Summary: Leonard Snart was fairly sure A.R.G.U.S was out of their jurisdiction. They shouldn't be allowed to do this but apparently they were. Teams flash, Arrow, Legends and the rouges were now being shipped off to Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Ill. Leonard would admit that maybe he and Mick belonged there but there was no way he'd ever say that Barry and his sister's boyfriend belonged in an Insane Asylum. There are people here that Len doesn't want to be around and the only thing on his mind is getting back to his biological and adopted children.
All Leonard Snart had wanted was a relaxing Meal with Lisa, Mick and surprisingly Leo from Earth-X, but that was not what he got. To start things off, no meal that has both Lisa and Mick in it could ever be relaxing, and Len kept getting the gut feeling that something was not right. "You look wound up" Leo commented
"I had hoped this could be relaxing, right now I'm the furthest from relaxed" Len says as he watched his best friend and sister fight over something, what they were fighting over Len had no clue.
"I can tell" Leo says "They always like this?"
"No, usually they're worse. We're lucky Mick hasn't set the table on fire yet" Len said
"Didn't you take his gun and lighter?" Leo asks
"Yes, but it doesn't matter how many I take he always seems to have more" Len says taking a drink of his coffee
"I get the feeling you guys don't eat out often" Leo says looking around the restaurant they were in
"Hardly ever" Len says
"People are staring" Leo says
"That usually happens" Len says "Alright you two that's enough, your making a scene"
"When she gives it to me I'll stop" Mick says
"I'm not giving it to you Mick" Lisa says kicking Mick in the shin
"what the hell are you two idiots even fighting over" Len says
"Nothing" Mick said quickly
"He has a pack of matches" Lisa says
"Of course he does" Len mutters "Lisa let him have them, Mick you better keep them away. If I even see a flicker of a Flame I will Ice you to the Chair"
"Yes Boss" Mick grumbled snatching the Matches from Lisa and shoving them in his jacket pocket
"I wanted a meal where we could all relax, instead of getting that, I am now stressed because the two of you are acting like a couple of toddlers" Len says
"Lenny, chill out" Lisa says
"I would be chill if the two of you could act your fucking age" Len says
"Okay okay, we get it, now take a chill pill Lenny" Lisa says
"No offense but I'm kind of regretting coming out with you guys" Leo says says
"Oi!" Lisa exclaimedop
"None Taken" Len says as several Men came into the restraunt, they were all dressed the same
"That's not strange at all" Lisa said watching as the Men ushered people away from their tables and to the other side of the restraunt away from them.
"No, it's suspicious. Something isnt right here" Len says handing Mick the heat gun, "Have your guns ready"
"Shouldnt we leave?" Leo asked
"No, it would make them act on whatever they are up to. We only fight if we have to, chances are they might not be after us" Len says
"Lenny those are A.R.G.U.S agents" Lisa says
"Fuck" Len says
"That's bad?" Leo asks
"Mick and I have a outstanding warrant for arrest from ARGUS" Len says
"Which in turn means I do to" Leo says placing a hand on his cold Gun "Nothing can ever go our way can it?"
"Nope" Mick says as a ARGUS agent walked towards them
"Leonard Snart, Lisa Snart, Leo Snart and Mick Rory you are all underarrest. Hand over your weapons and come quietly or we will have no choice but to use force" The agent says, Len saw Leo's eyes go wide; none of them had expected them to address Leo
"Burn!" Mick exclaimed punching the Agent. Several More trained their guns at them. Leo, len and Lisa jumped up from the table as Mick Charged the Agents.
"Well any hope of talking just went out the window" Leo said
"Get ready we might have to fight our way out" Len says as a few agents came their way
"Freeze, put your hands where I can see them" a Agent says
"Not happening" Lisa said stalking toward the man and punching him square in the face.
