never learn how I am so powerful because you will never care unless it benefits you. I did nothing to deserve being discarded like garbage and yet you threw me away anyway. Why should you care about anything concerning me now? I hate you. More than I have ever hated anything else. I am sick of hearing your voice in my head. I am sick of you haunting my dreams. I am sick of you. " Syra roared ferociously before rushing toward Acnologia and seizing one of his wings in her mouth before shaking her head roughly. After several moments of being swung back and forth, Acnologia roared painfully as the sickening sound of flesh tearing and bone breaking filled the air before his wing tore away from his body, Sending him plummeting into the ground in the Arena.

As he slammed into the ground, Acnologia shifted back to his human form and spoke with frustration.

" You think I need wings to defeat you? You are mistaken Daughter. "

" Then maybe you ought to stop running your mouth and prove it you puffed up jackass. " Syra spoke with a tone of disgust and hate before shifting to her Transformation State as she landed with a soft thud before she lunged forward and landed a hard kick to Acnologia's stomach forcing him back before his hand erupted into blue flames and he threw a punch that hit Syra in the side of the head making her step back and groan softly as Acnologia spoke.

" I am going to kill you Syralogia. Piece by piece I will tear away your flesh as you scream in pain. I will tear you to shreds and burn your bones to ash as your cowardly mother watches in fear. " Acnologia laughed maliciously as Syra looked toward Arael and saw that she was backed against a wall with terror etched onto her face.

" You should thank her for being so scared. You would already be burning if she wasn't so scared. But that isn't her job. Dealing with you belongs to me alone! " Syra lunged forward again as she spoke. " Poison Dragon's Claw! " As she threw her punch, Syra's fist erupted into a thick, Red ooze that splattered across Acnologia's skin as her fist made contact. As Acnologia stepped back, He spoke with anger as his vision blurred.

" What... What have you done?! "

" I would have thought it was obvious. Poison Dragon? Seriously are you really that stupid? Do I really have to explain it to you? Fine. I poisoned you. " Syra sighed softly as Acnologia shook his head in an attempt to clear his vision.

" How are you able to use other Dragon Slayer magic? "

" I am half Celestial. Celestial's like my mother have the ability to absorb magic used against them and learn to use it. I inherited all of my mothers abilities as well as all of yours. You know Father... You might be feared all across Fiore and maybe all over the world... But I have outgrown you. In the time I have been away from you, My magic has developed far beyond anything you could have taught me and far beyond your Black Dragon Slayer magic. I have absorbed many different types of magic ranging from Dragon Slayer Magic to more common magic like Ice Make Magic. Shall I demonstrate? " Syra quickly raised her arms as she spoke. " Water Geyser! "

Acnologia's eyes went wide as a torrent of water erupted from Syra's palms and quickly engulfed him up to his neck as Syra spoke again. " Ice Make: Prison! "

Acnologia growled in frustration as the water covering his body froze solid.

" You fool. This pathetic magic cannot restrain me. "

" It isn't meant to. " Syra smirked as the ice dissolved and Arael's voice filled the arena.

" Heavenly Judgement: Purging Flame! " Arael's echoed slightly as a stream of golden flames erupted toward Acnologia and engulfed him completely. As Acnologia roared in pain and the flames receded, Leaving glowing, Golden burns on Acnologia's skin, Arael spoke sternly. " Ever since you attacked me, I have been terrified that you would realise I survived and find me. I have been terrified that I was going to look over my shoulder for the rest of my life. But Syra has shown me that I have no reason to fear you. For all your power, All your ferocity and hatred, You are more afraid than any of us. Afraid to lose your power. Afraid to die. When I first met you, You were gentle and charming. You treated me like I was the most wonderful thing you had ever found. Despite that you thought I was human, You treated me like I meant more to you than life itself. I loved you more than anything Acnologia. If even a shred of that love was left I might have pity for you. But now? Now I despise you in ways I can't even describe. Now I will stand by my daughters side and help her send you to whatever fate awaits you after you die. " Arael walked over to Syra before holding up her hands like a cup as golden liquid filled her hands. " Take it Syra. You may not have inherited my magic but you should have it. This liquid is one of the spells I can use. It is Heavenly Judgement: Angel's Grace. It is a liquid that causes the body to heal any wound faster than wounds can be caused. It only lasts for a minute. Drink it. Learn my magic and let us finally be free of this monster. "

