Angry stomping through the hallway of St Mungo's hospital, Harry didn't have eye for anything other than his own rage. 'Who does he think he is?!' he huffed angry and turned the corner to almost bump into someone's colourful robes. "I'm sorry!" the Auror quickly apologized and looked up into twinkling blue eyes to his surprise.
"My, my, aren't we in a hurry, Marvolo."
"Professor Dumbledore!" the youngster called out and got a wide smile as reaction.
"When will you start calling me Albus?" Harry gave him a half smile back.
"When I get used to it," he chuckled. "What brings you here?"
"Professor Dumbledore!" Tom stopped the professor from answering and the Auror couldn't help but roll his eyes.
"Tom! I was wondering if you would also be here," Albus smiled as the Minister joined them and stopped close to the youngster.
'He's testing me!' Harry bit his lip and took a step away from the Dark Lord as the future Headmaster continued.
"I suspect you both came from the Prince family's newborn."
"Snape!" the Auror corrected while Tom nodded.
"Yes, of course, Snape. The baby should be proud of both his inheritances. I can't wait to see the little one."
"He's adorable," Harry smiled.
"Oh, really! I really should get going if I still want to meet the little guy today," the professor ended their conversation with growing excitement and with a huge smile left the two of them alone.
"Could you respect my personal space?!" Harry immediately fiercely whispered when it was just the two of them left and the Dark Lord glanced at him before taking a step back "You really don't trust him, do you?" the Auror continued. Green eyes glanced sideways and found brown eyes staring back at him. "If you went by things the proper way, he wouldn't be a threat," the younger man hissed and the other blinked at him before his eyes moved to Dumbledore's retreating back. Ignoring the other, Harry simply walked away without waiting for an answer.

Harry entered the Crabbe residence once more and found Alex's wife waiting on him with a smile on her lips. She must have heard him arrive.
"The men are waiting in the study," she said while signalling for him to follow her. The Auror did so without a word and to his surprise there was one more person in the study than expected.
"Marvolo!" Ignatius all but ran towards him and shook his hand in a fierce manner.
"Ignatius," the youngster smiled at his friend before his eyes moved to the extra person in the room. "Alistair? I didn't expect you to be here."
"We met at the funeral and one thing led to another," Stromay chuckled with a shrug of his shoulders.
"So, why this emergency meeting?" Ignatius asked with a look at the youngster, who let out a sigh as response.
"I broke up with Tom," he dropped the bomb and two pair of eyes looked at him in shock.
"What! Why?" Parkinson yelled out.
"He's been hiding things from me." Stromay's face darkened. "He's been helping Elladora Black with her work for who knows how long," the Auror spat his rival's name.
"He's been torturing people," Alistair said quietly as Ignatius looked confused and understanding dawned to him.
"What?! But that's illegal!" Harry nodded while his anger rose again in his chest.
"Do you know how long he's been doing it?" Alex questioned and the Auror drew a blank.
"We met her at Walburga's wedding, so some time after that."
"So for years," Stromay reasoned.
"I thought he had changed," Ignatius mumbled with a hint of fear in his voice.
"He has!" the scientist assured him. "Otherwise, I would never have been able to join Seize and get a job at the Ministry."
"That's true, our Lord would have kept you far away from Marvolo," Crabbe added.
"Well apparently, he didn't change enough," Harry hissed and Ignatius suddenly turned to him with twinkling eyes.
"Use this to give him that final push!" Refusal captured the youngster's heart and a frown settled on Parkinson's face. "You do want to get back together, don't you?" It hurt Harry that he couldn't immediately answer.
"Do you still love him?" Alistair asked instead.
"Yes," that was the one thing he was certain of.
"Then there's still hope," Ignatius decided. "Our Lord needs to know there's still hope," he emphasized.
"And it doesn't mean you have to get back together if you don't want to," Alex added when he noted the resistance on the Auror's face.
"Just don't cut him off entirely. Occasionally, you do still have to work together," Alistair carefully suggested and Harry let out a sigh.
"I… don't know if I can," the younger man honestly answered in a harsh tone. Just being in the same room at the Minister was enough to make him feel sick. His friends looked at him sadly.
"Let time heal some of the wounds first," Crabbe said wisely and the other two nodded.
"You don't have to do anything, you don't want," Parkinson added and Stromay nodded.
"And we're here if you need someone to talk too." Green eyes took in the other three and he knew he had some great friends. They might have started as guards and a love rival for his boyfriend, but they would walk through fire for him, as he would for them.