"Come on Leo, don't just stand there" Len said firing his gun at some of the Agents
"Dont shoot to kill, We must take them in Alive" the Lead Agent called to his men
"Well that's reasuring" Lisa says as Len punches one of the Agents. Leo had backed himself into a corner and was holding his gun out infront of himself. Two agents had slipped past Len and Lisa and were going towards him, Leo reluctantly shot at their feet trying to trip them up but not hit them
"Leo you need to actually shoot them" Len called back to his Earth-X counterpart
"But what if I hurt them. I don't want anyone to get hurt" Leo said
"Least one of you is reasonable, Lay down your gun and come quietyly" one of the Agents approching Leo said pulling out a strip of black cloth and a pair of hand cuffs.
"Lisa help Leo" Len said
"I cant Lenny, I'm busy with these four" LIsa said Len looked back to see his sister was fighting four Men on her own. In the second it took him to glance back at Lisa Len felt the cold Gun get ripped from his hands, a body tackled him to the ground, and he fought to get control but it was a losing battle, within seconds they had him pinned face down on the cold floor and he felt the cold metal of a pair of handcuffs being secured around his wrists.
"You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in court" The agent said
"Like you can even hold me long enough for a trial to take place" Len said as he was pulled to his feet, he was then rougly shoved into a chair and his cuffefd hands were zip-tyed to the back of the chair. The man who had read him his rights knelt down in front of him and placed ankle-cuffs around his feet. Len glanced over to where Leo was, he saw Leo was still backed in the corner and the two agents had advanced on him. Leo's eyes were full of fear.
"Come on, I don't want to hurt you. Just surrender" The female agent said holding out her hand "Give me the Gun" Len watched as Leo powered down his cold gun and lowered it. The Agent gently took it out of his hand and handed it to her partner "Sshh, I'm not going to hurt you" she said as she approched him. Leo had attempted to back himself further into the cornor, The Agent grabbed him by his arm and spun him around so that he was facing the corner. "shh it's okay" she said softly as she cuffed Leo's wrists together.
"Dont forget to read him his rights" The other agent says
"I'll do that once I've calmed him down" The first Agent snapped at her partner, Leo was visably shaking. Len couldn't blame him for being frigtened. Leo had bad anxiety when it came to being chained up, it was something he got from fighting with the freedom fighters. For what Len knew the last time Leo had been chained up he'd been tortured.
"Then I'll do it." The agent snapped yanking Leo away from her and dragging him over to a chair next to Len "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say or do can be used against you in court" The man said gruffly, He procceded to zip-tie Leo to the chair he sat in and cuff his ankles.
"Sorry I got caught" Leo whispered
"It's alright Leo" Len said trying to soothe him
"I didn't even try" Leo says "It's not alright"
"Look, we're going to get out of this, I promise you" Len says
"I don't like chains" Leo said his voice was quivering
"I know, I know, we'll be out of this soon" Len says
"I want em off now" Leo said his breath picking up
"Leo, Leo I need you to breath, slowly" Len said, Leo was hypervenilating; he looked sweaty and pale. "Leo, Stay with me Leo"
"Dizzy" Leo said
"You need to breath Leo, Deep breaths" Len says
"C...Cant" Leo said
"You have too, your not getting enough air" Len says
"N...No" Leo whimped
"Concentrate on breathing Leo, Stay in the present" Len says
"C...cant do it" Leo says
"You can, I'll Help you, Take a deep breath in; Like this" Len took in a deep breath and watched Leo mimic his action "Now Let it out" Len said as he exhaled, Leo copied him again "Good, do it again" Len said inhaling deeply. He did this several times with Leo coping him. eventually Leo began to calm down, his breathing evened out "There we go, good job" Len says
"Sorry" Leo says
"It's not your fault. Panic attacks cant be helpped" Len says
"He alright" Mick said from beside Len
"When did" Len sputtered
"Several minoutes ago Lenny, You've been helping Leo for atleast ten minoutes" Lisa said from beside Leo
"Gezz that was a long one" Len says
"ARGUS pigs were waiting on you to calm him down." Mick says as the Agent who'd cuffed Leo pulled out a strip of black cloth and then proceded to blind fold Leo
"Stay Calm Leo, remember deep breaths" Len said as a blindfold was put over his own eyes. He knew there was no way he could escape before they got to where ever they were going to be held.
