Anna Sporades wasn't a biological member of the Budapest Andrassy family, she was fostered by them. Born in 1912, she was about 42 by the time Dimitri Marick was born.
Anna Sporades was born in Istanbul, Turkey, to Greek peasants. After they died in 1918, The Andrassy family of Hungary fostered her back to good health. She then Married Sorbian old money guard Hugo Marick in 1930.
Their six Children are: Theresa, Olga, Melody, Demeter, Lucia and Dimitri Marick, the youngest child and only son. The former, being fraternal twins, were born in 1933. Melody Karan (married to Jamal Karan) was a singleton, born in 1937, as was Demeter Panayiotou (married to Yannis Panayiotou), who was born in 1939, and Lucia Cansino (married to Alfonso Cansino), who was born in 1942.
The youngest child was Dimitri, born on February 18 1954. She left the family behind when Dimitri was six, and all the sisters left the house earlier than that.
She had luckier days in life later on and moved to Florida, where she died in 1996.