Syra gently cupped her mothers hands before smiling. " This means so much to me mother. Now I know I will always have a part of you with me. " Syra smiled as Arael kissed her forehead before Syra slowly leaned forward and drank the golden liquid. As she stood straight, Syra sighed as a warm feeling filled her body. After a moment, Syra's eyes glowed a bright gold, Almost as if liquid gold were overflowing from them and the crimson scales covering her skin receded slowly as she spoke. " You will never haunt me again. I now have both yours and my mothers magic. Leave now and never return and you will be left alive. Refuse and your existence will end here. My mother and I stand as one. "

" You will die together then. What good fortune this is. Killing the two of you will spread more than just fear. The pathetic humans will bow before the very mention of my name. I will rule them as the one and only king. The one and only god. None will rival me or dare challenge me again. " Acnologia took a deep breathe and fired a beam of blue energy toward them but they effortlessly dodged as Arael spoke.

" Give it up Acnologia! You cannot defeat both of us. " Arael spoke with confidence and conviction in her voice as she stepped out of the way of another beam of energy.

" I can and I will. You are mere insects before me. I am the most powerful Dragon Slayer alive. No one can match me. "

" Keep telling yourself that. " Syra shifted to her transformation state as she spoke in unison with Arael. " Heavenly Judgement: Purging Flame! "

As the swirling torrent of golden flames engulfed Acnologia, He roared in pain as his flesh slowly burned. As Acnologia roared, Arael's flames receded. " Now Syra! Finish this! "

Syra nodded as her body glowed softly and shifted into her Transformation State. " Silver Dragon Secret Art: Astral Roar! " A deafening roar echoed into the sky as a massive torrent of swirling colours wrapped around a glowing, Golden core of light and flames surged toward Acnologia, Engulfing him completely.

As Acnologia's pained roars slowly quieted, The torrent of colours receded. As the magic from Syra's attack dissipated, Acnologia's body crumbled to the ground as the last loose pieces of flesh and bone disintegrated to nothing. As the last traces of Acnologia vanished, Syra and Arael breathed a heavy sigh. A sigh filled with relief and the sense of finally being truly free. After a few moments, They fell to their knees weakly as Mirajane, Hisui, Tillani and a large group of guards ran into the Arena as Mirajane spoke.

" What happened? Why do you two look so exhausted? " Mirajane spoke calmly but gasped as Syra looked up at her with teary eyes filled with happiness and relief.

" He is dead Mira... My father... Acnologia is finally dead... " Syra cried happily as Hisui rushed forward and hugged her tightly while Mirajane had a look of shock on her face.

" You and mother are finally free. You can finally live peacefully without fear of him. " Hisui cried happily as Syra hugged her lovingly. After a few moments, Syra took the small folded piece of paper out of her pocket and unfolded it.

" It's over. The 100 year quest for Acnologia... It's finally done... " Syra looked at the quest posting held in her hands as tears rolled down her cheeks uncontrollably as Hisui hugged her again before Arael moved over to them exhaustively and put her arms around her daughters.

" There was a time where I dreaded this moment. But I have never felt so happy and free. " Arael smiled brightly as she hugged Hisui and Syra tightly. After a moment, Arael stood and spoke calmly. " Spread the word. Syralogia, the Silver Dragon has fought and destroyed Acnologia once and for all. Make sure this reaches every major city and town. "

As Arael finished speaking, Several of the guards bowed before running out of the Arena as Mirajane spoke.

" I can't wait to hear the reaction from Fairy Tail. " Mirajane giggled happily as Syra stood up and walked over before hugging her tightly.

" Me either... Right now though... " Syra sighed tiredly as Mirajane helped her stay on her feet. " I am so tired... I... I don't feel so good... "

" Take her to the palace. The servants will show you to her room while I help mother. " Hisui smiled sweetly before helping Arael to her feet.