"Any one seen the Boss latley?" Mark asked as he lounged on one of the couches of the Safe house.
"He and Rory went out to Lucnh with Glider and that Earth-X guy" Roy said with out even looking up from his book
"That was Lunch, Bivolo, it's nearly nine" Shawana says
"Is this a cause to be worried?" Sam asks
"I'd say so, boss said he'd be back by two. We were supose to have a Rouge meeting two hours ago" Hartley says
"Something is most defintaly wrong" James says
"Should we go look for them?" Rosa asks
"Probably" Sam says
"Are we going to go look for them?" Rosa asks
"Nope" Sam says
"Good to know" Rosa says
"Does anyone else feel like something bad has happened" Axel says
"Axel if you wanna go look for them than do, if not; drop the subject" Mark snapped at that moment they all heard a car engine turn off "See they're back" Mark says
"No" Sam says "Rory never parks at the front of the house. Always behind it"
"I'll check it out" Shawna says, she vannished in a poof
"Your being parinood Scudder" Mark says
"Guys! We got trouble" Shawana said the moment she popped back in
"What, is Rory drunk?" Mark Says
"Worse, there's ARGUS agents approching in bulk" Shawna says
"Well now we know what happened to the Boss" Hartley says "Prepair for a fight"
"Who put you in charge" Mark scoffs not getting up
"When the Boss is MIA I am the second in command after Rory and Lisa" Hartley says gearing up a few moments later there was a pound on the door of the safe house
"ARGUS, Open up" a voice called
"No!" Axel yelled
"This is your last chance, Open up or we're coming in" the man called through the door
"Then come in!" Axel yelled
"Axel Shut up" Hartley hissed "Everyone else, hide. We'll ambush them. Axel stay where you are they already know you're here" The rouges quickly found themselves hiding places, as the ARGUS agents burst down the safe house door.
"Axel Walker, your under arrest. Put your hands up and come quietly" The lead Agent says
"When does a rouge ever do anything quietly" Axel asked, he launched himself at the Agent, four other agents tackled him to the ground and placed him in cuffs.
"Take him out to the van, put him with the other four. Let's search the house. The others should be here" The lead agent said
"Now" Hartley said. The rouges jumped out of their hiding places and began to attack the ARGUS agents but one by one the rougues where taken down. Mark went down first with a gun to the back of his head. Bivolo was taken down in the same mannor. Sam was tackled to the ground and restrained in Meta cuffs. Rosa was knocked out by a punch to the face. Shawna was taken down with Meta cuffs, James got himself knocked out and when none of the others were left standing Hartley surrended and was quickly cuffed. Shortly after that all of the rouges were drug out to the van and shoved in the back, being tied to a seat. There were four people in the van aside from Axel. Hartley saw those people to be Len, Leo, Mick and Lisa
"Hey Boss" Sam greeted
"They got you too Scudder?" Len questioned.
"They got all of us Boss." Axel says
"Mardon, Bivolo, James and Rosa were knocked out" Hartley says as the doors slammed shut. It was fairly dark in the Van, and Hartley could barley make Len, who was sitting directly in front of him, out.
"They alright?" Leo asked
"Do they look alright?" Sam asked "Mardon's got a huge ass cut on his face, how can you not see that"
"We're blindfolded hon" Lisa says "We cant see anything"
"They'll probably do it to you soon enough" Len says, at that moment a Argus agent came from the front of the Van to where they were. The agent held many different strips of cloth in his hand. Hartley watched in silence as the Agent blindfolded Mark, James, Bivolo and Rosa.
"What's with the blindfolds" Shawna demands as one is being tied around her head, the agent didn't say anything and continued to blindfold all off them. When he got to Hartley he took Hartley's glasses off of him before blindfolding him
"I will get those back wont I?" Hartley asks
"upon arrival" The Agent said