"Maybe I should just marry some Weasley girl and get a lot of babies instead of all this drama," he said with a grin while thinking of Ginny. Would he have ended up with her, if he hadn't returned to the past?
"Weasley? At least choose someone worthwhile!" Ignatius smirked while slapping him on the arm.
"Yeah, like a Black," Alistair laughed.
"Sure, I'll put my moves on Elladora," the Auror sarcastically joked and Alex shook his head before getting up. He walked to a commode and opened it to a multiple of alcoholic drinks that could fill the entire room.
"We're going to need something strong with where this conversation is going," he smirked at his guests, who got wide grins on their faces with the thoughts of what was going to follow.
-THTH-
As his vision was getting dizzy, Harry wondered for a minute if getting drunk was such a good idea and even came to the conclusion that it wasn't. But the next minute he didn't care anymore as he watched his friends. Alex's kept refilling all of their glasses, starting with himself and somehow his glass was always empty by the time he had just refilled the others. Making a new refill needed in his opinion. Giggling a little to himself, the Auror's eyes moved to Ignatius, who was practically sitting on Alistair's lap.
"Not again!" he loudly called out while pointing somewhere in the direction of the duo.
"What?!" Parkinson called out offended.
"You two are doing it again!" the younger man shrieked and Crabbe couldn't contain his laughter.
"Doing it! Again!" Harry simply nodded fiercely at his friend. "It! You're not that flexible anymore!" Alex poked the bottle of whiskey in Parkinson's direction.
"Yes, I am!" Ignatius yelled in defence as he got up to half fall on Alistair's lap again. Taking his time to find a good spot, he wiggled his butt until he was satisfied and his seat let out a growl. Alex and Harry immediately started laughing while Parkinson actually looked confused until he suddenly felt the other's hardening length. "Oh! Someone's awake!" he called out, which only made the two bystanders laugh even louder.
"And whose fault is that?" Stromay asked and groaned as the man on his lap pushed their bodies closer.
"Yes, take responsibility!" Crabbe called out and the look on the scientist's face changed. Ignatius just let out a giggle, which seemed enough as permission to Stromay. His hands moved to Parkinson's butt and squeezed it while rubbing their bodies together. Now it was Ignatius' turn to moan and Harry's mind finally decided it was enough.
"Yah, get a room!" Alistair actually just blankly stared at the youngster as reaction until a huge smile appeared on his face and he suddenly stood up. Naturally Ignatius landed half on the ground because of the brusque movement, but his partner was quick to pull him on his feet and manoeuvre him towards the door through a drunk obstacle course. They bumped over their glasses and Alex whined at the loss of his precious alcohol. Harry laughed at his friends' behaviour and suddenly he blinked as something important was resurfacing in his mind.
"Wait!" he suddenly yelled at the open door where through his friends had disappeared. He immediately had Crabbe's attention, who was hanging on his every word.
"Ignatius' married!" he called out at the door opening and Alex just blinked at him before laughter took hold of him once more.
-THTH-
Harry woke up with a spitting headache and he cranked open an eye with a lot of resistance. Recognizing the guestroom of the Crabbe's, he let out a sigh and closed his eye again. A knock on his door made him open it again and slowly the door moved to show Leticia standing in the opening with a mug.
"Marvolo?" she questioned if he was awake and got a crumble as answer, which made her chuckle. "I've brought you something for your hangover." Her feet barely made any noise as she walked over to the bed and slowly the younger man pushed himself in a sitting position. She handed him the mug and he emptied it with big gulps. He could immediately feel the potion doing its work. "I'm glad at least you spent the night alone," Leticia chuckled and the Auror gave her a confused look. "Ignatius and Alistair had a wild night," she continued with a smirk as she took the empty mug back.
"Don't tell me," Harry's mind was catching up, "they did it again?!" Now Alex's wife let out a loud laugh.
"Alex did tell me it happened before when they got drunk." The Auror just shook his head with a smile of his own before eyeing the woman curious.
"You don't mind? Ignatius' married." She smirked down at him.
"Such questions proofs you were raised amongst muggles. It was just some drunken fun. It happens more than you would think and as long as nobody gets pregnant, nobody cares."
"Or get diseases," Harry added and the woman gave him a nod.
"Yes, same sex flings are even preferred, now don't you have work?" she suddenly asked and green eyes blinked at her before the Auror practically jumped out of bed. As he got ready he wondered how much Alex had told his wife about them.