Nightfall

As everyone sat eating dinner, Hisui walked into the room hurriedly and spoke softly. " Mother... Uhm... I think... I think Syra might be sick... "

" Sick? Her immune system should be far too fast for that... We had better summon the physician. " Arael stood slowly as Hisui left to find the physician. After a few minutes, The physician, Mirajane, Arael, Hisui and Tillani entered Syra's room. As they walked to the bed, Tears filled Arael's eyes at what she saw.

Syra's skin was a dark grey and around her eyes were dark circles, Her hair looked faded and colourless and she was sweating heavily as Mirajane spoke. " Oh dear... This has happened before... "

" When? " Arael spoke with caution in her voice as Mirajane sighed.

" This happened when her Dragon Genes were awoken. She went wild. " Mirajane squirmed nervously as Arael spoke.

" And I awoke her Celestial genes... " Arael watched as the physician examined Syra for a moment before shaking his head and leaving the room. " I take that to mean that he can't help... "

" Even our medic at Fairy Tail couldn't help. She has to ride it out and deal with whatever comes next. " Mirajane spoke calmly before leaving the room.

As Arael sighed, Hisui cried softly as Tillani attempted to comfort her.

One Week Later

Arael was sitting in the dining hall of the palace with Hisui, Mirajane and Toma eating dinner before Tillani burst into the room panting heavily. " Princess... Your sister... "

" Yes? What of her Tillani? " Hisui spoke calmly as everyone looked toward Tillani.

" I went to her room to check on her but... She... She... She's... " Tillani had a look of terror on her face as a monstrous, Pain filled roar filled the castle. " She's... Terrifying... " Tillani trembled as another roar filled the castle before Hisui, Mirajane and Arael stood and rushed toward Syra's room. As they pushed the door open, The mess they found astounded them. Syra's room was completely trashed. The curtains were shredded, The bed, Desk, Cupboard, Mirror, Windows and bedside drawers were broken, Shattered or demolished entirely. In the centre of the room stood Syra in her transformation state but it was very different to her normal appearance.

Syra's scales were golden at the centre surrounded by blood red and edged with shimmering silver. Her hair had golden roots, Crimson highlights and silver tips. As she turned, Syra's eyes had a soft glow to them. The pupils were gold and diamond shaped. The pupils were surrounded by blood red with a soft silver outline. The part of her eyes that would normally be white were as black as the night sky. As Hisui motioned to speak, Syra took a deep breathe and roared, Shaking the walls of the palace as her roar echoed into the night sky. As her roar slowly quieted, Hisui again motioned to speak but was met by Syra being millimetres from her face with a ferocious look in her eyes. As Hisui trembled, Syra simply smiled and nuzzled her cheek affectionately as a look of shock appeared on Mirajane and Arael's faces.

" But last time you attacked everyone... Why aren't you going crazy... " Mirajane spoke with shock in her voice voice as Hisui hugged Syra lovingly and nuzzled her cheek playfully.

" If there is one person I will never hurt no matter what... It is my sister. Just being around her makes me feel calm and peaceful. Being around her clears my mind and takes away all my worries and concerns. The moment she entered the room everything just felt okay. I was angry... I was going crazy... Then Hisui walked in and all my anger and rage just... Switched off. " Syra smiled happily as Hisui held her tightly.

" I was so worried. You looked like you were in so much pain while you slept. " Hisui sighed happily as Syra petted her head gently.

" Hisui, I would love to stand here and hug some more but I really need you to stand back okay? Someone else needs me right now and I really, Really need to see her. " Syra smiled sweetly as Hisui nodded and stepped back.

" Go find her. I'll be right here when you get home sister. " Hisui smiled as Syra grinned and exploded through the shattered window at high speed.

Magnolia Town

" GIVE HER BACK TO ME! SHE IS MY TOY! " Irene's voice echoed through the city as a stream of red flames burned across Magnolia Town.

" What do we do Master? " Erza and the other Guild Members turned toward Makarov.

