As Tet laughed, Sora moved their queen to B5, capturing the bishop.
"You think that's enough to beat us, Blank never losses," said the two at the same time.
"But you did lose once, remember?" asked Tet as he moved a knight from H2 to F3.
"You mean when we were Riku and Shuvi, an Imanity and Ex-machina during the war?" asked Sora as he moved a pawn from B1 to D1.
"You were a friend that went after the Star Cup," said Tet as he used his Pawn on D2 to en-pass their pawn on D1, which was the Old Deus.
"Everyone aimed for that cup so we could become God, but I died before I could get it,"said Sora as he moved his rook to C1, capturing the pawn that en-passed.
"And I took the throne in order to make this the best challenge for your return," said Tet as he moved his pawn from F4 to E4.
"You just made people mad with the ranks," said Sora as he moved a bishop from A3 to B2. Tet then moved a pawn from G7 to E7.
"Looks like you left your rook open," said Sora as he moved the bishop from B2 to H8.
"But now the Phantasma are gone," said Tet as he moved his queen from G3 to B8. Shiro then moved their rook to take Tet's bishop, Tet moved his rook from H1 to H2 afterward.
"You know, that kind version of you was way better than this," said Sora as Shiro moved their rook to F1.
"But that version of me is gone now," said Tet as he moved his bishop from H6 to F8.
"No wonder this world was so terrible before we came around," said Sora as he moved their bishop.
"Everyone was where they were needed, and now the Elementals are gone," said Tet as he moved his rook from H2 to C2.
"Check," said the two siblings as they moved their bishop from F3 to H3.
"You are not going to get me that easy," said Tet as he moved his king to G4. This went on and on for several more minutes.
"This can't be," said Tet as he moved his king to F5 after having been put in check once again.
"Bishop A6 to C8, check, again," said Sora with a smile.
"King to F4," said Tet with anger in his voice.
"Pawn takes rook," said Shiro as she moved a pawn B3 to C2.
"Checkmate," said Sora.
"What?!" asked Tet as he looked at the board in disbelief, standing from his seat out of shock and frustration as he did so.
"I… I actually lost again," said Tet as he knocked his king over.