-THTH-
Twirling Harry's engagement ring around on his desk, Tom just kept staring at it while he knew he should start on his work. He didn't look up as Abraxas entered. It seemed his eyes were glued to the jewel.
"Still didn't give it back?" his right hand man asked and the glue seemed to disintegrate immediately. Being able to look up again felt like a little victory, but the desire to stare at the ring again was tough to ignore.
"He didn't want it," the Minister honestly answered and Malfoy let out a sigh.
"My Lord, with all due respect, you've messed up," the blond stated and the brown eyes returned to the ring without resistance. "You've taken a huge risk with your practices and lost Marvolo." The eyes shot up again with a deadly glare.
'I didn't lose him! Not yet!'
"So, be smart and don't risk your job any further." Abraxas deliberately ignored the look. "It will also proof your goodwill to Marvolo, which will be the first step in getting him back." Finally greyish eyes dared to look in the direction of the menacing aura directed at him. "And when you get back together," he formulated without a doubt, "don't do illegal things behind his back. Keeping your job correlates with keeping Marvolo." Tom couldn't stand that the other was right, but he knew better.
"We need to concentrate on the threat at hand. The rest will have to wait," it hurt the Minister to say this but he didn't have any other sane choice. Taking a deep breath, he remembered how emotional he had been when his Auror had walked out on him. He had trashed the entire living room and was glad now that Dopper had gone into hiding at that moment. Harry would only hate him even more if something happened to the house-elf. The innocent elf, who had cleaned up his entire mess overnight. "Are the preparations done?" he changed the subject to a work related one.
"Yes," the blond nodded, "the scientists are still trying to better their formulation, but we can work with what they have."
"Is it still grape jelly?" A laughing Harry jumped in Tom's head.
"No, it's more like grape juice now." A smirk pulled at Malfoy's lips.
"Good, get some sleep," the Dark Lord dismissed the other, who gave a nod before disappearing. Tom leaned backwards in his chair and let out a deep sigh. Tomorrow was D-day.
-THTH-
Harry's heartbeat was steadily accelerating as he was putting on the extra protection for the war to come.
"Are you all right?" his grandfather asked from beside him and green eyes moved to him.
"Definitely not, somehow this operation seems so much more important than all the ones we did before."
"I know what you mean," Harold sighed. "I kind of wish Martin would be with us. It feels so incomplete with just the two of us."
"Even with all the training," his grandson agreed. He closed his locker and moved to the door. Silently, the other followed and they walked to the room they were allowed to Apparate from. Getting the okay from the Auror on guard the eldest of the two transported them to a small cafe on the corner of the train station.
-THTH-
"This feels really nostalgic," Harry chuckled as they walked through the Hogwarts Express and Harold gave him a grin.
"Makes you feel old, doesn't it?" His grandson pulled a thoughtful look.
"At least I'm still younger than you!" he teased with a smirk and the other just laughed. They had to step aside to not get run over by a couple of kids.
"I definitely never was that hyper," Harold decided and got a look from his partner. "Okay, maybe I was, but they could watch where they're going!" the older Auror huffed and the other just laughed as they reached the cockpit. Identifying themselves made the machinist give them access and he was quick to show them the magic source of the Hogwarts Express. "Are you ready," Harold asked the machinist, who nodded and pointed his wand at the source. Together with Harold they removed the lock on it and the Aurors were quick to add the extra protection spells to the source.
"I already feel safer," the machinist grinned as they put the lock back in place.
'I don't think you'll be saying that in an hour,' Harry thought as he gave the man a grin of its own. "Let's keep it that way," he continued and followed his grandfather into the corridor. In the middle of the train they split up, so each had half a train to guard. Harry immediately noted how the younger children were giving him looks of awe, while the older ones choose to ignore him. Back at the driver's compartment, he exited through the door and stayed a couple of minutes standing on the platform until Harold did the same. It had been decided that the two first times they would show themselves to hopefully scare their attackers. They knew it was risky, but at the same time it could also make their attackers overconfident as the 'stupid' Aurors were unnecessarily putting themselves in danger. Nothing happened and they moved back into the Hogwarts Express.
"Did you see that man leaning against the wall at the entrance of the platform?" Harold questioned him as they met back in the middle and he frowned. "He's paying more attention to who's entering instead of the train," the older Auror continued.
"I'll keep an eye on him," Harry said and they split up again. As the younger Auror arrived at the second train wagon, a woman was trying to help her son with his luggage. Not being one to ignore people in need, Harry was quick to help them.