" At this rate... This bitch might wreck the whole town... " Makarov spoke softly as he looked at Ignia. " Can't you do something? "

" Why should I fight Irene? I only follow the Queen. Unless she tells me to get off my ass, This ain't my proble... " Ignia fell silent as a wave of energy rippled through the air.

" VENGEANCE WILL BE MI... " Irene fell silent and changed back to her human form as the wave of energy made her tremble with fear. " It... It is her... "

" Speak of the devil... " Ignia grinned happily as Levy, Amelia and Natalie ran into the Guild Hall. After the doors had closed and Levy walked over to the bar with the girls, Levy spoke softly.

" I told you we could make it girls! " Levy smiled soothingly as Amelia and Natalie both gasped loudly as tears built up in their eyes. " Girls? "

" M... Mom... " Amelia smiled happily as the familiar energy and scent filled her senses.

" She... She's home... " Natalie cried happily as the doors of the Guild Hall burst open, Revealing Syra in her transformation state.

" Get off your ass Ignia. I need you to come with me. I'll be back girls. " Syra took off again as everyone cheered before Ignia stood and walked out of the Guild Hall with a huge grin on his face.

After a moment, Syra landed in front of Irene as she trembled. " S... Syra... "

" This is the last time I will tell you Irene. " Syra seized the front of Irene's dress and spoke fiercely. " If you ever attack Magnolia Town again... "

" Wait! I just... " Irene trembled as she spoke nervously. " I... I miss you... "

" Then go home. I will come and speak with you soon. But I cannot allow you to stay here. " Syra spoke calmly with a soothing tone as a look of shock appeared on Irene's face.

" You would visit willingly... Why... " Irene spoke shakily before pausing for a moment. " I tortured you... I took so much away from you... "

" Yes... But once I was yours, You also treated me lovingly. Even though I should hate you for hurting me... I can't ignore how gentle you were in that short time. I will come and see you. If only to talk. " Syra turned away slowly as her body returned to normal.

" Ofcourse... I... I'll wait for you... " Irene quickly changed into her Dragon Form and flew toward the horizon as Ignia arrived.

" You forgave her? Didn't see that coming. " Ignia sighed disinterestedly but groaned loudly as Syra seized his ear and pulled him to her level.

" Got a problem with it? I am a different person now. I have to stop acting like I'm a child and start growing up. " Syra let go of Ignia's ear as he grinned.

" And to start you forgave Irene... What's next? " Ignia smiled as Syra sighed.

" First... I need to speak with Jasmine at the enchanted clothing store. The bit after that is where you come in. That will be sometime tomorrow though. I really, Really need some Levy attention as soon as possible. " Syra grinned mischievously as Ignia chuckled.

Early Morning

As everyone slept, Syra walked back into the Guild Hall and walked to the bar before making two cups of coffee. After sitting beside Levy, Syra placed one in front of her before sipping the other slowly as Levy stirred. After a moment, Levy yawned sleepily before speaking. " Mmm... Coffee... "

" Surely coffee isn't the only thing you want. " Syra spoke softly before sipping her coffee as Levy shot upright and slowly looked toward her. As Levy motioned to speak, Mirajane, Hisui and Arael walked into the Guild Hall and sat across from Syra as Hisui spoke.

" Good morning sister. I brought something for you. " Hisui smiled as the other Guild Members all woke up and looked shocked at the Angel sitting before them.

" Good morning sister. Good morning mother. " Syra smiled sweetly as Arael smiled.

" Good morning sweetheart. " Arael giggled as she reached over and stroked Syra's cheek tenderly as Mirajane spoke.

" I'll go make breakfast while everyone gets the shock out of their system. " Mirajane smiled and hummed as she walked over and kissed Erza energetically before walking behind the bar and beginning to make breakfast for everyone.

" Well then... What do you have for me sister? " Syra smiled sweetly as Hisui giggled.

" Your reward for killing Acnologia. " Hisui smiled as a look of shock and terror appeared on everyone's faces before they all spoke.

" SHE WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?! "

" Guess word didn't get this far as fast as I thought it would. " Syra spoke disappointingly before sipping her coffee as Hisui spoke.

