After returning to the castle, Sora and Shiro had a lot of papers to go through.
"Okay, we now have three power stations up and running, but we still have to run the underground cables," said Izuna.
"Focus all your work on the cables for now, the rest of the stations can wait until their done," said Sora.
"And what about the channel from Oceando?" asked Shiro.
"We completed it, now we are working on the Embassy for the Dhampire and Seirens to use when they come here," said a worker.
"That's good, but we need to hold off on that until the cable work is led to it, that way the building will have power once it's finished," said Sora. Suddenly, a large flame appeared in the room.
"What's going on, please?!" asked Izuna as she backed away.
"We are the Elementals, and we are here to join the Elchea Federation," said thousands of tiny voices.
"Can you transform into something that's not so dangerous, I would like my things not to burn," said Sora. The fire then transformed into a thing of water in the shape of a human.
"That's better," said Sora as he walked up to the Elementals.
"We'll get to the game later, but right now I'll go ahead and welcome you to the Elchea Federation," said Sora as he shook the Elemental's hand. Meanwhile, another piece had appeared before Tet on the chessboard.
"Those two have united fourteen of the Exceed already," said Tet with an excited smile.
"How will they get the Dragonia and Demonia on their side though?" asked Tet as a wicked grin took the place of the excited smile.