"Here you go, son," he handed the trunk to the first year, who looked up at him with so much gratitude.
"Oh, Timmy!" the kid's mother suddenly called out and grabbed at her son, forcing the Auror against the side of the car. To balance herself, her other hand grabbed hold of Harry's robe and pulled him slightly out of the wagon. Straightaway, the Auror reached for the hand clenching his robe, but before he could even touch it a purple gas was surrounding them. Next thing he knew he was being pushed out of the Hogwarts Express by the train's magical defences. On the platform, he immediately went to check on the woman and saw her looking at an object in her hand in confusion. A closer look revealed a hairpin with a little bit of purple on one side and realization hid him hard. She had just used a weapon of Azac! Rapidly he raised his wand and disarmed her before paralyzing her body. As she fell down as a plank, he turned around to the Hogwarts Express to meet the wide eyes of Timmy behind a magical barrier.
"Get away from the door opening and stay away from the windows!" he ordered and the boy stumbled backwards until his back met a wall and slid down. 'Harold needs to check him out!' Harry told himself and quickly went in search of his grandfather. With one hand against the side of the train, he followed the length of the wagons through a purple coloured fog. A couple of curses were directed his way, but he avoided them with ease and disarmed the panicked attackers almost too easily.
"Marvolo!" he suddenly heard his partner's voice and he found him standing in the door opening of a train car behind the magical barrier. "Why are you on that side?!"
"I got attacked and the Hogwarts Express expelled both of us." Harold grimaced. "There was a boy with the woman, who attacked me. He's inside the train and he could also be working for Azac, but I can't say for sure. He's by the last entrance," Harry pointed in the direction he came from and the Auror inside the train nodded.
"I'll take care of him."
"His name's Timmy," Harry quickly added and his grandfather nodded before going in pursuit of the boy.
-THTH-
Dread was filling the Minister as he watched the purple haze that covered the entire train station, through the glass orb in the Headquarters of the Aurors.
"How much visibility do our Aurors have?!" he asked with a stern voice at Alistair, who was standing beside him.
"About two meters. It's less visual through the orb."
"And when will it clear up?"
"Another five minutes or so," the Scientist answered without taking his eyes from the orb. Brown eyes glanced at Stromay before turning his attention to the Aurors around them.
"Another two members of Azac have been taking down!" one woman called out and the man beside her wrote down the details she provided.
"The haze's lifting!" Alistair suddenly called out and everyone's eyes automatically moved to the orb. The Hogwarts Express' silhouette slowly came into view as all colours of magic seemed to be flying everywhere. It looked more chaotic than anyone could have imagined. People were running around while randomly attacking whoever was near them and to make things worse, there were still children present.
"The children..." a female Auror mumbled desperately.
"Can't we send help?" Alistair questioned while turning to Martin, who sadly shook his head. The Dark Lord's eyes took in everything they could and worry grew in his chest.
'Harry's inside the Hogwarts Express!' he assured himself as his brown eyes moved to take a closer look at the train. Three children, two boys and a little girl pulled his attention as they were hiding between the train cars and Tom frowned as the oldest boy seemed to want to take the risk of running towards the exit. 'Don't!' his mind supplied as the boy pushed off to sprint but a hand appeared on his shoulder and pulled him back. When that hand's owner came into view, Tom's heart seemed to stop. 'No, he should be inside!' his mind screamed as he took a step forward.
"Auror Remus isn't inside the Hogwarts Express. Auror Potter's been seen inside," a woman voice informed them and Doyle suddenly stood beside the Minister.
"Something must have gone wrong. Marvolo knew how important being inside the Hogwarts Express was," he said matter-of-fact.
"The train can't depart. Harold won't be able to hold them off if they have back up," the politician reasoned aloud. "The train tracks need to be interjected."
"Won't be easy with the magic surrounding them," Martin reasoned.
"Except if we extract the magic from it," Alistair opened his mouth and the two others looked at him with eyes telling him to clarify. "We can do it with the absorbers we use to absorb magic out of humans."
"Are you certain that would work?" Tom questioned and the Scientist smirked back at him.
"We shouldn't even be able to extract it from humans, but we can. Trust me, it will work."
"All right, you're coming along," the Dark Lord decided in the spur of the moment and Stromay gave a nod before pulling a questioning look.
"With whom?"
"With me," the Minister announced and immediately a frown appeared on Martin's forehead.
"You'll be the main target," he said disapproving.
"Great, then the Aurors will have a chance to evacuate the children."