" Indeed. Anyway... The reward for the one hundred year quest on Acnologia... " Hisui smiled as everyone listened nervously. " Is one point two billion jewels. I took the courtesy of having it delivered to the vault at your house. "

" Our house has a vault... Where? " Levy spoke in surprise but looked taken aback as Syra shook her head. " Okay... You don't have to tell me... "

" It is not that I don't want to Levy. It just isn't the right time. " Syra turned to look at Levy as she spoke nervously.

" Why... Why is it not the ri... " Levy fell silent as Syra seized her shirt and pulled her forward before kissing her passionately as Levy melted at Syra's touch. After several moments, Syra broke the kiss, Leaving Levy breathless as she spoke.

" You have no idea how much I missed you. " Syra grinned devilishly before biting down on Levy's neck playfully, Forcing a soft moan to escape her lips as Erza spoke.

" You are a totally different person... You changed this much in so little time... " Erza spoke nervously as Syra's eyes darted to her for a moment before she bit Levy's neck slightly harder, Causing Levy to moan softly as she trembled.

" S... Ah... Syra... " Levy squirmed as Syra let go of her neck and pressed her body against Levy's.

" Yes my love? " Syra looked at Levy with lust and desire in her eyes as Levy burst into tears and put her arms around Syra as she spoke.

" I was so worried and scared... I am so sorry for everything I said! I didn't mean it... I never want to lose you... I am so sorry! " Levy cried softly for a few minutes before Syra wiped her tears away.

" Don't be. I deserved it. " Syra smiled but as Levy motioned to argue, Syra silenced her with a gentle finger on her lips. " No. I deserved it. You were right. I was being selfish and I hurt you by avoiding you. I was being nothing but a self centred child. But I have changed. I have grown up a little. Not a lot. Just a little. My mother and sister helped me... And... And my father... In a way... " Syra sighed softly before smiling and continuing. " Levy you have no idea how hard it was to walk in here with Hisui and not react to you. It was so hard to walk in here and let you think I was someone else. I have missed you more than words can say. But... "

As Syra sighed softly, Levy felt worry and concern in her heart as she almost whispered. " But... "

" But I feel like I belong in the Capital. Hisui... Hisui is the sister I have always dreamed of having. I mean don't misunderstand. Erza and Mira are like sisters to me but Hisui... Hisui is the first person that I can literally call my sister. I adore having her around and I adore that she keeps me so calm in moments where I would normally be out of control. I thought that coming here... Would be to say goodbye... " Syra paused for a moment as looks of shock appeared on everyone's faces before Syra continued. " But coming here... Tasting your irreplaceable kisses again... "

Levy blushed brightly as Syra turned to face her and cupped Levy's face in her hands. " I realised... My home... Where I belong will always be with you. No matter where that is... No matter who else has places in my heart... I will always be yours. I can never say goodbye to you forever Levy... I can never leave you... "

Levy smiled brightly as her cheeks flushed red and tears built up in her eyes. " I was so scared and worried that what I said to you cost me our relationship. That you leaving was the last time I was going to see you... I couldn't take the thought of my words of hate and screaming at you might be the last words between us... I love you so damn much that it hurts if you are gone for more than a second... I have been dying inside since the moment I left you in our sanctuary... "

" It... Hurt... What you said Levy... It was like a thousand blades piercing my heart... But I deserved it. I will never forget that pain. I will never forget the look in your eyes that day. " Syra whimpered softly before licked Levy's neck seductively. " The anger I can deal with... But the disappointment in your eyes... It broke me... I have never felt so ashamed and disgusted with myself until I saw that disappointment in your eyes... That's why I had to leave. I don't deserve your love. I don't deserve someone as amazing and special as you. I don't deserve your forgiveness... But I am hoping that now that I am changing... That I am starting to grow up and acting less like a spoiled child... I am hoping I can earn your forgiveness and love. I hope that I can earn the right to say that you are mine. "

" You already have... " Levy cried softly as she smiled brighter than ever before. " My biggest fear has been that you would choose someone else... " Levy paused as she looked at Sorano.

" Sorano... Caught me off guard. I admit it was nice to be the centre of attention but I will always belong to you. Sorano... Well... " Syra sighed as Sorano walked over and spoke softly.

