Aaaand I'm back! Sorry it's been forever since I've updated, but here's another chapter. As always, please read and review! Thanks!
"Malfoy!" Hermione shouted as she advanced on him, anger palpable as sparks shot out of her wand. "Why on earth would you need all seven copies of Hogwarts, a History? You've checked out all the copies!".
Draco looked unconcerned even as the witch, wand outstretched dangerously, approached him. He merely leaned against the library table, and smirked, all seven copies stacked neatly next to him. The History of Magic final exam was approaching, and he fully intended on doing well. If anything, this might be the only class he had a chance to best Hermione in. Thus, as a true Slytherin, he had devised a foolproof plan to ensure he succeeded. Although, Draco mused, I may have underestimated Granger's reaction to my plot. Then, his smirk grew wider as he realized something. There could be another goal this foolproof plan of his could achieve.
"You had better return one right now," Hermione threatened, her wand pointed directly at Draco.
"Well Granger, I suppose you'll have to convince me," Draco replied, unfazed.
I'm a little rusty, so that was a first attempt at getting back into writing. Let me know your thoughts! Please review!