"You're the one person we can't lose!" Doyle insisted and Tom shot him a glare. Nobody was going to stop him from saving Harry.
"And you're the one, who's irreplaceable at the moment." Martin pressed his lips tight together. He wanted to protest, but knew the other was right. He was the one, who had been prepared to lead this operation. Even Zanal wouldn't be able to do his job as well as he did and the presumed death Head Auror was already on the battlefield, standing between his men. "And Abraxas can cover for me!" the Dark Lord's voice didn't tolerate more opposition. They didn't have the time.
"You'll have to go through the muggle train station and find Auror Brix. He'll get you passed the anti-Apparate force field." Doyle knew there was no changing his mind and he didn't have the time to try and change it. Tom nodded at him before signalling Alistair to follow him.
-THTH-
"Here." Harry pushed his Portkey into the oldest kid's hands. "All three of you need to touch it," he continued and the other two were quick to reach for it. The Auror took a small step backwards as he made certain he was still safe between the train wagons.
"Wait! What about you?" the oldest kid asked with panic in his voice.
"I'm still needed here. Don't let go!" he warned and the children tightened their grip before he said the password. Watching them go, his attention moved back to the war around him. The first thing that he noted, was the almost clear visibility he had. From his location he could clearly see the entire platform, only the entrance was still a little unclear. A couple of Aurors were fighting in his view and he grimaced because if he could see them others could too. Making certain he had his back to the train, he ran towards the first one with a protection shield in front of him. He was a clear target and the attackers' preferred aiming their spells at him, giving the other Aurors actually the chance to take out a couple. As he reached the first of his colleagues he pushed him backwards, but a scared squeak stopped him. Surprised he glanced behind the man and saw a little girl, who looked even too young to attend Hogwarts already.
"She got separated from her parents during the evacuation," the Auror explained while sending another Stupify from his wand.
"Do you have your Portkey?!" he suddenly asked Harry, who shook his head.
"I gave it to other children." And the other Auror grimaced.
"Same here."
"We're too much in the open here," Harry continued.
"I know, but if I move my partner will suffer the consequences," the man answered with a nod to the other Auror half hiding behind a wall.
'He's doing it intentionally,' Harry realized that the third Auror was putting himself in harm's way to divert the enemies' attention from his partner.
"The three of us should..." his words died in his mouth as he saw Tom and Alistair sprinting past them with only a Protego as protection.
"Was that... the Minister?" the Auror asked stunned and the other nodded dumbfounded.
'What's he... Damn!' Harry came back to his senses and immediately his eyes scanned their surroundings. Everyone was aiming their attacks at the two newcomers and the Dark Lord was doing his best the provide protection as the scientist was kneeling down behind him with his attention on the train tracks. 'What are they doing?' "They've given us a chance. Run to your partner with the girl," Harry ushered the Auror, who gave a nod.
"You're going to them, aren't you?" A nod was an unnecessary answer.
"Wait and we'll give you cover." Green eyes widened a little. Why hadn't he thought of that?
"Good, go now." Picking up the little girl, the man casted a Protego before sprinting towards his partner while said Auror and Harry gave him cover. Once he reach his goal, the man hid the girl from Harry's sight before giving the other a nod when they were ready. Quickly he scanned himself the quickest route toward Tom and Alistair before casting his own protection and sprinting towards them.
-THTH-
"How much longer?" Tom huffed as he could feel sweat running down his face and his shoulder was burning where a curse had hit him.
"Just a little more..." Alistair mumbled as he waved his wand over the absorber.
Holding in a groan, the Minister steadied himself for the next attacks and couldn't have been more relieved when his shield suddenly got aided by another.
"What are you doing here!?" Harry's voice reached him before he had even turned his head to see him beside him.
"I've got it!" Alistair stopped the politician from answering and the Dark Lord quickly turned to him.
"Place the potion! We need to get some distance!" The Scientist nodded while the Auror's eyes widened. He seemed to finally be catching up with the plan. Alistair got up and with all three wands aimed at their surroundings, they reached the front of the Hogwarts Express. "This is far enough," Tom calculated and pointed his wand at the potion, but just before he could say a word, an Azac member had grabbed the flask.