" Was nothing more than a selfish distraction. I know. " Sorano grinned as she cautiously draped her arms around Syra. " I still mean what I said to you. My feelings haven't changed. "

" I know that Sorano. But I cannot be the one to bond with you. I am sorry. " Syra spoke plainly but remained still and calm as Sorano sighed softly.

" I knew you were going to say that... " Sorano bit her lip sadly for a moment and sighed loudly before speaking. " I... I can still stay around you right? You won't send me away just because you can't love me will you... "

" No I won't send you away. " Syra smiled softly and looked back at Levy but paused as Sorano bit her neck softly.

" Sorry... I can't hide how I feel. I can't stop myself... " Sorano looked nervous as Syra ignored what she was doing and spoke to Levy.

" I would like you and the girls to come to capital Levy. If only for a few days... To... To see if you like it there... " Syra blushed lightly before looking around. " Uhm... Where are the girls? "

" Lucy is babysitting. When Irene left, She took them to the park for a picnic to distract them from everything going on. " Levy spoke softly as Syra brushed Sorano off and kissed Levy's head.

" Meet me in the capital. One week. I need to speak with Irene in the meantime. " Syra straightened before walking toward the door as Levy stood quickly and spoke with shock.

" NO! I can't let you go anywhere near her! " Levy ran up to Syra and seized her arm gently. " Please Syra... I can't let you... " Levy bit her lip but her concern faded away as Syra pulled her close and held her lovingly.

" I am the reason she stopped attacking and left. Levy I know you don't trust her, But you don't have to. Trust me. Trust that I know what I am doing and trust that no matter where I am or what happens, Trust that I will always find you. " Syra smiled as Levy sighed softly.

" Be safe my love... Please? " Levy looked longingly into Syra's eyes as Syra leant forward and kissed her lovingly.

" I promise. I will be fine. " Syra spoke soothingly before turning and walking out the door with Ignia in tow.

" Have no fear child. Syra is beyond us now. The only ones who can contend with her are other Dragons and quite possibly the Dragon Slayers. The rest of us are simply a bump in the road. " Arael spoke calmly with a small smile on her face.

" Irene is a Dragon. That is why I am worried. " Levy spoke softly but had a look of surprise on her face as Hisui stood.

" With all due respect, You have no idea what she is now capable of. Her Dragon and Celestial genes fused perfectly. The girl you knew is gone. The Syra I know has eclipsed her as she did her father. I firmly believe that Irene is no match for her. " Hisui had fiery determination in her eyes as she spoke. " If you are truly worried then you truly don't trust her. "

Levy looked toward Hisui in shock as Hisui and Arael left and walked toward Syra's house.

A Few Hours Later

" She's here... " Irene spoke softly as Syra's roar echoed across Dragnof. As Irene motioned to move, The doors of her palace burst open and Ignia walked in as he spoke fiercely.

" Let's get one thing straight. I don't care what her reasons are, But if you do anything to endanger her, I will personally turn you to ash. Get me? " Ignia walked right up to Irene as he spoke and leaned forward, Putting his face within an inch of Irene's.

" The nerve. You think you can just stroll in here and drop threats? You have made a very grave mistake Ignia. " Irene stood slowly as Ignia's fists erupted into flames.

" Come and get it bitch. I'll break you worse than you broke her. " Ignia motioned to throw a punch but froze as Syra's will flowed into his mind as she spoke.

" Enough. " Syra walked into the room as her will flowed out of her, Forcing Ignia to his knees as his flames vanished.

As Syra walked forward, Irene fell back into her throne and shivered as she spoke. " Syra... Please... "

" Stop begging. You are a Dragon. At least have a little backbone. " Syra stopped beside Ignia before glancing at him. " Wait outside. "

" Yeah... Outside... " Ignia stood slowly but walked out of the room with his eyes fixated on Syra as if he was concerned that she would attack him. As the doors closed, Syra spoke again.

" As I promised, I am here. I do have other places to be so speak plainly. " Syra shifted her gaze to Irene as Irene's mind filled with Syra's will, Forcing her to cautiously move off the throne and kneel in front of Syra.

