Dean turned to look at Castiel. "Do alphas even exist anymore?"
Castiel turned to Dean. " I believe I heard that an alpha vampire was living somewhere in Michigan. I do not know this for certain, though."
Dean looked back at Castiel. "Maybe we should talk to Bobby. He might know."
Currently, he was staying at the bunker. Bobby was back at his house, fielding calls and doing research for other hunters. They made it there in as little as two hours. They knocked on his door, and they were let into the hunters home. Books were scattered all over, and beer bottles littered the floor.
"So boys, what brings you to my home, and where is Sam?"
Dean turns to look at Castiel. "So Bobby, what do you know about Alphas?"
Bobby looked confused. "Why do you idjits need to know about alphas. And you never answered my question, where is Sam?"
As Dean explained, Bobby was beginning to get angrier and angrier.
"That damn demon. He's always meddling in others things. Next time I see him, do you mind if I gank him!"
Dean had to crack a smile at that comment. "Do whatever you want Bobby. It's not like I care what happens to the demon."
Bobby regarded him carefully. He could tell the boy was worried about his brother, but was masking it extremely well. "So about your problem. There is an alpha living in Detroit. Vampire I think. You guys need to be ready if you want to get that sucker. You need dead man's blood and all that works."
Dean rolled his eyes. "We know Bobby."
"Don't you dare use that time with me boy." Dean could instantly tell that Bobby was joking.
"So Cas, Ready to go?"
Castiel turned to face him. "Of course Dean. I am always ready to go. Why wouldn't I be?"
Dean sighed. "Figure of speech, Cas."
Castiel looked at him blankly, and Dean just decided to walk out. He turned to Bobby, who just shrugged. So, the only options were to stay here or go with Dean. Of course he went with Dean.
Castiel and Dean broke into the alphas lair. They manage to get past most of the vampires, Castiel smiting most, while others were just paralyzed. In the end they managed to subdue the alpha.
Dean pulled out his phone to call Crowley.
"Hello squirrel."
"Crowley."
"Have that alpha I requested."
"Yes. Where do you want to meet?"
"Meet me in Lebanon, Kansas in the warehouse on the corner of Walnut Street and North Railway Avenue."
"What time?"
"Tomorrow at noon."
"Great."
"See you then, squirrel."
Both Castiel and Dean stood anxiously in said warehouse. It was now noon the next day, and their vampire alpha was getting antsy. It helped that he had angel, but not much.
Someone landed in front of him. It was instantly recognized as Crowley.
"Well Deano, good work. You actually brought me an alpha."
"Of course I did. Now where is my brother?"
"All in due time. Now, hand over the vampire."
"Not until you give me my brother first."
"Fine then. Be stubborn like usual." Corwley snapped his fingers, and both Sam and Gabriel appeared behind him. Both had shackles around their wrists, and Gabriel had a collar that was blocking his grace of course. Of course, they were a little dirty from sitting locked up somewhere for a while. Neither moved though.
"There you go Deano. Your precious family. Now hand over that alpha."
Dean glared at Crowley, while Castiel reluctantly released the alpha into Crowley's care. As soon as he touched the alpha, both were gone.
Castiel and Dean both ran over to the other two in the room.
"Are you guys alright?" Dean began to pick the locks on Sam's shackles. Soon enough, they fell off and he did Gabriel too.
"No" was Sam's smart alec reply. Dean just ignored him.
"Gabriel, hold still." Dean was attempting to remove the collar. It soon fell off.
"So what did Crowley want?"
"He wants to open purgatory."
"What?"