"Damn it!" Alistair called out and spontaneously sprinted towards the wizard. Their enemy got distracted by the Scientist suddenly running towards him and with swift teamwork, Tom and Harry had disarmed him of wand and potion. Stromay quickly put the potion back in place as two more members of Azac came to help their colleague. Swiftly, Alistair turned around and wanted to move back to the train as a curse hit him in the leg. Harry immediately moved forward, but the Minister held him back and pointed at his pocket. Stromay nodded at the signal and grabbed for his Portkey. Once the transportation device appeared in his view, Tom casted his spell. A big explosion followed with Alistair disappearing just before the flames could touch him. A second filled with victory and relief, made the Dark Lord lower his wand and a sudden sharp pain in his abdomen took him by surprise. Looking down, he dumbly stared at the piece of track sticking out of his body.
"Why is it always muggle stuff?" he mumbled and Harry glanced at him with a frown. Next moment he was calling Tom's name in shock and the Minister could feel his legs give out. From the corner of his eyes he could see their enemies taking their chance and the Auror was doing his best to keep them from being hit, but the worried glances backwards were going to cost them. "Use your Portkey!" the younger man ordered him and Tom chuckled.
"There was only one left..." he answered and green eyes couldn't hide their panic. "Do you have the silver ball that accompanied your ring?" the politician questioned as he felt for the ring in his clothes and the other immediately pulled the object out of his pocket. "Use it!" the Dark Lord ordered and green eyes turned to him again.
"What?! No..." the words died in Harry's mouth as Tom held out his ring.
"You'll be completely unprotected," the Auror rejected the idea and the other chuckled again. "Don't worry, my ring will protect me." A lie. The Minister forced a smirk on his face and to his relief, the Auror seemed to buy it after contemplating it for a couple of seconds. More time he didn't get. Having to block one curse after another was probably working in the politician's favour.
"Glad to know you still care..." Tom mumbled and got a quick glare from the other as response.
"You're getting this back afterwards!" Harry briskly grabbed for his ring and quickly put it on without thinking too much about it.
'That's where it belongs...' Tom thought absentmindedly with a sad smile as the ring hugged the younger man's finger again. Blackness was starting to appear at the edge of his vision. He closed his eyes as the Auror threw the ball as far as he could to have as many Azac's members as he could in range. The Minister only hoped that their own Aurors were far enough or at least their hiding place would hid them well when they were stunned. He thought he could hear the ball touch the ground and his eyes flew open as a gasp left his lips in shock as electricity shot through his body. The shock passed, but left his body searing in pain. Confused he forced his eyes to the ball and noted flashes of purple electric bolts coming from it. With every second the bolts only increased in length and power and his breath hitched before the next wave hit him.
"Wasn't it supposed to stun everyone?!" the Auror called out in confusion.
Feeling his body completely cramp up, the Dark Lord couldn't answer even if he wanted too. His skin felt like it was burning up from the inside out and against his will a short gasp fell from his lips. Green eyes glanced at him in reflex and before his mind could comprehend it, Harry was already sprinting towards the ball. He didn't know if he wanted him to stop or not, but didn't get the chance to decide as sweet painless darkness finally claimed him.
-THTH-
Harry's heart was beating so loud, it seemed to be the only thing he could hear as he sprinted to the silver ball. Every person he saw being electrified he stunned, not caring if they were the enemy or not. After what seemed like forever, his fingers enclosed around the ball and he could feel the waves of electricity pulsing from it, but didn't feel any pain. Immediately his fingers pressed the ball close and the pulsing stopped. In an instance he remembered the danger that had forced him to use the ball in the first place and casted a Protego before twirling around his centre. It came as a shock that he was the only one still standing.
'Tom!' As fast as his feet could carry him, he ran back to the Minister and his heart seemed to stop as he saw him lying motionless on his side. Slowly - with a shaking hand - he touch the other's shoulder, but didn't get any reaction.
"Tom!" his voice sounded odd to his ears. With a little more force, he shook the shoulder, but still nothing. "Tom, come on. Wake up!" Next his eyes got drawn to the piece of metal in the other's abdomen and his panic rose again. 'He need a hospital, now!' Raising his wand, he remembered the anti-Apparating spell and cursed. 'I need to get him out of here.' The Auror carefully rose the other with a levitation spell and hovered him to the exit. As he got there, he noted the leftover Aurors had already gathered at the wall. 'So I'm not the only one left,' he thought absentminded.
"Look for any more survivors and imprison all the members of Azac!" Harry yelled out orders and the others immediately got into action. They seemed to have been waiting for someone to take the lead. Carefully, the Auror moved the Minister through the wall and completely ignoring the people standing on the other side, he immediately Apparated both of them to St Mungo's hospital once he stepped past the Anti-Apparating shield.