" I... I... " Irene tried to speak but failed as Syra sighed and took a deep breathe, Causing her overflowing will to subside as she spoke.

" Sorry... I'm still figuring out what that is. " Syra smiled sweetly as Irene nodded.

" Syra I... I am truly sorry for what I did to you... I don't regret having you as my toy but... How I broke you... I am sorry... " Irene shivered slightly as she spoke softly but looked surprised as Syra simply held up her hand.

" I have forgiven you for that. It is behind me. I did not come here for apologies. " Syra lowered her hand and smiled. " I want you on my side. I want you to join me as Ignia did. "

" But... I can't... My allegiance is to the Alvarez Empire... And your father... " Irene froze as Syra smiled happily with a look of freedom in her eyes.

" Is dead. I killed him. I am free of him... As is everyone else. " Syra sighed happily as a look of shock appeared on Irene's face.

" You... You killed... Acnologia... " Irene looked horrified as Syra changed into her Transformation State.

" I have changed. Evolved. I am different now. Before killing my father I was Syralogia, The Silver Dragon. Now... My mother awoke my Celestial genes. My Dragon genes and Celestial genes fused together. Now... " Syra smiled as her mind felt clear for the first time and the realisation of truly choosing her own name dawned upon her before she continued. " Now... I... " Syra paused for a moment before thinking and speaking with a slight smile. " I am Syraivinia, The Dragon Queen. " Syra smiled once more before shifting into her Transformation State as a volcanic wave of energy erupted out of her, Sending an electrifying shock wave through the magic in the atmosphere.

The Deepest Part Of The Ocean

" That echo again... But it is different... Stronger... "

To The North, Deep In a Forgotten Forest

" Again? Most intriguing... It has changed... "

Deep Within The Earth, In A Cavern Of Metal

" That energy... It is the same yet different... Like it has grown... "

On An Island, Drowned In Moonlight

" There it is again... I need to meet who or whatever that is... Should be fun! "

In a hidden cave, Filled With Gold

" What a unique treasure... One that evolves... I do not have a treasure like that yet... "

" Ignia was right... It is you... " Irene crawled forward slowly and cautiously placed her hands on Syra's boots before lowering her head to the floor as she spoke. " My Queen... "

" Join me Irene. I have a plan. A plan that will bring our kin together after all these years. " Syra smiled happily as her body returned to normal before Irene spoke.

" My... My life is yours... Ask anything of me... Command me... I am yours... Always... " Irene bowed her head respectfully as Syra reached out and petted her head gently.

" Then it is time to go. We are needed elsewhere. " Syra turned and walked out of the palace calmly as Irene stood and followed her quickly.

As Irene walked out of the palace, Ignia spoke with a grin.

" You should have realised it sooner. You almost prevented this. " Ignia had a look of disdain but sighed as he felt Syra glare at him. " Yeah, Yeah... Play nice... I know... "

" Let's go. I need to check in with Jasmine. Then I need to speak with you Ignia. Alone. " Syra spoke softly before changing into her Transformation State as Ignia replied.

" You got it brat. " Ignia grinned as Irene looked at him with anger.

" You dare speak to our Queen with such insolence?! " Irene looked as if she was going to attack Ignia but fell silent as Syra waved her hand dismissively.

" It is alright Irene. Speak to me as a friend. Not as an actual Queen. " Syra smiled as Irene blushed brightly.

" I... I could never... I don't deserve such a privilege... " Irene looked away sheepishly as Syra smiled.

" The only one that thinks that is you Irene. You have my request. Do with it what you will. " Syra giggled softly before taking off and flying toward Magnolia Town. Once in the air, Syra shifted into her Dragon Form.

" She has changed so much... I can't resist her will... Even if I wanted to... " Irene sighed with a tone of pleasure before changing into her Dragon Form as Ignia followed suite and they took off after Syra.

Magnolia Town

" I just gotta add the final touches... Of all the requests... " Jasmine sighed exhaustively as she looked over the outfit that Syra had commissioned. " Just need the helmet... Where did I put it... Oh there it is. " As Jasmine put the helmet on to the mannequin and stepped back, She spoke softly. " Okay... Just one final touch... I need Miss Erza and Lady Arael for this one. " Jasmine giggled happily before covering the mannequin and locking up the store.

As she walked through Magnolia Town Jasmine felt fortunate that her shop was one of the buildings that were spared from Irene's attack. After finding Erza at the Fairy Tail Guild Hall, Jasmine and Erza walked to Syra's house. As they approached, They heard talking coming from inside.

" NO! " Natalie's voice rang through the house before the sound of footsteps running upstairs filled the room for a moment before a door slamming drowned the room in silence for what felt like hours. After several minutes, Amelia spoke.

" I can't accept this. She destroyed mother and we are supposed to just forgive her? " Amelia spoke shakily before Levy responded.

" Amelia... " Levy fell silent as Amelia spoke forcefully with anger in her voice.

" NO! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! " Amelia gasped loudly as Levy spoke.

" WHAT IS IT YOU THINK I DON'T UNDERSTAND?! THAT WE MIGHT LOSE HER IF IRENE GETS TO HER AGAIN? THAT SHE MIGHT NOT COME HOME? WHAT?! " Levy cried softly as she fell to her knees and spoke softly. " I am more more afraid of losing her than anyone Amelia. Don't you dare tell me I don't understand. "

" I... " Amelia sniffled softly before running to Levy and hugging her tightly. " I'm sorry... I just... She is my mother. I love her more than anything and I just... "

" I'm sorry too. I shouldn't yell at you. But it's okay to be scared Amelia. It's okay to cry... " Levy and Amelia cried softly for a few minutes before Amelia spoke softly.

" I thought that Irene hurt Mom... Why would she go to her again? " Amelia's soft voice was filled with worry and sadness before Levy spoke.

" I... I don't know. But I know she will come back. I know that we are her home. Syra will come home. We have to trust her. " Levy spoke with conviction in her voice but everyone fell silent as a knock sounded at the door. As Levy answered, She hastily wiped away her tears before smiling. " Jasmine and Erza... It's good to see you but... Why are you here? "

" We need some help from Lady Arael. " Jasmine smiled softly as Arael walked toward the door.

" With what? " Arael spoke softly.

" There is a special enchantment I would like to test on Syra's new outfit but... I don't have the magical power required. I am hoping that Erza might know the enchantment and you might be able to provide the power for it. " Jasmine spoke nervously as Arael spoke.

" What enchantment? " Arael spoke softly with a look of surprise on her face as Jasmine spoke.

" Since Syra first came to me, I took note of how special she was. Then when I heard stories of her absorbing magic used against her and how she couldn't absorb Erza's magic, It occurred to me that if anyone takes away her ability to use magic that she might fall into very... " Jasmine paused and glanced at Levy with an apologetic look. " Unfortunate circumstances. I am so sorry I could not perform this spell sooner. I heard what happened in Dragnof. But with the power Lady Arael has... I might be able to succeed in the enchantment. It is similar to the magic Erza uses. Except this one will focus only on weapons. I have spent months crafting a weapon for each type of magic that Syra possesses... Or at the least... The magic I was aware of. I might need to make a few new ones. The point is... I can't cast the enchantment to store more than one weapon. I never learned enchantment magic to that degree. "

" Linking a weapon to each type of her magic? Why? " Erza spoke with confusing as Jasmine grinned.

" My weapons aren't like yours Erza. The weapons I make don't just channel magic. They store it. Meaning each time she uses one of the weapons, Part of her magic is absorbed by the weapon. It's the special enchantment I use. In the instance that someone disables her use of her magic like the council did... Her weapons will still be full of magic. But the magic from the weapons is different than her own magic. The weapons absorb her magic to store it but it mixes with the enchantment on each weapon, Changing the magic... " Jasmine giggled as Levy spoke with excitement.

" Into magic she can devour! Jasmine you genius! " Levy had a look of admiration on her face as Arael smiled.

" Then let's get to it. She will be back soon. " Erza spoke with a smile before Arael followed Erza and Jasmine back to Jasmine's shop.
